| 1 | 乙型肝炎病毒基因型和血清亚型在我国部分地区的分布及其特点显示文摘目的 研究乙型肝炎病毒 (hepatitisBvirus ,HBV)基因型和血清亚型的分布特点及其基因的相关性。方法 湖南、广西、河南和河北 4省 (区 ) 2 5个县 (市 ) 2 80例慢性HBV携带者 ,应用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)扩增和脱氧核糖核酸 (DNA)序列分析 ,确定HBV基因型和血清亚型。结果 HBV基因型B、C和D均有分布 ,分别占 2 9.3%、6 7.9%和 2 .9% ,其中B和C为优势基因型。adr、adw2、ayr、ayw1、ayw2和ayw3等 6种血清亚型均有分布 ,其中adr和adw2为优势血清亚型 ,分别占6 4.3%和 31.4%。基因型B与adw2血清亚型 ,基因型C与adr血清亚型有非常密切的基因相关性。 2 80例HBV携带者表面抗原基因序列每 10 0个核苷酸的平均置换频数为 2 .94。基因型B(adw2血清亚型 )毒株核苷酸置换频数为 5 .6 3(5 .48) ,而基因型C(adr血清亚型 )仅为 1.6 (1.5 1)。结论 HBV基因型和血清亚型的分布均有明显的地区性 ;基因型B及相对应的adw2血清亚型毒株的基因可变性明显高于基因型C及相应的adr血清亚型。 | 夏国良 Omana V Nainan 贾志远 刘洪斌 罗述斌 李荣成 曹慧霖 刘崇柏 HaroldS Margolis | 2001 | 中华流行病学杂志2001，22，5： | 131 |
| 2 | 直接评估吗啡刺激糖尿病人隐静脉内皮一氧化氮释放减少显示文摘to directly measure in real time basal and stimulated levels of NO released from human saphenous vein endothelium and to quantify the expression of the μopiate receptor, which has been linked with NO release. METHODS: Saphenous vein segments from patients with type 2 diabetes ( n = 12) and patients without diabetes (n =8) were obtained. The release of NO was measured directly from the endothelium using a NO-specific amperometric probe. NΩ-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME, 0.1 mmol/L), a NO synthase (NOS) inhibitor, or morphine (1 μmol/L), a stimulant, was administered and the measurements were repeated. Values were reported relative to the mean initial measurement of NO release from diabetic endothelium, which was defined as the relative zero level of NO release. A RT-PCR was then performed on the endothelium to measureμ opiate receptor expression.
