1Epigenetic mechanism of Survivin dysregulation in human cancer显示文摘Survivin(coding gene BIRC5) is a dual functional protein acting as a critical inhibitor of apoptosis(IAP) and key regulator of cell cycle progression. It is usually produced in embryonic tissues during development and undetectable in most adult tissues.Overexpression of Survivin frequently occurs in various human cancers and increased Survivin correlates with poor clinic outcome, tumor recurrence, and therapeutic resistance. Because of its selective expression in tumor, but not normal tissues,Survivin has been recognized as an attractive target for cancer treatment. Although several therapeutic approaches targeting Survivin are actively under clinical trials in human cancers, to date no Survivin-targeted therapy has been approved for cancer treatment. Numerous studies have devoted to uncovering the underlying mechanism resulting in Survivin dysregulation at multiple levels, such as transcriptional and post-transcriptional regulation. The current article provides a literature review on the transcriptional and epigenetic regulation of Survivin expression in human cancers. 2Nanosecond photoelectric effects in all-oxide p-n junction of La_(0.9)Sr_(0.1)MnO_(3)/SrNb_(0.01)Ti_(0.99)O_(3)显示文摘Nanosecond (ns) photoelectric effects have been observed in all-oxide p-n junctions of La0.9Sr0.1MnO3/SrNb0.01Ti0.99O3 for the first time. The rise time was about 23 ns and the full width at half maximum was about 125 ns for the open-circuit photovoltaic pulse when the La0.9Sr0.1MnO3 thin film in the p-n junction was irradiated by a laser of ~20 ns pulse duration and 308 nm wavelength. 3Female Plant Types of Ginkgo biloba L. in China显示文摘Ginkgo biloba is a dioecious and unique species within Ginkgo family and Ginkgo genus, but it shows a big variability. From 1950s, resources of female plants in China were investigated and collected, and the seed anatomical structure and morphological characters at different development stages were observed. According to the shape, length, width and thickness of ovule bracket and seed stone, as well as the characteristics of both sides and top of the stone, the female plants of Ginkgo biloba have been divided into five types, long-stone, Buddha-finger, horse-bell, mume-stone and round-stone. In addition, the important cultivars belonging to different types were also determined. 4Research about the Effect of Ultrasonic Impact on the Fatigue Properties of Cruciform Joints of 16MnR Steel显示文摘Surface impact treatment was carried out on the cruciform joint weldment of 16MnR steel by using the HJ-II-type ultrasonic impact machine.The ultrasonic impact current is 1.2 A,the impact amplitude is 30?m and ultrasonic impacting time is 30 and 60 min,respectively.Fatigue experiments were carried out for both treated specimen and un-treated specimen by using EHF-EM200K2-070-1A fatigue testing machine.The fatigue fractures were observed with the scanning electron microscope of 6360LA type and the microstructure of ultrasonic impact treating surface layer was analyzed by using high resolution transmission electron microscope of JEM-2100 type.The experimental results show that the microstructure of ultrasonic impact surface layer has been successfully nanocrystallized.The fatigue life of welded cruciform joints of 16MnR steel can be significantly improved through the ultrasonic impact treatment.The main reasons are that the ultrasonic impact treating can reduces the stress concentration in the weld toe,decrease the tensile stress,and even change to compressive stress in the weldment,the grain size in the welded joint can be refined.The longer the impact time,the greater increasing range of fatigue life will be.Compared to the sample without treatment,its fatigue life was increased 210.37%,362.48%,respectively,when the impact time was 30,60 min,respectively.He Bolin Yu Yingxia Liu Jing Zhang Xiaodong Shi Jianping 2012稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1:2
5Preventing and Limiting Exposure to Geo-Hazards:Some Lessons from Two Mountain Villages Destroyed by the Wenchuan Earthquake显示文摘This paper examines the experiences of two mountain communities- Yinchanggou and Donghekou in the Wenchuan earthquake of May 12, 2008, where Yinchanggou's tourism economy and natural park system was destroyed and Donghekou was buried by a landslide. We conducted research surveys on both the communities, interviewing survivors and local officials, and observed the destruction/reconstruction, geological, and living conditions. We suggest that protracted educational processes be put into place so that mountain communities possess a knowledge base to consider long-term disaster prevention when building the economy in the fragile and geo-hazardous conditions of the Longmenshan. 6A Cost-Effective D-A-D Type Hole-Transport Material Enabling 20% Efficiency Inverted Perovskite Solar Celis显示文摘High-performance,cost-effective hole-transport materials(HTMs)are greatly desired for the commercialization of perovskite solar cells(PVSCs).Herein,two new HTMs,TPA-FO and TPA-PDO,are devised and synthesized,which have a donor-acceptor-donor(D-A-D)type molecule design featuring carbonyl group-functionalized arenes as the acceptor(A)units.The carbonyl group at the central core of HTMs can not only tune frontier molecular orbital(FMO)energy levels and surface wettability,but also can enable efficient surface passivation effects,resulting in reduced recombination loss.When employed as HTMs in inverted PVSCs without using dopant,TPA-FO with one carbonyl group yields a high power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 20.24%,which is among the highest values reported in the inverted PVSCs with dopant-free HTMs.More importantly,the facile one-step synthetic process enables a low cost of 30 USD g^(-1) for TPA-FO,much cheaper than the most studied HTMs used for high-efficiency dopant-free PVSCs.These results demonstrate the potential of D-A-D type molecules with carbonyl group-functionalized arene core in developing the low-cost dopant-free HTMs toward highly efficient PVSCs.Jiachen Huang Jie Yang Huiliang Sun Kui Feng Qiaogan Liao Bolin Li He Yan Xugang Guo 2021Chinese Journal of Chemistry2021,39,6:2
7Anti-Attacking Modeling and Analysis of Cyberspace Mimic DNS显示文摘With the rapid development of information technology,the cyberspace security problem is increasingly serious.Kinds of dynamic defense technology have emerged such as moving target defense and mimic defense.This paper aims to describe the architecture and analyze the performance of Cyberspace Mimic DNS based on generalized stochastic Petri net.We propose a general method of anti-attacking analysis.For general attack and special attack model,the available probability,escaped probability and nonspecial awareness probability are adopted to quantitatively analyze the system performance.And we expand the GSPN model to adjust to engineering practice by specifying randomness of different output vectors.The result shows that the proposed method is effective,and Mimic system has high anti-attacking performance.To deal with the special attack,we can integrate the traditional defense mechanism in engineering practice.Besides,we analyze the performance of mimic DNSframework based on multi-ruling proxy and input-output desperation,the results represent we can use multi ruling or high-speed cache servers to achieve the consistent cost of delay,throughput compared with single authorized DNS,it can effectively solve 10%to 20%performance loss caused by general ruling proxy.Lei He Quan Ren Bolin Ma Weili Zhang Jiangxing Wu 2022China Communications2022,19,5:1

9Several miRNAs derived from serum extracellular vesicles are potential biomarkers for early diagnosis and progression of Parkinson’s disease显示文摘Background:Blood-based test for predicting disease progression and early diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease(PD)is an unmet need in the clinic.The profiles of microRNAs(miRNAs)are regarded as potential diagnostic biomarkers for human diseases,whereas miRNAs in the periphery are susceptible to the influence of various components.MiRNAs enriched in serum extracellular vesicles(EVs)have demonstrated disease-specific advantages in diagnosis due to their high abundance,stability and resistance to degradation.This study was aimed to screen differentially expressed EV-derived miRNAs between healthy controls and PD patients to aid in diagnosis of PD.Methods:A total of 31 healthy controls and 72 patients with a diagnosis of PD at different Hoehn and Yahr stages in Tangdu Hospital were included.In total,185 differentially expressed miRNAs were obtained through RNA sequencing of serum EVs as well as edgeR and t-test analyses.Subsequently,the weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA)was utilized to identify the commonly expressed miRNAs in all stages of PD by constructing connections between modules,and specifically expressed miRNAs in each stage of PD by functional enrichment analysis.After aligning these miRNAs with PD-related miRNAs in Human miRNA Disease Database,the screened miRNAs were further validated by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)using peripheral blood EVs from 40 more participants.Results:WGCNA showed that 4 miRNAs were commonly associated with all stages of PD and 13 miRNAs were specifically associated with different stages of PD.Of the 17 obtained miRNAs,7 were validated by ROC curve analysis and 7 were verified in 40 more participants by qRT-PCR.Six miRNAs were verified by both methods,which included 2 miRNAs that were commonly expressed in all stages of PD and 4 miRNAs that were specifically expressed in different stages of PD.Conclusions:The 6 serum EV-derived miRNAs,hsa-miR-374a-5p,hsa-miR-374b-5p,hsa-miR-199a-3p,hsa-miR-28-5p,hsa-miR-22-5p and hsa-miR-151a-5p,may potentially be used as biomarkers for PD progression and for early diagnosis of PD in populations.Shulei He Lu Huang Ci Shao Tiejian Nie Li Xia Bozhou Cui Fangfang Lu Lin Zhu Bolin Chen Qian Yang 2021Translational Neurodegeneration2021,10,3:1
10Dislocation reconfiguration during creep deformation of an Al-Cu-Li alloy via electropulsing显示文摘Creep mechanism was well-known to be mainly dominated by the dislocation sliding and climbing during creep deformation. Here we study the creep deformation of an Al-Cu-Li alloy with the assistance of electropulsing and subsequent microstructural observations. We find that creep strain increased drastically under electropulsing and was almost twelve times as much as that of the non-pulsed sample. Microstructural observations confirmed that dislocation reconfiguration happens via electropulsing, namely helical dislocations being opened rapidly. This opened dislocation structure can possess a much higher mobility than the initial helical dislocation, which mostly responsible for the greatly increased creep strain. 15USP10 regulates B cell response to SARS-CoV-2 or HIV-1 nanoparticle vaccines through deubiquitinating AID显示文摘Activation-induced cytidine deaminase(AID)initiates class-switch recombination and somatic hypermutation(SHM)in antibody genes.Protein expression and activity are tightly controlled by various mechanisms.However,it remains unknown whether a signal from the extracellular environment directly affects the AID activity in the nucleus where it works.Here,we demonstrated that a deubiquitinase USP10,which specifically stabilizes nuclear AID protein,can translocate into the nucleus after AKT-mediated phosphorylation at its T674 within the NLS domain.Interestingly,the signals from BCR and TLR1/2 synergistically promoted this phosphorylation.The deficiency of USP10 in B cells significantly decreased AID protein levels,subsequently reducing neutralizing antibody production after immunization with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)or human immunodeficiency virus type 1(HIV-1)nanoparticle vaccines.Collectively,we demonstrated that USP10 functions as an integrator for both BCR and TLR signals and directly regulates nuclear AID activity.Its manipulation could be used for the development of vaccines and adjuvants.Yuewen Luo Xiantao Zhang Ran Chen Rong Li Yang Liu Junsong Zhang Qin liu Meijun Si Jun Liu Bolin Wu Xuemei Wang Shijian Wu Yiwen Zhang Xu Zhang Deyin Guo Xin He Ting Pan Hui Zhang 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,2:0

17Combination of super-resolution reconstruction and SGA-Net for marsh vegetation mapping using multi-resolution multispectral and hyperspectral images显示文摘Vegetation is crucial for wetland ecosystems.Human activities and climate changes are increasingly threatening wetland ecosystems.Combining satellite images and deep learning for classifying marsh vegetation communities has faced great challenges because of its coarse spatial resolution and limited spectral bands.This study aimed to propose a method to classify marsh vegetation using multi-resolution multispectral and hyperspectral images,combining super-resolution techniques and a novel self-constructing graph attention neural network(SGA-Net)algorithm.The SGA-Net algorithm includes a decoding layer(SCE-Net)to preciselyfine marsh vegetation classification in Honghe National Nature Reserve,Northeast China.The results indicated that the hyperspectral reconstruction images based on the super-resolution convolutional neural network(SRCNN)obtained higher accuracy with a peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR)of 28.87 and structural similarity(SSIM)of 0.76 in spatial quality and root mean squared error(RMSE)of 0.11 and R^(2) of 0.63 in spectral quality.The improvement of classification accuracy(MIoU)by enhanced super-resolution generative adversarial network(ESRGAN)(6.19%)was greater than that of SRCNN(4.33%)and super-resolution generative adversarial network(SRGAN)(3.64%).In most classification schemes,the SGA-Net outperformed DeepLabV3+and SegFormer algorithms for marsh vegetation and achieved the highest F1-score(78.47%).This study demonstrated that collaborative use of super-resolution reconstruction and deep learning is an effective approach for marsh vegetation mapping.Bolin Fu Xidong Sun Yuyang Li Zhinan Lao Tengfang Deng Hongchang He Weiwei Sun Guoqing Zhou 2023International Journal of Digital Earth2023,16,1:0
