1On Palaeozoic Tectonics in the Alxa Region, Inner Mongolia, China显示文摘Two ophiolitic melange belts in the Late Carboniferous formations have been discovered recently in the Alxa region. One is in the Engger Us fault and possesses properties of oceanic crust. The other is in the Badain Jaran fault and shows properties of a back-arc basin. These two faults, together with the Yagan fault, constitute the important boundaries of tectonic units in the Alax region. The four tectonic units delimited by these faults are different in rock assemblages, metamorphism and geochemistry. They reflect the nature of tectonic environments in which they are found. The tectonic units may be traced and correlated to the eastern and western neighbouring areas. The formation and evolution process of the units and their interaction in the Alxa region may be described in terms of the evolution of the Palaeo-Mongolian Ocean and its continental margins.WU Tairan HE Guoqi ZHANG Chen 1998Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)1998,72,3:28
2Flake tantalum powder for manufacturing electrolytic capacitors显示文摘The FTP200 flake tantalum powder was introduced.The microstructures of the powder with leaf-like primary particles having an average flakiness of 2 to 20 and porous agglomerated particles were observed.The chemical composition,physical properties,and electrical properties of the FTP200 powder were compared with those of the FTW300 nodular powder.The FTP200 powder is more sinter-resistant,and the surface area of the flake tantalum powder under sintering at high temperature has less loss than that of the nodular tantalum powder.The specific capacitance of the flake tantalum powder is higher than that of the nodular tantalum powder with the same surface area when anodized at high voltage.Thus,the flake tantalum powder is suitable for manufacturing tantalum solid electrolytic capacitors in the range of median and high(20-63 V) voltages.HE Jilin YANG Guoqi PAN Luntao LIU Hongdong BAO Xifang 2008Rare Metals2008,27,1:13
3Discovery of mantle and lower crust xenoliths from early Cretaceous volcanic rocks of southwestern Tianshan,Xinjiang显示文摘In Tuoyun area of southwestern Tianshan, mantle and lower crust xenoliths are present In the volcanic rocks with ages of 101-123 Ma. Mantle xenoliths include mineral megacrysts such as kaersutite and pargasite, feldspar, biotite, and rare pyroxene and rock fragments such as perodotite, pyroxenite, amphibolite, and rare glimmerite. Lower crust xenoliths are mainly banded and massive granulite. The volcanic rocks were produced by within-plate magmatism. Occurrence of hydrous and volatile mineral megacrysts, amphibolite, and some pyroxenite containing hydrous and volatile minerals indicates that mantle metasomatism was intense. 4Tectonic Units and Their Fundamental Characteristics on the Northern Margin of the Alxa Block显示文摘The northern margin of the Alxa block is the junction of a tectonic units. Four first-order tectonic units are distinguished: 1. the Yagan structural zone characteristic of an immature island arc; 2. the Zhusileng-Hangwula structural zone, which was a passive continental margin in the Early Palaeozoic and was transformed into an active continental margin in the Late Palaeozoic;3. the Shalazha structural zone characteristic of a mature island arc; 4. the Nuru-Langshan structural zone, which was a Proterozoic orogenic belt and later evolved into an extensional transtional crust in the Palaeozoic. 5Differential expression, molecular cloning,and characterization of porcine beta defensin 114显示文摘Background:β-defensins have attracted considerable research interest because of their roles in protecting hosts from various pathogens.This study was conducted to investigate the expression profiles of the porcineβ-defensin114(PBD114)in different breeds and in response to infections.Moreover,the function of PBD114 protein was partially investigated.Methods:Six Tibetan pigs(TP)and six DLY(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire)pigs were slaughtered to explore the expression profiles of PBD114 in different breeds and tissues.For infection models,sixteen DLY pigs were divided into two groups and challenged either with sterile saline or E.coli K88.The recombinant protein PBD114(r PBD114)was obtained by using a heterologous expression system in E.coli.Results:PBD114 gene was highly expressed in tissues such as the intestine,liver,spleen,and thymus.Interestingly,the expression level of PBD114 gene was higher in the TP pigs than in the DLY pigs(P<0.05),and was significantly elevated upon E.coli K88 challenge(P<0.05).The nucleotide sequences of PBD114 from Tibetan and DLY pigs was identical,and both showed a 210-bp open reading frame encoding a 69-amino acid mature peptide.To explaore the function of PBD114 protein,PBD114 gene was successfully expressed in E.coli Origami B(DE3)and the molecular weight of the r PBD114 was estimated by SDS-PAGE to be 25 k Da.The r PBD114 was purified and mass spectrometry verified the protein as PBD114.Importantly,r PBD114 showed antimicrobial activities against E.coli DH5αand E.coli K88,and the minimal inhibitory concentrations(MICs)were 64 and 128μg/m L,respectively.Hemolytic and cytotoxicity assays showed that r PBD114 did not affect cell viability under physiological concentrations.Conclusions:PBD114 is an infection response gene that is differentially-expressed between different porcine breeds and tissues.The antimicrobial activity of PBD114 protein,against pathogens such as the E.coli K88,suggested that it may serve as a candidate for the substitution of conventionally used antibiotics.Guoqi Su Kunhong Xie Daiwen Chen Bing Yu Zhiqing Huang Yuheng Luo Xiangbing Mao Ping Zheng Jie Yu Junqiu Luo Jun He 2019Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2019,10,4:4

14Types of the Cambrian platform margin mound-shoal complexes and their relationship with paleogeomorphology in Gucheng area,Tarim Basin,NW China显示文摘Based on the observation of outcrops and cores,thin section identification,restoration of paleogeomorphology by residual thickness method,fine description of seismic facies,etc.,the coupling relationships between the development patterns of various types of Cambrian platform margin mound-shoal complexes and paleogeomorphology in the Gucheng area of Tarim Basin have been examined.The Cambrian platform margin mound-shoal complex is divided into mound base,mound core,mound front,mound back and mound flat microfacies,which are composed of dolomites of seven textures with facies indication.The different paleogeomorphology before the deposition of mound-shoal complex in each period was reconstructed,and three types of mound-shoal complex sedimentary models corresponding to the paleogeomorphologies of four stages were established:namely,the first stage of gentle slope symmetric accretion type,the second stage of steep slope asymmetric accretion type and the third and fourth stages of steep slope asymmetric progradation type.Their microfacies are respectively characterized by-mound base-mound back+(small)mound core+mound front-mound flat'symmetric vertical accretion structure,'mound base-(large)mound core+mound front-mound flat'asymmetric vertical accretion structure,'mound base-(small)mound core+mound front-mound flat'asymmetric lateral progradation structure.With most developed favorable reservoir facies belt,the steep slope asymmetric accretion type mound-shoal complex with the characteristics of'large mound and large shoal'is the exploration target for oil and gas reservoir.ZHANG Junlong HU Mingyi FENG Zihui LI Qiang HE Xiangxiang ZHANG Bin YAN Bo WEI Guoqi ZHU Guangyou ZHANG You 2021Petroleum Exploration and Development2021,48,1:0
15A rare zigzag mud crack显示文摘MUD crack is a common bedding-plane structure, but the zigzag mud cracks (figs. 1 and 2) are rare phenomena that were found beside G314 highway from Kaxgar to Taxkorgan in Xin-jiang, China. From the photographs we can find that there are footprints of a small animal at every top of zigzag. The zigzag cracks were controlled admittedly by the animal slightly disturbing just when they were breaking. There is a phenomenon worth researching further (fig. 1 ). Distributing equality of zigzags, the horizontal crack (F1) is cracked along the footprints strictly. The vertical one (F2) was not cracked regularly and confined by F1.
