1Red-emitting YAG:Ce,Mn transparent ceramics for warm WLEDs application显示文摘A series of YAG:Ce,Mn transparent ceramics were prepared via a solid-state reaction-vacuum sintering method.The effects of various Mn^2+–Si4+pair doping levels on the structure,transmittance,and luminescence properties were systematically investigated.These transparent ceramics have average grain sizes of 10–16μm,clean grain boundaries,and excellent transmittance up to 83.4%at 800 nm.Under the excitation of 460 nm,three obvious emission peaks appear at 533,590,and 745 nm,which can be assigned to the transition 5 d→4 f of Ce^3+and 4 T1→6 A1 of Mn^2+.Thus,the Mn^2+–Si4+pairs can effectively modulate the emission spectrum by compensating broad orange-red and red spectrum component to yield high quality warm white light.After the optimized YAG:Ce,Mn transparent ceramic packaged with blue light-emitting diode(LED)chips,correlated color temperature(CCT)as low as 3723 K and luminous efficiency(LE)as high as 96.54 lm/W were achieved,implying a very promising candidate for application in white light-emitting diodes(WLEDs)industry.Junrong LING Youfu ZHOU Wentao XU He LIN Shuai LU Bin WANG Kun WANG 2020Journal of Advanced Ceramics2020,9,1:15
2Epidemiological Characteristics of Plague in the Meriones unguiculatus Plague Focus--Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,China,1950−2019显示文摘From 1950 to 2019,a total of 267 plague cases in humans were reported in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region with 133 deaths and 10,710 Yersinia pestis isolates;21 of these cases were reported from the Meriones unguiculatus(M.unguiculatus)plague focus with 6 deaths and 6,771 isolates.According to the plague situation in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the implementation of local preventive measures,the prevalence of plague in humans in the M.unguiculatus plague focus of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region could be divided into four stages.The first stage was the initial stage of plague prevention and control(1950–1959),with 0.80 cases annually and a case fatality rate of 37.50%.The second stage was the plague eradication stage(1960–1979),with 0.15 cases annually and a case fatality rate of 33.33%.The third stage was the plague surveillance stage(1980-1999),with 0.25 cases annually and a case fatality rate of 20.00%.The fourth stage is the comprehensive prevention and control stage under the emergency system(2000-2019),with 0.25 cases annually and a case fatality rate of 20.00%.The surveillance of rodent density(1981-2019)and studies on plague-related factors among M.unguiculatus have shown that the higher the M.unguiculatus density,the higher the nocturnal rodent capture rate(r=0.670,p<0.05)and the higher the indirect hemagglutination assay(IHA)positive rate of M.unguiculatus(r=0.344,p<0.05);the higher the percentage of hosts infected,the lower the M.unguiculatus density(r=-0.361,p<0.05)and the lower the IHA positive rate of M.unguiculatus(r=-0.337,p<0.05);the higher the percentage of nests infected with fleas,the lower the IHA positive rate of M.unguiculatus(r=-0.348,p<0.05).Together,these results suggest that it is necessary to simultaneously monitor the pathogens,serology,and vector index of M.unguiculatus to accurately reflect the plague prevalence among local animals.Although bubonic plague is the main plague type of the M.unguiculatus plague focus,severe pneumonic plague or septic plague may be secondary when the bubonic plague is misdiagnosed or not treated in time.In addition,the plague in animals is relatively virulent in the M.unguiculatus plague focus,and the risk of spreading to humans is higher.For plague in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,comprehensive control efforts should be aimed at the M.unguiculatus focus,covering host animals,vector insects,and humans.Boxi Liu Dayu Zhang Yuhuang Chen Zhaokai He Jun Liu Dongyue Lyu Weiwei Wu Ran Duan Shuai Qin Junrong Liang Huaiqi Jing Xin Wang 2020China CDC weekly2020,2,49:3
3A Novel Method for Power Analysis Based on Combinational Logic in Block Cipher Circuit显示文摘In this paper, we propose a method that builds power model template according to input transitions of combinatorial logic circuit. By computing its correlation with the overall power consumption of a cryptographic circuit, we are able to recover the secret key. Several simulation-based experiments have been conducted,which verifies the feasibility of our method and shows that the combinatorial logic is also faced with the problem of information leakage in power analysis cases. Compared with DPA(Differential power analysis) and CPA(Correlation power analysis), our attack is fairly effective against the cryptographic circuits whose protection is only implemented on the register parts of the sequential circuit. 9The prewarning value of Alexandrium tamarense PSP in an area with frequent outburst of red tide显示文摘The PSP toxicity of Alexandrium tamarense (Lebour) Balech on the blue mussel (Mytilus edulis) from the western waters of Xiamen in China was studied by following the standard method of PSP mouse bioassay developed by the Association of Official Analytical Chemists (AOAC). The results showed that the mice survived when the density of A. tamarense cells was lower than 1×105 cells per cubic decimetre and died when the density was higher than 1×106 cells per cubic decimetre. The past record of red tide events in the western waters of Xiamen showed a general trend of starting from the bloom of non-toxic planktonic diatoms in local waters and resulting in a harmful algal bloom due to the fade of planktonic diatoms which failed in the survival competition in the unfavorable and deteriorated eco-environment.
