| 1 | 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). | 4 | Landscape of DILI-related adverse drug reaction in China Mainland显示文摘Drug-induced liver injury(DILI)is a type of bizarre adverse drug reaction(ADR)damaging liver(L-ADR)which may lead to substantial hospitalizations and mortality.Due to the general low incidence,detection of L-ADR remains an unsolved public health challenge.Therefore,we used the data of 6.673 million of ADR reports from January 1st,2012 to December 31st,2016 in China National ADR Monitoring System to establish a new database of L-ADR reports for future investigation.Results showed that totally 114,357 ADR reports were retrieved by keywords searching of liver-related injuries from the original heterogeneous system.By cleaning and standardizing the data fields by the dictionary of synonyms and English translation,we resulted 94,593 ADR records reported to liver injury and then created a new database ready for computer mining.The reporting status of L-ADR showed a persistent 1.62-fold change over the past five years.The national population-adjusted reporting numbers of L-ADR manifested an upward trend with age increasing and more evident in men.The annual reporting rate of L-ADR in age group over 80 years old strikingly exceeded the annual DILI incidence rate in general population,despite known underreporting situation in spontaneous ADR reporting system.The percentage of herbal and traditional medicines(H/TM)L-ADR reports in the whole number was 4.5%,while 80.60%of the H/TM reports were new findings.There was great geographical disparity of reported agents,i.e.more cardiovascular and antineoplastic agents were reported in higher socio-demographic index(SDI)regions and more antimicrobials,especially antitubercular agents,were reported in lower SDI regions.In conclusion,this study presented a large-scale,unbiased,unified,and computer-minable L-ADR database for further investigation.Age-,sex-and SDI-related risks of L-ADR incidence warrant to emphasize the precise pharmacovigilance policies within China or other regions in the world. | Jiabo Wang Haibo Song Feilin Ge Peng Xiong Jing Jing Tingting He Yuming Guo Zhuo Shi Chao Zhou Zixin Han Yanzhong Han Ming Niu Zhaofang Bai Guangbin Luo Chuanyong Shen Xiaohe Xiao | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,12: | 12 |
| 5 | Spider web-like carbonized bacterial cellulose/MoSe_(2) nanocomposite with enhanced microwave attenuation performance and tunable absorption bands显示文摘It is essential to manufacture microwave absorbers with strong absorption as well as tunable absorption bands at a low filler content.However,it remains challenging for pure biomass material to reach this goal without loading other components.MoSe_(2),as a transition metal chalcogenide with semiconductor properties,has emerged as a potential microwave absorber filler.Herein,bacterial cellulose(BC)-derived carbon nanofibers/MoSe_(2) nanocomposite was fabricated and phosphoric acid was used to dope phosphorus in BC,in which MoSe_(2) microspheres were dropped on the BC network like a dew-covered spider web.This unique network structure enhances conductive loss and multiple reflections of the incident wave.The collocation of BC and MoSe_(2) is helpful to impedance match and introduces interfacial/dipolar polarization loss;moreover,the P-doping of BC helps to tune the absorption bands.Overall,the optimal reflection loss of undoped one reaches−53.33 dB with only 20 wt.%filler content,whose main absorption peaks focus on X-band.Interestingly,after the P-doping of BC,the main absorption peaks move to Ku-band and the optimal reflection loss gets stronger(−66.84 dB)with the same filler loading.Strong absorption and tunable absorption bands can be realized,and thus wide frequency range is covered.This work is expected to enlighten future exploration of biomass carbon materials on high-performance microwave absorption materials. | Zhengjian Xu Man He Yuming Zhou Shuangxi Nie Yongjuan Wang Yao Huo Yifan Kang Ruili Wang Ran Xu Hao Peng Xi Chen | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,3: | 6 |

| 8 | Comparative study on pattern recognition receptors in non-teleost ray-finned fishes and their evolutionary significance in primitive vertebrates显示文摘Pattern recognition receptors(PRRs) play important roles in innate immunity system and trigger the specific pathogen recognition by detecting the pathogen-associated molecular patterns. The main four PRRs components including Toll-like receptors(TLRs), RIG-I-like receptors(RLRs), NOD-like receptors(NLRs) and C-type lectin receptors(CLRs) were surveyed in the five genomes of non-teleost ray-finned fishes(NTR) including bichir(Polypterus senegalus), American paddlefish(Polyodon spathula), alligator gar(Atractosteus spatula), spotted gar(Lepisosteus oculatus) and bowfin(Amia calva), representing all the four major basal groups of ray-finned fishes. The result indicates that all the four PRRs components have been well established in these NTR fishes. In the RLR-MAVS signal pathway, which detects intracellular RNA ligands to induce production of type I interferons(IFNs), the MAVS was lost in bichir particularly. Also, the essential genes of recognition of Lipopolysaccharide(LPS) commonly in mammals like MD2, LY96 and LBP could not be identified in NTR fishes. It is speculated that TLR4 in NTR fishes may act as a cooperator with other PRRs and has a different pathway of recognizing LPS compared with that in mammals. In addition, we provide a survey of NLR and CLR in NTR fishes. The CLRs results suggest that Group V receptors are absent in fishes and Group II and VI receptors are well established in the early vertebrate evolution. | 9 | Second Generation Wavelet Finite Element and Rotor Cracks Quantitative Identification Method显示文摘The presence of cracks in the rotor is one of the most dangerous and critical defects for rotating machinery.Defect of fatigue cracks may lead to long out-of-service periods,heavy damages of machines and severe economic consequences.With the method of finite element,vibration behavior of cracked rotors and crack detection was received considerable attention in the academic and engineering field.Various researchers studied the response of a cracked rotor and most of them are focused on the crack detection based on vibration behavior of cracked rotors.But it is often difficult to identify the crack parameters quantitatively.Second generation wavelets (SGW) finite element has good ability in modal analysis for singularity problems like a cracked rotor.Based on the fact that the feature of SGW could be designed depending on applications,a multiresolution finite element method is presented.The new model of SGW beam element is constructed.The first three natural frequencies of the rotor with different crack location and size were solved with SGW beam elements,and the database for crack diagnosis is obtained.The first three metrical natural frequencies are employed as inputs of the database and the intersection of the three frequencies contour lines predicted the normalized crack location and size.With the Bently RK4 rotor test rig,rotors with different crack location and size are tested and diagnosed.The experimental results denote the cracks quantitative identification method has higher identification precision.With SGW finite element method,a novel method is presented that has higher precision and faster computing speed to identify the crack location and size. | CHEN Xuefeng LI Bing HE Yuming HE Zhengjia | 2010 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2010,23,2: | 3 |

| 11 | Surface modification of polyolefin separators for lithium ion batteries to reduce thermal shrinkage without thickness increase显示文摘Surface chemical modification of polyolefin separators for lithium ion batteries is attempted to reduce the thermal shrinkage, which is important for the battery energy density. In this study, we grafted organic/inorganic hybrid crosslinked networks on the separators, simply by grafting polymerization and condensation reaction. The considerable silicon-oxygen crosslinked heat-resistance networks are responsible for the reduced thermal shrinkage. The strong chemical bonds between networks and separators promise enough mechanical support even at high temperature. The shrinkage at 150 C for 30 min in the mechanical direction was 38.6% and 4.6% for the pristine and present graft-modified separators, respectively. Meanwhile, the grafting organic-inorganic hybrid crosslink networks mainly occupied part of void in the internal pores of the separators, so the thicknesses of the graft-modified separators were similar with the pristine one. | 12 | A Novel Method for Power Analysis Based on Combinational Logic in Block Cipher Circuit显示文摘In this paper, we propose a method that builds power model template according to input transitions of combinatorial logic circuit. By computing its correlation with the overall power consumption of a cryptographic circuit, we are able to recover the secret key. Several simulation-based experiments have been conducted,which verifies the feasibility of our method and shows that the combinatorial logic is also faced with the problem of information leakage in power analysis cases. Compared with DPA(Differential power analysis) and CPA(Correlation power analysis), our attack is fairly effective against the cryptographic circuits whose protection is only implemented on the register parts of the sequential circuit. | 16 | Asari Radix et Rhizoma consumption lacks relevance for hepatocellular carcinoma in patients:A retrospective cohort study显示文摘Objective:Although some studies have linked Asari Radix et Rhizoma(Asari Radix)administration to hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),few studies have examined the association between the development of HCC and use of Asari Radix among patients in China's Mainland.This study aimed to evaluate the realworld association between Asari Radix and HCC in patients to strengthen the understanding of Asari Radix safety.Methods:A retrospective cohort study among hepatitis B virus(HBV)-monoinfected patients and nonHBV-monoinfected patients were performed.Patients over 18 years of age were eligible for inclusion.Prescription records of inpatients and outpatients were inquired to distinguish Asari Radix users and nonusers.The risk of developing HCC among Asari Radix users and nonusers in the HBV cohort and the non-HBV cohort was analyzed.Results:There were 49500 HBV and 133148 non-HBV patients involved in the two cohorts.Among HBV patients(2901 users;46599 nonusers),the prevalence of HCC in Asari Radix users was lower than that in nonusers(145.70 vs.265.43 per 105).Among non-HBV patients(5042 users;128106 nonusers),the prevalence of HCC in Asari Radix users was lower than that in nonusers(81.62 vs.134.11 per 105).None of the hazard ratios(HRs)of Asari Radix exposure ranging from 1 g to 200 g in the two cohorts showed correlation between Asari Radix exposure and hepatocarcinogenesis.Conclusion:An obvious irrelevancy was found between the consumption of Asari Radix and HCC development both in patients with and in those without HBV infection.Use of Asari Radix under 200 g appears safe in terms of HCC risk in the Chinese population;further prospective studies are needed to confirm our results. | Zhi-e Fang Yuming Guo Zhilei Wang Tingting He Jiabo Wang Zhaofang Bai Xiaohe Xiao | 2022 | Chinese Herbal Medicines2022,14,3: | 2 |

| 19 | Effects of proton radiation on field limiting ring edge terminations in 4H–SiC junction barrier Schottky diodes显示文摘In this study, the effects of high-energy proton radiation on the effectiveness of edge terminations using field limiting rings(FLRs) in 4 H–SiC junction barrier Schottky(JBS) diodes were examined in detail. The devices were irradiated using 5-MeV protons at fluences ranging from 5×10^12 cm^-2 to 5×10^14 cm^-2. Further, the reverse breakdown performances of the investigated devices were measured both before and after irradiation. Proton irradiation initially decreased the breakdown voltage(BV);subsequently, the BV was increased as the proton fluence increased. At a fluence of 5×10^13 cm^-2, the BV was reduced by approximately 18%, whereas it was reduced by approximately 5% at a higher proton fluence of 5×10^14 cm^-2. The related degradation mechanism that was associated with this phenomenon was also investigated using the numerical simulations of the current-voltage(I-V) and capacitance-voltage(C-V) characteristics of the device. The main contribution to the radiation-induced changes in BV originates from the variations of charge distribution at the SiO2/4 H–SiC interface and the reduction of the net carrier density in the drift region.
