The effect of applied stress on damage mode of 3D C/C composites under bend-bend fatigue loading显示文摘The bend-bend fatigue behavior of 3D integral braided carbon/carbon composites (3D C/C) was examined. Fatigue test was conducted under load control at a sinu-soidal frequency of 10 Hz to obtain stress-fracture cycles (S-N) relationship. The fatigue limit of the C/C was found to be 203 MPa (92% of the static flexural strength), the lag loops of fatigue load-displacement were transformed from elasticity to anelasticity and the flexibility of specimens were enhanced with increase in applied stress. It is revealed that the interfacial sliding abrasion played an important role in the fatigue failure process, and the extent and speed of sliding abrasion were con-trolled by the level of applied stress. | LIAO XiaoLing LI HeJun XU WenFeng LI KeZhi | 2007 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2007,50,1: | 3
Substrates and interlayer coupling effects on Mo1-xWxSe2 alloys显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D) transition metal dichalcogenides alloys are potential materials in the application of photodetectors over a wide spectral range due to their composition-dependent bandgaps. The study of bandgap engineering is important for the application of 2D materials in devices. Here, we grow the Mo1-xWxSe2 alloys on mica, sapphire and SiO2/Si substrates by chemical vapor deposition(CVD) method. Mo1-x Wx Se2 alloys are grown on the mica substrates by CVD method for the first time. Photoluminescence(PL) spectroscopy is used to investigate the effects of substrates and interlayer coupling force on the optical bandgaps of as-grown Mo1-xWxSe2 alloys. We find that the substrates used in this work have an ignorable effect on the optical bandgaps of as-grown Mo1-xWxSe2. The interlayer coupling effect on the optical bandgaps of as-grown Mo1-xWxSe2 is larger than the substrates effect. These findings provide a new way for the future study of the growth and physical properties of 2D alloy materials. | Fang Liang Hejun Xu Zuoyuan Dong Yafeng Xie Chen Luo Yin Xia Jian Zhang Jun Wang Xing Wu | 2019 | Journal of Semiconductors2019,40,6: | 2
The Infiltration Process and Texture Transition of 2D C/C Composites显示文摘2D needle-punched fiber felt was infiltrated by a kind of rapid isothermal chemical vapor infiltration technique. The infiltration process and texture transition of the infiltrated C/C composites were investigated. The porosity and the variations of the cumulative pore volume were determined by mercury porosimetry. The texture of matrix carbon was studied under a polarized light microscope. The results show that the relative mass gain of the sample increases directly as the infiltration time at the initial stage until 20 h, and subsequently the increasing rate of the relative mass gain decreases gradually with the prolonging of infiltration time. Three layers of pyrocarbon were formed around fibers. Low-textured pyrocarbon was obtained at the initial stage. With the densification going on, high-textured pyrocarbon was formed on the surface of low-textured pyrocarbon. Then, low-textured pyrocarbon was produced again during the final stage of densification. The texture transition is ascribed to the variation of the ratio of cumulative inner surface area to volume of pores and the gas partial pressure in pores. | Hejun Li Guozhong Xu Kezhi Li Chuang Wang Wei Li Miaoling Li | 2009 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2009,25,1: | 2

Mapping QTLs on BTA6 affecting milk production traits in a Chinese Holstein population显示文摘A Chinese Holstein population with daughter design was analyzed using 14 microsatellites covering a map distance of 55.7 cM on chromosome 6 to fine map QTL for five milk production traits. 26 paternal half-sib families with 2356 daughters were involved. Two different approaches, linear regression approach and variance component ap-proach, were employed, with a one-QTL model and two-QTL model fitted. With a one-QTL model, the linear regression approach revealed a QTL near BMS470 with effects on milk yield, fat yield, protein yield, and fat percentage, and another QTL near BMS2460 for protein percentage. The variance component approach confirmed the results of linear regres-sion approach for the three yield traits, with the exception that the QTL for fat yield was mapped to a different position near BMS1242. The 95% confidence intervals resulted from linear regression, obtained by bootstrapping, were generally large, ranging from 31 to 53 cM, whereas the variance com-ponent approach revealed very small confidence intervals, calculated by LOD drop-off method, for the three yield traits, only 4―5 cM. With a two-QTL model, both approaches pro-vided strong evidence for the existence of two QTLs for the three yield traits. Along with the QTLs identified in one-QTL model analyses, the linear regression approach revealed a second QTL near BP7 with effects on all the three yield traits, whereas the variance component approach located the sec-ond QTL near ILSS035, BMS470, and BP7 for the three traits, respectively. | CHEN Huiyong ZHANG Qin WANG Chunkao SHU Juan MEI Gui YIN Cengceng HU Fang XU Jingjing GONG Weijia LI Hejun QIU Xiaotian | 2005 | Chinese Science Bulletin2005,50,16: | 1

Comparative Study on Analysis and Fitting of Pudong Chicken Growth Curve显示文摘The objective of this paper was to study the growth and development laws of Pudong chicken. The growth curve of Pudong chicken(cock and hen) from 0 to 20 weeks was analyzed and fitted with three models(Gompertz, Logistic and Bertalanffy). It was concluded that the growth curves were appropriately fitted with three models, and fitness degree(R2)in growth data of Pudong chicken were all above 0.992. The Bertalanffy model was the most effective with the highest R2 for cock(R2=0.995) and hen(R2=0.999), respectively. With further analysis of fitted parameters for Logistic model of cock, 0-3 weeks' fitted values were significantly greater than measured values and 4-8 weeks ' fitted values were lower than measured values. Compared with Logistic model, the values calculated by Gompertz model and Bertalanffy model were more coincident with the practical measuring values. For hens, 0-3 weeks ' fitted values of Logistic model were significantly greater than measured values and 0-2 weeks ' fitted values of Gompertz model were slightly greater than measured values, while the values calculated by Bertalanffy model best matched the observed val-ues from actual measure. The results showed that Bertalanffy model used to estimate the growth weight of Pudong chicken was the best while Logis-tic model was the worst. So the fitness and analysis of growth curves of Pudong chicken are valid, which may be adopted to predict growth and de-velopment laws of Pudong chicken and provide reliable data for precise feeding and breeding. | Lu Xuelin Zhao Lele Li Hejun Xu Dong Wu Haomin Xu Weibin | 2018 | Animal Husbandry and Feed Science2018,10,3: | 1

QTL Detection for Albinism-Related Loci in Chinese Tongue Sole(Cynoglossus semilaevis)显示文摘The Chinese tongue sole(Cynoglossus semilaevis) is widely cultured in the coastal region of East Asia and has excellent economic value. However, the high albino rate of the breeding population has caused a significant loss to the aquaculture industry. To study the molecular mechanism of albinism, the present study used an albino Chinese tongue sole family to construct three simple sequence repeat(SSR) linkage groups, and draft a preliminary linkage map related to albinism. After albinism-related loci mapping, 18 albinism-related loci were detected under two models(containing 2407 genes) compared to the Chinese tongue sole genome. One of these loci, the tyrosinase related protein(tyrp2), which has been reported previously as an important gene regulating both eumelanin and phaeomelanin levels, was indicated to be the possible cause of albinism. Thirty-five Gene Ontology(GO) terms and 14 Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genome pathways were annotated via bioinformatic analyses. One GO term with protein tyrosine kinase activity, which contained 10 genes, was previously suggested to affect fish albinism. These results establish a foundation for further in-depth study of albinism in Chinese tongue sole. | LIU Yang XU Wenteng ZHANG Bo SHAO Changwei WANG Xiaoxia SUN Hejun WANG Na CHEN Songlin | 2018 | Journal of Ocean University of China2018,17,6: | 1

Fractal characterization of pore microstructure evolution in carbon/carbon composites显示文摘A fractal characterization approach was proposed to research pore microstructure evolution in car- bon/carbon (C/C) composites during the chemical vapor infiltration process. The data obtained from mercury porosimetry determinations were analyzed using the sponge fractal model and the thermo- dynamics relation fractal model, respectively. The fractal dimensions of C/C composites at different densification stages were evaluated. The pore microstructure evolution with densification time was studied by fractal dimension analysis. The results showed that C/C composites belong to porous frac- tal structure. The fractal dimensions increase on the whole with decreasing porosity as the densifica- tion proceeds. The fractal dimensions are influenced by the texture of pyrocarbon and decrease with increasing anisotropy from isotropic pyrocarbon to high textural one. Both the complicacy of pore structure and the textural morphology of pyrocarbon can be represented simultaneously by the fractal dimension. The pore evolution of C/C composites in the densification process can be monitored using fractal dimension. | LI MiaoLing QI LeHua LI HeJun XU GuoZhong | 2009 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2009,52,4: | 1
The Effect of Different Freeze-Thaw Cycles on Mortar Gas Permeability and Pore Structure显示文摘Two different freeze-thaw cycles(FTC)are considered in this study to assess the related impact on gas permeability and micro-pore structure of a mortar. These are the water-freezing/water-thawing(WF-WT)and the air-freezing/air-thawing(AF-AT)cycles.The problem is addressed experimentally through an advanced nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)technique able to provide meaningful information on the relationships among gas permeability, pore structure, mechanical properties, and the number of cycles. It is shown that the mortar gas permeability increases with the number of FTCs,the increase factor being 20 and 12.83 after 40 cycles for the WF-WT and AF-AT,respectively.The results also confirm that gas permeability hysteresis phenomena occur during the confining pressure loading and unloading process. | Wei Chen Ao Xu Hejun Zhang Mingquan Sheng Yue Liang Frederic Skoczylas | 2023 | Fluid Dynamics & Materials Processing2023,19,6: | 0
