3TiO_(2) nanofiber-supported copper nanoparticle catalysts for highly efficient methane conversion to C1 oxygenates under mild conditions显示文摘The selective oxidation of methane under mild conditions remains the“Holy Grail of Catalysis”.The key to activating methane and inhibiting over-oxidation of target oxygenates lies in designing active centers.Copper nanoparticles were loaded onto TiO_(2) nanofibers using the photo-deposition method.The resulting catalysts were found to effectively convert methane into C1 oxygenated products under mild conditions.Compared with previously reported catalysts,it delivers a superior performance of up to 2510.7 mmol·g_(Cu)^(-1)·h^(-1) productivity with a selectivity of around 100%at 80℃for 5 min.Microstructure characterizations and density functional theory(DFT)calculations indicate that TiO_(2) in the mixed phase of anatase and rutile significantly increases the Cu^(+)/CuO ratio of the supported Cu species,and this ratio is linearly related to the formation rate of oxygen-containing species.The CuI site promotes the generation of active O species from H_(2)O_(2) dissociation on Cu_(2)O(111).These active O species reduce the energy barrier for breaking the C-H bond of CH_(4),thus boosting the catalytic activity.The methane conversion mechanism was proposed as a methyl radical pathway to form CH_(3)OH and CH_(3)OOH,and then the generated CH_(3)OH is further oxidized to HOCH_(2)OOH.Wencui Li Yu Ren Zean Xie Yipeng Wang Hang Zhang Dianxiang Peng Hengfang Shen Hongfei Shi Jiaxin Cai Peng Wang Tongxin Zhang Zhen Zhao 2024Nano Research2024,17,5:0
4No association between thrombospondin-4 A387P polymorphism and acute coronary syndrome in Chinese Han population显示文摘Objective: The thrombospondin-4(TSP-4) gene G29926C(A387P) polymorphism was recently reported to be associated with an increased risk of MI(myocardial infarction) in American population. However, several subsequent studies produced controversial findings. The aim of this study was to explore the possible association between TSP-4 A387P polymorphism and ACS(acute coronary syndrome) in Chinese Han population. Methods:A case-control study including 412 patients with ACS and 337 controls free from CAD(coronary artery disease) was conducted. TSP-4 A387P polymorphism was determined by PCR(polymerase chain reaction) and RFLP(restriction fragment length polymorphism) analysis. Results:Slightly decreased frequency of GC genotype was observed in patients with ACS, compared with controls(5.3% vs. 7.1%), but the difference did not reach statistical significance(P = 0.31). Similarly, the prevalence of C allele was 2.7% and 3.6% for ACS and control groups, respectively (P = 0.32). None of homozygote was detected for C allele. Further analyses in subjects subgrouped according to sex and age also showed no association of TSP-4 A387P polymorphism with ACS. Furthermore, after adjustment for conventional risk factors by multiple logistic regression analysis, the carrier prevalence of C allele did not differ significantly between ACS and control groups(OR = 0.85; 95% CI:0.45-1.59; P = 0.60). Conclusion:The present study suggested that the TSP-4 A387P variant showed a low prevalence compared with western populations and failed to associate with an altered risk of ACS in Chinese Han population. 5Clinical analysis of 121 patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy显示文摘Objective:Several studies have analyzed the clinical profiles of patients diagnosed with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM).We sought to identify its characteristics in a regional cohort of Nanjing and its adjacent region.Methods:Clinical profiles of 121 referred patients were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Data including family history,clinical symptoms,electrocardiography and recent echocardiography were collected.Results:The mean age of this population was 42±17 years(range from 6 to 76)at diagnosis of HCM.Most patients were male(60%).48 patients(39.7%)has a family history,19 had a sudden death in a first degree relative and 96(79.3%)were recognized with cardiac symptoms.Left ventricular outflow obstruction(gradient≥30 mmHg at rest)was presented in 26(21.5%)patients.ECG abnormalities comprised of arrhythmia in 54(51.4%)and abnormal T wave in 72(68.6%)patients.FS were higher in female than male(P = 0.001).Among younger patients(age≤50 years),LVDd and LVWP were smaller in females than males(P = 0.042 & 0.023 respectively).In older patients(age>50 years),LVDs was higher in male(P = 0.016)and EF was higher in female(P = 0.048).Conclusion:HCM patients in the region are almost diagnosed with the presentation of cardiac symptoms;those without any symptoms could be recognized by ECG and family screening.Most cardiac hypertrophy affects the interventricular septum.LVDd,LVWP,LVDs,FS and EF showed significant differences related to age and gender.Shilu Zhao Hengfang Wu Jizhen Ma Xiangjian Chen Junhong Wang Di Yang Jinan Zhang 2008Journal of Nanjing Medical University2008,22,2:0
