| 1 | Cancer metabolism and tumor microenvironment:fostering each other?显示文摘The changes associated with malignancy are not only in cancer cells but also in environment in which cancer cells live.Metabolic reprogramming supports tumor cells’high demand of biogenesis for their rapid proliferation,and helps tumor cells to survive under certain genetic or environmental stresses.Emerging evidence suggests that metabolic alteration is ultimately and tightly associated with genetic changes,in particular the dysregulation of key oncogenic and tumor suppressive signaling pathways.Cancer cells activate HIF signaling even in the presence of oxygen and in the absence of growth factor stimulation.This cancer metabolic phenotype,described firstly by German physiologist Otto Warburg,ensures enhanced glycolytic metabolism for the biosynthesis of macromolecules.The conception of metabolite signaling,i.e.,metabolites are regulators of cell signaling,provides novel insights into how reactive oxygen species(ROS)and other metabolites deregulation may regulate redox homeostasis,epigenetics,and proliferation of cancer cells.Moreover,the unveiling of noncanonical functions of metabolic enzymes,such as the moonlighting functions of phosphoglycerate kinase 1(PGK1),reassures the importance of metabolism in cancer development.The metabolic,microRNAs,and ncRNAs alterations in cancer cells can be sorted and delivered either to intercellular matrix or to cancer adjacent cells to shape cancer microenvironment via media such as exosome.Among them,cancer microenvironmental cells are immune cells which exert profound effects on cancer cells.Understanding of all these processes is a prerequisite for the development of a more effective strategy to contain cancers. | Yiyuan Yuan Huimin Li Wang Pu Leilei Chen Dong Guo Hongfei Jiang Bo He Siyuan Qin Kui Wang Na Li Jingwei Feng Jing Wen Shipeng Cheng Yaguang Zhang Weiwei Yang Dan Ye Zhimin Lu Canhua Huang Jun Mei Hua-Feng Zhang Ping Gao Peng Jiang Shicheng Su Bing Sun Shi-Min Zhao | 2022 | Science China(Life Sciences)2022,65,2: | 5 |

| 3 | Geochronology and Geochemistry of the Tinggong Porphyry Copper Ore Deposit, Tibet显示文摘We have determined the ages of the ore-bearing Tinggong porphyries and the Eocene granites using the LA-ICPMS zircon U-Pb method. Zircons from one adamellite porphyry and two diorite porphyries yield ages of 15.54±0.28 Ma, 15.02±0.25 Ma and 14.74±0.22 Ma, respectively. The ages of two granites are 50.48±0.71 Ma and 50.16±0.48 Ma. Light Rare Earth Elements(LREE) are enriched in the ore-bearing adamellite porphyries, which are high-K calc-alkaline and metaluminous, while Heavy Rare Earth Elements(HREE) and Y are strongly depleted, indicating an adakitic affinity. The Large Ion Lithophile Elements(LILE) of the adamellite porphyries are highly enriched, whereas some High Field Strength Elements(HFSE) are depleted. The diorite porphyry in this study is chemically similar to the adamellite porphyries, except that the Mg# of the diorite porphyry is a little higher, demonstrating more mantle contamination. Four samples from different rocks are selected for in situ zircon Hf isotopic analyses. The samples show positive εHf(t) values and young Hf model ages, indicating their derivation from juvenile crust. However, the adamellite porphyry and diorite porphyry formed in the Miocene exhibit more heterogeneous Hf isotopic ratios, with lower εHf(t) values than the granites formed in the Eocene, suggesting the involvement of old Indian continent crust in their petrogenesis. The geochronology and geochemistry of the adamellite porphyries and the diorite porphyries indicate that they formed from the same source region in a post-collisional environment, but contaminated by crust and mantle materials in different ratios. | 7 | Highly Transparent,Stretchable,and Self‑Healable Ionogel for Multifunctional Sensors,Triboelectric Nanogenerator,and Wearable Fibrous Electronics显示文摘Ionogels with high transparency,stretchability and self-healing capability show great potential for wearable electronics.Here,a kind of highly transparent,stretchable and self-healable ionogels are designed using double physical cross-linking including hydrogen bonding and dipole–dipole interaction.Owing to the dynamic and reversible nature of the ion–dipole interaction and hydrogen bonds of polymeric chains,the ionogel possesses good self-healing capability.The multifunctional sensors for strain and temperature are fabricated based on ionogel.The ionogel can serve as strain sensor that exhibited high sensitivity[gauge factor(GF)=3.06]and durability(1000 cycles)to a wide range of strains(0–300%).Meanwhile,the ionogel shows rapid response to temperature,due to the temperature dependence of its ionic conductivity.Furthermore,the ionogel fbers with excellent antifreezing(−20°C)capability are fabricated,and the fbers show the good sensing performance to human motions and temperature.Importantly,the antifreezing ionogel-based triboelectric nanogenerator(ITENG)is assembled for efcient energy harvesting.The ITENG shows a short circuit current(ISC)of 6.1μA,open circuit voltage(VOC)of 115 V,and instantaneous peak power density of 334 mW m−2.This work provides a new strategy to design ionogels for the advancement of wearable electronics. | Lijie Sun Hongfei Huang Qiyu Ding Yifan Guo Wei Sun Zhuangchun Wu Minglin Qin Qingbao Guan Zhengwei You | 2022 | Advanced Fiber Materials2022,4,1: | 1 |
