| 1 | A preventive control strategy for static voltage stability based on an efficient power plant model of electric vehicles显示文摘With the increasing integration of wind farms and electric vehicles(EVs)in power systems,voltage stability is becoming more and more serious.Based on vehicle-to-grid(V2G),an efficient power plant model of EVs(E-EPP)was developed to estimate EV charging load with available corresponding response capacity under different charging strategies.A preventive control strategy based on E-EPP was proposed to maintain the static voltage stability margin(VSM)of power system above a predefined security level.Two control modes were used including the disconnection of EV charging load(‘V1G’mode)and the discharge of stored battery energy back to power grid(‘V2G’mode).A modified IEEE 14-bus system with high penetration of wind power and EVs was used to verify the effectiveness of preventive control strategy.Simulation results showed that the proposed strategy can not only improve the static voltage stability of power system with considerable wind generation,but also guarantee the travelling comfort for EV owners. | Mingshen WANG Yunfei MU Hongjie JIA Jianzhong WU Xiuping YAO Xiaodan YU Janaka EKANAYAKE | 2015 | Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2015,3,1: | 25 |
| 2 | Regulation of OsSPX1 and OsSPX3 on Expression of OsSPX Domain Genes and Pi-starvation Signaling in Rice显示文摘The rice(Oryza sativa L.) genome contains at least six genes exclusively with an SPX(SYG1/PHO81/XPR1) domain at the N-terminal,designated as OsSPX1-6.Here we report the diverse expression patterns of the OsSPX genes in different tissues and their responses to Pi-starvation.Among them,five genes,OsSPX1,2,3,5 and 6 are responsive to Pi-starvation in shoots and/or in roots.The subcellular localization analysis indicates that OsSPX1 and OsSPX2 is exclusively located in nucleus,OsSPX3 in the cytoplasm,and OsSPX4 is a membrane localization protein.OsSPX1 regulates OsSPX2,3 and 5 at the transcription level and is positively involved in the responses of the genes to Pi-starvation.Overexpression of OsSPX3 downregulates OsSPX5 in shoots under Pi-sufficiency.OsSPX3 negatively regulates the PSI(Pi-starvation induced) gene,OsIPS1 and is involved in the responses of miR399 and OsPHO2 to Pi-starvation.Our results suggest that OsSPX1 may be a regulator involved in the transcriptions of OsSPX2,3 and 5.OsSPX3 plays a role in OsIPS1/miR399 mediated long distance regulation on OsPHO2.Our results also indicate that OsSPX3 is involved in plant tolerance to Pi-starvation stress. | Zhiye Wang Han Hu Hongjie Huang Ke Duan Zhong changWu Ping Wu | 2009 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2009,51,7: | 18 |

| 6 | Evaluation of maize inbred lines currently used in Chinese breeding programs for resistance to six foliar diseases显示文摘Foliar diseases are common in most maize-producing regions and have caused serious yield reduction in China. To evaluate genetic resistance of parental lines actively used in maize breeding programs to major foliar diseases, 152 maize inbred lines were tested against northern corn leaf blight(NCLB), southern corn leaf blight(SCLB), Curvularia leaf spot(CLS),gray leaf spot(GLS), common rust, and southern rust from 2003 to 2005. A small number of lines exhibited highly resistant reactions to common rust and southern rust, but none were highly resistant to NCLB, SCLB, CLS, and GLS. Although 53.3%, 40.8%, and 80.7% of lines were resistant to NCLB, SCLB, and common rust, the resistance in most lines was moderate.Resistance to CLS, GLS, and southern rust was rare in this collection of maize lines. Five lines,313, Chang 7-2, Qi 319, Qi 318, and Shen 137, were resistant to five diseases tested. Lines belonging to heterotic subgroup PB exhibited better resistance to the foliar diseases than lines from other heterotic subgroups, such as BSSS, PA, Lancaster, LRC, and PA. | 9 | Synthesis,structure and optical properties of novel thermally robust Dy^(3+)-doped Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7) phosphors for NUV-excited white LEDs显示文摘The powder samples of Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7):xDy^(^(3+))white emitting phosphors were prepared via a solid state reaction technique.The Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7):Dy^(3+)samples were researched by using the GSAS Rietveld refinement and X-ray diffraction(XRD) methods,and SEM images and elemental maps were recorded.Under 350 nm excitatio n,the emission spectra of Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7):xDy^(3+)samples have two obvious peaks and one weak peak at 484,572 and660 nm,corresponding to the characteristic electron transitions of(^(4)F_(9/2)→ ^(6)H_(15/2),blue),(^(4)F_(9/2)→ ^(6)H_(13/2),yellow) and(^(4)F_(9/2)→ 6 H11/2,red),respectively.The concentration quenching effect,decay lifetime and thermal quenching of the as-synthesized Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7):Dy^(3+)samples were researched systematically.The Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7):0.02 Dy^(3+)phosphor possesses a good thermal stability,of which the emission intensity at 423 K can maintain 79% of the initial value(273 K).In addition,through the study of the chro maticity coordinates of the Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7):0.02 Dy^(3+)phosphor,it is found that it is located in the white region,and the Commission Internationalede L’Eclairage(CIE) chromaticity coordinates are(0.339,0.389),The above results show that Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7):xDy^(3+)phosphors can be excellent candidate material for applications in NUV-excited white LEDs. | Haiyan Wu Huimin Li Lihong Jiang Ran Pang Su Zhang Da Li Guanyu Liu Chengyu Li Jing Feng Hongjie Zhang | 2021 | Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,3: | 4 |

| 11 | Classification of Hydrocarbon-Bearing Fine-Grained Sedimentary Rocks显示文摘Fine-grained sedimentary rocks are defined as rocks which mainly compose of fine grains(<62.5 μm). The detailed studies on these rocks have revealed the need of a more unified, comprehensive and inclusive classification. The study focuses on fine-grained rocks has turned from the differences of inorganic mineral components to the significance of organic matter and microorganisms. The proposed classification is based on mineral composition, and it is noted that organic matters have been taken as a very important parameter in this classification scheme. Thus, four parameters, the TOC content, silica(quartz plus feldspars), clay minerals and carbonate minerals, are considered to divide the fine-grained sedimentary rocks into eight categories, and the further classification within every category is refined depending on subordinate mineral composition. The nomenclature consists of a root name preceded by a primary adjective. The root names reflect mineral constituent of the rock, including low organic(TOC<2%), middle organic(2%4%) claystone, siliceous mudstone, limestone, and mixed mudstone. Primary adjectives convey structure and organic content information, including massive or limanited. The lithofacies are closely related to the reservoir storage space, porosity, permeability, hydrocarbon potential and shale oil/gas sweet spot, and are the key factor for the shale oil and gas exploration. | 12 | Construction of trace silver modified core@shell structured Pt-Ni nanoframe@CeO2 for semihydrogenation of phenylacetylene显示文摘The Pt-Ni nanoframe catalysts have attracted great interest owing to their unique electronic structure and excellent catalytic performance. However, the stability of the tenu ous edges of nano frame-structures is dissatisfactory and their un iversal applicati ons in catalytic market beyond electrocatalytic reactions are yet to be tapped and explored. Herein, we developed a new core@ shell structured Pt-Ni nanoframe@CeO2 (Pt-Ni NF@CeO2) composite via etching the Ni from inhomogeneous Pt-Ni rhombic dodecahedra (Pt-Ni RD) by cerium(lll) acetate hydrate (Ce(OAc)3). In this path, Pt-Ni RD was used as self-sacrificial 怕mplate, while the Ce(OAc)3 serves as the provider of the Ce3* source and OH' for the formation of CeO2 shell, etchant of Pt-Ni RD, and the surface modification agent. By this way, the etching of Pt-Ni RD and the formation of the CeO2 shell are simultaneously proceeded to form the final Pt-Ni NF@CeO2 in one step. The obtained Pt-Ni NF@CeO2 exhibits strong in terfacial charge tran sfer interactio n betwee n Pt-Ni NF core and CeO2 shell eve n without reductio n treatment, leading to enhan ced catalytic activity in the hydrogenation of phenylacetylene. After introduction of trace silver, the Pt-Ni-Ag4.9 NF@CeO2 achieves remarkable catalytic performa nee for the selective con versi on of phe ny lacetyle ne to styrene: high con version (100%), styre ne selectivity (86.5%), and good stability. | 14 | Early Mesozoic structural deformation in the Chuandian N-S Tectonic Belt,China显示文摘The Helan-Chuandian N-S Tectonic Belt is a mantle transitional belt in China.The southern part,forming the Chuandian N-S Tectonic Belt,comprises several tectonic systems,each displaying different characteristics.The Chuandian N-S Tectonic Belt along the western margin of Yangtze Block is a strike-slip tectonic belt with a series of echelon left-lateral slip faults.The strike-slip fault systems experienced two stages of structural deformation:early NW-SE striking thrust faults formed under a NE-SW compression stress field,and later sinistral strike-slip structures formed along thrust faults under a NW-SE compression stress field.Mesozoic basins developed between the left-lateral slip faults.Sedimentary facies and paleocurrent directions indicate that basin development was controlled by the strike-slip faults.The oldest strata in the Chuandian N-S Tectonic Belt constrain its formation to early Mesozoic.In fact,The slip tectonic belt formed by clockwise rotation and north-directed subduction-collision of the Yangtze Block in Late Triassic-Jurassic.The strike-slip faults that developed within the belt also formed at this time. | CHEN Hong HU JianMin QU HongJie WU GuoLi | 2011 | Science China Earth Sciences2011,54,11: | 2 |
| 15 | Iron isotopic analyses of geological reference materials on MC-ICP-MS with instrumental mass bias corrected by three independent methods显示文摘Here we report iron(Fe) isotopic data of three pure Fe solution standards(IRMM-014, GSB Fe, and NIST3126a) and five widely used geological reference materials(RMs) from the United States Geological Survey and Geological Survey of Japan obtained on a Neptune Plus multi-collector–inductively coupled plasma–mass spectrometer(MC-ICP-MS) in our laboratory over the past 3 years. The instrumental mass bias was corrected by three independent methods: sample-standard bracketing(SSB),Ni doping + SSB, and ^(57)Fe–^(58)Fe double spike + SSB.Measurements reveal that both the Ni doping and double spike methods helped calibrate short-term fluctuations in mass bias. Collectively, almost all measurements of RMs yielded δ^(56)Fe within ± 0.05 of recommended values,provided that each sample was measured four times on MC-ICP-MS. The pottery and proto-porcelain samples excavated from the group of graves in Henglingshan are very important for studying the development history of Guang-dong ceramics. In this paper, the chemical compositions, micro-structure and physical properties of the samples were systematically analyzed. The results were subjected to multivariate statistical analysis. Different compositional patterns were found for specimens from different periods. The reasons for these variations were discussed. | 17 | XAFS study of Cu^(2+) in aqueous solution of CuBr_2显示文摘Copper ion is the essential microelement to many organisms. In this paper, the local structure of Cu2+ in CuBr2 aqueous solutions with different concentrations are investigated by using X-ray absorption fine structure (XAFS) technique. XANES (X-ray Absorption Near Edge Structure) spectra indicate that charge transfer from Br- to Cu2+ decreases with the solution concentration, which lead to a shift of the absorption edge. The shoulder appearing at the rising edge proves to be characteristic of a tetragonal distortion. The Fourier transform magnitudes of EXAFS (Extended X-ray absorption fine structure) data of Cu species suggest that more Cu-Br bonds may exist in high concentrations. A fivefold coordination configuration like a pyramid is used as the fitting parameters. From the analysis of the coordination numbers, the proportion of Cu-O and Cu-Br is 4:1 in the saturated solution. The Br atom is on the equatorial plane of the model. | 20 | Chronic electrical stimulation induces functional network changes in cortical neuron cultures显示文摘Recent studies demonstrated that a functional brain network could be regarded as a complex network.With the help of network theory,neuroscientists can identify common organizational principles of the functional brain networks.As a consequence,some non-random organizational features,such as'small world'(most of the nodes are not connected directly but can communicate with few intermediate relay steps)and'rich club'(nodes that are rich in connections tend to form strongly interconnected clubs),have been found in functional brain network.Recently,the'small world'organizational feature of neuronal functional networks in vitro was found to be influenced by external applications.However,little is known about the influence of chronic electrical stimulation on functional networks of dissociated cortical cultures during network development.In the present study,cortical cultures were electrically stimulated at a frequency of 0,0.02,and 0.2 Hz,between 7 and 26 days in vitro(DIV).The spontaneous activity of the cortical cultures was recorded using MEAs.Next,a cross-covariance method and graph theory were applied to investigate organizational feature of functional networks.Our results showed that over 3 weeks of stimulation,the network density significantly increased with maturation in the control and 0.02 Hz stimulation groups,but not in 0.2 Hz stimulation groups.Moreover,all the cultures had a small-world topology at 14,18,22,and 26 DIV,free from the effect of chronic electrical stimulation.Besides,we found an asymmetry effect that partial electrical stimulation inhibited the formation of node connections in stimulated areas.This effect was more pronounced at 0.2 Hz than at 0.02 Hz stimulation.Our results suggest that electrical stimulation does not affect the small-world properties of neural cultures.Instead,electrical stimulation modulates connectivity patterns,and neurons within the stimulated area are less connected than neurons outside the stimulated area. | WU SongFang WANG LuBin ZHAO YuWei SUN HongJi LANG YiRan WANG ChangYong HAN JiuQi WANG Yan HAN Yao | 2020 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2020,63,4: | 2 |
