| 1 | Relationship between the later strong gas-charging and the improvement of the reservoir capacity in deep Ordovician carbonate reservoir in Tazhong area, Tarim Basin显示文摘Some large-scale oil-gas fields have recently been discovered in marine carbonate in China, especially the significant discoveries in deep reservoir that reveals a favorable exploration prospect. Tazhong area is the first-order tectonic unit in Tarim Basin, where there are nearly trillion cubic meters of natural gas resources in the Ordovician limestone reef flat complex in Lianglitage Formation. The reservoir is shelf edge reef flat complex, characterized by ultra-low porosity, low permeability and strong heterogeneous, with a current burial depth of 4500―6500 m. Studies find that the formation and distribution of deep reservoir of the Lianglitage Formation were controlled not only by the early high-energy sedimentary facies and corrosion, but the fracture network formed by the strong gas-charging process since the Himalayan epoch, which played an important role in optimizing and improving reservoir properties. | 2 | Calculation analysis of sustained casing pressure in gas wells显示文摘Sustained casing pressure (SCP) in gas wells brings a serious threat to worker safety and environmental protection. According to geological conditions, wellbore structure and cement data of gas wells in the Sichuan-Chongqing region, China, the position, time, environmental condition and the value of SCP have been analyzed. On this basis, the shape of the pressure bleed-down plot and pressure buildup plot were diagnosed and the mechanism of SCP has been clarified. Based on generalized annular Darcy percolation theory and gas-liquid two-phase fluid dynamics theory, a coupled mathematical model of gas migration in a cemented annulus with a mud column above the cement has been developed. The volume of gas migrated in the annulus and the value of SCP changing with time in a gas well in Sichuan have been calculated by this model. | 4 | Effect of Liandouqingmai Recipe on life quality and vascular endothelial injury in patients with coronary heart disease显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of Liandouqingmai Recipe on life quality and vascular endothelial injury in patients with coronary heart disease.METHODS:Capitalized 101 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=45) treated with Liandouqingmai Recipe and a standard treatment group(control group,n=56).A normal group of 16 healthy persons was additionally set up.Changes in ET-1 and NO levels were measured and Seatle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ) was adopted in studying life quality before and after treatment for two weeks.The data were analyzed with SPSS 16.0 statistic software.RESULTS:The average level of ET-1 in the normal group was lower and NO higher than that of patients with coronary heart disease.There was no significant difference in the average level of ET-1 and NO and in the scores of SAQ [physical limitation(PL),pngina stability(AS),apngina frequency(AF),treatment satisfaction(TS) and disease perception(DP)] between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).But after treatment,the scores of SAQ(PL,AS,AF,TS,DP) and NO level were higher than those in the control group,and ET-1 average level in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.The negative relations between PL and ET-1 and between AF and ET-1 were found in this study.CONCLUSION:Liandouqingmai Recipe can raise scores of SAQ and NO level and decline ET level in patients with coronary heart disease on the basis of convertional standard treatment,thus improving vascular endothelial function and life quality.Life quality is related to vascular endothelial function. | Hongjun Zhu Shu Lu Wei Su Shaoyu Gong Zhibin Zhang Ping Li | 2012 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2012,32,4: | 10 |
| 5 | Heterogeneous reaction of NO_2 on the surface of NaCl particles显示文摘The heterogeneous reaction of NO2 on NaCl particles has been investigated with the new sample preparation and the mode of gas-solid free diffusion. Diffuse Reflectance Infrared Fourier Transform Spectroscopy (DRIFTS) is used to characterize the adsorbed products in situ, combined with Ion Chromatographic (IC), X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) and Scan Electron Micros- copy (SEM). Our results indicate that the reaction is not limited to the surface of the NaCl particles, but penetrated into the upper layers. Surface reactive sites determine the reaction. | 6 | Organic amendments increase corn yield by enhancing soil resilience to climate change显示文摘A 22-year field experiment was conducted in Gongzhuling, Jilin province, China to investigate corn yield response to fertilization practice. Compared to an unfertilized control(CK), all fertilization treatments, including inorganic nitrogen fertilizer only(N), balanced inorganic fertilizers(NPK), NPK plus corn straw(SNPK), and NPK plus farmyard manure(MNPK), resulted in significant increases in corn yield. However, only organic matter amendments sustained increasing yield trends, with annual rates of 0.137 and 0.194 t ha-1for the SPNK and MNPK treatments, respectively(P < 0.05). During the 22 years, the daily mean, maximum and minimum temperatures increased by 0.50, 0.53, and 0.46 °C per decade, whereas precipitation displayed no significant change but showed large seasonal variation. According to a regression analysis, increased air temperature exerted positive effects on corn yields under the SNPK and the MNPK treatments. Under both treatments,soil organic carbon contents and soil nutrient availabilities increased significantly compared to their initial levels in 1990, whereas soil bulk density and total porosity changed slightly under the two treatments, which showed higher soil water storage than other treatments. In contrast, significant increases in soil bulk density and decreases in soil total porosity and soil nutrient availability were observed under the CK, N and NPK treatments. The contributions of soil fertility to corn yield were 28.4%, 37.9%, 38.4%, 39.0%,and 42.9% under CK, N, NPK, SNPK, and MNPK treatments, respectively, whereas climate changes accounted for 27.0%, 14.6%, 12.4%, 11.8%, and 10.8%. | 7 | Seasonal variability of the zooplankton community in the southwest of the Huanghai Sea (Yellow Sea) Cold Water Mass显示文摘Samples were collected with a plankton net in the four seasonal cruises during 2006-2007 to study the seasonal variability of the zooplankton community in the southwest part of Huanghai Sea Cold Water Mass (HSCWM, Yellow Sea Cold Water Mass). The spatial and temporal variations of zooplankton species composition, biomass, abundance and biodiversity were examined. A total of 122 zooplankton species and 30 pelagic larvae were identified in the four cruises. Calanus sinicus and Aidanosagitta crassa were the most dominant species, and Themisto gaudichaudi and Euphausia pacifica were widely distributed in the HSCWM area. The spatial patterns of non-gelatinous zooplankton (removing the high water content groups) were similar to those of the total zooplankton biomass in autumn, but different significantly in the other three seasons. The seasonal means of zooplankton biomass in spring and summer were much higher than that in autumn and winter. The total zooplankton abundance averaged 283.5 ind./m^3 in spring (highest), 192.5 ind./m^3 in summer, 165.5 ind./m^3 in autumn and 65.9 ind./m^3 in winter (lowest), and the non-gelatinous groups contributed the most total abundance. Correlation analysis suggests that the non-gelatinous zooplankton biomass and abundance had a significant positive correlation in the whole year, but the relationship was insignificant between the total zooplankton biomass and abundance in spring and summer. The diversity index H of zooplankton community averaged 1.88 in this study, which was somewhat higher than historical results. | 9 | Effects of the Fhb1 gene on Fusarium head blight resistance and agronomic traits of winter wheat显示文摘The gene Fhb1 has been used in many countries to improve wheat Fusarium head blight(FHB) resistance. To make better use of this gene in the Yellow-Huai River Valleys Winter Wheat Zone(YHWZ), the most important wheat-producing region of China, it is desirable to elucidate its effects on FHB resistance and agronomic traits in different genetic backgrounds. Based on a diagnostic marker for Fhb1, six BC2 populations were developed by crossing dwarf-male-sterile(DMS)-Zhoumai 16 to three Fhb1 donors(Ningmai 9, Ningmai 13, and Jianyang 84) and backcrossing to Zhoumai 16 and Zhoumai16’s derivative cultivars(Lunxuan 136 and Lunxuan 13) using marker-assisted backcross breeding. The progenies were assessed for FHB resistance and major agronomic traits.The Fhb1 alleles were identified using the gene-specific molecular marker. The plants with the Fhb1-resistant genotype(Fhb1-R) in these populations showed significantly fewer infected spikelets than those with the Fhb1-susceptible genotype(Fhb1-S). When Lunxuan 136 was used as the recurrent parent, Fhb1-R plants showed significantly fewer infected spikelets per spike than Fhb1-R plants produced using Lunxuan 13 as the recurrent parent, indicating that the genetic backgrounds of Fhb1 influence the expression of FHB resistance. Fhb1-R plants from the DMS-Zhoumai 16/Ningmai 9//Zhoumai 16/3/Lunxuan 136 population showed the highest FHB resistance among the six populations and a significantly higher level of FHB resistance than the moderately susceptible control Huaimai 20. No significant phenotypic differences between Fhb1-R and Fhb1-S plants were observed for the eight agronomic traits investigated. | 10 | Numerical simulation for erosion effects of three-phase flow containing sulfur particles on elbows in high sour gas fields显示文摘Sulfur particles carried by high-speed flow impact pipelines,which may cause equipment malfunctions and even failure.This paper investigates the scouring effect of mist gas containing sulfur particles on elbows in highly sour gas fields.The multiphase-flow hydrodynamic model of the 90elbow was established by using the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method.The scouring effects of the gasliquid mist fluid with the water-liquid fraction of 20%and particles with the diameter of 0.01 e0.05mm on elbows were explored within the flow velocity range of 0e20 m/s.In addition,the influences of secondary collision,mean curvature radius to diameter(R/D)ratio,inertial force,drag force,and Stokes number on trajectories of sulfur particles were studied.Moreover,the influences of hydrodynamic parameters of multiphase flow on corrosion inhibitor film were analyzed with the wall shear stress as the reference value.Serious erosion mainly occurred in the extrados of elbow as well as the junction between downstream pipeline and the intrados of elbow,the maximum erosion area occurs at 61.9.When the incident position of the particle was far away from the top of the inlet plane,the probability of secondary collision became smaller.Furthermore,the erosion rate decreased with the rise in the R/D radio.The maximum erosion rate of elbow increased with the increase in the Stoke number.The maximum erosion rate reached 0.428 mm/a at 0.05mm particle diameter and 20 m/s fluid velocity.The wall shear stress increased with the increase in fluid velocity and mass flow rate of particle,the fitting function of the wall shear stress curve was the Fourier type.The results indicated that highvelocity particles had a serious erosion effect on elbows and affected the stability of the corrosion inhibitor film.The erosion effect could be retarded by controlling the velocity and diameter of particles.The results provided technical supports for the safe production in highly sour gas fields. | Enbo Zhang Dezhi Zeng Hongjun Zhu Shuanggui Li Dongbo Chen Jie Li Yanyan Ding Gang Tian | 2018 | Petroleum2018,4,2: | 5 |

| 14 | Angular-based spatially resolved laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy: a new technique for the effective enhancement of signals without an external time delay system显示文摘In this study, we developed a novel angularbased spatially resolved laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(ABSR-LIBS) technique. This new method allows the spatially resolved spectroscopic properties of laserinduced plasma to be investigated using different angles and polar distances with a spatially adjustable fiber optics probe. The experimental evaluations suggested that the intensity of the Al signal distributions in the ‘‘side-view''depended greatly on the angle of the collection probe. The location of a collection probe at 50° would facilitate efficient spectral collection and minimize the disturbance of the plasma plume. The spectral signals in the plasma emissions had different distribution at various polar distances using the same collection angle, and the highest signal intensity was observed between 15 and 35 mm polar distances. This ABSR-LIBS technique improved both the LIBS signal and the maximum emission intensity of Al atoms by several times at the best spatial position in our experimental conditions. Furthermore, we successfully obtained well-resolved line emission spectroscopy signals without any external time delay using a nongated spectrometer based on the ABSR-LIBS system. | 15 | Effect of Liandouqingmai recipe on quality of life and inflammatory reactions of patients with coronary heart disease显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Liandouqingmai recipe(Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation) on the quality of life(QOL) and inflammatory reaction of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).METHODS: A total of 101 CHD patients were randomized into two groups: treatment group(n=45)receiving standard treatment for CHD plus Liandouqingmai recipe, and control group(n=56) receiving standard treatment only. The control group contained 16 normal healthy subjects. Changes in hs-C-reactive protein(CRP), peripheral blood leucocytes(PBL), and interleukin(IL)-6 and IL-10 levels were measured. The Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ) was used to determine patient QOL before and after treatment for 2 weeks.RESULTS: Before treatment, SAQ scores [physical limitation(PL), angina stability(AS), angina frequen-cy(AF), treatment satisfaction(TS), and disease perception(DP)] were not statistically different between groups. After treatment, AS and DP levels of controls were significantly increased compared with the other groups, while PL, AS, AF, TS, and DP levels of the treatment group were significantly increased compared with controls. Treatment group SAQ scores(PL, AS, AF, TS, and DP) were significantly higher than for controls. CHD patient IL-6 and IL-10 levels were significantly higher than controls.Before treatment, mean levels of IL-6, hs-CRP and PBL of the two groups were not statistically different. After treatment, mean levels of IL-6, IL-10,hs-CRP and PBL of the two groups were significantly decreased compared with their before treatment values, and levels of IL-6, hs-CRP, and PBL of the treatment group were lower than controls. Although mean IL-10 levels of both groups decreased, there was no significant difference in between-group and in-group comparisons before and after treatment. Mean levels of IL-6 and IL-10 in the normal group were lower than in CHD patients.SAQ scores of QOL were negatively associated with the inflammatory index(IL-6/IL-10), and there was a significant negative association of IL-10 with AS(r=﹣0.15, P<0.05).CONCLUSION: Inflammatory reactions in CHD patients are related to angina status. | 16 | ETCM v2.0:An update with comprehensive resource and rich annotations for traditional Chinese medicine显示文摘Existing traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)-related databases are still insufficient in data standardization,integrity and precision,and need to be updated urgently.Herein,an Encyclopedia of Traditional Chinese Medicine version 2.0(ETCM v2.0,http://gffzz3ff3e9d9e9f64aa3hknnx69ncxocn6o60.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/ETCM2/front/#/)was constructed as the latest curated database hosting 48,442 TCM formulas recorded by ancient Chinese medical books,9872 Chinese patent drugs,2079 Chinese medicinal materials and 38,298 ingredients.To facilitate the mechanistic research and new drug discovery,we improved the target identification method based on a two-dimensional ligand similarity search module,which provides the confirmed and/or potential targets of each ingredient,as well as their binding activities.Importantly,five TCM formulas/Chinese patent drugs/herbs/ingredients with the highest Jaccard similarity scores to the submitted drugs are offered in ETCM v2.0,which may be of significance to identify prescriptions/herbs/ingredients with similar clinical efficacy,to summarize the rules of prescription use,and to find alternative drugs for endangered Chinese medicinal materials.Moreover,ETCM v2.0 provides an enhanced Java Script-based network visualization tool for creating,modifying and exploring multi-scale biological networks.ETCM v2.0 may be a major data warehouse for the quality marker identification of TCMs,the TCM-derived drug discovery and repurposing,and the pharmacological mechanism investigation of TCMs against various human diseases. | Yanqiong Zhang Xin Li Yulong Shi Tong Chen Zhijian Xu Ping Wang Meng Yu Wenjia Chen Bing Li Zhiwei Jing Hong Jiang Lu Fu Wenjing Gao Yanhua Jiang Xia Du Zipeng Gong Weiliang Zhu Hongjun Yang Haiyu Xu | 2023 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,6: | 3 |

| 20 | Development of a CLDN18.2-targeting immuno-PET probe for non-invasive imaging in gastrointestinal tumors显示文摘Claudin18.2(CLDN18.2)is a tight junction protein that is overexpressed in a variety of solid tumors such as gastrointestinal cancer and oesophageal cancer.It has been identified as a promising target and a potential biomarker to diagnose tumor,evaluate efficacy,and determine patient prognosis.TST001 is a recombinant humanized CLDN18.2 antibody that selectively binds to the extracellular loop of human Claudin18.2.In this study,we constructed a solid target radionuclide zirconium-^(89)(^(89)Zr)labled-TST001 to detect the expression of in the human stomach cancer BGC823CLDN18.2 cell lines.The[^(89)Zr]Zr-desferrioxamine(DFO)-TST001 showed high radiochemical purity(RCP,>99%)and specific activity(24.15±1.34 GBq/mmol),and was stable in 5%human serum albumin,and phosphate buffer saline(>85%RCP at 96 h).The EC_(50) values of TST001 and DFO-TST001 were as high as 0.413±0.055 and 0.361±0.058 nM(P>0.05),respectively.The radiotracer had a significantly higher average standard uptake values in CLDN18.2-positive tumors than in CLDN18.2-negative tumors(1.11±0.02 vs.0.49±0.03,P=0.0016)2 days post injection(p.i.).BGC823CLDN18.2 mice models showed high tumor/muscle ratios 96 h p.i.with[^(89)Zr]Zr-DFO-TST001 was much higher than those of the other imaging groups.Immunohistochemistry results showed that BGC823CLDN18.2 tumors were highly positive(+++)for CLDN18.2,while those in the BGC823 group did not express CLDN18.2().The results of ex vivo biodistribution studies showed that there was a higher distribution in the BGC823CLDN18.2 tumor bearing mice(2.05±0.16%ID/g)than BGC823 mice(0.69±0.02%ID/g)and blocking group(0.72±0.02%ID/g).A dosimetry estimation study showed that the effective dose of[^(89)Zr]Zr-DFO-TST001 was 0.0705 mSv/MBq,which is within the range of acceptable doses for nuclear medicine research.Taken together,these results suggest that Good Manufacturing Practices produced by this immuno-positron emission tomography probe can detect CLDN18.2-overexpressing tumors. | Yan Chen Xingguo Hou Dapeng Li Jin Ding Jiayue Liu Zilei Wang Fei Teng Hongjun Li Fan Zhang Yi Gu Steven Yu Xueming Qian Zhi Yang Hua Zhu | 2023 | Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2023,13,4: | 2 |
