| 1 | The electrical conductivity of H_2O at 0.21-4.18 GPa and 20 -350℃显示文摘The electrical conductivity of H2O in solid and liquid phases has been measured at 0.21-4.18 GPa and 20-350℃. The results indicate: ( i ) different phases of H2O in solid have different relations between electrical conductivity and temperature and pressure. The conductivity changes continuously with temperature, but discontinuously with the pressure between 2.11 and 2.58 GPa, which corresponds to the transforming pressure between ice (Ⅵ) and ice ( Ⅶ ) ; ( ii ) the con-ductivity of H2O in liquid all increases with temperature and pressure, but there are discontinuities at pressures between 0.57 and 0.9 GPa, and between 2.11 and 2.58 GPa, which are also consistent with the polymorph of ice (ice ( Ⅴ), ice (Ⅵ) and ice ( Ⅶ ) ) . This reflects that H2O in liquid at different pressures has quite different properties of electron chemistry. | 2 | The effect of phase transition on the compressional wave velocity for a trachybasalt at high temperature and high pressure显示文摘Compressional wave velocities in a trachybasalt, from Yichuan County, Henan Province, have been measured at 2.0 GPa and up to 1 350℃ in a YJ-3000 t cubic-anvil highpressure apparatus. The run products have been gained at the same pressure but different temperatures. The observation of the thin sections of the run products indicates that, corresponding to the variation of the compressional wave velocity in the trachybasalt, the phase transition has taken place. The relationship between the change of the compressional wave velocity and the hydrous mineral dehydration, solid-solid phase transformation and partial melting has been discussed. | 6 | Improved Electrochemical Performance Based on Nanostructured SnS_2@CoS_2–rGO Composite Anode for Sodium-Ion Batteries显示文摘A promising anode material composed of SnS_2@CoS_2 flower-like spheres assembled from SnS_2 nanosheets and CoS_2 nanoparticles accompanied by reduced graphene oxide(rGO) was fabricated by a facile hydrothermal pathway. The presence of rGO and the combined merits of SnS_2 and CoS_2 endow the SnS_2@-CoS_2–rGO composite with high conductivity pathways and channels for electrons and with excellent properties as an anode material for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs). A high capacity of 514.0 mAh g^(-1) at a current density of200 m A g^(-1) after 100 cycles and a good rate capability can be delivered. | 7 | P-Wave Velocity in Rocks of Dabieshan, China at High Pressure and High Temperature: Constraints for Composition of Lower Crust and Crust-Mantle Recycling显示文摘P-wave velocities in the rocks of Dabieshan, central China were measured at pressures up to 5.0 GPa and temperatures up to 1 300℃. The ultrahigh pressure eclogites have the highest density and P-wave velocity (Vp) and lower anisotropy. Pressure derivatives of the eclogites range from 0. 22 to 0. 33 km. s-1 GPa-1. Average temperature derivative of the eclogites is - 3. 41×10-4 km. s-1. °C -1. The density and VP of the eclogites imply that there will be two united possibilities related to crust-mantle recycling after the eclogite formed in the deep lithosphere. One is that some eclogites in the deep lithosphere were detached and sunk into deeper mantle due to their denser density. | 10 | In-situ growth of CNTs encapsulating P-doped NiSe_(2) nanoparticles on carbon framework as efficient bifunctional electrocatalyst for overall water splitting显示文摘Nickel diselenide(NiSe_(2)) is a promising low-cost catalyst for both hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) and oxygen evolution reaction(OER),due to its suitable d-electron configuration and high electrical conductivity.Several representative elements,e.g.,Co,Fe and P,have been utilized as cation or anion to promote the electrocatalytic activity of NiSe_(2) by modulating the interaction with Se element,whilst the catalyst stability is less concerned.In this work,the catalytic Ni nanoparticles were in-situ encapsulated in carbon nanotubes grown on three-dimensional conducting carbon framework.Subsequent phosphorization and selenization yield dispersed P-doped NiSe_(2) nanoparticles protected by carbon shell with highly exposed yet stable active sides,resulting in significantly promoted HER and OER activities as well as accelerated kinetics.In detail,the P-NiSe_(2)@N-CNTs/NC hybrid catalyst deliver low overpotentials of 95 and 306 mV at10 mA cm^(-2) for HER and OER in alkaline media,respectively.DFT calculations reveal that P doping reduces the electron density surrounding Ni atoms while accumulates the charges to Se, respectively,which in turn reduces the energy barriers for both water dissociation and intermediates adsorption for both HER and OER.As a concept of proof,a cell assembled by P-NiSe_(2)@N-CNTs/NC hybrid catalystbased anode and cathode performs a low applied voltage of 1.609 V to reach 10 mA cm^(-2),and outstanding long-term stability. | Jing Yu Wei-Jian Li Guibo Kao Cheng-Yan Xu Rongrong Chen Qi Liu Jingyuan Liu Hongsen Zhang Jun Wang | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,9: | 1 |
| 11 | Experimental Study of the Influence of Hydrous Minerals on the Melting Behaviour of Rocks at High Temperatures and Pressures显示文摘The experimental study on the melting of potassic basalt and eclogite with about 2% waterat 800-1300℃ and 1.0-3.5 GPa shows that the solidi of both rocks are significantly lower thanthose obtained from the previous experiments of the same type of rocks under dry conditions,and the former which is enriched in potassium has a lower melting point than the latter. It is con-sistent with the previous study. The melting temperature of eclogite increases with pressure,whereas potassic basalt has similar properties only at 1.5—2.5 GPa and>3.0 GPa, and at 2.5—3.0 GPa the melting temperature decreases with pressure. This can be explained as follows: (1)eclogite only has one hydrous mineral amphibole and the dehydous temperature is lower than thewet solidus of the rock. (2) Amphibole exists in potassic basalt at the pressures lower than 2.5GPa and phlogopite exists at pressures higher than 2.5 GPa, and the special compositions of bothminerals determine that amphibole has a dehydration temperature higher than or close to that ofthe wet solidus of the rocks, while phlogopite has a dehydration temperature lower than that ofthe wet solidus. On the other hand the features of the continuous solidus in the experiment ofhydrous eclogite were produced by the fact that the dehydration temperature of its amphibolelower than or close to the melting temperature of the hydrous conditions. So the melting tempera-ture lowers at higher pressures. Therefore, the composition of the rocks in the lithosphere and thetypes of hydrous minerals and their stable P-T conditions are the important factors controllingthe solidi of rocks. | 13 | Study on the Electrical Conductivity of 0.025 mol NaCl Solution at 0.25-3.75 GPa and 20-370℃显示文摘The electrical conductance of 0.025 mol NaCl solution was measured at0.25-3.75 GPa and 20-370℃. As shown by the results, the conductance increases with temper-ature, and there is a liner relation between the reciprocal of temperature and the logarithm ofthe conductance but their slopes are different at different pressures. The relations between theconductance and pressure is rather complex and there are some discontinuities: in the range of2.25-3.75 GPa, the conductance increases with the pressure; in the range of 1.25-2.0 GPa, theconductance is not related to the pressure; and at a pressure of 0.75 GPa, the conductance ishigher than that at the pressures nearby. | 14 | High-pressure sound velocity of perovskite-enstatite and the possible composition of the Earth's lower mantle显示文摘The compressional sound velocity VP for enstatite of polycrystalline specimens were measured at pressures from 40 to 140 GPa using the optical analytical techniques under shock loading. The dependence of VP (in km/s) on Hugoniot pressure (P, in GPa) can be described by lnVP= 3.079-0.691 ln(P) + 0.094(lnP)2. VP satisfies Birch’s law: VP= 4.068 + 1.677p, where p is corresponding density, which indicated that enstatite is stable throughout the conditions of the lower mantle. The wave velocity P is 0.5% lower and the wave velocity S is 2% higher than that of PREM respectively. Their spectroscopic characteristics resemble that of the high-density quartz glass. In the meantime, the IR spectra of SiO2 glasses show that a small amount of water exists in SiO2 glasses in the form of OH-. | 16 | Molecular dynamics simulation reveals DNA-specific recognition mechanism via c-Myb in pseudo-palindromic consensus of mim-1 promoter显示文摘This study aims to gain insight into the DNA-specific recognition mechanism of c-Myb transcription factor during the regulation of cell early differentiation and proliferation.Therefore,we chose the chicken myeloid gene,mitochondrial import protein 1(mim-1),as a target to study the binding specificity between potential dual-Myb-binding sites.The c-Myb-binding site in mim-1 is a pseudo-palindromic sequence AACGGTT,which contains two AACNG consensuses.Simulation studies in different biological scenarios revealed that c-Myb binding with mim-1 in the forward strand(complex F)is more stable than that in the reverse strand(complex R).The principal component analysis(PCA)dynamics trajectory analyses suggested an opening motion of the recognition helices of R2 and R3(R2R3),resulting in the dissociation of DNA from c-Myb in complex R at 330 K,triggered by the reduced electrostatic potential on the surface of R2R3.Furthermore,the DNA confirmation and hydrogen-bond interaction analyses indicated that the major groove width of DNA increased in complex R,which affected on the hydrogenbond formation ability between R2R3 and DNA,and directly resulted in the dissociation of DNA from R2R3.The steered molecular dynamics(SMD)simulation studies also suggested that the electrostatic potential,major groove width,and hydrogen bonds made major contribution to the DNA-specific recognition.In vitro trials confirmed the simulation results that c-Myb specifically bound to mim-1 in the forward strand.This study indicates that the three-dimensional(3D)structure features play an important role in the DNA-specific recognition mechanism by c-Myb besides the AACNG consensuses,which is beneficial to understanding the cell early differentiation and proliferation regulated by c-Myb,as well as the prediction of novel c-Myb-binding motifs in tumorigenesis. | Jinru WENG Shuo YANG Jinkang SHEN Hongsen LIU Yuzi XU Dongyun HAO Shan WANG | 2023 | Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2023,24,10: | 0 |

| 19 | Advances in chemokines of teleost fish species显示文摘In mammals,chemokines are a superfamily of cytokines that regulate cell migration or exert direct antimicrobial activity.The presence and organization of four invariant cysteine residues within the mature protein sequence can classify chemokines into four major subfamilies:CXC,CC,CX_(3)C,and XC.In teleost,a novel subfamily of chemokines named CX has been identified.Since the first report of a CC chemokine(CK1)in rainbow trout in 1998,the number of identified chemokine genes in different fish species has expanded dramatically.In this paper,we reviewed the chemokine genes that have been identified so far in teleost fish and their tissue expressions and responses post-stimulation.We also discussed the functions of fish chemokines based on currently available information and compared them to human chemokines.Additionally,we predicted the structures of trout chemokines for the first time,and we found that the structures of trout chemokines share significant similarities.Finally,the adjuvant effects of fish chemokines in aquaculture were also reviewed.Overall,this review will give us a better understanding of the chemokines of teleost fish. | Hongsen Xu Fuguo Liu | 2024 | Aquaculture and Fisheries2024,9,2: | 0 |
| 20 | Thermoelasticity and stability of natural epidote at high pressure and high temperature:Implications for water transport during cold slab subduction显示文摘Epidote is a typical hydrous mineral in subduction zones.Here,we report a synchrotron-based single-crystal X-ray diffraction(XRD)study of natural epidote[Ca1.97Al2.15Fe0.84(SiO4)(Si2O7)O(OH)]under simultaneously high pressure-temperature(high P-T)conditions to~17.7 GPa and 700 K.No phase transition occurs over this P-T range.Using the third-order Birch-Murnaghan equation of state(EoS),we fitted the pressure-volume-temperature(P-V-T)data and obtained the zero-pressure bulk modulus K_(0)=138(2)GPa,its pressure derivative K'_(0)=3.0(3),the temperature derivative of the bulk modulus((∂K/∂T)P=-0.004(1)GPa/K),and the thermal expansion coefficient at 300 K(α_(0)=3.8(5)×10^(-5)K^(-1)),as the zero-pressure unit-cell volume V_(0)was fixed at 465.2(2)Å^(3)(obtained by a single-crystal XRD experiment at ambient conditions).This study reveals that the bulk moduli of epidote show nonlinear compositional dependence.By discussing the stabilization of epidote and comparing its density with those of other hydrous minerals,we find that epidote,as a significant water transporter in subduction zones,may maintain a metastable state to~14 GPa along the coldest subducting slab geotherm and promote slab subduction into the upper mantle while favoring slab stagnation above the 410 km discontinuity.Furthermore,the water released from epidote near 410 km may potentially affect the properties of the 410 km seismic discontinuity. | Bo Li Jingui Xu Dongzhou Zhang Zhilin Ye Shijie Huang Dawei Fan Wenge Zhou Hongsen Xie | 2021 | Geoscience Frontiers2021,12,2: | 0 |
