1Plankton community composition in the Three Gorges Reservoir Region revealed by PCR-DGGE and its relationships with environmental factors显示文摘To explore the relationships between community composition and the environment in a reservoir ecosystem, plankton communities from the Three Gorges Reservoir Region were studied by PCR-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis fingerprinting. Bacterial and eukaryotic operational taxonomic units (OTUs), generated by DGGE analysis of the PCR-amplified 16S and 18S rRNA genes, were used as surrogates for the dominant 'biodiversity units'. OTU composition among the sites was heterogeneous; 46.7% of the total bacterial OTUs (45) and 64.1% of the eukaryotic OTUs (39) were identified in less than half of the sampling sites. Unweighted pair group method with arithmetic averages (UPGMA) clustering of the OTUs suggested that the plankton communities in the Xiangxi Rive sites were not always significantly different from those from the Yangtze River sites, despite clear differences in their environmental characterizations. Canonical correspondence analysis (CCA) was applied to further investigate the relationships between OTU composition and the environmental factors. 2铅污染不同粒径土壤的重金属地球化学行为与风险显示文摘通过湿法提取铅污染土壤中的细砂粒、粉粒、粗粘粒和细粘粒组分,利用激光粒度分析仪、透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)和重金属形态连续提取的BCR方法,研究不同粒径细砂粒、粉粒、粗粘粒和细粘粒组分的重金属含量分布、矿物组成、形态分布与化学活性、迁移累积特征、生态健康风险等.结果表明,铅污染土壤中细砂粒、粉粒、粗粘粒和细粘粒组分随着颗粒物粒径的减少,总有机碳和重金属含量升高,其累积因子、活性系数和潜在生态风险指数也相对增大,特别是重金属铅的可氧化态含量显著升高.而可交换态重金属Cr、Cu、Zn则在大粒径组分中的含量较高.从综合潜在生态风险来看,铅污染土壤重金属元素在不同粒径细颗粒组分中,具有极强的潜在生态风险,在粒径特别小的纳米级天然细粘粒组分中重金属Pb和Cu具有更大的累积因子、活性系数和潜在生态风险,应采取有效措施对铅污染土壤重金属污染进行修复与治理.吴婷 李小平 蔡月 艾雨为 孙薛梦 Hongtao Yu 2017中国环境科学2017,37,11:18
3Delamination damage detection of laminated composite beams using air-coupled ultrasonic transducers显示文摘Air-coupled ultrasonic transducers are used to generate and receive Lamb waves in quasi-isotropic laminated composite beams for delamination detection. The influence of incident angle on the excited mode is studied. Numerical calculation and experimental results show that a pure Lamb wave mode can be generated if the transmitting transducer is oriented at a specific angle, and the receiving transducer can either be oriented to detect the same mode as that generated by the transmitter or to detect another mode generated by mode conversion at a defect. A three-dimensional finite element model is created to predict the interaction of Lamb waves with delamination, and some unique mechanisms of interaction between A0 mode Lamb waves and delamination are revealed in detail. The experimental results obtained on laminated composite beam using air-coupled ultrasonic transducers are well in accordance with finite element simulation results. 4A novel method for singularity analysis of the 6-SPS parallel mechanisms显示文摘Singularity analysis is a basic problem of parallel mechanism, and this problem cannot be avoided in both workspace and motion planning. How to express the singularity locus in an analytical form is the research emphasis for many researchers for a long time. This paper presents a new method for the singularity analysis of the 6-SPS parallel mechanism. The rotation matrix is described by quaternion, and both the rotation matrix and the coordinate vectors have been expanded to four-dimensional forms. Through analyzing the coupling relationship between the position variables and the orientation variables, utilizing properties of the quaternion, eight equivalent equations can be obtained. A new kind of Jacobian matrix is derived from those equations, and the analytical expression of the singularity locus is obtained by calculating the determinant of the new Jacobian matrix. 5Nutrient concentrations and fluxes in the Changjiang Estuary during summer显示文摘In June 2003 and 2006 concentrations of nutrient were determined in the Changjiang Estuary.The data indicated that phosphate and nitrate did not behave conservatively in the estuary,but silicate behaved conservatively.An important mobilization of phosphate and nitrate was observed from the river up to halfway in the estuary.Both input flux(from river to estuary) and output flux(from estuary to coastal zone) of phosphate,silicate and nitrate were calculated from statistical interpretations of the salinity profiles.There was a large discrepancy between input and output fluxes of phosphate and nitrate.The river fluxes of silicate,phosphate and nitrate(f r ) are augmented 5.3%,28.9% and 36.6% in June 2003 and 1.0%,62.5%,31.7% in June 2006 by internal inputs(f i ).The phosphate and nitrate fluxes are enhanced through the estuarine process,while silicate flux is unaltered.The authors present some long-term data for nutrient concentrations and the ratios of silicon to nitrogen to phosphorus in the Changjiang Estuary.Silicate level falled in the last two decades,while concentration of nitrate increased.Phosphate concentration had no significant change.CHEN Hongtao YU Zhigang YAO Qingzheng MI Tiezhu LIU Pengxia 2010Acta Oceanologica Sinica2010,29,2:13
6典型能源开发区灰尘金属元素的空间分布特征、来源与健康风险显示文摘以陕蒙接壤处典型煤炭开采与加工区的地表灰尘和煤矸石作为研究对象,按照随机布点取样的原则共采集研究区域灰尘样品93个,含煤矸石样品10个.采用GIS空间分析、污染生态负荷指数、人群健康风险评价等方法,对该地区灰尘中的As、Co、Cr、Cu、Hg、Mn、Ni、Pb、V、Zn 10种金属元素含量、空间分布、环境污染及其儿童与成人的健康风险进行研究与评估,并借助富集系数和XRD分析对灰尘中金属元素的累积与来源进行了探析.研究结果表明研究区域地表灰尘中Co、Hg、Pb、V的平均浓度值均超过了陕西省土壤背景值,其中Hg与Co污染较重.中小型煤矿和运煤路线区域的金属元素含量在空间分布上具有较大值.煤炭开采区灰尘和煤矸石中金属元素As、Cr、Cu、Mn、Ni、V、Zn、Co、Hg和Pb浓度分布特征和富集系数分布较为相似,通过富集系数与XRD分析表明灰尘中的这些元素更倾向于来自煤矸石的碎屑粉末,特别是中小煤矿的开采、运输和煤矸石堆放等要引起相关部门的高度重视.虽然该地区的总体污染水平暂时处于无污染状态,但小型煤矿和运煤路段附近的污染负荷明显偏高.从总体上看,灰尘中金属元素对该地区成人和小孩不存在非致癌风险,致癌风险也是在可接受的范围内,但小型煤矿聚集区与包府公路路段存在儿童不可耐受的健康风险.相比之下,金属元素对儿童的风险均大于成人(除Co外),而Cr非致癌风险的贡献较大,As、Cr、Ni均存在一定程度致癌风险(致癌总风险指数TCR值相对其它元素较大),尤其是元素Ni与Cr,应该引起足够重视.赵亚楠 李小平 杨涛 孙薛梦 刘东英 吴婷 艾雨为 蔡月 李丽 Yu Hongtao 2018环境科学学报2018,38,1:12

9Biodegradable Zn-Sr alloy for bone regeneration in rat femoral condyle defect model: In vitro and in vivo studies显示文摘Bone defects are commonly caused by severe trauma,malignant tumors,or congenital diseases and remain among the toughest clinical problems faced by orthopedic surgeons,especially when of critical size.Biodegradable zinc-based metals have recently gained popularity for their desirable biocompatibility,suitable degradation rate,and favorable osteogenesis-promoting properties.The biphasic activity of Sr promotes osteogenesis and inhibits osteoclastogenesis,which imparts Zn-Sr alloys with the ideal theoretical osteogenic properties.Herein,a biodegradable Zn-Sr binary alloy system was fabricated.The cytocompatibility and osteogenesis of the Zn-Sr alloys were significantly better than those of pure Zn in MC3T3-E1 cells.RNA-sequencing illustrated that the Zn-0.8Sr alloy promoted osteogenesis by activating the wnt/β-catenin,PI3K/Akt,and MAPK/Erk signaling pathways.Furthermore,rat femoral condyle defects were repaired using Zn-0.8Sr alloy scaffolds,with pure Ti as a control.The scaffold-bone integration and bone ingrowth confirmed the favorable in vivo repair properties of the Zn-Sr alloy,which was verified to offer satisfactory biosafety based on the hematoxylin-eosin(H&E)staining and ion concentration testing of important organs.The Zn-0.8Sr alloy was identified as an ideal bone repair material candidate,especially for application in critical-sized defects on load-bearing sites due to its favorable biocompatibility and osteogenic properties in vitro and in vivo.Bo Jia Hongtao Yang Zechuan Zhang Xinhua Qu Xiufeng Jia Qiang Wu Yu Han Yufeng Zheng Kerong Dai 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,6:9
10Electrochemically enhanced adsorption of PFOA and PFOS on multiwalled carbon nanotubes in continuous flow mode显示文摘It is important to develop efficient technologies on removal of perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA)and perfluorooctane sulfonate(PFOS)from water due to their wide distribution and potential threat to human health.In this work,a durable and convenient electrosorption device was designed in continuous flow mode to investigate the adsorption of PFOX(X=A and S)on multiwalled carbon nanotubes(MWNTs)from water under electrochemical assistance.The electrosorption experiments were conducted under different influent and electrolyte concentrations,hydraulic retention time(HRT)and electrode distance to optimize the operation.The results showed that the highest removal efficiencies toward both PFOA and PFOS could come up to 90%at 1 V.Compared with open circuit(OC)adsorption under the same conditions,the removal efficiencies were improved by 4.9 times(PFOA)and 4.2 times(PFOS)respectively.In addition,the MWNTs electrode was found to be reusable.These findings provide an efficient method to remove PFOX from water by electrosorption in continuous flow mode.Shuangyu Wang Xiaona Li Yaobin Zhang Xie Quan Shuo Chen Hongtao Yu Huimin Zhao 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,23:8
11Domain structure and defects of highly ordered Bi_4Si_3O_(12) micro-crystals显示文摘Highly ordered Bi4Si3O12 micro-crystals were prepared at normal atmosphere. Phase identification of the prepared crystals was accomplished by X-ray diffractometer (XRD). Domain structure and defects were characterized by environmental scanning electron microscopy (ESEM). XRD shows that the obtained micro-crystals are of eulytite structure with chemical formulation of Bi4Si3O12. A highly ordered growth pattern is confirmed due to the faster growth of the {124} faces than that of the {204} faces by ESEM. The growing process of the domain structure is of pollen parent and filial generation pattern. The filial generations of Bi4Si3O12 crystals are generated from the pollen parent. Cracks generate from the defect areas and propagate along the {124} faces due to their lower binding energy under a proper temperature gradient, contributing to the total transcrystalline fracture. It is confirmed that the generation and development of the voids in the crystal grains can be developed when unmatched dimensions of the two opposite faces are formed. 12Preparation and Bloating Mechanism of Porous Ultra-lightweight Ceramsite by Dehydrated Sewage Sludge and Yellow River Sediments显示文摘To solve the disposal problems of solid wastes, dehydrated sewage sludge and Yellow River sediments were tested as components for production of ultra-lightweight ceramsite. The effects of Yellow River sediments addition on the characteristics of ceramsite were investigated. Ceramsite with different Yellow River sediments additions was characterized using thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction, morphological structures analyses, pore size distributions and porosity analyses. Chemical components, especially ratios of Si O2 + Al2O3/Flux, were used to explain the glassy shell formation, physical properties and pores distribution of ultralightweight ceramsite; physical forces for instance expansion force and frictional resistance which combined with Si O2 + Al2O3/Flux ratios were used to explain the bloating mechanism. Results showed that the maximum addition of Yellow River sediments for making ultra-lightweight ceramsite was 35%. Macropores(between 0.226 μm and 0.554 μm) of ultra-lightweight ceramsite were dominant in the pore structures of ultra-lightweight ceramsite and its porosity was up to 67.7%. Physical force of expansion force was constant with the variation of Yellow River sediments content and physical force of frictional resistance was decreased with the increase of Yellow River sediments addition. The relationship between expansion and frictional resistance could determine the expansion rate of ceramsite. Larger pores inside the ceramsite bodies could be obtained as Yellow River sediments additions ranged from 10% to 30%. Ceramsite with higher Yellow River sediments additions of 40%(Si O2 + Al2O3/Flux ratios 4.25) became denser and have lower porosity. 13Flame-retardant concentrated electrolyte enabling a Li F-rich solid electrolyte interface to improve cycle performance of wide-temperature lithium–sulfur batteries显示文摘Lithium–sulfur batteries have been regarded as the most promising high-energy electrochemical energy storage device owing to the high energy density, low cost and environmental friendliness. However, traditional lithium–sulfur batteries using ether-based electrolytes often suffer from severe safety risks(i.e. combustion). Herein, we demonstrated a novel kind of flame-retardant concentrated electrolyte(6.5 M lithium bis(trifluoromethylsulphonyl)imide/fluoroethylene carbonate) for highly-safe and widetemperature lithium–sulfur batteries. It was found that such concentrated electrolyte showed superior flame retardancy, high lithium-ion transference number(0.69) and steady lithium plating/stripping behavior(2.5 m Ah cm^(-2) over 3000 h). Moreover, lithium–sulfur batteries using this flame-retardant concentrated electrolyte delivered outstanding cycle performance in a wide range of temperatures(-10 °C, 25 °C and 90 °C). This superior battery performance is mainly attributed to the LiF-rich solid electrolyte interphase formed on lithium metal anode, which can effectively suppress the continuous growth of lithium dendrites. 14Serum zinc levels and multiple health outcomes: Implications for zinc-based biomaterials显示文摘Background:Zinc-based biomaterials,including biodegradable metal,nanoparticles,and coatings used in medical implants release zinc ions that may increase the whole-body and serum zinc concentrations.The impact of serum zinc concentrations on major health outcomes can provide insights for device design and clinical transformation of zinc-based biomaterials.Methods:This nationally representative cross-sectional study enrolled participants from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey(NHANES,2011-2014)including 3607 participants.Using unadjusted and multivariate-adjusted logistic regression analyses,two-piecewise linear regression model with a smoothing function and threshold level analysis,we evaluated the associations between elevated serum zinc levels and major health outcomes.Results:Elevated serum zinc levels were significantly associated with an increase in total spine and total femur bone mineral density(BMD).Every 10μg/dL increase was associated with a 1.12-fold increase in diabetes mellitus(DM)and 1.23-fold and 1.29-fold increase in cardiovascular diseases(CVD)and coronary heart disease(CHD),in participants with serum zinc levels≥100μg/dL.It had no significant linear or nonlinear associations with risk of fractures,congestive heart failure,heart attack,thyroid disease,arthritis,osteoarthritis,rheumatoid arthritis,dyslipidemia and cancer.Conclusion:Serum zinc levels are significantly associated with increased BMD in the total spine and total femur,and risk of DM,and CVD/CHD among participants with serum zinc levels≥100μg/dL.Xinhua Qu Hongtao Yang Zhifeng Yu Bo Jia Han Qiao Yufeng Zheng Kerong Dai 2020Bioactive Materials2020,5,2:7
15Micro-geological causes and macro-geological controlling factors of low-resistivity oil layers in the Puao Oilfield显示文摘Low-resistivity oil layers are often missed in logging interpretation because of their resistivity close to or below the resistivity of nearby water layers.Typical low-resistivity oil layers have been found in the past few years in the Putaohua reservoir of the Puao Oilfield in the south of the Daqing placanticline by detailed exploration.Based on a study of micro-geological causes of low-resistivity oil layers,the macro-geological controlling factors were analyzed through comprehensive research of regional depositional background,geological structure,and oil-water relations combined with core,water testing,well logging,and scanning electron microscopy data.The results showed that the formation and distribution of Putaohua low-resistivity oil layers in the Puao Oilfield were controlled by depositional environment,sedimentary facies,diagenesis,motive power of hydrocarbon accumulation,and acidity and alkalinity of reservoir liquid.The low-resistivity oil layers caused by high bound-water saturation were controlled by deposition and diagenesis,those caused by high free-water saturation were controlled by structural amplitude and motive power of hydrocarbon accumulation.Those caused by formation water with high salinity were controlled by the ancient saline water depositional environment and faulted structure and those caused by additional conductivity of shale were controlled by paleoclimate and acidity and alkalinity of reservoir liquid.Consideration of both micro-geological causes and macro-geological controlling factors is important in identifying low-resistivity oil layers.Tan Fengqi Li Hongqi Liu Hongtao Jiang Fucong Yu Hongyan 2009Petroleum Science2009,6,3:5

The cohesin complex physically connects sister chromatids during DNA replication in a process termed sister chromatid cohesion. Timely establishment and dissolution of sister chromatid cohesion is a prerequisite for accurate chromosome segregation, and is tight regulated by the cell cycle machinery and cohesin-associated proteins. 20乌鲁木齐城市土壤与灰尘粒径空间分布特征显示文摘结合野外调研的基础,按照四分法采集乌鲁木齐市城市土壤与城市灰尘样品共计306个,利用激光粒度仪和ArcGIS分析了城市土壤与灰尘样品的全粒径(0.02~2 000μm)组成与空间分布特征。研究结果表明:乌鲁木齐城市土壤与灰尘在小粒径范围内空间分布差异不明显,城市土壤粒径主要集中在10~50μm,城市灰尘集中于100~250μm;城市重工业对城市土壤和灰尘小粒径颗粒分布影响更大,而城市商业、居住等为主的人类其他活动行为对大粒径颗粒影响更为显著。乌鲁木齐城市土壤可能对城市灰尘PM_1、PM_(2.5)、PM_(10)粒径分布的贡献比较突出,应从城市土壤、城市灰尘、颗粒物粒径空间分布、气象等因素综合考虑乌鲁木齐市大气污染的防控。李小平 张蒙 周骞 蔡月 孙薛梦 艾雨为 YU Hongtao 高瑜 张钰超 2019中国环境监测2019,35,1:4
