| 1 | Backstepping design of missile guidance and control based on adaptive fuzzy sliding mode control显示文摘This paper presents an integrated missile guidance and control law based on adaptive fuzzy sliding mode control. The integrated model is formulated as a block-strict-feedback nonlinear system, in which modeling errors, unmodeled nonlinearities, target maneuvers, etc. are viewed as unknown uncertainties. The adaptive nonlinear control law is designed based on backstepping and sliding mode control techniques. An adaptive fuzzy system is adopted to approximate the coupling nonlinear functions of the system, and for the uncertainties, we utilize an online-adaptive control law to estimate the unknown parameters. The stability analysis of the closed-loop system is also conducted. | 2 | Output Feedback Dynamic Surface Controller Design for Airbreathing Hypersonic Flight Vehicle显示文摘This paper addresses issues related to nonlinear robust output feedback controller design for a nonlinear model of airbreathing hypersonic vehicle. The control objective is to realize robust tracking of velocity and altitude in the presence of immeasurable states, uncertainties and varying flight conditions.A novel reduced order fuzzy observer is proposed to estimate the immeasurable states. Based on the information of observer and the measured states, a new robust output feedback controller combining dynamic surface theory and fuzzy logic system is proposed for airbreathing hypersonic vehicle. The closedloop system is proved to be semi-globally uniformly ultimately bounded(SUUB), and the tracking error can be made small enough by choosing proper gains of the controller, filter and observer. | 3 | Epoxidized methyl ricinoleate bio-plasticizer with a pendant acetate ester for PVC artificial material:circumventing existing limit on achievable migration resistance显示文摘Processing polyvinyl chloride(PVC)artificial material requires plasticizer that softens the PVC coating.Currently,utilizing unsaturated fatty acid methyl esters to obtain epoxidized fatty acid methyl ester(EFAME)bio-plasticizers constitutes an environmentally responsible solution to substitute conventional ortho-phthalates that are endocrine disruptors or probable carcinogens.However,commercial EFAMEs,even with the highest epoxy value(ca.5.5-5.8%)so far,still suffer from fast leaching from the PVC matrix,burdening the environment and shortening lifespan of the artificial material.Here,we report a proof-of-principle demonstration of a new strategy to obtain migration-resistant EFAME that harnesses the midchain hydroxyl of methyl ricinoleate and covalently attachment of a pendant acetate ester.Despite a low epoxy value(3.0%),the engineered bio-plasticizer displays significantly suppressed migration in multiple scenarios compared with one conventional EFAME with much higher epoxy value(5.8%).Circumventing the limit confronting previous strategy that highlights the sole contribution of epoxy value to achievable migration resistance,the rationale herein may provide guidance for designing new EFAMEs with comparable performance to ortho-phthalates,thus bringing the old and oft-maligned PVC artificial material industry one step closer to sustainability. | Siyu Pan Delong Hou Gaofu Yang Qiuping Xie Sunxian Yan Qi Zeng Zhonghui Wang Yi Chen Haojun Fan | 2019 | Journal of Leather Science and Engineering2019,1,1: | 3 |
| 4 | Influence of the replacement of alkoxyl with alkylthienyl on photovoltaic properties of two small molecule donors for organic solar cells显示文摘Two benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b¢]dithiophene(BDT)-based small molecule(SM) donor materials with identical conjugated backbones but different substitution groups, named as DRTB-O and DRTB-T, were well explored to demonstrate the influence of the replacement of alkoxy with alkylthienyl on their photovoltaic properties in fullerene-based and fullerene-free organic solar cells(OSCs). The study shows that the two SM donors possess similar absorption spectra and energy levels but different crystalline structures in solid films. The carrier transport property and phase separation morphologies of the blend films have also been fully investigated.By employing PC71 BM as the acceptor, the power conversion efficiency(PCE) of DRTB-O:PC71BM and DRTB-T:PC71BM based devices were 4.91% and 7.08%, respectively. However, by blending with IDIC, the two SM donors exhibited distinctly different photovoltaic properties in fullerene-free OSCs, and the PCE of DRTB-O:IDIC and DRTB-T:IDIC based devices were 0.15% and9.06%, respectively. Firstly, a novel outputfeedback based smooth sliding mode control is proposed for a class of nonlinear systems in the presence of immeasurable state and disturbance. The finite time convergence property of this control scheme is proved based on the Lyapunov stability and homogeneous principle. Then, the proposed control method is applied to the design of partial IGC law. A kind of scaling methods is also developed to reach the rapid convergence of the system. An important dominance of this control scheme is the smooth characteristic,which may result in chattering free convergence. | 12 | Integrated'omics analysis for the gut microbiota response to moxibustion in a rat model of chronic fatigue syndrome显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy of moxibustion in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS)and explore the effects on gut microbiota and metabolic profiles.METHODS:Forty-eight male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned to control group(Con),CFS model group(Mod,established by multiple chronic stress for 35 d),MoxA group(CFS model with moxibustion Shenque(CV8)and Guanyuan(CV4),10 min/d,28 d)and MoxB group(CFS model with moxibustion Zusanli(ST36),10 min/d,28 d).Open-field test(OFT)and Morris-water-maze test(MWMT)were determined for assessment the CFS model and the therapeutic effects of moxibustion.16S rRNA gene sequencing analysis based gut microbiota integrated untargeted liquid chromatograph-mass spectrometer(LC-MS)based fecal metabolomics were executed,as well as Spearman correlation analysis,was utilized to uncover the functional relevance between the potential metabolites and gut microbiota.RESULTS:The results of our behavioral tests showed that moxibustion improved the performance of CFS rats in the OFT and the MWMT.Microbiome profiling analysis revealed that the gut microbiomes of CFS rats were less diverse with altered composition,including increases in pro-inflammatory species(such as Proteobacteria)and decreases in anti-inflammatory species(such as Bacteroides,Lactobacillus,Ruminococcus,and Prevotella).Moxibustion partially normalized these changes in the gut microbiota.Furthermore,CFS was associated with metabolic disorders,which were effectively ameliorated by moxibustion.This was demonstrated by the normalization of 33 microbiota-related metabolites,including mannose(P=0.001),aspartic acid(P=0.009),alanine(P=0.007),serine(P=0.000),threonine(P=0.027),methionine(P=0.023),5-hydroxytryptamine(P=0.008),alpha-linolenic acid(P=0.003),eicosapentaenoic acid(P=0.006),hypoxanthine(P=0.000),vitamin B6(P=0.000),cholic acid(P=0.013),and taurocholate(P=0.002).Correlation analysis showed a significant association between the perturbed fecal microbiota and metabolite levels,with a notable negative relationship between LCA and Bacteroides.CONCLUSIONS:In this study,we demonstrated that moxibustion has an antifatigue-like effect.The results from the 16S rRNA gene sequencing and metabolomics analysis suggest that the therapeutic effects of moxibustion on CFS are related to the regulation of gut microorganisms and their metabolites.The increase in Bacteroides and decrease in LCA may be key targets for the moxibustion treatment of CFS. | LI Chaoran YANG Yan FENG Chuwen LI Heng QU Yuanyuan WANG Yulin WANG Delong WANG Qingyong GUO Jing SHI Tianyu SUN Xiaowei WANG Xue HOU Yunlong SUN Zhongren YANG Tiansong | 2023 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,6: | 0 |
| 13 | A comparative study of data-driven battery capacity estimation based on partial charging curves显示文摘With its generality and practicality, the combination of partial charging curves and machine learning(ML) for battery capacity estimation has attracted widespread attention. However, a clear classification,fair comparison, and performance rationalization of these methods are lacking, due to the scattered existing studies. To address these issues, we develop 20 capacity estimation methods from three perspectives:charging sequence construction, input forms, and ML models. 22,582 charging curves are generated from 44 cells with different battery chemistry and operating conditions to validate the performance. Through comprehensive and unbiased comparison, the long short-term memory(LSTM) based neural network exhibits the best accuracy and robustness. Across all 6503 tested samples, the mean absolute percentage error(MAPE) for capacity estimation using LSTM is 0.61%, with a maximum error of only 3.94%. Even with the addition of 3 m V voltage noise or the extension of sampling intervals to 60 s, the average MAPE remains below 2%. Furthermore, the charging sequences are provided with physical explanations related to battery degradation to enhance confidence in their application. Recommendations for using other competitive methods are also presented.
