1Puerarin decreases hypoxia inducible factor-1 alpha in the hippocampus of vascular dementia rats显示文摘In this study, a rat vascular dementia model was established by permanent bilateral common carotid arterial occlusion. Rats were intraperitoneally injected with puerarin 3 days before modeling, for 45 successive days. Results demonstrated that in treated animals hippocampal structures were clear, nerve cells arranged neatly, and cytoplasm was rich in Nissl bodies. The number of cells positive for hypoxia inducible factor-1 alpha, erythropoietin and endothelial nitric oxide synthase was reduced; and the learning and memory abilities of rats were significantly improved. Our experimental findings indicate that puerarin can significantly improve learning and memory in a vascular dementia model, and that the underlying mechanism may be associated with the regulation of the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1 alpha.Haiqin Wu Huqing Wang Bei Zhang Guilian Zhang Ru Zhang Lingfeng Zhang 2012Neural Regeneration Research2012,7,6:3
2转录组-代谢组联合分析揭示低温下采后雷竹笋木质化分子调控机制显示文摘雷竹(Phyllostachys violascens)笋是中国传统的山珍之一,是一种天然绿色食品。但其采后易消耗大量水分和营养而快速老化,在一般条件下难以贮藏。文中首次通过“转录组—代谢组”联合分析揭示了低温贮藏条件下雷竹笋木质化的调控机制,研究表明:与常温贮藏相比,低温可显著抑制采后竹笋中PAL、POD酶活性,降低失水率和总木质素含量,从而将竹笋保鲜时间至少延长20 d。通过“转录组—代谢组”联合分析表明,低温下竹笋木质素前体物质、茉莉酸含量呈上升趋势,并在后期显著富集,说明低温可诱导茉莉酸积累、抑制木质素合成。对低温响应、茉莉酸合成和木质素合成通路关键基因进行筛选,并通过共表达分析发现,低温信号可能通过“低温—木质化”和“低温—茉莉酸—木质化”2种通路共同抑制采后竹笋中木质素合成,延缓其保鲜时间。上述结果可为揭示采后竹笋木质化分子调控通路研究提供了一定依据。侯丹(翻译) 林新春(翻译) Haiwen Lu Zhongyu Zhao Jialong Pei Huqing Yang Aimin Wu Xuejun Yu 2021世界竹藤通讯2021,19,5:2

15Pistil Development in 2 Types of Flowers of Xanthoceras sorbifolia显示文摘In order to investigate flower development and female abortion during sex differentiation of Xanthoceras sorbifolia, anatomical observations and comparative study on differential proteins were carried out in different developmental stages of two types of flowers of this species. It was found that the selective abortion happened in male flower before the formation of megasporo- cyte. Special proteins related to the female abortion were found through 2-dimensional electrophoretic analysis. Protein A1 (14.2 kD) only existed in florescence of male flower, while B1 (13.7 kD) and B2 (18.2 kD) disappeared in that stage of male flower. 20Model test and numerical simulation of a new prefabricated double-row piles retaining system in silty clay ground显示文摘This paper introduces a new prefabricated recyclable double-row piles retaining system for excavations in silty clay ground.Laboratory model test and numerical simulation are conducted to study the system behavior upon excavation.The horizontal displacement(δ_(h)),Von Mises stress(δ_(M)),strain(ε),ground surface settlement(δ_(v)),and earth pressure are systematically investigated.Furthermore,the monitoring data of 13 excavation cases supported by double-row piles retaining system are presented and discussed.The experimental results can basically match the numerical results,and the maximumδ_(M),maximum bending moment(M_(max)),maximum horizontal displacement(δ_(hm))of structural members are all less than the tolerance limits.The ground surface settlement model of double-row piles retaining system consists of three zones,i.e.,rebound influence zone,primary influence zone and secondary influence zone.The dhm values are 0.07%–1.42%of the excavation depth(He).The maximum ground surface settlement(δ_(vm))is generally less than dhm.The ratio ofδ_(vm)=δ_(hm)varies between 0.09 and 0.76,with an average value of 0.5.The observed earth pressure on the retained side of front pile(paf)is about 0.53–0.57γH below the excavation surface.Above the excavation surface,p_(af)decreases dramatically when getting closer to the ground surface.Ruisong Wang Hao Yang Pengpeng Ni Chenyang Zhao Chengchao Guo Huihuan Ma Pu Dong Huqing Liang Mengxiong Tang 2023Underground Space2023,,6:0
