3The angular characteristics of Moon-based Earth observations显示文摘The Moon,Earth’s only natural satellite,is a potential new platform for Earth observation.Moreover,with the wide applicability of the angular information from remote sensing data,it has been attracting increasingly more attention.Accordingly,this study focuses on the angular characteristics of Moon-based Earth observations.Using ephemeris DE430 and Earth orientation parameters,the position and attitude of the Sun,Earth,and Moon were obtained and their coordinates normalized to a single framework using coordinate transformations between the related reference systems.Then,an angular geometric model of Moon-based Earth observations was constructed,and the corresponding angular algorithms were presented.The results revealed the angular range and distribution characteristics of Moon-based Earth observations.For every point on the surface of the Earth,the view and solar zenith angles all vary widely,which decreases with increasing latitude.The view and solar zenith angles all vary widely with the largest range of values in the equatorial and polar regions and a smaller range of values in mid-latitudes.Furthermore,the range of solar angles of Moon-based Earth observations is the same as that of alltime solar angles,indicating the potential for monitoring and understanding large-scale geoscientific phenomena using Moon-based Earth observations.Huadong Guo Yuanzhen Ren Guang Liu Hanlin Ye 2020International Journal of Digital Earth2020,13,3:1

6Localized electrodeposition micro additive manufacturing of pure copper microstructures显示文摘The fabrication of pure copper microstructures with submicron resolution has found a host of applications,such as 5G communications and highly sensitive detection.The tiny and complex features of these structures can enhance device performance during high-frequency operation.However,manufacturing pure copper microstructures remain challenging.In this paper,we present localized electrochemical deposition micro additive manufacturing(LECD-μAM).This method combines localized electrochemical deposition(LECD)and closed-loop control of atomic force servo technology,which can effectively print helical springs and hollow tubes.We further demonstrate an overall model based on pulsed microfluidics from a hollow cantilever LECD process and closed-loop control of an atomic force servo.The printing state of the micro-helical springs can be assessed by simultaneously detecting the Z-axis displacement and the deflection of the atomic force probe cantilever.The results showed that it took 361 s to print a helical spring with a wire length of 320.11μm at a deposition rate of 0.887μm s^(-1),which can be changed on the fly by simply tuning the extrusion pressure and the applied voltage.Moreover,the in situ nanoindenter was used to measure the compressive mechanical properties of the helical spring.The shear modulus of the helical spring material was about 60.8 GPa,much higher than that of bulk copper(~44.2 GPa).Additionally,the microscopic morphology and chemical composition of the spring were characterized.These results delineate a new way of fabricating terahertz transmitter components and micro-helical antennas with LECD-μAM technology.Wanfei Ren Jinkai Xu Zhongxu Lian Xiaoqing Sun Zhenming Xu Huadong Yu 2022International Journal of Extreme Manufacturing2022,4,1:1
7Nutrients Determination in Nuts from Different Torreya grandis Cultivars显示文摘[Objectives]This study aimed to investigate the differences in nutritional properties of nuts from different Torreya grandis cultivars.[Methods]Seven T.grandis cultivars were selected to analyze the protein,soluble carbohydrate,vitamin E,amino acids and fatty acid composition,and evaluate nutritional value of T.grandis nuts from different cultivars using gray correlation analysis.[Results]The kernels of T.grandis contained 9.47%-13.3% protein,1.92%-2.36% soluble carbohydrate,0.16-0.22 mg/g vitamin E,8.40%-11.55% amino acids,and 42.09%-49.29% fatty acid including 35.14%-40.14% oleic acid.And the coefficient of variation ranged from 5.02% to 18.9% among different cultivars.Meanwhile,the average contents of essential amino acids(E),nonessential amino acids(N)and children essential amino acids(C)were 3.88%,6.07% and 0.99%,respectively.The ratios of E/T and E/N were quite stable and in fully compliance with the recommendation standards of amino acids composition from WHO/FAO.[Conclusions]Overall,the nutritional value of tested seven cultivars could be ranked in the following decreasing order using gray correlation analysis:T.grandis cv.Dong No.2>T.grandis cv.Longfeng>T.grandis cv.Dingshan>T.grandis cv.Merrilli>T.grandis cv.Dong No.3>T.grandis cv.Dong No.1>T.grandis cv.Zhuyan.Yongqing CAO Huadong REN Xiaohua YAO Kailiang WANG 2020Agricultural Biotechnology2020,9,4:1

10Gene expression and molecular characterization of a thermostable trehalose phosphorylase from Thermoanaerobacter tengcongensis显示文摘A gene encoding the trehalose phosphorylase (TreP), which reversibly catalyzes trehalose degradation and synthesis from α-glucose-1-phosphate (α-Glc-1-P) and glucose, was cloned from Thermoanaerobacter tengcongensis and successfully expressed in Escherichia coli. The overexpressed TreP, with a molecular mass of approximately 90 kDa, was determined by SDS-PAGE. It catalyzes trehalose synthesis and degradation optimally at 70℃ (for 30 min), with the optimum pHs at 6.0 and 7.0, respectively. It is highly thermostable, with a 77% residual ac- tivity after incubation at 50℃ for 7 h. Under the optimum reaction conditions, 50 μg crude en- zyme of the TreP is able to catalyze the synthesis of trehalose up to 11.6 mmol/L from 25 mmol/L α-Glc-1-P and 125 mmol/L glucose within 30 min, while only 1.5 mmol/L out of 250 mmol/L tre- halose is degraded within the same time period. Dot blotting revealed that the treP gene in T. tengcongensis was upregulated in response to salt stress but downregulated when trehalose was supplied. Both results indicate that the dominant function of the T. tengcongensis TreP is catalyzing trehalose synthesis but not degradation. 11Research Progress on Corrosion Resistance of Magnesium Alloys with Bio-inspired Water-repellent Properties:A Review显示文摘Thanks to its excellent mechanical properties,magnesium alloys have many potential applications in the aerospace and other fields.However,failure to adequately solve corrosion problems of magnesium alloy becomes one of the factors restricting its wide use in many industrial fields.Inspired by nature,researchers designed and fabricated bio-inspired water-repellent(superhydrophobic and slippery liquid-infused porous surface)surfaces with special wetting properties by exploring the surface microstructures of plants and animals such as lotus leaf and nepenthes pitcher,exhibiting excellent corrosion-resistant performance.This article summarizes the research progress on corrosion resistance of magnesium alloys with bio-inspired water-repellent properties in recent years.It mainly introduces the corrosion reasons,types of corrosion of magnesium alloys,and the preparation of magnesium alloys with bio-inspired water-repellent properties to improve corrosion resistance.In particular,it is widely used and effective to construct water-repellent and anti-corrosion coating on the surface of magnesium alloy by surface treatment.It is hoped that the research in this review can broaden the application range of magnesium alloys and provide a powerful reference for the future research on corrosion resistance of magnesium alloys.Jinkai Xu Qianqian Cai Zhongxu Lian Zhanjiang Yu Wanfei Ren Huadong Yu 2021Journal of Bionic Engineering2021,18,4:0
