| 1 | Target-triggered inhibiting oxidase-mimicking activity of platinum nanoparticles for ultrasensitive colorimetric detection of silver ion显示文摘The development of efficient methods for the detection of hazardous and toxic elements is extremely important for environmental security and public health. In this work, we developed a facile colorimetric assaying system for Ag+ detection in aqueous solution. Chitosan-stabilized platinum nanoparticles(ChPtNPs) were synthesized and severed as an artificial oxidase to catalyze the oxidation of the substrate3,30,5,50-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB) and generate color signal. In the presence of Ag+, due to the strong metallophilic interactions between Ag+ and Pt2+ on the surface of Ch-PtNPs, Ag+ can weaken the affinity to the substrates and inactivate the catalytic activity of Ch-PtNPs, leading to decreased absorbance signal to varying degrees depending on Ag+ amount. Combing the specific binding between Ch-PtNPs and Ag+ with signal amplification procedure based on the Ch-PtNPs-catalyzed TMB oxidation, a sensitive,selective, simple, cost-effective, and rapid detection method for Ag+ can be realized. Ag+ ions in tap and lake waters have been successfully detected. | 3 | Diameter-dependent photoelectric performances of semiconducting carbon nanotubes/perovskite heterojunctions显示文摘The heterojunction of single-wall carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs)and perovskite quantum dots(QDs)shows excellent photodetection performances due to the combination of the advantages of high carrier mobility of SWCNTs and high absorption coefficient of perovskite QDs.However,the band structure of a SWCNT is determined by its atomic arrangement structure.How the structure of SWCNTs affects the photoelectric performance of the composite film remains elusive.Here,we systematically explored the diameter effect of SWCNTs with different bandgaps on the photodetection performances of SWCNTs/perovskite QDs heterojunction films by integrating semiconducting SWCNTs(s-SWCNTs)with different diameters with CsPbBr3 QDs.The results show that with an increase in diameter of s-SWCNTs,the heterojunction exhibits increasing responsivity(R),detectivity(D*),and faster response time.The great improvement in the optoelectronic performances of devices should be attributed to the higher carrier mobility of larger-diameter SWCNT films and the increasing built-in electric field at the heterojunction interfaces between larger-diameter SWCNTs and CsPbBr3 QDs,which enhances the separation of the photogenerated excitons and the transport of the resulted carriers in SWCNT films. | Yayang Yu Wenke Wang Xiao Li Linhai Li Shilong Li Xiaojun Wei Weiya Zhou Jing Lin Yang Huang Huaping Liu | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,11: | 0 |

| 6 | Preparation of biomass-derived carbon loaded with MnO_(2) as lithium-ion battery anode for improving its reversible capacity and cycling performance显示文摘Biomass-derived carbon materials for lithiumion batteries emerge as one of the most promising anodes from sustainable perspective.However,improving the reversible capacity and cycling performance remains a long-standing challenge.By combining the benefits of K2CO_(3) activation and KMnO_(4) hydrothermal treatment,this work proposes a two-step activation method to load MnO_(2) charge transfer onto biomass-derived carbon(KAC@MnO_(2)).Comprehensive analysis reveals that KAC@MnO_(2) has a micro-mesoporous coexistence structure and uniform surface distribution of MnO_(2),thus providing an improved electrochemical performance.Specifically,KAC@MnO_(2) exhibits an initial chargedischarge capacity of 847.3/1813.2 mAh·g^(-1) at 0.2 A·g^(-1),which is significantly higher than that of direct pyrolysis carbon and K2CO_(3) activated carbon,respectively.Furthermore,the KAC@MnO_(2) maintains a reversible capacity of 652.6 mAh·g^(-1) after 100 cycles.Even at a high current density of 1.0 A·g^(-1),KAC@MnO_(2) still exhibits excellent long-term cycling stability and maintains a stable reversible capacity of 306.7 mAh·g^(-1) after 500 cycles.Compared with reported biochar anode materials,the KAC@MnO_(2) prepared in this work shows superior reversible capacity and cycling performance.Additionally,the Li+insertion and de-insertion mechanisms are verified by ex situ X-ray diffraction analysis during the chargedischarge process,helping us better understand the energy storage mechanism of KAC@MnO_(2). | Likai Zhu Huaping Lin Wenli Zhang Qinhui Wang Yefeng Zhou | 2024 | Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2024,18,1: | 0 |
| 7 | Seroprevalence of human enterovirus A71 in Guangzhou,China,2019-2021显示文摘Enterovirus A71 (EV-A71) is a significant hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD) etiology. The inactivated EV-A71 vaccines were approved in China in 2016. However, the seroprevalence of EV-A71 after the vaccine application and its potential association with the EV-A71 epidemic in the population are rarely studied. In this study, we analyzed the incidence of EV-A71 infection and seroepidemiology in Guangzhou City, China. From 2019 to 2021, 167,920 clinically confirmed HFMD cases were reported in Guangzhou. In 6,868 enterovirus-positive samples, Coxsackievirus A6 and Coxsackievirus A16 were dominant genotypes, and only 3 EV-A71-positive samples were detected, highlighting the deficient epidemic activity of EV-A71. Microneutralization assay was performed on 1,000 representative serum samples. Notably, the seroprevalence and geometric mean titer (GMT) decreased significantly in 2020, and that in the < 3-year age group were increased and even higher than that in 3–5-year age group in 2019 and 2021, which was contrary to our previous surveillance result and other studies in Guangzhou. Furthermore, a moderate decline of GMT level was observed following the vaccination, but the seropositive serums were still detected for 49 months after second immunization, suggesting the long-term persistence of the immunity. Our seroepidemiology study revealed relatively higher neutralizing antibody activity in the susceptible population after the EV-A71 vaccine was adopted in 2016 in Guangzhou.
