1The Interaction of Population,Industry and Land in Process of Urbanization in China:A Case Study in Jilin Province显示文摘Urbanization is a complex process that covers a wide range of topics, of which population, industry and land urbanization are three important aspects. Jilin Province is an important agricultural province in China. The contradiction between population, industry and land urbanization is especially prominent here, and its coupling development is of great practical significance. In this paper, the coupling degree of population-industry-land urbanization in Jilin Province in 1990, 2000 and 2010 is measured by coupling mode. The spatial pattern of the coupling degree is analyzed by trend surface analysis and global and local spatial autocorrelation. The influence factors and their spatial differentiation are discussed using multiple linear regression(MLR) model and geographic weighted regression(GWR) model. The results show that: 1) the coupling degree of population-industry-land urbanization in Jilin Province is at a low level. Judging from the change of time scale, the urbanization of most research units is becoming more and more coordinated. From the comparison of spatial scales, there is significant spatial difference in the research units of different administrative levels. 2) Judging from the global change trend, the coupling degree of population-industry-land urbanization in the central region is higher than that in western and eastern regions. The coordination of urbanization in the central region is relatively good, and the distribution of the cold and hot spots is basically the same as that overall. 3) The spatial pattern of the coupling degree is related to the cold and hot spot distribution of the influence coefficient of urban population density and per capita urban construction land. The variation of the coupling degree spatial pattern is synchronous with the spatial change of the urban population density influence coefficient. 4) The degree of agglomeration of the urban population is the main factor promoting the coupling pattern of population-industry-land urbanization in Jilin Province, and the extent of its influence is gradually increasing. 2The DEAD-Box RNA Helicase DDX1 Interacts with the Viral Protein 3D and Inhibits Foot-and-Mouth Disease Virus Replication显示文摘Foot-and-mouth disease virus(FMDV)can infect domestic and wild cloven-hoofed animals.The non-structural protein 3D plays an important role in FMDV replication and pathogenesis.However,the interaction partners of 3D,and the effects of those interactions on FMDV replication,remain incompletely elucidated.In the present study,using the yeast two-hybrid system,we identified a porcine cell protein,DEAD-box RNA helicase 1(DDX1),which interacted with FMDV 3D.The DDX1-3D interaction was further confirmed by co-immunoprecipitation experiments and an indirect immunofluorescence assay(IFA)in porcine kidney 15(PK-15)cells.DDX1 was reported to either inhibit or facilitate viral replication and regulate host innate immune responses.However,the roles of DDX1 during FMDV infection remain unclear.Our results revealed that DDX1 inhibited FMDV replication in an ATPase/helicase activity-dependent manner.In addition,DDX1 stimulated IFN-p activation in FMDV-infected cells.Together,our results expand the body of knowledge regarding the role of DDX1 in FMDV infection.Qiao Xue Huisheng Liu Qiaoying Zeng Haixue Zheng Qinghong Xue Xuepeng Cai 2019Virologica Sinica2019,34,6:9
3Safety and efficacy of tenecteplase versus alteplase in patients with acute ischaemic stroke (TRACE): a multicentre, randomised, open label, blinded-endpoint (PROBE) controlled phase II study显示文摘Background Tenecteplase(TNK)possesses several pharmacological characteristics superior to conventional alteplase(rt-PA),with well-established safety and efficacy profile in Caucasians.There exists controversy over the optimal dose of intravenous rt-PA for East Asians with acute ischaemic stroke(AIS).Current study aimed to determine the safety dose range of recombinant human TNK tissue-type plasminogen activator(rhTNK-tPA)for patients with AIS in China.Methods This multicentre,prospective,randomised,open-label,blinded end-point,phase II study compared three tiers of 0.1,0.25,0.32 mg/kg rhTNK-tPA(to a maximum of 40 mg)with standard 0.9 mg/kg rt-PA(to a maximum of 90 mg)in patients who were eligible for intravenous thrombolysis.The safety outcome were symptomatic intracranial haemorrhage(sICH)within 36 hours.Results Between May 2018 and February 2020,240 patients were randomly assigned to four group,4 of whom did not receive study treatment.The intention-to-treat analysis included 236 patients.There was no difference in the improvement on National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale at day 14 in the 3 tiers and control group(63.3%,77.2%,66.7%vs 62.7%).The number of sICH was 3 of 60(5.0%)in the 0.1 mg/kg group,none in the 0.25 mg/kg group,2 of 60(3.3%)in the 0.32 mg/kg group and 1(1.7%)of 59 in the rt-PA group.There were no significant between-group differences in severe adverse events.Conclusions Similar to the Caucasians,rhTNK-tPA was well tolerated in Chinese patients with AIS at all doses administered within 3 hours of symptom onset.The dose-efficacy profile of rhTNK-tPA needs to be established with future investigations.Shuya Li Yuesong Pan Ziran Wang Zhigang Liang Huisheng Chen Dong Wang Yi Sui Xingquan Zhao Yilong Wang WanLiang Du Huaguang Zheng Yongjun Wang 2022Stroke & Vascular Neurology2022,7,1:9
4Multi-objective regulation in autohydrolysis process of corn stover by liquid hot water pretreatment显示文摘Increasing reducing sugars(xylose and glucose) yield for bioethanol from corn stover depends strongly on optimization of pretreatment conditions. The optimum reaction conditions of two-stage liquid hot water(LHW) pretreatment based on total sugars yield were investigated. Under optimal conditions, the recovery of glucose of corn stover after two-stage LHW pretreatment and 72 h enzymatic digestion, reached 89.55%. In addition, acetic acid-rich spent liquor pretreatment and one-stage LHW pretreatment have been carried out to make comparisons with two-stage LHW treatment. Glucose yield 89.55% is superior to the recovery 83.38% using acetic acidrich spent liquor pretreatment or 80.58% using one-stage LHW pretreatment. The production of total sugars was increased by 7.8% when compared with one-stage pretreatment. Moreover, the structural features of the treated corn stover solid residues were also investigated by XRD and SEM technology in order to clarify the effects of the reaction on corn stover. 8Piezoluminescent devices by designing array structures显示文摘Mechanoluminescence has attracted increasing attentions because it can convert the kinetic energy during human daily motions into light to be used in sensors and displays. However, its practical applications are still hindered by the weak brightness and limited color while under large forces. Herein, we developed novel piezoluminescent devices(PLDs) which could effectively emit visible light under low pressing forces through the stress-concentration and enhancing deformation on the basis of carefully-designed array structures. The emitting colors were also tunable by using bilayer luminescent film under different pressures. 9An operating state estimation model for integrated energy systems based on distributed solution显示文摘In view of the disadvantages of the traditional energy supply systems,such as separate planning,separate design,independent operating mode,and the increasingly prominent nonlinear coupling between various subsystems,the production,transmission,storage and corn sumption of multiple energy sources are coordinated and optimized by the integrated energy system,which improves energy and infrastructure utilization,promotes renewable energy consumption,and ensures reliability of energy supply.In this paper,the mathematical model of the electricity-gas interconnected integrated energy system and its state estimation method are studied.First,considering the nonlinearity between measurement equations and state variables,a performance simulation model is proposed.Then,the state consistency equations and constraints of the coupling nodes for multiple energy sub-systems are established,and constraints are relaxed into the objective function to decouple the integrated energy system.Finally,a distributed state estimation framework is formed by combining the synchronous alternating direction multiplier method to achieve an efficient estimation of the state of the integrated energy system.A simulation model of an electricity-gas interconnected integrated energy system verifies the efficiency and accuracy of the state estimation method proposed in this pape.The results show that the average relative errors of voltage amplitude and node pressure estimated by the proposed distributed state estimation method are only 0.0132%and 0.0864%,much lower than the estimation error by using the Lagrangian relaxation method.Besides,compared with the centralized estimation method,the proposed distributed method saves 5.42 s of computation time.The proposed method is more accurate and efficient in energy allocation and utilization.Dengji ZHOU Shixi MA Dawen HUANG Huisheng ZHANG Shilie WENG 2020Frontiers in Energy2020,14,4:5
10Polymer-based ?exible bioelectronics显示文摘Due to the mechanical mismatch between conventional rigid electronic devices and soft tissues at nature,a lot of interests have been attracted to develop flexible bioelectronics that work well both in vitro and in vivo. To this end, polymers that can be used for both key components and substrates are indispensable to achieve high performances such as high sensitivity and long-term stability for sensing applications.Here we will summarize the recent advances on the synthesis of a variety of polymers, the design of typical architectures and the integration of different functions for the flexible bioelectronic devices. 11Thrombolysis with alteplase 3-4.5 hours after acute ischaemic stroke:the first multicentre,phase III trial in China显示文摘background and purpose Data on the efficacy and safety of alteplase for acute ischaemic stroke(AIS)administered 3-4.5 hours after the onset of stroke symptoms in Chinese patients is limited.We sought to determine whether AIS patients would benefit from thrombolysis with alteplase between 3 and 4.5 hours after the onset of stroke symptoms in a prospective,multicentre,single-arm trial in China.Materials and methods Eligible AIS patients were given 0.9 mg/kg alteplase intravenously.The primary efficacy endpoint was a favourable outcome at 3 months,defined as a score of 0 or 1 on the modified Rankin Scale.Thresholds for the primary efficacy endpoint were determined to be 40%based on the literature review.The primary safety endpoint was symptomatic intracranial haemorrhage(sICH)according to the European Cooperative Acute Stroke Study III(ECASS III)trial definition.Post hoc analysis between this study and the ECASS III trial were compared using the propensity score matching(PSM)method.results A total of 120 eligible AIS patients from 11 sites in China received thrombolysis therapy in this study.The median time from onset of symptoms to needle was 3 hours 54 min.The percentage of patients with a favourable outcome was 63.3%(95%CI 54.4 to 71.4),significantly higher than the predefined threshold(p<0.0001).Three patients(2.5%,95%CI 0.5 to 7.1)had sICH,including two fatal sICH.Six patients died within 3 months after treatment.The post hoc PSM analysis showed a numerically higher rate of the primary efficacy endpoint in this study(63.3%)than the matched placebo arm(56.7%)in the ECASS III trial.Conclusions Intravenous alteplase with a standard dose administered between 3 and 4.5 hours after onset of symptoms is effective and safe for Chinese AIS patients.Huaguang Zheng Yi Yang Huisheng Chen Chuanling Li Yangkun Chen Fu-Dong Shi Li Yang Xiaoping Cui Zuneng Lu Yanling Liang Songbiao Cui Anding Xu Yiqing Wu Yaqing Sun Yongjun Wang 2020Stroke & Vascular Neurology2020,5,3:4
12Photocatalytic Activity of Lanthanum and Sulfur Co-doped TiO_2 Photocatalyst under Visible Light显示文摘A novel lanthanum and sulfur co-doped TiO 2 photocatalyst was synthesized by precipitation-dipping method,and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy.Compared with the S-doped TiO 2 ,La-doped TiO 2 and the standard Degussa P25 photocatalysts,the lanthanum and sulfur co-doped TiO 2 photocatalyst(the molar percentage of La is 3.0%)calcined at 450℃for 2 h showed the strongest absorption for visible light and highest activities for degradation of reactive blue 19 dye in aqueous solution under visible light(λ>400 nm)irradiation.It was also discovered that the co-doping of lanthanum and sulfur hindered the aggregation and growth of TiO 2 particles, and the doping of lanthanum reduced slightly the phase transition temperature of TiO 2 from anatase to rutile.XIA Huili ZHUANG Huisheng XIAO Dongchang ZHANG Tao 2008Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2008,23,4:4
13Fiber-shaped organic electrochemical transistors for biochemical detections with high sensitivity and stability显示文摘Precise and continuous monitoring of biochemicals by biosensors assists to understand physiological functions for various diagnostics and therapeutic applications.For implanted biosensors,small size and flexibility are essential for minimizing tissue damage and achieving accurate detection.However,the active surface area of sensor decreases as the sensor becomes smaller,which will increase the impedance and decrease the signal to noise ratio,resulting in a poor detection limit.Taking advantages of local amplification effect,organic electrochemical transistors(OECTs)constitute promising candidates for high-sensitive monitoring.However,their detections in deep tissues are rarely reported.Herein,we report a family of implantable,fiber-shaped all-in-one OECTs based on carbon nanotube fibers for versatile biochemical detection including H2O2,glucose,dopamine and glutamate.These fiber-shaped OECTs demonstrated high sensitivity,dynamical stability in physiological environment and antiinterference capability.After implantation in mouse brain,7-day dopamine monitoring in vivo was realized for the first time.These fiber-shaped OECTs could be great additions to the'life science'tool box and represent promising avenue for biomedical monitoring.Xiaoying Wu Jianyou Feng Jue Deng Zhichang Cui Liyuan Wang Songlin Xie Chuanrui Chen Chengqiang Tang Zhengqi Han Hongbo Yu Xuemei Sun Huisheng Peng 2020Science China Chemistry2020,63,9:3
14Decoupling optimization of integrated energy system based on energy quality character显示文摘Connections among multi-energy systems become increasingly closer with the extensive application of various energy equipment such as gas-fired power plants and electricity-driven gas compressor.Therefore,the integrated energy system has attracted much attention. 15Antiplatelet Therapy in Acute Mild-Moderate Ischemic Stroke(ATAMIS):a parallel,randomised,open-label,multicentre,prospective study显示文摘Background A recent study shows that dual antiplatelet therapy with clopidogrel plus aspirin is superior to aspirin monotherapy for minor stroke,which is defined as a National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score of≤3.However,acute mild-moderate ischaemic stroke(4≤NIHSS≤10)still needs aggressive antiplatelet intervention to prevent deterioration and recurrence of stroke.The efficacy and safety of dual antiplatelet therapy versus aspirin monotherapy in the population are not clear.A multicentre clinical trial is designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of clopidogrel plus aspirin therapy versus aspirin monotherapy within 48 hours of symptom onset of mild-moderate ischaemic stroke.Methods/Design The study is a randomised,open-label,multicentre,prospective trial with a target enrolment of 2700 patients from 60 centres in Northeast China.A treatment allocation identification number to each enrolled patient will be provided by a random number generator.The follow-up time for the clopidogrel plus aspirin and aspirin monotherapy groups is 90 days.The primary efficacy endpoint is a stroke progression event,which is defined as≥4 point increase in the NIHSS score in 48 hours.The second efficacy endpoints include new ischaemic stroke within 90 days,change in the NIHSS score within 14 days,modified Rankin Scale score on day 90 and other vascular or death events within 90 days.The safety endpoints include mucocutaneous haemorrhage,organ haemorrhage and intracranial haemorrhage,adverse events and severe adverse events.χ^(2)test,t-test(or Mann-Whitney test),survival analysis and Cox proportional hazards models will be conducted.The findings of the study may provide an important evidence for clinical practice for these patients.Discussion The trial will be conducted under a rational design and will provide valuable evidence on the appropriate treatment for this population.Ethics and dissemination The study was reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee of the General Hospital of Shen-Yang Military Region(no K(2016)6).Trial registration number NCT02869009;Pre-results.Xiaowen Hou Xiaoqiu Li Xinhong Wang Huisheng Chen 2018Stroke & Vascular Neurology2018,3,4:3
16INFLUENCE OF ANTIDROM IC ELECTRIC STIM ULATI ON ONPREPROTACHYKININ m RNA EXPRESSION IN ADJACENT DORSAL ROOT GANGLIA OF RATS显示文摘By in situ hybridization histochemistry, the changes of preprotachykinin (PPT) mRNA expression were examined in the neurons of adjacent thoracal dorsal root ganglion (DRG) after a strong electric stimulation to an intact dorsal cutaneous branch and the cut distal part of left T 9 thoracal spinal nerve of rat. There was a significant increase of the number of neurons expressing PPT mRNA in the ipsilateral T 8, T 9 and T 10 DRG of the animals given electric stimulation to intact spinal nerve branch 24 h after the electric stimulation. The same increase was found in the ipsilateral T 8 and T 10 DRG of the animals given electric stimulation to the distal part of spinal nerve branch. While no change was found in the DRG of the contralateral side of these animals. The present results showed that the antidromic electric stimulation strengthened the biosynthesis of PPT mRNA in adjacent DRG. 17Effectiveness of intravenous r- tPA versus UK for acute ischaemic stroke: a nationwide prospective Chinese registry study显示文摘Background Intravenous recombinant tissue plasminogen activator(r-tPA)and urokinase(UK)are both recommended for the treatment of acute ischaemic stroke(AIS)in China,but with few comparative outcome data being available.We aimed to compare the outcomes of these two thrombolytic agents for the treatment of patients within 4.5 hours of onset of AIS in routine clinical practice in China.Methods A pre-planned,prospective,nationwide,multicentre,real-world registry of consecutive patients with AIS(age≥18 years)who received r-tPA or UK within 4.5 hours of symptom onset according to local decision-making and guideline recommendations during 2017-2019.The primary effectiveness outcome was the proportion of patients with an excellent functional outcome(defined by modified Rankin scale scores 0 to 1)at 90 days.The key safety endpoint was symptomatic intracranial haemorrhage according to standard definitions.Multivariable logistic regression was used for comparative analysis,with adjustment according to propensity scores to ensure balance in baseline characteristics.Results Overall,4130 patients with AIS were registered but 320 had incomplete or missing data,leaving 3810 with available data for analysis of whom 2666 received r-tPA(median dose 0.88(IQR 0.78-0.90)mg/kg)and 1144 received UK(1.71(1.43-2.00)×104 international unit per kilogram).There were several significant intergroup differences in patient characteristics:r-tPA patients were more educated,had less history of stroke,lower systolic blood pressure,greater neurological impairment and shorter treatment times from symptom onset than UK patients.However,in adjusted analysis,the frequency of excellent outcome(OR 1.18,95%CI 1.00 to 1.40,p=0.052)and symptomatic intracranial haemorrhage(OR 0.70,95%CI 0.33 to 1.47,p=0.344)were similar between groups.Conclusions UK may be as effective and carry a similar safety profile as r-tPA in treating mild to moderate AIS within guidelines in China.Registration http://gffzzd5593dd32ed44506hpxxwo60ux9wu6qq9.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn identifier:NCT02854592.Xinhong Wang Xiaoqiu Li Yuming Xu Runhui Li Qingcheng Yang Yong Zhao Fengyun Wang Baoying Sheng Runqing Wang Shaoyuan Chen Lihua Wang Liying Shen Xiaowen Hou Yu Cui Duolao Wang Bin Peng Craig S Anderson Huisheng Chen On behalf of INTRECIS Investigators 2021Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,4:2
18Biomedical polymers: synthesis, properties, and applications显示文摘Biomedical polymers have been extensively developed for promising applications in a lot of biomedical fields, such as therapeutic medicine delivery, disease detection and diagnosis, biosensing, regenerative medicine, and disease treatment. In this review, we summarize the most recent advances in the synthesis and application of biomedical polymers, and discuss the comprehensive understanding of their property-function relationship for corresponding biomedical applications. In particular, a few burgeoning bioactive polymers, such as peptide/biomembrane/microorganism/cell-based biomedical polymers, are also introduced and highlighted as the emerging biomaterials for cancer precision therapy. Furthermore, the foreseeable challenges and outlook of the development of more efficient, healthier and safer biomedical polymers are discussed. 19Parallel Sketch Based Super Node Detection with Traceability显示文摘Traffic measurement and monitoring is crucial for network applications, such as network security, network management and so on. One central problem is to detect super nodes, which have significant change of connection degree between consecutive measurement periods.Due to weakness in massive network traffic processing for the centralized algorithm and low detection accuracy, space efficiency for super node detection algorithm based on flow sampling, we propose Parallel sketch based super node detection with traceability(PSD). It constructs parallel sketch and estimates connection degree of nodes by probabilistic counting approach, so that super nodes are identified using connection degree change between consecutive measurement periods. Moreover, IP addresses of super nodes are reconstructed by simple computing to trace attacker or victims. 20An enhanced relative spectral processing of speech显示文摘An enhanced relative spectral (FLRASTA) technique for speech and speaker recognition is proposed. The new method consists of classical RASTA filtering in logarithmic spectral domain following by another additive RASTA filtering in the same domain. In this manner, both the channel distortion and additive noise are removed effectively. In speaker identification and speech recognition experiments on T146 database, the E_RASTA performs equal or better than J_RASTA method in both tasks. The E_RASTA does not need the speech SNR estimation in order to determinate the optimal value of J in J_RASTA, and the information of how the speech degrades. The choice of ERASTA filter also indicates that the low temporal modulation components in speech can deteriorate the performance of both recognition tasks.
