1‘Plug-and-play’ plasmonic metafibers for ultrafast fibre lasers显示文摘Metafibers expand the functionalities of conventional optical fibres to unprecedented nanoscale light manipulations by integrating metasurfaces on the fibre tips,becoming an emerging light-coupling platform for both the nanoscience and fibre optics communities.Current metafibers remain proof-of-concept demonstrations that mostly explore isolated bare fibres owing to the lack of standard interfaces with universal fibre networks.Here,we develop methodologies for fabricating well-defined plasmonic metasurfaces directly on the end facets of commercial single-mode fibre jumpers using standard planar technologies and provide the first demonstration of their practical applications in the nonlinear plasmonic regime.Featuring plug-and-play connections with fibre circuitry and arbitrary metasurface landscapes,the metafibers with tunable plasmonic resonances are implemented into fibre laser cavities,yielding all-fibre sub-picosecond(minimum 513 fs)soliton mode locked lasers at optical wavelengths of 1.5μm and 2μm,demonstrating their unusual polarimetric nonlinear transfer functions and superior saturation absorption responses.The nanofabrication process flow is compatible with existing cleanroom technologies,offering metafibers an avenue to become a regular member of functionalised fibre components.This work paves the way toward the next generation of ultrafast lasers,optical frequency combs,and ultracompact‘all-in-fibre’optical systems.Lei Zhang Huiru Zhang Ni Tang Xiren Chen Fengjiang Liu Xiaoyu Sun Hongyan Yu Xinyu Sun Qiannan Jia Boqu Chen Benoit Cluzel Philippe Grelu Aurelien Coillet Feng Qiu Lei Ying Wei E.I.Sha Xiaofeng Liu Jianrong Qiu Ding Zhao Wei Yan Duanduan Wu Xiang Shen Jiyong Wang Min Qiu 2022Light(Advanced Manufacturing)2022,3,4:0
2DEBKS:A Tool to Detect Differentially Expressed Circular RNAs显示文摘Circular RNAs(circRNAs)are involved in various biological processes and disease pathogenesis.However,only a small number of functional circRNAs have been identified among hundreds of thousands of circRNA species,partly because most current methods are based on circular junction counts and overlook the fact that a circRNA is formed from the host gene by backsplicing(BS).To distinguish the expression difference originating from BS or the host gene,we present differentially expressed back-splicing(DEBKS),a software program to streamline the discovery of differential BS events between two rRNA-depleted RNA sequencing(RNA-seq)sample groups.By applying to real and simulated data and employing RT-qPCR for validation,we demonstrate that DEBKS is efficient and accurate in detecting circRNAs with differential BS events between paired and unpaired sample groups.DEBKS is available at http://gffzz188fe103f8f1460as9x9k6xouq5fk6on6.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/yangence/DEBKS as open-source software.Zelin Liu Huiru Ding Jianqi She Chunhua Chen Weiguang Zhang Ence Yang 2022Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2022,20,3:0
3Study on Comprehensive Efficiency Evaluation of Rural Power Grid under Rural Revitalization Strategy Considering Regional Differences显示文摘As an essential infrastructure,the rural power grid is vital in promoting agricultural and rural carbon sequestration and improving rural energy electrification.It is necessary to carry out in-depth research on its comprehensive efficiency.Based on the requirements of“double carbon”and rural revitalization strategy for the rural Power Grid,this paper focuses on the modernization and low-carbon transformation of the rural Power Grid.It constructs an input-output index system for the investment efficiency of the rural Power Grid in China under the new situation.It uses the primary data of the rural Power Grid of 30 prefecture-level cities in China from 2019 to 2021 to evaluate the investment efficiency of the rural Power Grid in China through a three-stage DEA model.The empirical results show that:considering the regional differences,the comprehensive efficiency of the rural Power Grid in backward areas is significantly improved;that is,the three-stage DEA method can more objectively evaluate the comprehensive efficiency of the rural Power Grid.In the context of the continued promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,to improve the comprehensive efficiency of the rural Power Grid,it is necessary to improve the technical level of the rural Power Grid further and appropriately expand the scale of investment in the rural Power Grid.Huiru Zhao Manyu Yao Zhenqi Bai Yue Zhang Zhihua Ding Zhenda Hu 2023Energy Engineering2023,120,10:0
