3The critical pressure for driving a red blood cell through a contracting microfluidic channel显示文摘When a red blood cell(RBC) is driven by a pressure gradient through a microfluidic channel, its passage or blockage provides a measure of the rigidity of the cell. This has been developed as a means to separate RBCs according to their mechanical properties, which are known to change with pathological conditions such as malaria infection. In this study, we use numerical simulations to establish a quantitative connection between the minimum pressure needed to drive an RBC through a contracting microfluidic channel and the rigidity of the cell membrane. 6Releasing the residual stress of C_(f)/SiC-GH3536 joint by designing an Ag-Cu-Ti+Sc_(2)(WO_(4))_(3) composite filler metal显示文摘Due to native character of thermal expansion coefficient(CTE)mismatch between C_(f)/SiC and GH3536,achieving high strength joint was a huge challenge for C_(f)/SiC-GH3536 joints.Herein,a composite filler metal of Ag-Cu-Ti+Sc_(2)(WO_(4))_(3) was developed to join C_(f)/SiC and GH3536.This work introduced Sc_(2)(WO_(4))_(3) to Ag-Cu-Ti system as a negative thermal expansion(NTE)reinforcing phase to release joint residual stress.Sc_(2)(WO_(4))_(3) was evenly distributed in the brazing seam and reacted with Ti to form Ti_(3)O_(5) reaction layer.The results of finite element analysis showed that the residual stress of the joints was effectively released by introducing Sc_(2)(WO_(4))_(3) reinforcing phase,and the mises stress was decreased from447 to 401 MPa.The maximum shear strength of the C_(f)/SiC-GH3536 joint brazed with Ag-Cu-Ti+6 vol%Sc_(2)(WO_(4))_(3) filler alloys was 64 MPa,which was about 2.6 times higher than that of Ag-Cu-Ti alloys.The results of this study provide a promising strategy for the introduction of new Sc_(2)(WO_(4))_(3) reinforcing phase in Ag-Cu-Ti system,and improve the reliability and feasibility of composite brazing alloy in brazing filed.P.Wang X.Liu H.Wang J.Cao J.Qi J.Feng 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,13:1

11A New Index Compression Algorithm for Efficient VQ Encoding of Images显示文摘In this paper, a new index compression al-gorithm is proposed for efficient VQ coding of images. The proposed algorithm tries to exploit the high correlation be-tween neighboring image blocks in the VQ index domain in order to achieve further compression. 12CELLULAR SPACING SELECTION OF Al-0.53wt%Zn ALLOY UNDER NEAR-RAPID DIRECTIONAL SOLIDIFICATION CONDITION显示文摘In order to investigate the response of cellular spacing to the variation of growth velocity under near-rapid directional solidification condition, Al-0.53wt%Zn alloy is directionally solidified with Bridgman apparatus. The results show that at the given temperature gradient the obtained microstrvctures are all cells and there exists a wide distribution range of cellular spacing. The maximum, λmax, minimum, λmin, and average cellular spacing, λ, as functions of growth rate, V, can be given by λmax=948.51V-0.4961, λmin= 661.16V-0.5015 and λ=412.41V-0.5049, respectively. The experimental results are compared with that predicted by KGT model, and a good agreement is found. 13甘氨酸螯合亚铁对断奶仔猪组织矿物质水平、粪中矿物质浓度、肝脏抗氧化酶活性的影响显示文摘24头断奶仔猪用于评估甘氨酸螯合亚铁(Fe-Gly)对组织矿物质水平、粪便矿物质浓度及肝脏抗氧化酶活性的影响。根据活体重和来源将仔猪分配到6个处理组。处理组:①对照组(不补充铁);②铁:30mg/kg(Fe-Gly);③铁:60mg/kg(Fe-Gly);④铁:90mg/kg(Fe-Gly);⑤铁:120mg/kg(Fe-Gly);⑥正对照组,铁:120mg/kg(FeSO4)。连续40d补充Fe-Gly:心脏(P〈0.05)、肝脏(P〈0.05)、肾脏(P〈0.05)、脾脏(P〈0.05)及粪便(P〈0.01)中铁的浓度增加。以Fe-Gly形式补充0~120mg/kg铁:肝脏和肾脏中铁浓度成线性增加。与对照组相比,补充FeSO4增加心脏、肝脏、脾脏和粪便中铁的浓度(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。以FeSO4和Fe-Gly补铁120mg/kg,Fe-Gly组仔猪脾脏中铁浓度增加(P=0.01),粪便中铁浓度略有降低(P=0.09)。过氧化氢酶和琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)的活性与补充的Fe-Gly成线性反应趋势。与负对照组相比,以Fe-Gly形式补铁90mg/kg可增加SOD(P=0.02)和SDH(P=0.03)活性。然而,胰腺中矿物质浓度,粪铜、锌、锰浓度以及肝脏黄嘌呤氧化酶活性在各处理组间没有显著差异(P≥0.05)。J.Feng W.Q.Ma Z.R.Xu J.X.He Y.Z.Wang J.X.Liu 2014饲料与畜牧(新饲料)2014,,6:0
