1MAV/UAV task coalition phased-formation method显示文摘The formation of the manned aerial vehicle/unmanned aerial vehicle(MAV/UAV) task coalition is considered. To reduce the scale of the problem, the formation progress is divided into three phases. For the task clustering phase, the geographical position of tasks is taken into consideration and a cluster method is proposed. For the UAV allocation phase, the UAV requirement for both constrained and unconstrained resources is introduced, and a multi-objective optimal algorithm is proposed to solve the allocation problem. For the MAV allocation phase, the optimal model is firstly constructed and it is decomposed according to the ideal of greed to reduce the time complexity of the algorithm. 2New insight into adsorption characteristics and mechanisms of the biosorbent from waste activated sludge for heavy metals显示文摘The adsorption characteristics and mechanisms of the biosorbent from waste activated sludge were investigated by adsorbing Pb2+and Zn2+in aqueous single-metal solutions. A p H value of the metal solutions at 6.0 was beneficial to the high adsorption quantity of the biosorbent. The optimal mass ratio of the biosorbent to metal ions was found to be 2. A higher adsorption quantity of the biosorbent was achieved by keeping the reaction temperature below 55°C. Response surface methodology was applied to optimize the biosorption processes, and the developed mathematical equations showed high determination coefficients(above 0.99 for both metal ions) and insignificant lack of fit(p = 0.0838 and 0.0782 for Pb2+and Zn2+, respectively). Atomic force microscopy analyses suggested that the metal elements were adsorbed onto the biosorbent surface via electrostatic interaction. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analyses indicated the presence of complexation(between –NH2,-CN and metal ions) and ion-exchange(between –COOH and metal ions). 3Spatial-temporal coupling between high-quality source rocks and reservoirs for tight sandstone oil and gas accumulations in the Songliao Basin, China显示文摘The spatial-temporal relationship between high-quality source rocks and reservoirs is a key factor when evaluating the formation,occurrence,and prospectivity of tight oil and gas reservoirs.In this study,we analyze the fundamental oil and gas accumulation processes occurring in the Songliao Basin,contrasting tight oil sand reservoirs in the south with tight gas sand reservoirs in the north.This is done using geochemical data,constant-rate and conventional mercury injection experiments,and fluid inclusion analyses.Our results demonstrate that as far as fluid mobility is concerned,the expulsion center coincides with the overpressure zone,and its boundary limits the occurrence of tight oil and gas accumulations.In addition,the lower permeability limit of high-quality reservoirs,controlled by pore-throat structures,is 0.1×10^-3μm^2 in the fourth member of the Lower Cretaceous Quantou Formation(K1q^4)in the southern Songliao Basin,and 0.05×10^-3μm^2 in the Lower Cretaceous Shahezi Formation(K1sh)in the northern Songliao Basin.Furthermore,the results indicate that the formation of tight oil and gas reservoirs requires the densification of reservoirs prior to the main phase of hydrocarbon expulsion from the source rocks.Reservoir“sweet spots”develop at the intersection of high-quality source rocks(with high pore pressure)and reservoirs(with high permeability).Laixing Cai Guolin Xiao Shuangfang Lu Jiao Wang Zhiqiang Wu 2019International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2019,29,3:6

5Direct numerical simulation of low Reynolds number turbulent air-water transport in fuel cell flow channel显示文摘With performance improvement of low-temperature fuel cell(FC), high reactant supply and water generation rates may induce air-water turbulence in the FC flow channel. In this research, an air-water turbulent direct numerical simulation(DNS) model is developed to simulate different droplet sizes,locations and interactions in the air-water transport processes comprehensively. It is found that a larger droplet breaks up more easily in turbulence, and a smaller droplet tends to keep lumped. The droplet at corner does not break up because it is away from channel center. The droplet interaction simulations show that the small droplets merge to form slugs, but still keep lumped in turbulence. It is suggested that two conditions need to be satisfied for droplet break up in FC flow channel, one is turbulent flow, and another is that the droplet needs to be large enough and occupy the center region of flow channel to suffer sufficient turbulence fluctuations. 8Fluorouracil-based preoperative chemoradiotherapy with or without oxaliplatin for stage Ⅱ/Ⅲ rectal cancer:a 3-year follow-up study显示文摘Background:Fluorouracil-based preoperative chemoradiotherapy has become the standard treatment for stage II/III rectal cancer.In order to improve the overall survival(OS) and disease-free survival(DFS),we added oxaliplatin to the standard treatment,and compared the effectiveness of these two treatment patterns.Methods:A total of 206 patients enrolled in the prospective study had histologically confirmed rectal cancer of clinical stage II/III during July 2007 to July 2010.They were randomized into the experimental group received oxaliplatin and capecitabine in combination with radiotherapy,and the control group received capecitabine in combination with radiotherapy.All patients received surgery in 6-10 weeks after chemoradiotherapy and adjuvant chemotherapy with m FOLFOX6.The primary endpoints were DFS and OS,and the secondary endpoints included toxicity,compliance,and histopathological response.Results:The 3-year OS in the experimental group and the control group was 90.29% vs.86.41%(P>0.05),and the 3-year DFS was 80.58% vs.69.90%(P>0.05).The pathological complete remission(p CR) rates were 23.30% and 19.42%,respectively(P=0.497).The 3-year local recurrence rates were 4.85% vs.5.83%(P=0.694),and the 3-year distant metastasis rates were 16.50% and 28.16%,respectively(P=0.045).There were no significant differences in most grade 3-4 toxicities between two groups,however,grade 3-4 diarrhea occurred in 16.50%(17/103) of the experimental group,compared with 6.80%(7/103) of the control group(P=0.030).Also,the total grade 3-4 acute toxicity showed a significant difference(10.68% vs.21.36%,P=0.037).Conclusions:The experimental treatment did not lead significantly improved OS and DFS,and thus longer follow-up is warranted for our patient cohort.Adding oxaliplatin to capecitabine-based preoperative chemoradiotherapy can significantly reduce metastasis,but has only minimal impact on local recurrence.Although grade 3-4 toxicity rate increased(primarily gastrointestinal toxicity),patients can stand to be followed up with allopathic treatment.Dexin Jiao Rui Zhang Zhiqiang Gong Fang Liu Yue Chen Qinrui Yu Liping Sun Hongyan Duan Shendong Zhu Fei Liu Jian Wang Jianhui Jia 2015Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2015,27,6:2

11The Corylus mandshurica genome provides insights into the evolution of Betulaceae genomes and hazelnut breeding显示文摘Hazelnut is popular for its flavor,and it has also been suggested that hazelnut is beneficial to cardiovascular health because it is rich in oleic acid.Here,we report the first high-quality chromosome-scale genome for the hazelnut species Corylus mandshurica(2n=22),which has a high concentration of oleic acid in its nuts.The assembled genome is 367.67Mb in length,and the contig N50 is 14.85 Mb.All contigs were assembled into 11 chromosomes,and 28,409 protein-coding genes were annotated.We reconstructed the evolutionary trajectories of the genomes of Betulaceae species and revealed that the 11 chromosomes of the hazelnut genus were derived from the most ancestral karyotype in Betula pendula,which has 14 protochromosomes,by inferring homology among five Betulaceae genomes.We identified 96 candidate genes involved in oleic acid biosynthesis,and 10 showed rapid evolution or positive selection.These findings will help us to understand the mechanisms of lipid synthesis and storage in hazelnuts.Several gene families related to salicylic acid metabolism and stress responses experienced rapid expansion in this hazelnut species,which may have increased its stress tolerance.The reference genome presented here constitutes a valuable resource for molecular breeding and genetic improvement of the important agronomic properties of hazelnut.Ying Li Pengchuan Sun Zhiqiang Lu Jinyuan Chen Zhenyue Wang Xin Du Zeyu Zheng Ying Wu Hongyin Hu Jiao Yang Jianxiang Ma Jianquan Liu Yongzhi Yang 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:1
12Bioelectrochemical acidolysis of magnesia to induce struvite crystallization for recovering phosphorus from aqueous solution显示文摘A novel struvite crystallization method induced by bioelectrochemical acidolysis of magnesia (MgO) was investigated to recover phosphorus (P) from aqueous solution using a dual-chamber microbial electrolysis cell (DMEC).Magnesium ion (Mg2+) in the anolyte was firstly confirmed to automatically migrate from the anode chamber to the cathode chamber,and then react with ammonium (NH4+) and phosphate (PO34-) in the catholyte to form struvite.Recovery efficiency of 17.8%-60.2% was obtained with the various N/P ratios in the catholyte.When MgO (low solubility under alkali conditions) was added into the anolyte,the bioelectrochemical acidolysis of MgO naturally took place and the released Mg2+ induced struvite crystallization in the cathode chamber for P recovery likewise.Besides,there was a strong linear positive correlation between the recovery efficiency and the MgO dosage (R2 =0.935),applied voltage (R2 =0.969) and N/P ratio (R2 =0.905).Increasing the applied voltage was found to enhance the P recovery via promoting the MgO acidolysis and the released Mg2+ migration,while increasing the N/P ratio in the catholyte enhanced the P recovery via promoting the struvite crystallization.Moreover,the electrochemical performance of the system was promoted due to more stable anolyte pH and lower pH gradient between the two chambers.Current density was promoted by 10%,while the COD removal efficiency was improved from 78.2% to 91.8% in the anode chamber.Zuobin Wang Jiao Zhang Xiao Guan Lu She Pengyu Xiang Siqing Xia Zhiqiang Zhang 2019Journal of Environmental Sciences2019,31,11:1
13Effects of anti-symmetric nonlinear viscous damping on the force transmissibility of multi-degree of freedom structures显示文摘In the present study, the concept of the output frequency response function is applied to theoretically investigate the force transmissibility of multi-degree of freedom (MDOF) structures with a nonlinear anti-symmetric viscous damping. The results reveal that an anti-symmetric nonlinear viscous damping can significantly reduce the transmissibility over all resonance regions for MDOF structures while it has almost no effect on the transmissibility over non-resonant and isolation regions.
