1Emergency logistics scheduling with multiple supply-demand points based on grey interval显示文摘This study aimed to address the problem of post-disaster emergency material dispatching from multiple supply points to multiple demand points.In large-scale natural disasters,it is very important for multiple emergency material supply points to serve as sources of materials for multiple disaster sites and to determine emergency material scheduling solutions accurately.Furthermore,the quantity of emergency materials required at each disaster site is uncertain.To address this issue,in this study,we developed an emergency material scheduling model with multiple logistics supply points for multiple demand points based on the grey interval numbers.To optimize the proposed multi-supply-point and multi-demand-point emergency material scheduling mode,a multi-objective optimization algorithm based on a genetic algorithm was used.Experimental results demonstrate that the multi-objective optimization method can solve the emergency logistics scheduling problem better than the particle swarm optimization multi-objective solution algorithm.Additionally,the multi-supply point and multi-demand point emergency material dispatch model and optimization algorithm provides robust support for emergency management system decision-makers when they need to respond quickly to disaster relief activities.Zhiming Ding Xinrun Xu Shan Jiang Jin Yan Yanbo Han 2022Journal of Safety Science and Resilience2022,3,2:5
2The evolution of microstructure and texture of AZ80 Mg alloy cup-shaped pieces processed by rotating backward extrusion显示文摘This study proposed an effective plastic deformation technique,rotating backward extrusion(RBE),for producing high performance AZ80 magnesium alloy cup-shaped pieces.The RBE process was carried on the Gleeble-3500 test machine at 653 K,and the conventional backward extrusion(CBE)was also conducted for comparison.A detailed microstructure analysis was performed using the optical microscopy(OM)and electron back-scatter diffraction(EBSD).The results shown that the equivalent strain and deformation uniformity of the cup pieces could be substantially increased by the RBE process compared with the CBE process.Furthermore,the RBE process could significantly improve the grain refining capacity and the proportion of dynamic recrystallization(DRX),of which the maximum reduction of grain size was 88.60%,and the maximum increase of DRX proportion was 55.30%in the cup bottom.The main deformation mechanism of the RBE process was the discontinuous DRX(DDRX),while the continuous DRX(CDRX)was also occurred in the cup transition.Compared with the CBE sample,the texture of the cup bottom was weakened for the RBE sample.The microhardness value of the RBE sample was higher than that of the CBE sample,which can be attributed to the grain refinement strengthening.Xin Che Qiang Wang Beibei Dong Mu Meng Zhi Gao Kai Liu Jin Ma Fulai Yang Zhiming Zhang 2021Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2021,9,5:4
3An NIR photothermal-responsive hybrid hydrogel for enhanced wound healing显示文摘Moderately regulating vascularization and immune microenvironment of wound site is necessary to achieve scarless wound healing of the skin.Herein,we have prepared an angiogenesis-promoting and scar-preventing band-aid with a core-shell structure,that consists of MXene-loaded nanofibers(MNFs)as the core and dopamine-hyaluronic acid hydrogel(H)as the shell(MNFs@V-H@DA)to encapsulate a growth factor(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF,abbreviated as V)and H2S donor(diallyl trisulfide,DATS,abbreviated as DA).The continuous release of DA from this system produced H2S,which would successfully induce macrophages to polarize into M2-lile phenotype,regulating the immune microenvironment and inhibiting an excessive inflammatory response at the wound sites.It is conducive to the proliferation of skin cells,facilitating the wound healing.In addition,an appropriate amount of VEGF can be released from the MXene nanofibrous skeleton by adjusting the time of near-infrared(NIR)light exposure,preventing excessive neovascularization and extracellular matrix deposition at the wound sites.Collectively,this NIR photothermal-responsive band-aid achieved scarless wound healing through gradient-controlled vascularization and a related immune sequential reaction of damaged skin tissue.Lin Jin Xiaoqing Guo Di Gao Yan Liu Jiahua Ni Zhiming Zhang Yiqiao Huang Guibin Xu Zhe Yang Xingcai Zhang Xianhan Jiang 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,10:4
4Activation of the cold-sensing TRPM8 channel triggers UCP1-dependent thermogenesis and prevents obesity显示文摘Brown adipose tissue(BAT)is an energy-expending organ that produces heat.Expansion or activation of BAT prevents obesity and diabetes.Chronic cold exposure enhances thermogenesis in BAT through uncoupling protein 1(UCP1)activation triggered via a b-adrenergic pathway.Here,we report that the cold-sensing transient receptor potential melastatin 8(TRPM8)is functionally present in mouse BAT.Challenging brown adipocytes with menthol,a TRPM8 agonist,up-regulates UCP1 expression and requires protein kinase A activation.Upon mimicking long-term cold exposure with chronic dietary menthol application,menthol significantly increased the core temperatures and locomotor activity in wild-type mice;these effects were absent in both TRPM82/2 and UCP12/2 mice.Dietary obesity and glucose abnormalities were also prevented by menthol treatment.Our results reveal a previously unrecognized role for TRPM8,suggesting that stimulation of this channel mediates BAT thermogenesis,which could constitute a promising way to treat obesity.Shuangtao Ma Hao Yu Zhigang Zhao Zhidan Luo Jing Chen Yinxing Ni Rongbing Jin Liqun Ma Peijian Wang Zhenyu Zhu Li Li Jian Zhong Daoyan Liu Bernd Nilius Zhiming Zhu 2012Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2012,4,2:2
564 × 64 GM-APD array-based readout integrated circuit for 3D imaging applications显示文摘Using the high sensitivity of the avalanche photodiode(APD) detector operated in the Geigermode(GM), an array readout integrated circuit(ROIC) comprising a two-segment time-to-digital converter(TDC) is employed for wide-dynamic time interval measurement, where a 1-bit low-segment TDC is implemented by discriminating a single-phase clock period. The proposed 64 × 64 GM-APD array ROIC fabricated using Taiwan semiconductor manufacturing company(TSMC) 0.18-μm complementary metal oxide semiconductor(CMOS) technology can operate at a maximum frequency of 500 MHz provided by an external phase-locked loop clock. The time resolution is reduced to < 1 ns along with a maximum range of4 μs; the differential non-linearity(DNL) and integral non-linearity(INL) are restricted to approximately-0.15 to 0.15 least significant bit(LSB) and-0.3 to 0.32 LSB, respectively; and the power consumption is490 mW under a frame rate of 20 kH z. 6Identifying human body states by using a flexible integrated sensor显示文摘Flexible sensors are required to be lightweight,compatible with the skin,sufficiently sensitive,and easily integrated to extract various kinds of body vital signs during continuous healthcare monitoring in daily life.For this,a simple and low-cost flexible temperature and force sensor that uses only two carbon fiber beams as the sensing layer is reported in this work.This simple,flexible sensor can not only monitor skin temperature changes in real time but can also extract most pulse waves,including venous waves,from most parts of the human body.A pulse diagnostic glove containing three such flexible sensors was designed to simulate pulse diagnostic methods used in traditional Chinese medicine.Wearable equipment was also designed in which four flexible sensors were fixed onto different body parts(neck,chest,armpit,and fingertip)to simultaneously monitor body temperature,carotid pulse,fingertip artery pulse,and respiratory rate.Four important physiological indicators—body temperature(BT),blood pressure(BP),heart rate(HR),and respiratory rate(RR)—were extracted by the wearable equipment and analyzed to identify exercise,excited,tired,angry,and frightened body states.Ying Jin Guoning Chen Kete Lao Songhui Li Yong Lu Yufeng Gan Zhundong Li Jiajia Hu Jingcheng Huang Jinxiu Wen Honggui Deng Min Yang Zhiming Chen Xiaoyan Hu Baowen Liang Jianyi Luo 2020npj Flexible Electronics2020,4,1:2
7miR-20b-5p attenuates hypoxia-induced apoptosis in cardiomyocytes via the HIF-1α/NF-κB pathway显示文摘Chronic hypoxia is a common inducer of end-stage cardiovascular disease.In cells under hypoxia,the hypoxia-inducible factor-1(HIF-1)plays a vital role in regulating downstream target genes.However,the mechanism of hypoxia in card io myocytes is still unclear.In this study,we aimed to identify novel downstream epigenetic targets of HIF-1α in cardiomyocytes under hypoxia.H9c2 cells were exposed to hypoxia condition,and quantitative real-time PCR analysis was performed to evaluate the expression of miR-20b-5p.The results indicated that the expression of miR-20b-5p was down-regulated in H9c2 cells under low oxygen condition.Meanwhile,HIF-1α overexpression further down-regulated the miR-20b-5p expression in H9c2 cells transfected with HIF-1α plasmids.In addition,Annexin-V-FITC/PI flow cytometry analysis suggested that overexpression of miR-20b-5p attenuated cell apoptosis under hypoxia condition in H9c2 cells.Western blot analysis showed that the hypoxia apparently increased Bax and cleaved-caspase-3,but decreased Bcl-2 expression in H9c2 cells,indicating that hypoxia-induced NF-κB signaling pathway activation is mediated by miR-20b-5p.Hypoxia-induced H9c2 cell apoptosis was reduced after HIF-1α knockdown as shown by the flow cytometry analysis.In conclusion,we identified that miR-20b-5p plays an important role in mediating cardiomyocytes apoptosis under hypoxia,which is mediated by the HIF-1/NF-κB signaling pathway.Zhongquan Zhou Songwen Chen Zhiming Tian Shibing Deng Xuying Yi Shaning Yang Xuexin Yang Lijun Jin Wanqing Shi 2020Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,9:2
8Effect of high magnetic fields on the solidification microstructure of an Al-Mn alloy显示文摘The effect of high magnetic fields on the morphology of Al-Mn phases was investigated. It is found that the tropism and the alignment of Al6Mn precipitated phases become regular under high magnetic fields. The stronger the high magnetic fields, the more regular the alignment of Al6Mn precipitated phases. Al6Mn precipitated phases can generate oriented alignment and aggregation under high magnetic fields through the observation of the quenched microstructure of the Al-Mn alloy at different temperatures. Meanwhile, the number of Al6Mn phases increases continuously along with the increasing function time of high magnetic fields. X-ray diffraction also indicates that Al6Mn phases generate obvious tropism under high magnetic fields. 9Recent advances on study of hadrosaurid dinosaurs in Heilongjiang(Amur) River area between China and Russia显示文摘Four main dinosaur-bearing sites have been investigated in latest Cretaceous deposits from the Amur/Heilongjiang Region: Jiayin and Wulaga in China (Yuliangze Formation) ,Blagoveschensk and Kundur in Rus- sia (Udurchukan Formation) . More than 90% of the bones discovered in these localities belong to hollowcrested lambeosaurine hadrosaurids: Charonosaurus jiayinensis at Jiayin,Amurosaurus riabinini at Blagoveschensk, Olorotitan arharensis at Kundur,and Sahaliyania elunchunorum at Wulaga. Flat-headed hadrosaurine hadrosau- rids are much less numerous,but appear well diversified as well: Kerberosaurus manakini at Blagoveschensk, Wulagasaurus dongi at Wulaga,and a new genus at Kundur. Theropods are represented by shed teeth and isolated bones; isolated scutes and teeth discovered at Kundur are tentatively attributed to nodosaurids. Palynologi- cal studies suggest that these sites are probably synchronous with the Lancian' vertebrate localities of western North America,which represent the youngest dinosaur faunas in this area. However,the latest Cretaceous dinosaur assemblages are completely different in the Amur/Heilongjiang region (lambeosaurines abundant,ceratopsids absent) and in western North America (ceratopsids abundant,lambeosaurines extremely rare or absent) . 12Shale high pressure isothermal adsorption curve and the production dynamic experiments of gas well显示文摘The high pressure static adsorption curves of shale samples from Silurian Changning-Weiyuan Longmaxi Formation were tested by using high pressure isothermal adsorption equipment.The physical modeling of depletion production was tested on single cores and multi-core series by using self-developed shale gas fluid-solid coupling experiment system.The adsorption and desorption laws were summarized and a high pressure isothermal adsorption model was established.The calculation formula of gas content was corrected,and the producing law of adsorption gas was determined.The study results show that the isothermal adsorption law of the shale reservoir under high pressure was different from the conventional low pressure.The high pressure isothermal adsorption curve had the maximum value in excess adsorption with pressure change,and the corresponding pressure was the critical desorption pressure.The high pressure isothermal curve can be used to evaluate the amount of adsorbed gas and the producing degree of adsorption gas.The high pressure isothermal adsorption model can fit and characterize the high pressure isothermal adsorption law of shale.The modified gas content calculation method can evaluate the gas content and the proportion of adsorbed gas more objectively,and is the theoretical basis of reserve assessment and production decline analysis.The producing degree of adsorption gas is closely related to the pressure,only when the reservoir pressure is lower than the critical desorption pressure,the adsorption gas can be produced effectively.In the process of gas well production,the pressure drop in the near-well area is large,the production of adsorption gas is high;away from the wellbore,the adsorption gas is low in production,or no production.DUAN Xianggang HU Zhiming GAO Shusheng SHEN Rui LIU Huaxun CHANG Jin WANG Lin 2018Petroleum Exploration and Development2018,45,1:1
