| 1 | Endoscopic removal of gastric ectopic pancreas:An initial experience with endoscopic submucosal dissection显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the therapeutic usefulness and safety of endoscopic resection in patients with gastric ectopic pancreas.METHODS:A total of eight patients with ectopic pancreas were included.All of them underwent endoscopic ultrasonography before endoscopic resection.Endo-scopic resection was performed by two methods:endo-scopic mucosal resection(EMR)by the injection-and-cut technique or endoscopic mucosal dissection(ESD).RESULTS:We planned to perform EMR in all eight cases but EMR was successful in only four cases.In the other four cases,saline spread into surrounding normal tissues and the lesions becameattened,which made it impossible to remove them by EMR.Inthose four cases,we performed ESD and removed the lesions without any complications.CONCLUSION:If conventional EMR is difficult to remove gastric ectopic pancreas,ESD is a feasible alternative method for successful removal. | Dong Yup Ryu Gwang Ha Kim Do Youn Park Bong Eun Lee Jae Hoon Cheong Dong Uk Kim Hyun Young Woo Jeong Heo Geun Am Song | 2010 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2010，16，36： | 24 |
| 2 | Genetically confirmed Wilson disease in a 9-month old boy with elevations of aminotransferases显示文摘Wilson disease (WD) is an autosomal recessive disorder of copper transport caused by alteration of the adenosine triphosphatase 7B gene. It is rare to diagnose WD below the age of three years. Molecular genetic testing is one of the most important diagnostic methods and may confirm the diagnosis in equivocal cases. We report a case of a 9-mo old boy with WD who presented as chronic hepatitis. | 4 | Approaching 18%efficiency of ternary organic photovoltaics with wide bandgap polymer donor and well compatible Y6:Y6-1O as acceptor显示文摘A series of ternary organic photovoltaics(OPVs)are fabricated with one wide bandgap polymer D18-Cl as donor,and well compatible Y6 and Y6-1O as acceptor.The open-circuit-voltage(V_(OC))of ternary OPVs is monotonously increased along with the incorporation of Y6-1O,indicating that the alloy state should be formed between Y6 and Y6-1O due to their excellent compatibility.The energy loss can be minimized by incorporating Y6-1 O,leading to the V_(OC)improvement of ternary OPVs.By finely adjusting the Y6-1O content,a power conversion efficiency of 17.91%is achieved in the optimal ternary OPVs with 30 wt%Y6-1O in acceptors,resulting from synchronously improved short-circuit-current density(JSC)of 25.87 mA cm^(-2),fill factor(FF)of 76.92%and V_(OC)of 0.900 V in comparison with those of D18-Cl:Y6 binary OPVs.The JSC and FF improvement of ternary OPVs should be ascribed to comprehensively optimal photon harvesting,exciton dissociation and charge transport in ternary active layers.The more efficient charge separation and transport process in ternary active layers can be confirmed by the magnetophotocurrent and impedance spectroscopy experimental results,respectively.This work provides new insight into constructing highly efficient ternary OPVs with well compatible Y6 and its derivative as acceptor. | Xiaoling Ma Anping Zeng Jinhua Gao Zhenghao Hu Chunyu Xu Jae Hoon Son Sang Young Jeong Caixia Zhang Mengyang Li Kai Wang He Yan Zaifei Ma Yongsheng Wang Han Young Woo Fujun Zhang | 2021 | National Science Review2021，8，8： | 3 |

| 10 | Phase Ⅱ study of R-CVP followed by rituximab maintenance therapy for patients with advanced marginal zone lymphoma:consortium for improving survival of lymphoma(CISL)study显示文摘Background:The response rate and survival improvement for rituximab,a CD20-targeting monoclonal antibody,have been demonstrated in marginal zone lymphoma(MZL)as monotherapy and in combination with chemotherapeutic regimens,yet relapses still occur despite treatment completion.Thus,extending the period of remission in MZL patients remains an essential goal.This multicenter,single-arm,open-label phase II study evaluated the survival efficacy of 2 years of rituximab-maintenance therapy in patients with stage III-IV CD20-positive MZL who had responded to first-line R-CVP(rituximab,cyclophosphamide,vincristine,and prednisolone).The objective of this study was to determine whether rituximab maintenance following R-CVP warrants further investigation.Methods:Prior to rituximab-maintenance therapy,patients received 6-8 cycles of first-line R-CVP therapy for stage III-IV MZL.Rituximab(375 mg/m^(2)),cyclophosphamide(750 mg/m^(2)),and vincristine(1.4 mg/m^(2);maximum 2 mg)were administered via an intravenous infusion on day 1 of each 3-week cycle,while oral prednisolone(100 mg)was given on days 1-5 of each 3-week cycle.The patients who achieved complete response(CR),partial response(PR),or stable disease(SD)to R-CVP treatment,were prescribed rituximab-maintenance therapy which was administered intravenously at a dose of 375 mg/m^(2) every 8 weeks for up to 12 cycles.The primary endpoint was progression-free survival(PFS).Secondary endpoints were overall survival(OS)and treatment safety.Results:47 patients were enrolled,of whom,45(96%)received rituximab-maintenance treatment.Fifteen(33%)patients had nodal MZL.Following R-CVP first-line therapy,20(44%),22(49%),and 3(7%)patients achieved CR,PR,and SD,respectively.After a median follow-up of 38.2 months,their observed 3-year PFS rate was 81%.During the rituximab-maintenance,6 PR and 1 SD patients achieved CR following the administration of R-CVP.Elevated LDH and the presence of B symptoms were found to be significant prognostic factors for PFS(P=0.003)and demonstrated a 3-year OS rate of 90%.Rituximab-maintenance therapy was well tolerated,and the common treatment-emergent adverse events were sensory neuropathy(18%),myalgia(13%),fatigue(9%),and neutropenia(9%).Conclusion: Rituximab-maintenance therapy following first-line R-CVP demonstrated good PFS in patients with stage III-IV MZL, in addition to a favorable toxicity profile. | Sung Yong Oh Won Seog Kim Jin Seok Kim Seok Jin Kim Dok Hyun Yoon Deok-Hwan Yang Won Sik Lee Hyo Jung Kim Ho-Young Yhim Seong Hyun Jeong Jong Ho Won Suee Lee Jee Hyun Kong Sung-Nam Lim Jun Ho Ji Kyung A.Kwon Gyeong-Won Lee Jae Hoon Lee Ho Sup Lee Ho-Jin Shin Cheolwon Suh | 2019 | Cancer Communications2019，39，1： | 2 |
