1在孟加拉国的不含酒精的脂肪肝疾病病人的不含酒精的 steatohepatitis显示文摘 AIM: To explore the prevalence and risk factors for nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) patients. METHODS: We have included 493 patients with sonographic evidence of a fatty change, and 177 of these individuals were evaluated and confirmed after liver biopsy. The exclusion criteria consisted of significant alcohol abuse (< 20 g daily), evidence of hepatitis B and C, evidence of drug-induced fatty liver disease and other specific liver diseases such as hemochromatosis, Wilson’s disease or autoimmune liver disease. The patients were assessed for metabolic syndrome, and biochemical, anthropometric and histopathological evaluations were carried out. The degree of disease activity in the NAFLD patients was evaluated using the NAFLD Activity Score. The data were analyzed by SPSS, version 16.0. RESULTS: Females predominated among the study participants (250, 57.0%), and the mean age was 40.8 ± 10.2 years. The numbers of overweight, obeseⅠ and obese Ⅱ patients were 58 (13.2%), 237 (53.9%) and 93 (21.2%), respectively. However, there were 422 (96.2%) centrally obese patients. NASH was absent in 10 (5.6%) cases, borderline in 92 (52.6%) cases and present in 75 (42.4%) cases. The presence of diabetes could significantly (P = 0.001) differentiate NASH from simple steatosis. The following parameters did not influence the development of NASH: age, sex, basal metabolic index, waist circumference, serum high-density lipoprotein, triglyceride, insulin resistance index, hypertension and metabolic syndrome. The serum gammaglutamyl transpeptidase (GGT) level was significantly higher (P = 0.05, 51.7 ± 32.8 and 40.4 ± 22.6 U/L) in the NASH patients, with a sensitivity of 45% and a specificity of only 68%. The serum alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase levels were not able to predict NASH. CONCLUSION: Females were the predominant sufferers of NAFLD in Bangladesh. The prevalence of NASH was high. Diabetes was found to be the main culprit in developing NASH. GGT was the only biochemical marker of NASH. 2基于改进SSD的多目标零件识别系统研究显示文摘在零件的装配、分拣、焊接等工业生产过程中,使用图像处理的方法对零件进行识别能够大大减少夹具的使用。在零件的图像识别领域中,提出一种基于多尺度融合的MDSSD零件识别系统,MDSSD网络以SSD网络为基础,通过针对特定的零件识别场景,特别是小目标零件,使用融合模块实现深层网络和浅层网络的跨层连接,并且实现类别的预测以及坐标的回归。在特定环境的螺钉、螺母、垫圈的测试数据集上,分别使用SSD网络和MDSSD网络对单张图片的单类零件和单张图片的多类零件进行检测操作。实验表明,使用MDSSD算法平均检测精度达到97.11%,检测速度达到32.00 fps,MDSSD算法对比原来的SSD算法,平均检测精度提高了6.21%,能实时高精度地检测出零件,满足零件识别需求,可解决工业实际问题。陈冠琪 胡国清 Jahangir Alam SM 许华忠 李开林 戈明亮 易玉华 罗建中 2019新技术新工艺2019,0,8:6
3硅压力传感器基座受力变形时的输出性能显示文摘为分析硅压力传感器基座受力变形对传感器输出性能的影响,首先利用弹性力学理论和板壳理论分析推导了压力传感器方形膜片应力分布,为力敏电阻在应变膜上的布置提供依据;再利用ANSYS进行分析模拟,探究了传感器基座结构变形对应变膜应力差的影响;然后针对减小基座受力变形对芯片受力的影响,对基座结构进行适当优化,并对比仿真分析的结果;最后通过实验测得优化前后的传感器输出数据.结果表明,传感器基座结构优化后,传感器硅芯片中心最大变形量从2.172μm降低到1.819μm,输出误差从0.95%下降到0.60%.胡国清 龚小山 周永宏 邹崇 Jahangir Alam 2015华南理工大学学报(自然科学版)2015,43,3:5
4基于Petri网的TCP协议异常检测模型显示文摘从面向连接的角度出发,以Petri网为工具,建立了TCP协议异常检测模型.该模型以TCP协议的状态变迁图为基础,并根据协议规范可对传输报文的标志位进行系统的分析,从而识别出标志位非法组合构成的畸形报文(FIN-RST报文).模型中规定了各种状态下可接收的标志位集合,同时还细化了各状态下的超时异常,据此可准确地检测出各种异常,以抵御已知和未知的非法行为.利用该模型不仅可发现已知异常事件,还可对未知漏洞进行防范.通过实验发现,网络中的错误标志位报文、端口扫描以及DOS攻击产生的异常流量将占到总流量的10%以上.高磊 张德运 Md Jahangir Alam 张军 胡国栋 2006西安交通大学学报2006,40,6:4
5基于机器视觉的随机纹理瓷砖的分选系统显示文摘针对日益加快的瓷砖生产速度与缓慢的人工分选速度之间不协调导致的瓷砖出产效率低下的问题,提出了以机器视觉软件HALCON 11.0为软件开发平台的结合瓷砖颜色、纹理特征提取的算法,以及针对多分类问题的改进多层感知器神经网络算法(MLPNN).首先对拍摄到的瓷砖图像进行去噪预处理,在HSI颜色空间中提取瓷砖的色调(Hue)特征并计算反映瓷砖的纹理特征的灰度共生矩阵(GLCM)和灰度幅值分布特征,再将得到的特征作为多层感知器的神经网络输入层神经元,然后设计以softmax为激活函数的多层感知器神经网络来进行模式匹配,并与BP神经网络模式匹配方法进行对比,最终搭建出具有简单人机交互界面的随机纹理瓷砖的分选实验样机.实验结果表明:本系统对实验的各类随机纹理瓷砖的分选准确率都在90%以上,具有较高的分选准确率,能应用于瓷砖生产实践.焦亮 胡国清 Jahangir Alam SM 2016计算机系统应用2016,25,3:4
6Comparative investigation of the free radical scavenging potential and anticancer property of Diospyros blancoi(Ebenaceae)显示文摘Objective: To investigate the comparative effects of Diospyros blancoi(Ebenaceae)leaves(DBL), root bark(DBRB) and stem bark(DBSB) on free radicals and cancer.Methods: The polyphenol contents, antioxidant and free radical scavenging properties were determined using standard spectrophotometric methods. Cytotoxicity and anticancer activities were performed on brine shrimp nauplii and Ehrlich ascite carcinoma cells, respectively.Results: Among the extracts, DBSB showed the highest total antioxidant capacity and reducing capacity on ferrous ion. Based on 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl and hydroxyl radical scavenging activities, DBSB showed(95.760 ± 0.343)% and(67.460 ± 2.641)%scavenging with IC50of(3.10 ± 0.17) and(50.00 ± 3.11) mg/m L, respectively. The IC50 values of standard butylated hydroxytoluene and catechin(CA) for 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl and hydroxyl radicals were(8.50 ± 0.25) and(75.00 ± 0.14) mg/m L,respectively suggesting that DBSB had a significant(P < 0.05) radical scavenging activity than standards. In lipid peroxidation inhibition assay, the inhibitory activity of the extracts and the standard was in the following order: DBSB > DBRB > CA > DBL.Also, the phenolic [(139.91 ± 3.924) mg gallic acid equivalent/g] and flavonoid contents[(412.00 ± 16.70) mg catechin equivalent/g)] of DBSB were higher than that of other extracts. 8Buying Behavior Under Coronavirus Disease(COVID-19)Pandemic Situation:A Online Perspective Case in Bangladeshi Shoppers显示文摘Coronavirus disease(COVID-19)is an highly infectious respiratory disease caused by a newly discovered coronavirus.Most people infected by the COVID-19 virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without requiring special treatment;a portion of infected people may die.Under coronavirous disease pandemic situation,human normal life,movement and business has been disturbed due to lockdown and closing of shopping malls and business centers in the city.Nowadays,e-commerce is a vigorous tool for diminishing streaming business processes,cycle time,organizational costs,stay at home,maintain social distancing,protect from virus,and enlightening associations with both shoppers and business partners.The research investigated the buying behavior of Bangladeshi shoppers under coronavirus disease(COVID-19)pandemic situation in case of online perspective.The research reconnoitered the impact of five aspects:health aspect,price aspect,product aspect,trust aspect,and place aspect on online buying behavior under coronavirus disease(COVID-19)pandemic situation in Bangladesh.Data were collected through a structured questionnaire by online survey method from 155 samples which encompass online shoppers in country.Simple random sampling technique were used.Data were analyzed using factor analysis,reliability analysis,and multiple regression analysis.Findings revealed that four out of five aspects:health aspect,price aspect,product aspect,and place aspect had a positive and significant influence on online buying behavior under coronavirus disease(COVID-19)pandemic situation in the perspective of Bangladesh.The assessment generates responsiveness among online practicing companies,researchers,managers,shoppers,and prospects online buyers.Online functioning businesses could be a successful leading aspects for explaining online buying behavior under coronavirus disease(COVID-19)pandemic situation in the context of Bangladesh.Jahangir Alam 2020Chinese Business Review2020,19,3:2
9结合特征置信度的背景感知相关滤波跟踪算法显示文摘基于相关滤波的跟踪算法表现突出,然而在复杂跟踪环境下跟踪器很容易发生预测错误而导致跟踪失败。针对这一问题,提出一种结合特征置信度的背景感知跟踪算法。首先,采用较大的样本采集区域捕捉背景信息对滤波器训练,利用二次项替换及交替方向乘子法对模型进行快速求解。在颜色特征、方向梯度直方图特征以及灰度特征等多特征融合的基础上,根据目标响应大小对每个特征通道动态计算特征置信度,通过特征置信度加权来训练新的滤波器。为提高滤波器鲁棒性,结合APCE和特征置信度对滤波器进行高置信度更新。所设计的算法在OTB100数据集上与多个优秀相关滤波算法进行对比,实验结果显示,该算法在多种复杂场景下均具有较好的准确性和实时性。胡国清 陈辽林 刘谦波 戈明亮 JAHANGIR Alam SM 2021现代电子技术2021,44,17:1

11Gender and rural transformation:A systematic literature review显示文摘Rural transformation can improve poverty reduction,living standards,and health outcomes in developing countries.However,impacts associated with rural transformation vary by region,household,and individual trait(including gender).While research on rural transformation has been increasing over the last decade,there has been no comprehensive review conducted on the relationships between gender and rural transformation.Here,we conduct a systematic literature review to investigate the impacts of rural transformation on gender and the influence of gender inclusiveness on rural transformation.We reviewed 82 studies from 1960-2021 that explore the relationships between rural transformation and gender.We then developed a framework that captures incidences and flow directions between indicators.Results show that most studies examined the impacts of rural transformation on women and between gender indicators.Few investigated the role of women and the influence of gender inclusiveness on rural transformation.Overall,studies showed that rural transformation typically leads to positive outcomes for women regarding employment,income,and empowerment.However,negative impacts on women’s control over income,stability of new income sources,and access to healthy food are also common.Tailoring future development policies and programs to explicitly account for gender inclusiveness can lead to more successful rural transformation.Maria Fay ROLA-RUBZEN Hue T.VUONG Claire DOLL Curtis ROLLINS Jon Marx SARMIENTO Mohammad Jahangir ALAM Ismat Ara BEGUM 2023Journal of Integrative Agriculture2023,22,12:1

16一种基于YOLO的多尺度融合图像分割模型显示文摘图像分割是指将图像分成若干具有相似性质区域的过程,是许多图像处理任务的预处理步骤。针对现有的分割模型结构在大目标上表现比小目标更好,需要在细粒度特征上有针对性的强化,需要在结构上进一步进行创新尝试,高效利用特征图表达。在研究了国内外总体的图像分割模型之后,研究YOLO框架用于检测和识别目标原理,并利用特征图的可迁移性质,取以其前半部分作为分割模型的特征图进行研究。接着提出了一种改进的多尺度融合图像分割模型,将不同层的特征图加以整合形成一张新的特征图的方法,使用一组因子将输入特征图显式降采样为小尺寸,然后独立进行卷积,从而得到不同比例的表示。最后通过对改进模型进行试验,并与其他分割模型进行比较总结,测试图像的分割精度达到了0.833,相较于传统的CNN分割图像模型有所提高,具有一定的应用价值。陈沛鑫 胡国清 Jahangir Alam SM 2021新技术新工艺2021,,1:1
