The high corrosion resistance of HEAs was frequently mentioned but without convincing explanations. In this paper, the intrinsic mechanism of corrosion resistance in FCC HEAs was revealed by designing equal atomic alloys with single solid solution phase. | 2 | Delay Depending Decentralized Adaptive Attitude Synchronization Tracking Control of Spacecraft Formation显示文摘This paper deals with the problem of cooperative attitude tracking with time-varying communication delays as well as the delays between inter-synchronization control parts and self-tracking control parts in the spacecraft formation flying. First, we present the attitude synchronization tracking control algorithms and analyze the sufficient delay-dependent stability condition with the choice of a Lyapunov function when the angular velocity can be measured. More specifically, a class of linear filters is developed to derive an output feedback control law without having direct information of the angular velocity, which is significant for practical applications with low-cost configurations of spacecraft. Using a well-chosen Lyapunov-Krasovskii function, it is proven that the presented control law can make the spacecraft formation attitude tracking system synchronous and achieve exponential stability, in the face of model uncertainties, as well as non-uniform time-varying delays in communication links and different control parts. | 3 | CSF-Based Analysis for Identification of Potential Serum Biomarkers of Neural Tube Defects显示文摘The protein composition of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) in neural tube defects(NTDs) remains unknown. We investigated the protein composition of CSF from 9 infants with NTDs using isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantitation(iTRAQ). We identified 568 proteins in the CSF of infants with spina bifida, which is the most common type of NTD. Among these, 18 proteins were associated with neural tube closure in the CSF during human embryonic neurulation and 5 were involved in NTDs. Based on these results, an animal model was further utilized to investigate early serum biomarkers for NTDs.We found that the myristoylated alanine-rich C-kinase substrate, Kunitz-type protease inhibitor 2, andapolipoprotein B-100 protein levels were decreased in both embryos and the sera of pregnant Sprague-Dawley rats carrying embryos with NTDs. | 5 | Converting poly(ethylene terephthalate) waste into N-doped porous carbon as CO_(2) adsorbent and solar steam generator显示文摘Sustainable conversion of waste plastics into valuable carbon materials for diverse applications provides a promising strategy to dispose the municipal and industrial waste plastics.However,it remains a challenge to precisely control the crosslinking reaction for transforming waste polyesters into N-doped porous carbon (NPC) with well-defined microstructures.Herein,we put forwards a strategy of stepwise crosslinking using melamine and ZnCl_(2)/NaCl eutectic salts to convert poly (ethylene terephthalate)(PET) into NPC at 550℃.We prove that firstly melamine reacts with PET degradation products to form a crosslinking structure,and subsequently ZnCl_(2)/NaCl promote the dehydration and decarboxylation of the crosslinking structure to generate a more thermally stable crosslinking structure.The coordination of two tandem crosslinking reactions is critical to control the microstructure of NPC.Without activations,NPC shows large specific surface area of 1173 m~2g^(-1),abundant N dopants,and rich oxygen-containing groups.These combined features endure NPC with excellent performance in CO_(2) capture and solar steam generation,e.g.,high CO_(2) adsorption capacity of 6.47 mmol g^(-1) and evaporation rate of 1.62 kg m^(-2)h^(-1).More importantly,NPC is compared to or prevails over previous carbon-based CO_(2) adsorbents or photothermal materials.This work will advance the research on “green” reutilization of low-cost polyester wastes to prepare sustainable carbon for solar energy conversion,environmental protection,etc. | Changyuan Song Boyi Zhang Liang Hao Jiakang Min Ning Liu Ran Niu Jiang Gong Tao Tang | 2022 | Green Energy & Environment2022,7,3: | 2 |
| 6 | Osteogenic effects of antihypertensive drug benidipine on mouse MC3T3-E1 cells in vitro显示文摘Hypertension is a prevalent systemic disease in the elderly,who can suffer from several pathological skeletal conditions simultaneously,including osteoporosis.Benidipine(BD),which is widely used to treat hypertension,has been proved to have a beneficial effect on bone metabolism.In order to confirm the osteogenic effects of BD,we investigated its osteogenic function using mouse MC3T3-E1 preosteoblast cells in vitro.The proliferative ability of MC3T3-E1 cells was significantly associated with the concentration of BD,as measured by methylthiazolyldiphenyl-tetrazolium bromide(MTT)assay and cell cycle assay.With BD treatment,the osteogenic differentiation and maturation of MC3T3-E1 cells were increased,as established by the alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity test,matrix mineralized nodules formation,osteogenic genetic test,and protein expression analyses.Moreover,our data showed that the BMP2/Smad pathway could be the partial mechanism for the promotion of osteogenesis by BD,while BD might suppress the possible function of osteoclasts through the OPG/RANKL/RANK(receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB))pathway.The hypothesis that BD bears a considerable potential in further research on its dual therapeutic effect on hypertensive patients with poor skeletal conditions was proved within the limitations of the present study. | Baixiang WANG Jiakang YANG Lijie FAN YuWANG Chenqiu ZHANG HuimingWANG | 2021 | Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2021,22,5: | 2 |
| 7 | Organ-specific efficacy in advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients treated with first-line single-agent immune checkpoint inhibitors显示文摘Background:Response to immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)is affected by multiple factors.This study aimed to explore whether sites of metastasis are associated with clinical outcomes of ICIs in advanced non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients.Methods::The data of NSCLC patients with high programmed death-ligand 1 expression and good performance status receiving first-line ICIs monotherapy from Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital between May 2019 and July 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.Metastatic sites included liver,bone,brain,adrenal gland,pleura,and contralateral lung.Progression-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS)were compared between different metastatic sites and metastatic burden by the Kaplan-Meier method.Organ-specific disease control rate(OSDCR)of different individual metastatic sites was evaluated.Results:Forty NSCLC patients meeting the criteria were identified.The presence of liver metastasis was significantly associated with shorter PFS(3.1 vs.15.5 months,P=0.0005)and OS(11.1 months vs.not reached,P=0.0016).Besides,patients with bone metastasis tend to get shorter PFS(4.2 vs.15.5 months,P=0.0532)rather than OS(P=0.6086).Moreover,the application of local treatment could numerically prolong PFS in patients with brain metastasis(15.5 vs.4.3 months,P=0.1894).More metastatic organs involved were associated with inferior PFS(P=0.0052)but not OS(P=0.0791).The presence of liver metastasis or bone metastasis was associated with more metastatic organs(Phi[φ]:0.516,P=0.001).The highest OSDCR was observed in lung(15/17),and the lowest in the liver(1/4).Conclusions:Metastases in different anatomical locations may be associated with different clinical outcomes and local tumor response to ICIs in NSCLC.ICIs monotherapy shows limited efficacy in patients with liver and bone metastasis,thus patients with this type of metastasis might require more aggressive combination strategies. | Jiayi Deng Ming Gao Qing Gou Chongrui Xu Honghong Yan Mingyi Yang Jiakang Li Xiaorong Yang Xuewu Wei Qing Zhou | 2022 | Chinese Medical Journal2022,,12: | 2 |

| 9 | Variation in Polymerization Degree of C-A-S-H Gels and Its Role in Strength Development of Alkali-activated Slag Binders显示文摘To investigate the variation in the degree of polymerization calcium aluminium silicate hydrate(C-A-S-H)gel and its role in the evolution of the strength of waterglass slag binders,the compressive strength,hydration products,degree of hydration of the slag,and the degree of polymerization of C-A-S-H gels of binders were examined.The experimental results indicate that the pH of the pore solution increased with an increase in the Na_(2)O concentration.However,mortar with an optimum compressive strength value of 81.0 MPa at 28 d was obtained when water glass modulus was 1.5.The main hydration product is a C-A-S-H gel for which the quantity and the degree of polymerization depend strongly on the Na_(2)O concentration;for a given range,both increase with increasing Na_(2)O concentration,thus yielding an enhanced strength.A further increase in the Na_(2)O concentration continuously increases the quantity of C-A-S-H gels while drastically reducing the degree of polymerization.The positive effect of the former is counteracted by the adverse effect of the latter,ultimately,leading to a decreased strength.Furthermore,we reveal that the degree of polymerization for C-A-S-H gels may be affected by pH,through a series of complex chemical reactions. | 刘庆 ZHANG Jiakang SU Yuewei 吕宪俊 | 2021 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2021,36,6: | 1 |

| 11 | Evaluating the Ozone Valley over the Tibetan Plateau in CMIP6 Models显示文摘Total column ozone(TCO)over the Tibetan Plateau(TP)is lower than that over other regions at the same latitude,particularly in summer.This feature is known as the“TP ozone valley”.This study evaluates long-term changes in TCO and the ozone valley over the TP from 1984 to 2100 using Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 6(CMIP6).The TP ozone valley consists of two low centers,one is located in the upper troposphere and lower stratosphere(UTLS),and the other is in the middle and upper stratosphere.Overall,the CMIP6 models simulate the low ozone center in the UTLS well and capture the spatial characteristics and seasonal cycle of the TP ozone valley,with spatial correlation coefficients between the modeled TCO and the Multi Sensor Reanalysis version 2(MSR2)TCO observations greater than 0.8 for all CMIP6 models.Further analysis reveals that models which use fully coupled and online stratospheric chemistry schemes simulate the anticorrelation between the 150 hPa geopotential height and zonal anomaly of TCO over the TP better than models without interactive chemistry schemes.This suggests that coupled chemical-radiative-dynamical processes play a key role in the simulation of the TP ozone valley.Most CMIP6 models underestimate the low center in the middle and upper stratosphere when compared with the Microwave Limb Sounder(MLS)observations.However,the bias in the middle and upper stratospheric ozone simulations has a marginal effect on the simulation of the TP ozone valley.Most CMIP6 models predict the TP ozone valley in summer will deepen in the future. | Kequan ZHANG Jiakang DUAN Siyi ZHAO Jiankai ZHANG James KEEBLE Hongwen LIU | 2022 | Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2022,39,7: | 1 |

| 20 | Anti-PD1 antibody and not anti-LAG-3 antibody improves the antitumor effect of photodynamic therapy for treating metastatic breast cancer显示文摘Photodynamic therapy(PDT)has limited effects in treating metastatic breast cancer.Immune checkpoints can deplete the function of immune cells;however,the expression of immune checkpoints after PDT is unclear.This study investigates whether the limited e±cacy of PDT is due to upregulated immune checkpoints and tries to combine the PDT and immune checkpoint inhibitor to observe the e±cacy.A metastatic breast cancer model was treated by PDT mediated by hematoporphyrin derivatives(HpD-PDT).The anti-tumor effect of HpD-PDT was observed,as well as CD4þT,CD8þT and calreticulin(CRT)by immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence.Immune checkpoints on T cells were analyzed byflow cytometry after HpD-PDT.When combining PDT with immune checkpoint inhibitors,the antitumor effect and immune effect were assessed.For HpD-PDT at 100 mW/cm2 and 40,60 and 80 J/cm2,primary tumors were suppressed and CD4þT,CD8þT and CRT were elevated;however,distant tumors couldn't be inhibited and survival could not be prolonged.Immune checkpoints on T cells,especially PD1 and LAG-3 after HpD-PDT,were upregulated,which may explain the reason for the limited HpD-PDT effect.After PDT combined with anti-PD1 antibody,but not with anti-LAG-3 antibody,both the primary and distant tumors were signi-cantly inhibited and the survival time was prolonged,additionally,CD4þT,CD8þT,IFN-þCD4þT and TNF-þCD4þT cells were signi-cantly increased compared with HpD-PDT.HpD-PDT could not combat metastatic breast cancer.PD1 and LAG-3 were upregulated after HpD-PDT.Anti-PD1 antibody,but not anti-LAG-3 antibody,could augment the antitumor effect of HpD-PDT for treating metastatic breast cancer. | Shan Long Yibing Zhao Yuanyuan Xu Bo Wang Haixia Qiu Hongyou Zhao Jing Zeng Defu Chen Hui Li Jiakang Shao Xiaosong Li Ying Gu | 2024 | Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2024,17,1: | 0 |
