1Critical caving erosion width for cantilever failures of river bank显示文摘The cantilever failure is one of the typical bank failures,in which the lateral caving erosion at the bottom of the bank plays an important role.When the caving erosion width is larger than a certain value,the cantilever failures such as shear,toppling and stress failures may occur.In order to understand the condition of the cantilever failure,the collapse mechanisms of the cantilever failures are studied based on the bank stability theory and flume experiment.According to the bank stability equation with the lateral erosion,the critical caving erosion width(CCEW) formulas for the shear and toppling failures of simple slope bank were derived in this paper.The formulas show that the CCEW increases as the overhanging soil thickness and soil cohesion increase,and decreases as the crack depth on the bank surface and the slope angle of the bank increase.And these formulas were tested with experimental data,which shows the predicted values are good agreement with experimental data.The paper reveals a quantitative expression on the process of the river cantilever failure.Yangui Wang Shangfu Kuang Jialin Su 2016International Journal of Sediment Research2016,31,3:3
2Acetate-assistant efficient cation-exchange of halide perovskite nanocrystals to boost the photocatalytic CO_(2) reduction显示文摘The judicious implantation of active metal cations into the surface of semiconductor nanocrystal(NC)through cation-exchange is one of the facile and viable strategies to enhance the activity of catalysts for photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction,by shortening the transfer pathway of photogenerated carriers and increasing the active sites simultaneously.However,cation-exchange is hard to achieve for halide perovskite NCs owing to the stable octahedron of[PbX6]4−with strong interaction between halogen and lead.Herein,we report a facile method to overcome this obstacle by replacing partial Br−with acetate(Ac−)to generate CsPbBr_(3) NC(coded as CsPbBr_(3−x)Ac_(x)).A small amount of Ac−instead of Br−does not change the crystal structure of halide perovskite.Owing to the weaker interaction between acetate and lead in comparison with bromide,the corresponding octahedron structure containing acetate in CsPbBr_(3−x)Ac_(x) can be easily opened to realize efficient cation-exchange with Ni^(2+) ions.The resulting high loading amount of Ni^(2+) as active site endows CsPbBr_(3−x)Ac_(x) with an improved performance for photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction under visible light irradiation,exhibiting a significantly increased CO yield of 44.09μmol·g^(−1)·h^(−1),which is over 8 and 3 times higher than those of traditional pristine CsPbBr_(3) and nickel doped CsPbBr_(3) NC,respectively.This work provides a critical solution for the efficient metal doping of low-cost halide perovskite NCs to enhance their photocatalytic activity,promoting their practical applications in the field of photocatalysis.Jialin Cheng Yanfei Mu Liyuan Wu Zhaolei Liu Ke Su Guangxing Dong Min Zhang Tongbu Lu 2022Nano Research2022,15,3:3
3Loss of Lkb1 impairs Treg function and stability to aggravate graft-versus-host disease after bone marrow transplantation显示文摘Accumulating evidence suggests that a reduction in the number of Foxp3^(+) regulatory T cells(Tregs)contributes to the pathogenesis of acute graft-versus-host disease(aGVHD),which is a major adverse complication that can occur after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT).However,the precise features and mechanism underlying the defects in Tregs remain largely unknown.In this study,we demonstrated that Tregs were more dramatically decreased in bone marrow compared with those in peripheral blood from aGVHD patients and that bone marrow Treg defects were negatively associated with hematopoietic reconstitution.Tregs from aGVHD patients exhibited multiple defects,including the instability of Foxp3 expression,especially in response to IL-12,impaired suppressor function,decreased migratory capacity,and increased apoptosis.Transcriptional profiling revealed the downregulation of Lkb1,a previously identified critical regulator of murine Treg identity and metabolism,and murine Lkb1-regulated genes in Tregs from aGVHD patients.Foxp3 expression in human Tregs could be decreased and increased by the knockdown and overexpression of the Lkb1 gene,respectively.Furthermore,a loss-of-function assay in an aGVHD murine model confirmed that Lkb1 deficiency could impair Tregs and aggravate disease severity.These findings reveal that Lkb1 downregulation contributes to multiple defects in Tregs in human aGVHD and highlight the Lkb1-related pathways that could serve as therapeutic targets that may potentially be manipulated to mitigate aGVHD.Xiuhua Su Qianqian Wang Wei Guo Xiaolei Pei Qing Niu Maolan Liu Yuanyuan Liu Song Chen Sizhou Feng Yi He Donglin Yang Rongli Zhang Qiaoling Ma Weihua Zhai Aiming Pang Jialin Wei Yong Huang Yuechen Luo Mingzhe Han Xiaoming Feng Erlie Jiang 2020Cellular & Molecular Immunology2020,17,5:3
4Highly emissive coordination polymer derived from tetraphenylethylene-tetrazole chromophore:Synthesis,characterization and piezochromic luminescent behavior显示文摘Solid-state materials that exhibit pressure stimulus-response characteristics in a manner of emission signal,known as piezochromic luminescence(PCL),demonstrate great potential in photoelectric devices.The weakened luminescence and insignificant color change in the aggregation state,however,hampers their practical applications.Herein,a highly emissive coordination polymer,[Zn2(H4TTPE)(H2O)4]·H2O(CUST-805),is successfully constructed by employing an AIE-active chromophore as the building block.The structural characterization and photophysical properties are systematically studied.Owing to intrinsic twisted conformation and AIE feature of tetraphenylethylene-tetrazole ligand,CUST-805 achieves the visible and reversible PCL from blue to green switched by different external stimuli.The transformation between crystalline and amorphous states is proved to be the origin of present PCL behavior.Moreover,on basis of electron and energy transfer quenching mechanism,the highly selective and sensitive sensor based on CUST-805 is realized,showing the low detection limit of 0.29 ppm towards 2,4,6-trinitrophenol.Xu Han Jialin Tong Guanyu Ding Chunyi Sun Xinlong Wang Zhongmin Su Jing Sun Li-Li Wen Guo-Gang Shan 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,1:2
5Over-expression of 72 ku protein of wheat yellow mosaic virus in E. coli and preparation of its antiserum显示文摘By reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), cDNA fragment of wheat yellow mosaic vir黶 (WYMV) RNA2 encoding 72 ku protein has been synthesized and cloned into plasmid pET30a(+) for overexpression in prokaryotic celis. BL21(DE3) pLys S of E.coli transformed with the recombinant plasmid pETP72 containing the fragment has been induced to express the 72 ku protein on high level. 6A Robust on-Wafer Large Signal Transistor Characterization Method at mm-Wave Frequency显示文摘Accurate on-wafer large signal characterization of RF transistor is crucial for the optimum design of wireless communication circuits.We report a novel and systematic measurement method for the accurate acquisition of input and output power of on-wafer transistors up to 40 GHz.This method employs external couplers to extract the travelling waves,combined with a novel large signal calibration algorithm to calculate the power at on-wafer probe tip.The accuracy of this method was bench marked versus conventional approaches in a real measurement bench,and further been verified by characterizing the large signal response of a 0.25μm GaN HEMT device.It is concluded that the measurement uncertainty has been greatly decreased with this new method,especially at mm-wave frequencies.SU Jiangtao CAI Jialin ZHENG Xing SUN Lingling 2019Chinese Journal of Electronics2019,28,4:2

9Development and validation of InDel markers for identification of QTL underlying flowering time in soybean显示文摘Soybean [Glycine max(L.) Merrill] is a major plant source of protein and oil. An accurate and well-saturated molecular linkage map is a prerequisite for forward genetic studies of gene function and for modern breeding for many useful agronomic traits. Next-generation sequence data available in public databases provides valuable information and offers new insights for rapid and efficient development of molecular markers. In this study, we attempted to show the feasibility and facility of using genomic resequencing data as raw material for identifying putative In Del markers. First, we identified 17,613 In Del sites among 56 soybean accessions and obtained 12,619 primer pairs. Second, we constructed a genetic map with a random subset of 2841 primer pairs and aligned 300 polymorphic markers with the 20 consensus linkage groups(LG). The total genetic distance was 2347.3 c M and the number of mapped markers per LG ranged from 10 to 23 with an average of 15 markers. The largest and smallest genetic distances between adjacent markers were 52.3 c M and 0.1 cM, respectively. Finally, we validated the genetic map constructed by newly developed In Del markers by QTL analysis of days to flowering(DTF) under different environments. One major QTL(qDTF4) and four minor QTL(qDTF20, qDTF13, qDTF12,and q DTF11) on 5 LGs were detected. 11Reliability Analysis for Retaining Pile in Foundation Pit Based on Bayesian Principle显示文摘Moso bamboo has the advantages of high short-term strength and reproducibility,appropriating for temporary supporting structure of shallow foundation pit.According to the displacement of the pile top from an indoor model test,the reliability of the supporting effect of the moso bamboo pile was analyzed.First,the calculation formula of reliability index was deduced based on themean-value first-order second-moment(MVFOSM)method and probability theory under ultimate limit state and serviceability limit state.Then,the dimensionless bias factor(the ratio of the measured value to the calculated value)was introduced to normalize the displacement.The mathematical characteristics of the displacement were estimated and optimized based on Bayesian theory.Finally,taking 2.5 as the design reliability index,the effect of safety factor,tolerable limit displacement,and the ratio of the ultimate limit displacement to the tolerable on reliability index was analyzed.The results show that the safety level of the supporting pile can be increased by 1–2 levels when the safety factor increases by 0.5.When the coefficient of variation of tolerable limit displacement is less than 0.3,the safety factor can be 2–2.5.And the ratio of the ultimate limit displacement to the tolerable has a great influence on the reliability index,when the soil conditions is well,the ratio can be 1.2–1.3.Yousheng Deng Chengpu Peng Jialin Su Lingtao Li Liqing Meng Long Li 2022Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2022,,2:0
12Synthesis of Open-Cage Fullerene Derivatives Containing Multiple Hydroxyl and Amino Groups on the Rim of the Orifice显示文摘Most of the known open-cage fullerene derivatives contain carbonyl and other relatively inert groups on the rim of the orifice.It is difficult to rationally design further reactions and attach other functional groups on to these open-cage derivatives.In the present work,two molecules of difunctional 1,4-benzenediamine have been incorporated into the rim of an open-cage C60 derivative through one amino group leaving the other amino group free for further functionalization.The difunctional 4-aminophenol reacted analogously to form an open-cage derivative with a free OH group each on the two phenyl rings.The amino and hydroxyl groups on the phenyl ring above the rim of the orifice showed similar reactivity as aniline and phenol.One of the carbonyl groups on the rim of the orifice could be selectively reduced by NaBH4 and P(OEt)3.The reduction reactions were reversible and the reduced products could be readily converted back to the carbonyl precursor.Thus,this redox process acts as a tool to fine tune the size of the orifice for host-guest studies.Xueli Liu Rui Gao Zhen Liu Jialin Ming Yi Qiu Jie Su Liangbing Gan 2023Chinese Journal of Chemistry2023,41,12:0
13Isolation and Identification of Four Strains of Salmonella and Drug Susceptibility Test显示文摘In order to isolate and identify the pathogenic bacteria causing dead chickens in a chicken farm in Qinhuangdao area, the liver, heart and other organs of dead chickens suspected of salmonella disease were collected aseptically, and streaked on SS agar medium and chromagar medium. Transparent colonies were observed on SS agar medium, and purple and transparent colonies on CAS medium. The isolate was conducted purification, staining microscopy, biochemical tests, and 16 S rRNA sequence analysis, and the results showed that four strains of the isolated bacte-ria were salmonella. The 16 S rRNA sequence analysis of four strains of salmonella showed that the isolates shared more than 99% homology.
