1Deep-learning-enabled dual-frequency composite fringe projection profilometry for single-shot absolute 3D shape measurement显示文摘Single-shot high-speed 3D imaging is important for reconstructions of dynamic objects.For fringe projection profilometry(FPP),however,it is still challenging to recover accurate 3D shapes of isolated objects by a single fringe image.In this paper,we demonstrate that the deep neural networks can be trained to directly recover the absolute phase from a unique fringe image that involves spatially multiplexed fringe patterns of different frequencies.The extracted phase is free from spectrum-aliasing problem which is hard to avoid for traditional spatial-multiplexing methods.Experiments on both static and dynamic scenes show that the proposed approach is robust to object motion and can obtain high-quality 3D reconstructions of isolated objects within a single fringe image.Yixuan Li Jiaming Qian Shijie Feng Qian Chen Chao Zuo 2022Opto-Electronic Advances2022,5,5:8
2Deep learning in optical metrology:a review显示文摘With the advances in scientific foundations and technological implementations,optical metrology has become versatile problem-solving backbones in manufacturing,fundamental research,and engineering applications,such as quality control,nondestructive testing,experimental mechanics,and biomedicine.In recent years,deep learning,a subfield of machine learning,is emerging as a powerful tool to address problems by learning from data,largely driven by the availability of massive datasets,enhanced computational power,fast data storage,and novel training algorithms for the deep neural network.It is currently promoting increased interests and gaining extensive attention for its utilization in the field of optical metrology.Unlike the traditional,,physics-basedH approach,deep-learning-enabled optical metrology is a kind of,/data-drivenw approach,which has already provided numerous alternative solutions to many challenging problems in this field with better performances.In this review,we present an overview of the current status and the latest progress of deep-learning technologies in the field of optical metrology.We first briefly introduce both traditional image-processing algorithms in optical metrology and the basic concepts of deep learning,followed by a comprehensive review of its applications in various optical metrology tasks,such as fringe denoising,phase retrieval,phase unwrapping,subset correlation,and error compensation.The open challenges faced by the current deep-learning approach in optical metrology are then discussed.Finally,the directions for future research are outlined.Chao Zuo Jiaming Qian Shijie Feng Wei Yin Yixuan Li Pengfei Fan Jing Han Kemao Qian Qian Chen 2022Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,4:7

4Ground-based Observations of Ultraviolet and Total Solar Radiation in Shenyang,Northeast China显示文摘Objective This work explores the diurnal variation of Solar ultraviolet radiation (UVR) and total solar radiation (TSR) in northeast China,using daily observations of UVR and TSR in Shenyang.Methods UVR and TSR measurements were carried out from March 1st,2006 to December 31st,2009 in Shenyang,Liaoning province,China (41°51' N,123°27' E).Results Both TSR and UVR showed seasonal variation,reaching the highest levels in summer and the lowest in winter.They showed the greatest fluctuation in summer and autumn.The irradiance of TSR and UVR on clear days around the equinoxes and solstices increased substantially compared with the mean seasonal irradiance,especially in autumn.The whole day accumulated dose of UVR in winter was far less than that during the middle part of a summer day (i.e.between 10:00 and 14:00).It was also less than the accumulated summer dose of morning and afternoon (i.e.between 8:00 and 10:00 and 14:00 and 16:00).Conclusion The instant irradiance and daily accumulated amount of UVR are low in Shenyang,especially in autumn and winter.Thus concern about the health effects arising because shortage of UVR in northeast China is warranted.GAO Qian HU LiWen GONG HuiZhi GAO Na YU JiaMing WANG Yang CHU Chun YANG Hui LIU Yang 2011Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2011,24,5:2
5Passivity breakdown on 436 ferritic stainless steel in solutions containing chloride显示文摘Passivity breakdown on 436 ferritic stainless steel(FSS) has been investigated in solutions containing different concentrations of chloride at 25?C and interpreted in terms of the point defect model(PDM). The measured near-normal distributions of passivity breakdown potentials for 436 FSS under experimental conditions are in good agreement with the calculated results according to the PDM. The linear dependence of breakdown potential on the square root of potential scanning rate, which was described by the PDM,provides the estimation of the critical concentration of condensed vacancies at the metal/film interface,which leads to the passivity breakdown. This value is in good agreement with that calculated from the microstructure properties of the alloy substrate and the barrier layer of the passive film. 8Antioxidant biocompatible composite collagen dressing for diabetic wound healing in rat model显示文摘Associated with persistent oxidative stress,altered inflammatory responses,poor angiogenesis and epithelization,wound healing in diabetic patients is impaired.N-acetylcysteine(NAC)is reported to resist excess reactive oxygen species(ROS)production,prompt angiogenesis and maturation of the epidermis.Studies have revealed that graphene oxide(GO)can regulate cellular behavior and form cross-links with naturally biodegradable polymers such as collagen(COL)to construct composite scaffolds.Here,we reported a COL-based implantable scaffold containing a mixture of GO capable of the sustained delivery of NAC to evaluate the wound healing in diabetic rats.The morphological,physical characteristics,biocompatibility and NAC release profile of the GO-COL-NAC(GCN)scaffold were evaluated in vitro.Wound healing studies were performed on a 20mm dorsal full-skin defect of streptozotocin(STZ)-induced diabetic rats.The injured skin tissue was removed at the 18th day post-surgery for histological analysis and determination of glutathione peroxidase(GPx),catalase(CAT)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity.In diabetic rats,we confirmed that the GCN scaffold presented a beneficial effect in enhancing the wound healing process.Additionally,due to the sustained release of NAC,the scaffold may potentially induce the antioxidant defense system,upregulating the expression levels of the antioxidant enzymes in the wound tissue.The findings revealed that the antioxidant biocompatible composite collagen dressing could not only deliver NAC in situ for ROS inhibition but also promote the wound healing process.This scaffold with valuable therapy potential might enrich the approaches for surgeon in diabetic wound treatment in the future.Bei Qian Jialun Li Ke Guo Nengqiang Guo Aimei Zhong Jie Yang Jiecong Wang Peng Xiao Jiaming Sun Lingyun Xiong 2021Regenerative Biomaterials2021,8,2:1

11Research on the Generation Mechanism and Suppression Method of Aerodynamic Noise in Expansion Cavity Based on Hybrid Method显示文摘The expansion chamber serves as the primary silencing structure within the exhaust pipeline.However,it can also act as a sound-emitting structure when subjected to airflow.This article presents a hybrid method for numerically simulating and analyzing the unsteady flow and aerodynamic noise in an expansion chamber under the influence of airflow.A fluid simulation model is established,utilizing the Large Eddy Simulation(LES)method to calculate the unsteady flow within the expansion chamber.The simulation results effectively capture the development and changes of the unsteady flow and vorticity inside the cavity,exhibiting a high level of consistency with experimental observations.To calculate the aerodynamic noise sources within the cavity,the flow field results are integrated using the method of integral interpolation and inserted into the acoustic grid.The acoustic analogy method is then employed to determine the aerodynamic noise sources.An acoustic simulation model is established,and the flow noise source is imported into the sound field grid to calculate the sound pressure at the far-field response point.The calculated sound pressure levels and resonance frequencies show good agreement with the experimental results.To address the issue of airflow regeneration noise within the cavity,perforated tubes are selected as a means of noise suppression.An experimental platformfor airflow regeneration noise is constructed,and experimental samples are processed to analyze and verify the noise suppression effect of perforated tube expansion cavities under different airflow velocities.The research findings indicate that the perforated tube expansion cavity can effectively suppress low-frequency aerodynamic noise within the cavity by impeding the formation of strong shear layers.Moreover,the semi-perforated tube expansion cavity demonstrates the most effective suppression of aerodynamic noise.Haitao Liu Jiaming Wang Xiuliang Zhang Yanji Jiang Qian Xiao 2024Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2024,139,6:0
12Laser Additive Manufacturing of 316L Stainless Steel Thin-wall Ring Parts显示文摘The process parameters of laser additive manufacturing have an important influence on the forming quality of the produced items or parts.In the present work,a finite element model for simulating transient heat transfer in such processes has been implemented using the ANSYS software,and the temperature and stress distributions related to 316L stainless steel thin-walled ring parts have been simulated and analyzed.The effect of the laser power,scanning speed,and scanning mode on temperature distribution,molten pool structure,deformation,and stress field has been studied.The simulation results show that the peak temperature,weld pool size,deformation,and residual stress increase with an increase in laser power and a decrease in the scanning speed.The scanning mode has no obvious effect on temperature distribution,deformation,and residual stress.In addition,a forming experiment was carried out.The experimental results show that the samples prepared by laser power P=800 W,V=6 mm/s,and the normal scanning method display good quality,whereas the samples prepared under other parameters have obvious defects.The experimental findings are consistent with the simulation results.Yanhua Zhao Wenhao Tian Jianhua Liu Dongqing Qian Wei Meng Jiaming Wang 2023Fluid Dynamics & Materials Processing2023,19,2:0
