Surveillance of Hand,Foot, and Mouth Disease in China's Mainland (2008-2009)显示文摘Objective Since HFMD was designated as a class C communicable disease in May 2008,18 months surveillance data have been accumulated to December 2009.This article was to describe the distribution of HFMD for age, sex, area, and time between 2008 and 2009,to reveal the characteristics of the epidemic. Methods We analyzed weekly reported cases of HFMD from May 2008 to December 2009,and presented data on the distribution of age, sex, area and time.A discrete Poisson model was used to detect spatial-temporal clusters of HFMD.Results More than 1 065 000 cases of HFMD were reported in China's Mainland from May 2008 to December 2009 (total incidence:12.47 per 10 000).Male incidence was higher than female for all ages and 91.9% of patients were <5 years old.The incidence was highest in Beijing,Shanghai,Zhejiang and Hainan. The highest peak of HFMD cases was in April and the number of cases remained high from April to August. The spatial-temporal distribution detected four clusters. Conclusion Children <5 years old were susceptible to HFMD and we should be aware of their vulnerability. The incidence was higher in urban than rural areas, and an annual pandemic usually starts in April.ZHU Qi HAO YuanTao MA JiaQi YU ShiCheng WANG Yu 2011Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2011,24,4:73
Kinematics and Dynamics of Deployable Structures with Scissor-Like-Elements Based on Screw Theory显示文摘Because the deployable structures are complex multi-loop structures and methods of derivation which lead to simpler kinematic and dynamic equations of motion are the subject of research effort, the kinematics and dynamics of deployable structures with scissor-like-elements are presented based on screw theory and the principle of virtual work respectively. According to the geometric characteristic of the deployable structure examined, the basic structural unit is the common scissor-like-element(SLE). First, a spatial deployable structure, comprised of three SLEs, is defined, and the constraint topology graph is obtained. The equations of motion are then derived based on screw theory and the geometric nature of scissor elements. Second, to develop the dynamics of the whole deployable structure, the local coordinates of the SLEs and the Jacobian matrices of the center of mass of the deployable structure are derived. Then, the equivalent forces are assembled and added in the equations of motion based on the principle of virtual work. Finally, dynamic behavior and unfolded process of the deployable structure are simulated. Its figures of velocity, acceleration and input torque are obtained based on the simulate results. Screw theory not only provides an efficient solution formulation and theory guidance for complex multi-closed loop deployable structures, but also extends the method to solve dynamics of deployable structures. As an efficient mathematical tool, the simper equations of motion are derived based on screw theory.SUN Yuantao WANG Sanmin MILLS James K ZHI Changjian 2014Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2014,27,4:19
Mobility Analysis of the Deployable Structure of SLE Based on Screw Theory显示文摘Scissor-like element has a number of applications in deployable structures such as planar deployable structure (PDS) and ring deployable structure(RDS). However, the mobility analysis of the multi-loop deployable structures is made more difficulty by the traditional mobility formula, because the deployable structure is a very complex structure with multi-loop. Therefore, On the basis of screw theory, the calculation method of mobility of deployable structures of SLE is thoroughly discussed. In order to investigate the mobility, decomposing and composing structures(DCS) are developed, and the basic units are able to be obtained. On the basis of the deployable structures' geometrical characteristics, there exists a closed-loop quadrilateral structure and some non-closed-loop quadrilateral structures in PDS. Also, a six legs parallel structure is present in RDS. The basic units' mobility can be solved by both the methods of screw theory and topology constraint graphs. Then, composing the related basic units, the formula of planar deployable structures' mobility can be built and solves the mobility of ring deployable structure. The analysis method solves the mobility analysis of the multi-loop deployable structures which is difficulty by the traditional method, and plays an important role in further research about the mobility of other complex deployable structures.SUN Yuantao WANG Sanmin LI Jianfeng ZHI Changjian 2013Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2013,26,4:14
Tribological Characteristics of Graphene as Lithium Grease Additive显示文摘The tribological properties of graphene(GN) and graphite(G) as lubricant additives in lithium greases were investigated with a four-ball tribotester. The micro-morphology as well as the content and chemical state of elements on the worn surfaces was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). The results showed that the tribological performance of lithium grease could be significantly improved by the addition of graphene. During the friction process, an adhesion film and a deposition film consisted of graphene as well as a tribochemical reaction film composed of FeO, Fe_2O_3, FeOOH and LiOH could be formed on the tribosurface, and these complex films were responsible for the improved tribological performance of lithium grease.Wang Jing Guo Xiaochuan He Yan Jiang Mingjun Guo Wanqing Zhang Yuantao Sun Rong 2017China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2017,19,1:6
Understanding the adsorption mechanism of Ni(II) on graphene oxides by batch experiments and density functional theory studies显示文摘The graphene oxides(GOs) have attracted multidisciplinary study because of their special physicochemical properties. The high surface area and large amounts of oxygen-containing functional groups make GOs suitable materials for the efficient elimination of heavy metal ions from aqueous solutions. Herein the sorption of Ni(II) on GOs was studied using batch experiments, and the results showed that the sorption of Ni(II) is strongly dependent on p H and ionic strength at pH<8, and independent of ionic strength at pH>8. The sorption of Ni(II) is mainly dominated by outer-sphere surface complexation and ion exchange at low p H, and by inner-sphere surface complexation at high p H. The interaction of Ni(II) with GOs was also investigated by theoretical density functional theory(DFT) calculations, and the results show that the sorption of Ni(II) on GOs is mainly attributed to the –COH and –COC groups and the DFT calculations show that Ni(II) forms stable GO_Ni_triplet structure with the binding energy of -39.44 kcal/mol, which is in good agreement with the batch sorption experimental results. The results are important for the application of GOs as adsorbents in the efficient removal of Ni(II) from wastewater in environmental pollution cleanup.Yuantao Chen WeiZhang Shubin Yang Aatef Hobiny Ahmed Alsaedi Xiangke Wang 2016Science China Chemistry2016,59,4:6

Influence of Microstructure Refinement on Strain Strengthening Effect of Cu-Ag Alloy in situ Filamentary Composites显示文摘The Cu-10Ag and Cu-10Ag-RE (RE=Ce, Y) alloys in situ filamentary composites were prepared. The relationships of the ultimate tensile strengths (UTS) and microstructure changes of the composites were studied. With increasing of the true strain η, the sizes of the Ag filaments in the composites reduce according to a negative exponential function of η:d=d0·exp(-0.228η), and the UTS of the composites increase also according to a exponential function of η, σ Cu/Ag=σ 0(Cu)+[k Cu/Agd0 -1/2]exp(η/3), here d0 is a coefficient related to the original size of Ag phase. The strain strengthening follows a two-stage strengthening effect. The strengthening mechanisms are related to changes of microstructure in the deformation process. At the low true strain stage, the strengthening is mainly caused by the working hardening controlled by dislocation increasing; at the high true strain stage, the strengthening is mainly caused by the super-fine Ag filaments and the large coherent interfaces between the Ag filaments and Cu matrix. The trace RE additions and the rapid solidification obviously refine scales of the Ag filament of the composites, and therefore obviously increased the strain strengthening rate. The microstructure refinement of the composites, especially the refinement of Ag filament, is the main reason of the high strain strengthening effect in Cu-Ag alloy in situ filamentary composites.Ning Yuantao, Zhang Xiaohui, Wu Yuejun(Kunming Institute of Precious Metals, Kunming 650221, Yunnan, China) 2007工程科学(英文版)2007,5,1:5
Kinematic and Dynamic Characteristics Analysis of Bennett's Linkage显示文摘Bennett's linkage is a spatial fourlink linkage, and has an extensive application prospect in the deployable linkages. Its kinematic and dynamic characteristics analysis has a great significance in its synthesis and application. According to the geometrical conditions of Bennett 's linkage, the motion equations are established, and the expressions of angular displacement, angular velocity and angular acceleration of the followers and the displacement, velocity and acceleration of mass center of link are shown. Based on Lagrange's equation, the multi-rigid-body dynamic model of Bennett's linkage is established. In order to solve the reaction forces and moments of joint, screw theory and reciprocal screw method are combined to establish the computing method. The number of equations and unknown reaction forces and moments of joint are equal through adding link deformation equations. The influence of the included angle of adjacent axes on Bennett 's linkage 's kinematic characteristics, the dynamic characteristics and the reaction forces and moments of joint are analyzed. Results show that the included angle of adjacent axes has a great effect on velocity, acceleration, the reaction forces and moments of Bennett's linkage. The change of reaction forces and moments of joint are apparent near the singularity configuration.Changjian Zhi Sanmin Wang Yuantao Sun Jianfeng Li 2015Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology(New Series)2015,22,3:5
Genome of a citrus rootstock and global DNA demethylation caused by heterografting显示文摘Grafting is an ancient technique used for plant propagation and improvement in horticultural crops for at least 1,500 years.Citrus plants, with a seed-to-seed cycle of 5–15 years, are among the fruit crops that were probably domesticated by grafting.Poncirus trifoliata,a widely used citrus rootstock, can promote early flowering, strengthen stress tolerance, and improve fruit quality via scion–rootstock interactions. Here,we report its genome assembly using PacBio sequencing. We obtained a final genome of 303 Mb with a contig N50 size of 1.17Mb and annotated 25,680 protein-coding genes.DNA methylome and transcriptome analyses indicated that the strong adaptability of P.trifoliata is likely attributable to its special epigenetic modification and expression pattern of resistance-related genes.Heterografting by using sweet orange as scion and P.trifoliata as rootstock and autografting using sweet orange as both scion and rootstock were performed to investigate the genetic effects of the rootstock.Single-base methylome analysis indicated that P.trifoliata as a rootstock caused DNA demethylation and a reduction in 24-nt small RNAs(sRNAs)in scions compared to the level observed with autografting, implying the involvement of sRNA-mediated graft-transmissible epigenetic modifications in citrus grafting.Taken together, the assembled genome for the citrus rootstock and the analysis of graft-induced epigenetic modifications provide global insights into the genetic effects of rootstock–scion interactions and grafting biology.Yue Huang Yuantao Xu Xiaolin Jiang Huiwen Yu Huihui Jia Chunming Tan Gang Hu Yibo Hu Muhammad Junaid Rao Xiuxin Deng Qiang Xu 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:4
Transcriptome analysis of Sinorhizobium meliloti nodule bacteria in nifA mutant background显示文摘Gene expression profiles of a Si- norhizobium meliloti 1021 nifA mutant and wild type nodule bacteria were compared using whole genome microarrays. The results revealed a large scale al- teration of gene expression (601 genes) in the nifA minus background. The loss of NifA altered the ex- pression of many functional groups of genes (mac- romolecular metabolism, TCA cycle and respiration, nodulation and nitrogen fixation) and may lead to quite different life stages of the nodule bacteria. Upregulation of fixK and its associated genes was observed in the nifA mutant nodule bacteria. Addi- tional quantitative real-time PCR experiments re- vealed that the transcript levels of fixLJ were signifi- cantly upshifted in the nifA mutant nodule bacteria. Putative NifA binding sites were predicted by a statis- tical method in the upstream sequences of 13 differ- entially regulated genes from the nifA- transcriptome.TIAN Zhexian ZOU Huasong LI Jian ZHANG Yuantao LIU Ying YU Guanqiao ZHU Jiabi RUBERG Silvia BECKER Anke WANG Yiping 2006Chinese Science Bulletin2006,51,17:4
Effects of cutoff thresholds for minor allele frequencies on HapMap resolution: A real dataset-based evaluation of the Chinese Han and Tibetan populations显示文摘Genomic variation is the genetic basis of phenotypic diversity among individuals, including variation in disease susceptibility and drug response. The greatest promise of the International HapMap is to provide roadmaps for identifying genetic variants predisposing to complex diseases. Single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) is the fundamental element of the HapMap. Allele frequency of SNPs is one of the major factors affecting the resulting HapMap, being the factor upon which linkage disequilibrium (LD) is calculated, haplotypes are constructed, and tagging SNPs (tagSNPs) are selected. The cutoff thresholds for the frequency of minor alleles used in the making of the map therefore have profound effects on the resolution of that map. To date most researchers have adopted their own cutoff thresholds, and there has been little real dataset-based evaluation of the effects of different cutoff thresholds on HapMap resolution. In an attempt to assess the implications of different cutoff values, we analyzed our own data for the centromeric genes on Chromosome 15 in Chinese Han and Tibetan populations, with respect to minor allele frequency cutoff values of ≥0.01 (0.01 group), ≥0.05 (0.05 group), and ≥0.10 (0.10 group), and constructed HapMaps from each of the datasets. The resolution, study power and cost-effectiveness for each of the maps were compared. Our results show that the 0.01 threshold pro- vides the greatest power (P = 0.019 in Han and P = 0.029 in Tibetan for 0.01 vs. 0.05 threshold) and detects most population-specific haploypes (P = 0.012 for 0.01 vs. 0.05 threshold). However, in the regions studied, the 0.05 cutoff threshold did not significantly increase power above the 0.10 threshold (P = 0.191 in Han; 1.000 in Tibetans), and did not improve resolution over the 0.10 value for population-specific haplotypes (P = 0.592) neither. Furthermore the 0.05 and 0.10 values produced the same figures for tagging efficiency, LD block number, LD length, study power and cost-savings in the Tibetan population. These results suggest that a lower cutoff value is more appropriate for studies in which population-specific haplotypes are crucial, and that the most appropriate cutoff value may differ between populations. Due to the limited genes studied in this project more studies should be conducted to further address this important issue.XIONG ShiYi HAO YuanTao RAO ShaoQi HUANG WeiJun HU Bin Labu Pubuzhuoma Gesangzhuogab WANG YiMing 2009Chinese Science Bulletin2009,54,12:3
Microstructure Evolution of Organic Matter and Clay Minerals in Shales with Increasing Thermal Maturity显示文摘As the two important components of shale, organic matter(OM) and clay minerals are usually thought to strongly influence the hydrocarbon generation, enrichment and exploitation. The evolution process of OM and clay minerals as well as their interrelationship over a wide range of thermal maturities are not completely clear. Taking Yanchang(T3y), Longmaxi(S1l) and Niutitang(?1n) shales as examples, we have studied the microstructure characteristics of OM and clay minerals in shales with different thermal maturities. The effects of clay minerals and OM on pores were reinforced through sedimentation experiments. Using a combination of field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM) and low-pressure N2 adsorption, we investigated the microstructure differences among the three shales. The results showed that both OM and clay minerals have strong effects on pores, and small mesopore(2–20 nm) is the dominant pore component for all three samples. However, the differences between the three samples are embodied in the distribution of pore size and the location. For the T3y shale, clay minerals are loosely arranged and develop large amounts of pores, and fine OM grains often fill in intergranular minerals or fractures. Widespread OM pores distribute irregularly in S1l shale, and most of the pores are elliptical and nondirectional. The ?1n shale is characterized by the preferred orientational OM-clay aggregates, and lots of pores in the composites are in the mesopore range, suggesting that over maturity lead to the collapse and compaction of pores under huge pressure of strata. The results of the current research imply that with increasing thermal maturity, OM pores are absent at low maturity(T3y), are maximized at high maturity(S1l) and are destroyed or compacted at over-mature stage(?1n). Meanwhile, clay minerals have gone through mineral transformation and orientational evolution. The interaction of the two processes makes a significant difference to the microstructure evolution of OM and clay minerals in shale, and the findings provide scientific foundation in better understanding diagenetic evolution and hydrocarbon generation of shale.GU Yuantao LI Xiaoxia YANG Shuguang WAN Quan 2020Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2020,94,2:3
Architecture of Sandstone Bodies of Paleogene Shahejie Formation in Northern Qikou Sag, Northeast China显示文摘The conception of special geologic bodies has been applied in this study to define and illustrate economic oil and gas reservoirs in sandbodies, which is helpful for hydrocarbon forecast and exploration. Using the comprehensive analysis of drilling, logging, seismic, seismic attribute extraction, and logging constrained inversion in 3D data volume, the special geologic bodies of the Shahejie Formation(Ps^1_s) in northern Qikou sag, which have good hydrocarbon potential, are identified and described under the constraint of sequence stratigraphic framework. The dimensions, geometry, and spatial distribution features of the special geologic bodies, as well as their inner architectures and sequence-structure patterns, are also ascertained. The geologic bodies evolved from relative centralization in the middle part of the lacustrine basin in the early stage of Ps_1~s Formation, to several dispersive isolated parts in the later stage. This shows a small cycle interval(~2.5 Ma) at the end of the whole transgressive depositional process of Ps_1(~7.5 Ma) during the expansion of the lake and relative lake level rise, with the control of sediments supply and fault-related subsidence, which effect the evolution of the sedimentary system. According to the relevance and regularity of the geologic bodies' development, different types of potential profitable reservoir traps, including the lithologic lenticular traps, lithologic updip pinchout traps, and structural-lithologic composite traps, can be preserved in the study area. In addition, the internal architecture models provide scientific basis for further hydrocarbon exploration in the frontier basin without enough data.Hua Wang Si Chen Chuanyan Huang Xianbin Shi Yuantao Liao 2017Journal of Earth Science2017,28,6:3

The effects of clay minerals and organic matter on nanoscale pores in Lower Paleozoic shale gas reservoirs, Guizhou, China显示文摘In organic-rich gas shales, clay minerals and organic matter(OM) have significant influences on the origin, preservation, and production of shale gas. Because of the substantial role of nanoscale pores in the generation, storage, and seepage of shale gas, we examined the effects of clay minerals and OM on nanoscale pore distribution characteristics in Lower Paleozoic shale gas reservoirs.Using the Niutitang and Longmaxi shales as examples, we determined the effects of clay minerals and OM on pores through sedimentation experiments. Field emission–scanning electron microscopy combined with low-pressure N2 adsorption of the samples before and after sedimentation showed significant differences in pore location and pore size distribution between the Niutitang and Longmaxi shales. Nanoscale pores mostly existed in OM in the Longmaxi shale and in clay minerals or OM–clay composites in the Niutitang shale. The distribution differences were attributed largely to variability in thermal evolution and tectonic development and might account for the difference in gas-bearing capacity between the Niutitang and Longmaxi reservoirs. In the nanoscale range, mesopores accounted for 61–76% of total nanoscale pore volume.Considerably developed nanoscale pores in OM were distributed in a broad size range in the Longmaxi shale, which led to good pore connectivity and gas production.Numerous narrow pores(i.e., pores \ 20 nm) in OM–clay composites were found in the Niutitang shale, and might account for this shale's poor pore connectivity and low gas production efficiency. Enhancing the connectivity of the mesopores(especially pores \ 20 nm and those developed in OM–clay composites) might be the key to improving development of the Niutitang shale. The findings provide new insight into the formation and evolutionary mechanism of nanoscale pores developed in OM and clay minerals.Yuantao Gu Quan Wan Wenbin Yu Xiaoxia Li Zhongbin Yu 2018Acta Geochimica2018,37,6:2

Lacustrine Basin Fills in an Early Cretaceous Half-Graben, Jiuquan Basin, NW China: Controlling Factors and Implications for Source Rock Depositional Processes and Heterogeneity显示文摘Studies on basin fills have provided significant insights into reservoir distribution and prediction in petroliferous basins, however, the effect of basin fills on source rock properties has been underexplored. This paper documents basin filling characteristics and their implications for depositional processes and heterogeneity of source rock in the Qingnan subsag of the Jiuquan Basin, by using subsurface geological data from recent hydrocarbon exploration efforts in this area. Drill core data reveals that the basin fill of the Qingnan subsag was dominated by fan delta-lacustrine systems, in which deposition of the fan deltas along the basin margin was mainly through gravity flows. The temporal and spatial evolution of the depositional systems indicates that the basin fill was characterized by a continuously retrogradational process, with decreasing extent of fan deltas in vertical succession. Weakening of tectonic activities and climate change from humid to semi-arid are interpreted to be the main control factors that were responsible for the retrogradational basin fill. The different depositional environments in the early stage and late stage of the retrogradational basin filling history resulted in the different depositional processes and properties of source rocks. This study suggests that source rock heterogeneity associated with basin fills in lacustrine basins should be considered in hydrocarbon exploration.Chengcheng Zhang Hua Wang Si Chen Junjie Yu Yuantao Liao Zongsheng Lu Jun Wei 2019Journal of Earth Science2019,30,1:2
Demonstration of epitaxial growth of strain-relaxed GaN films on graphene/SiC substrates for long wavelength light-emitting diodes显示文摘Strain modulation is crucial for heteroepitaxy such as GaN on foreign substrates. Here, the epitaxy of strain-relaxed GaN films on graphene/SiC substrates by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition is demonstrated.Graphene was directly prepared on SiC substrates by thermal decomposition. Its pre-treatment with nitrogen-plasma can introduce C–N dangling bonds, which provides nucleation sites for subsequent epitaxial growth. The scanning transmission electron microscopy measurements confirm that part of graphene surface was etched by nitrogen-plasma.We study the growth behavior on different areas of graphene surface after pre-treatment,and propose a growth model to explain the epitaxial growth mechanism of GaN films on graphene.Significantly, graphene is found to be effective to reduce the biaxial stress in GaN films and the strain relaxation improves indium-atom incorporation in InGaN/GaN multiple quantum wells(MQWs)active region, which results in the obvious red-shift of light-emitting wavelength of InGaN/GaN MQWs.This work opens up a new way for the fabrication of GaN-based long wavelength light-emitting diodes.Ye Yu Tao Wang Xiufang Chen Lidong Zhang Yang Wang Yunfei Niu Jiaqi Yu Haotian Ma Xiaomeng Li Fang Liu Gaoqiang Deng Zhifeng Shi Baolin Zhang Xinqiang Wang Yuantao Zhang 2021Light(Science & Applications)2021,10,7:2

INPUT COUPLER FOR Ka BAND TE021 CIRCULAR ELECTRIC MODE OPERATION IN A GYROKLYSTRON AMPLIFIER显示文摘An input coupler for the TE021 circular electric mode in a gyroklystron amplifier through using TE811 as a transition coupling mode in a coaxial cavity has been proposed and numerically simulated in a frequency range of Ka-Band with HFSS code. The coupling efficiency of the TE021 mode and the suppression for the TE811 mode in the main cylindrical cavity are deliberately considered by adjusting the position and size of coupling holes as well as the radius of the drift tubes. The numerical results show that the TE021 mode can successfully be excited, and rational coupling efficiency and high mode purity for the TE021 mode in the cylindrical cavity can be reached for the engineering application of gyroklystron amplifier study.Zhu Min Luo Jirun Luan Yuantao Guo Wei Zhang Shichang Wu Ersheng Guo Hezhong(Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing 100080) 2003Journal of Electronics(China)2003,20,6:2
