| 1 | Pathways of liquefied petroleum gas pyrolysis in hydrogen plasma:A density functional theory study显示文摘A density functional theory(DFT) study has been conducted in this work to investigate the pyrolysis pathways of propane and n-butane,which are the main components of liquefied petroleum gas(LPG),for better understanding the pyrolysis behavior of LPG in hydrogen thermal plasma. Over 60 possible reactions are considered.The reaction enthalpies and activation energies of these reactions are calculated and analyzed with a Gaussian method of B3LYP and basic set of 6-31G(d,p).A most possible reaction pathway is brought up.According to this reaction pathway, the main products of LPG pyrolysis are acetylene,ethylene,methane,ethane and extra hydrogen.Acetylene mainly comes from the pyrolysis of propylene and ethylene,and hydrogen ion reactions are the main source of extra hydrogen gas.Active H·radicals are found to play a very important role in many reactions,and they can remarkably lower the energies needed for reactions. | Xiaoyuan Huang Jiaming Gu Dang-Guo Cheng Fengqiu Chen Xiaoli Zhan | 2013 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2013,22,3: | 1 |

| 4 | Mechanical Test and Meso-Model Numerical Study of Composite Rubber Concrete under Salt-Freezing Cycle显示文摘A composite rubber concrete(CRC)was designed by combining waste tire rubber particles with particle sizes of 3~5 mm,1~3 mm and 20 mesh.Taking the rubber content of different particle sizes as the influencing factors,the range and variance analysis of the mechanical and impermeability properties of CRC was carried out by orthogonal test.Through analysis,it is concluded that the optimal proportion of 3~5 mm,1~3 mm,and 20 mesh particle size composite rubber is 1:2.5:5.5 kinds of CRC and 3 kinds of ordinary single-mixed rubber concrete(RC)with a total content of 10%~20%were designed under this ratio,and the salt-freezing cycle test was carried out with a concentration of 5%Na 2 SO4 solution.The physical and mechanical damage laws during 120 salt-freezing cycles are obtained,and the corresponding damage prediction model is established according to the experimental data.The results show that:on the one hand,the composite rubber in CRC produces a more uniform“graded”structure,forms a retractable particle group,and reduces the loss of mechanical properties of CRC.On the other hand,colloidal particles with different particle sizes are used as air entraining agent to improve the pore structure of concrete and introduce evenly dispersed bubbles,which fundamentally improves the durability of concrete.Under the experimental conditions,the CRC performance is the best when the overall content of composite rubber is 15%. | Mingkai Sun Yanan Wang Pingwei Jiang Zerong Song Zhan Gao Jiaming Xu | 2023 | Journal of Renewable Materials2023,11,2: | 0 |
| 5 | Development of a prognostic signature for esophageal cancer based on a novel 7-DNA damage repair genes signature显示文摘Esophageal cancer(EC)was an aggressive malignant neoplasm characterized by high morbidity and poor prognosis.Identifying the changes in DNA damage repair genes helps to better understand the mechanisms of carcinoma progression.In this study,by comparing EC samples and normal samples,we found a total of 132 DDR expression with a significant difference.Moreover,we revealed higher expression of POLN,PALB2,ATM,PER1,TOP3B and lower expression of HMGB1,UBE2B were correlated to longer OS in EC.In addition,a prognostic risk score based on 7 DDR gene expression(POLN,HMGB1,TOP3B,PER1,UBE2B,ATM,PALB2)was constructed for the prognosis of EC.Meanwhile,EC cancer samples were divided into 3 subtypes based on 132 DDR genes expressions.Clinical profile analysis showed cluster C1 and C2 showed a similar frequency of T2,which was remarked higher than that in cluster 3.Moreover,we found the immune cell inflation levels were significantly changed in different subtypes of EC.The infiltration levels of T cell CD8+,B cell and NK cells were greatly higher in cluster 2 than that in cluster 1 and cluster 3.The results showed T cell CD4+infiltration levels were dramatically higher in cluster 1 than that in cluster 2 and cluster 3.Finally,we perform bioinformatics analysis of DEGs among 3 subtypes of EC and found DDR genes may be related to multiple signaling,such as Base excision repair,Cell cycle,Hedgehog signaling pathway,and Glycolysis/Gluconeogenesis.These results showed DDR genes may serve as new target for the prognosis of EC and prediction of the potential response of immune therapy in EC. | JIAMING ZHAN WEIHUA WANG YANLEI TANG NING ZHOU DAOWEN JIANG | 2022 | BIOCELL2022,46,12: | 0 |
