1A LysM Receptor Heteromer Mediates Perception of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Symbiotic Signal in Rice显示文摘Symbiotic microorganisms improve nutrient uptake by plants.To initiate mutualistic symbiosis with arbus-cular mycorrhizal(AM)fungi,plants perceive Myc factors,including lipochitooligosaccharides(LCOs)and short-chain chitooligosaccharides(CO4/CO5),secreted by AM fungi.However,the molecular mechanism of Myc factor perception remains elusive.In this study,we identified a heteromer of LysM receptor-like kinases consisting of OsMYR1/OsLYK2 and OsCERK1 that mediates the perception of AM fungi in rice.CO4 directly binds to OsMYR1,promoting the dimerization and phosphorylation of this receptor complex.Compared with control plants,Osmyr1 and Oscerk1 mutant rice plants are less sensitive to Myc factors and show decreased AM colonization.We engineered transgenic rice by expressing chimeric receptors that respectively replaced the ectodomains of OsMYR1 and OsCERK1 with those from the homologous Nod factor receptors MtNFP and MtL YK3 of Medicago truncatula.Transgenic plants displayed increased cal-cium oscillations in response to Nod factors compared with control rice.Our study provides significant mechanistic insights into AM symbiotic signal perception in rice.Expression of chimeric Nod/Myc recep-tors achieves a potentially important step toward generating cereals that host nitrogen-fixing bacteria.Jiangman He Chi Zhang Huiling Dai Huan Liu Xiaowei Zhang Jun Yang Xi Chen Yayun Zhu Dapeng Wang Xiaofeng Qi Weichao Li Zhihui Wang Guoyong An Nan YU Zuhua He Yong-Fei Wang Youli Xiao Peng Zhang Ertao Wang 2019Molecular Plant2019,12,12:9
2Hierarchically porous carbon/red phosphorus composite for high-capacity sodium-ion battery anode显示文摘Red phosphorus has received remarkable attention as a promising anode material for sodium ion batteries(NIBs) due to its high theoretical capacity. However, its practical application has been impeded by its intrinsic low electronic conductivity and large volume variations during sodiation/desodiation process. Here, we design a composite to confine nanosized red phosphorus into the hierarchically porous carbon(HPC) walls by a vaporization-condensation strategy. The mass loading of P in the HPC/P composite is optimized to deliver a reversible specific capacity of 2,202 m Ah/gpbased on the mass of red P(836 m Ah/gcompositebased on the total composite mass), a high capacity retention over 77% after100 cycles, and excellent rate performance of 929 m Ah/gpat 2 C. The hierarchical porous carbon serves as the conductive networks, downsize the red phosphorus to nanoscale, and provide free space to accommodate the large volume expansions. The suppressed mechanical failure of the red phosphorus also enhances the stability of solid-electrolyte interface(SEI) layer, which is confirmed by the microscopy and impedance spectroscopy after the cycling tests. 4Cloud-based parallel power flow calculation using resilient distributed datasets and directed acyclic graph显示文摘With the integration of distributed generation and the construction of cross-regional long-distance power grids, power systems become larger and more complex.They require faster computing speed and better scalability for power flow calculations to support unit dispatch.Based on the analysis of a variety of parallelization methods, this paper deploys the large-scale power flow calculation task on a cloud computing platform using resilient distributed datasets(RDDs).It optimizes a directed acyclic graph that is stored in the RDDs to solve the low performance problem of the MapReduce model.This paper constructs and simulates a power flow calculation on a large-scale power system based on standard IEEE test data.Experiments are conducted on Spark cluster which is deployed as a cloud computing platform.They show that the advantages of this method are not obvious at small scale, but the performance is superior to the stand-alone model and the MapReduce model for large-scale calculations.In addition, running time will be reduced when adding cluster nodes.Although not tested under practical conditions, this paper provides a new way of thinking about parallel power flow calculations in large-scale power systems.Dewen WANG Fangfang ZHOU Jiangman LI 2019Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2019,7,1:3

6Ce(Ⅲ)-modulation over non-enzymatic Pt/CeO_(2)/GO biosensor with outstanding sensitivity and stability for lactic acid detection显示文摘A series of non-enzymatic graphene functionalized biosensors was developed via deposition precipitation method for lactic acid(LA) detection,which we re characterized by transmission electron micro scopy(TEM),Raman spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,liquid chromatography-mass spectro metry,and proton nuclear magnetic re sonance(~1H NMR).The electrochemical performances of the non-enzymatic biosensors were measured by means of the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and cyclic voltammetry(CV) method.The comprehensive analysis of structures shows that Pt,CeO_(2),and GO components interact with each other.During the storing and releasing oxygen,the valence ratio of Ce^(3+)/Ce^(4+) and the number of oxygen vacancies in CeO_(2) change accordingly,which can be conducive to increasing electronic transmission capacity and finally leads to the improvement of electrocatalytic performance.Among them,the Pt/CeO_(2)/GO biosensor containing 0.47 at% platinum exhibits an excellent electrochemical detection performance with high sensitivity of 12.3 μA·L/(mmol·cm^(2)) and a low limit of detection(LOD) of 5.12 μmol/L in a wide linear range from 10 to 900 μmol/L.In addition,the proposed biosensor possesses a promising anti-interference capability,as well as high stability and good reproducibility,which was assessed by testing the cyclic voltammogram in 0.1 mol/L lactic acid one year later.The underlying mechanism was proposed for electrochemical oxidation of LA to carbon dioxide and acetic acid with the synergistic effect among Pt,CeO_(2),and GO.Furthermore,the results of the standard addition method in real samples(human serum and urine samples) reveal that the lactic acid detection of the non-enzymatic Pt/CeO_(2)/GO biosensor is accompanied by high reliability.Thus,it will be a valuable biosensor for in vitro detection of lactic acid level in clinical samples.Luyao Zhang Fuli Tian Huan Li Jiangman Meng Qi Liu Xiaoqian Guo Yun Qiu Jun Zhang Changyan Li 2023Journal of Rare Earths2023,41,9:0
