| 1 | Microstructure-dependent oxidation behavior of Ni-Al single-crystal alloys显示文摘The effect of theγ+γtwo-phase structure on the oxidation behaviors of Ni-Al single-crystal alloys at 650℃was investigated by scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,atomic force microscopy,X-ray diffraction and Auger electron spectroscopy.In the initial oxidation stage,the oxidation behavior is primarily determined by the growth pattern of oxides in theγchannel.The outward convex NiO was formed in unprotected wideγchannels.And Ni-Al spinel oxide provides a great number of short-circuit paths,accelerating the inward diffusion of oxygen and outward diffusion of Ni.In the late stage of oxidation,the elongated internal oxide in the largeγphase contributes to the diffusion of oxygen along the oxide/metal interface.Consequently,the Ni-Al single-crystal alloy with wideγchannels and largeγprecipitates exhibited poor oxidation performance. | Jianlu Pei Yefan Li Chong Li Zumin Wang Yongchang Liu Huijun Li | 2020 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,52,17: | 4 |
| 2 | Materials Experiment on Tiangong-2 Space Laboratory显示文摘During the China's Tiangong-2(TG-2) flight mission, the experiments of 18 kinds of material samples were conducted in space by using a Multiple Materials Processing Furnace(MMPF) mounted in the orbital module of the TG-2 space laboratory. After the experiments of 12 kinds of samples of the first and second batches were completed successfully, astronauts packed and brought them back to the ground by ShenzhouII spacecraft. By studying processing and formation on semiconductor and optoelectronics materials, metal alloys and metastable materials, functional single-crystal, micro-and nano-composite materials encapsulated in sample ampoules both in space and on Earth, we expect to explore some physical and chemical processes and mechanism of the materials formation that are normally obscured and therefore are difficult to study quantitatively on the ground due to the gravity-induced convection, to obtain the processing and synthesis technology for preparing high quality materials, and lead to the improvement and development of materials processing techniques on Earth, and also develop the experiment device and comprehensive ability for materials experiment in microgravity environment. | 4 | Performance measurement of adaptive optics system based on Strehl ratio显示文摘In this article, a method for measuring the performance of adaptive optics(AO) systems is designed and validated by experiments. The Strehl ratio(SR) which is based on the target images is used to evaluate the performance quantitatively because it relates to the effect of AO correction directly. In the calculation of the SR, to avoid energy scaling in the diffraction-limited point spread function, an algorithm based on the integral of the optical transfer function(OTF) is proposed. Then, a 97-element AO system is established to validate this method, and a white-light fiber source is used as a point-like target. To simulate the practical conditions which influence the performance of the AO system, targets of different brightness are simulated in terms of different signal-to-noise ratios(SNRs) of the Shack-Hartmann(SH), and atmospheric turbulence is simulated in terms of the Fried's coherence length and the Greenwood's frequency. Finally, two experiments are conducted in which the SR of different simulated conditions are measured. The results of the experiments show that for a moderate SNR of SH the experimenting AO system is capable of closed-loop wavefront correction when the Fried's coherence length is larger than 5cm and the Greenwood's frequency is lower than 60 Hz. The results also show that the performance of AO is susceptible to the SNR of SH. | 8 | Versatile band structure and electron-phonon coupling in layered PtSe_(2) with strong interlayer interaction显示文摘The large tunability in the band structure is ubiquitous in two-dimensional(2D)materials,and PtSe_(2) is not an exception,which has attracted considerable attention in electronic and optoelectronic applications due to its high carrier mobility and long-term airstability.Such dimensional dependent properties are closely related to the evolution of electronic band structures.Critical points(CPs),the extrema or saddle points of electronic bands,are the cornerstone of condensed-matter physics and fundamentally determine the optical and transport phenomena of the layered PtSe_(2).Here,we have experimentally revealed the detailed electronic structures in layered PtSe_(2),including the CPs in the Brillouin zones(BZs),by means of reflection contrast spectroscopy and spectroscopic ellipsometry(SE).There are three critical points in the BZs attributed to the excitonic transition,quasi-particle band gap,and the band nesting effect related transition,respectively.Three CPs show red-shifting trends with increasing layer number under the mechanism of strong interlayer coupling.We have further revealed the electron–phonon(e–ph)interaction in such layered material,utilizing temperature-dependent absorbance spectroscopy.The strength of e–ph interaction and the average phonon energy also decline with the increasement of layer number.Our findings give a deep understanding to the physics of the layer-dependent evolution of the electronic structure of PtSe_(2),potentially leading to applications in optoelectronics and electronic devices. | Junbo He Xudan Zhu Weiming Liu Ertao Hu Jianlu Wang Rongjun Zhang | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,7: | 1 |

| 13 | Dual-AAV split prime editor corrects the mutation and phenotype in mice with inherited retinal degeneration显示文摘The prime editor(PE)can edit genomes with almost any intended changes,including all 12 possible types of base substitutions,small insertions and deletions,and their combinations,without the requirement for double strand breaks or exogenous donor templates.PE demonstrates the possibility of correcting a variety of disease-causing mutations and might expand the therapeutic application of gene editing.In this study,PE was optimized based on a dual-adeno-associated virus(AAV)split-intein system in vitro by screening different split sites and split inteins.We found that splitting PE before amino acid 1105(Ser)of SpCas9 with Rma intein resulted in the highest on-target editing.The orientations of pegRNA and nicking sgRNA in the AAV vector were further optimized.To test the in vivo performance of the optimized dual-AAV split-PE3,it was delivered by subretinal injection in rd12 mice with inherited retinal disease Leber congenital amaurosis.The prime editors corrected the pathogenic mutation with up to 16%efficiency in a precise way,with no detectable off-target edits,restored RPE65 expression,rescued retinal and visual function,and preserved photoceptors.Our findings establish a framework for the preclinical development of PE and motivate further testing of PE for the treatment of inherited retinal diseases caused by various mutations. | Kaiqin She Yi Liu Qinyu Zhao Xiu Jin Yiliu Yang Jing Su Ruiting Li Li Song Jianlu Xiao Shaohua Yao Fang Lu Yuquan Wei Yang Yang | 2023 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,3: | 1 |
