| 1 | Analysis and application in controlling surrounding rock of support reinforced roadway in gob-side entry with fully mechanized mining显示文摘In order to optimize gob-side entry in fully-mechanized working face in moderate-thick-coal seams, we adopt a new attempt to pack roadside by pumping ordinary concrete, which is very important for the development of gob-side entry technology. The concrete has a long initial setting time and a low initial strength. So it is difficult to control the surrounding rock. In this paper, we analyze the effect of using roadside cable to reinforce supporting in gob-side entry surrounding rock controlling based on elas-tic-plastic and material mechanics knowledge. And then we propose a scheme that cable is used to reinforce roadside supporting and a single hydraulic prop is used as the temporary supporting in gob side. Using the numerical simulation software FLAC2D, we numerically simulated supporting scheme. Results of both the 2D modeling and the industrial test on No.3117 face in Jingang Mine prove that the scheme is feasible. | 2 | Exosomal miRNA profiling before and after surgery revealed potential diagnostic and prognostic markers for lung adenocarcinoma显示文摘Exosome is a crucial manner for cancer cell to cell communication and circulating exosomes sever as promising diagnostic and prognostic markers for various types of diseases.A predominant type of cargo of exosome is small RNAs,especially miRNAs.Here,we profiled plasma exosomal miRNAs of six lung adenocarcinoma patients before and after surgery,as well as six healthy individuals as normal control.Our profiling revealed 38 upregulated and 37 downregulated exosomal miRNAs in the plasma of lung adenocarcinoma patients.Additionally,we found that most upregulated miRNAs were increased in the lung adenocarcinoma samples of TCGA database.We further evaluated the correlation between the upregulated exosomal miRNAs and overall survival with Kaplan-Meier survival analysis using online databases.Our resu ltS suggested that exosomal miR-151a-5p,miR-10b-5p,miR-192-5p,miR-106b-3p,and miR-484 are potential prognostic markers for lung adenocarcinoma.Importantly,we validated candidate miRNAs in lung adenocarcinoma patients before and after surgery as well as in healthy controls and found that miR-484 was significantly increased in the plasma of lung adenocarcinoma patients and strikingly decreased post-surgery.Hence,we provided novel information on lung adenocarcinoma-derived exosomal miRNA and potential non-invasive diagnostic and prognostic markers for lung adenocarcinoma. | Xinying Xue Chen Wang Zhiqiang Xue Jiaxin Wen Jun Han Xidong Ma Xuelei Zang Hui Deng Rui Guo Idorenyin Polycarp Asuquo Chong Qin Haijiao Wang Quansheng Gao Sanhong Liu Jianxin Wang | 2020 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,3: | 6 |
| 3 | Radial Grip Rigidity of the Matching of Lengthened Shrink-fit Holder and Cutter in High-speed Milling显示文摘Though the lengthened shrink-fit holder (LSFH) is widely applied in high speed milling of the parts characterized by deep cavities at present,its design and selection mainly depends on the experience and lacks a correct theoretical guidance.In this paper,attention is focus on the radial grip rigidity of the matching of LSFH and cutter in high speed milling.Based on the experiment modal analysis (EMA) technique,an accurate finite element model of the matching of LSFH and cutter is established firstly.Subsequently,the influence of different interference,grip length and spindle speed on the grip rigidity of LSFH are analyzed.The analysis results show that there is a reasonable interference and grip length between the LSFH and cutter so that to have a steepless grip and have a good radial grip rigidity and at the same time to avoid the strength of LSFH to exceed it’s yield limit which will reduce the precision and service life of LSFH,besides when spindle speed reach a extension the weakening influence of the centrifugal force on the radial grip rigidity of the matching of LSFH and cutter should been taken into account.Finally,the finite element analysis results are verified based on the construction of measurement method of the grip rigidity and the results fit very well.The studies provide a theoretical basis for the design,selection and the serialization and standardization of the matching of LSFH and cutter. | ZHOU Houming WANG Chengyong DENG Jianxin PENG Ruitao | 2012 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2012,25,1: | 5 |

| 5 | Identification of late-stage pollen-specific promoters for construction of pollen-inactivation system in rice显示文摘Large-scale production of male sterile seeds can be achieved by introducing a fertility-restoration gene linked with a pollen-killer gene into a recessive male sterile mutant.We attempted to construct this system in rice by using a late-stage pollen-specific(LSP)promoter driving the expression of maizeα-amylase gene ZM-AA1.To obtain such promoters in rice,we conducted comparative RNA-seq analysis of mature pollen with meiosis anther,and compared this with the transcriptomic data of various tissues in the Rice Expression Database,resulting in 269 candidate LSP genes.Initial test of nine LSP genes showed that only the most active OsLSP3 promoter could drive ZM-AA1 to disrupt pollen.We then analyzed an additional 22 LSP genes and found 12 genes stronger than OsLSP3 in late-stage anthers.The promoters of OsLSP5 and OsLSP6 showing higher expression than OsLSP3 at stages 11 and 12 could drive ZM-AA1 to inactivate pollen,while the promoter of OsLSP4 showing higher expression at stage 12 only could not drive ZM-AA1 to disrupt pollen,suggesting that strong promoter activity at stage 11 was critical for pollen inactivation.The strong pollen-specific promoters identified in this study provided valuable tools for genetic engineering of rice male sterile system for hybrid rice production. | Menglong Wang Wei Yan Xiaoqun Peng Zhufeng Chen Chunjue Xu Jianxin Wu Xing Wang Deng Xiaoyan Tang | 2020 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2020,62,8: | 4 |
| 6 | GDSL esterase/lipases OsGELP34 and OsGELP110/OsGELP115 are essential for rice pollen development显示文摘Pollen exine contains complex biopolymers of aliphatic lipids and phenolics.Abnormal development of pollen exine often leads to plant sterility.Molecular mechanisms regulating exine formation have been studied extensively but remain ambiguous.Here we report the analyses of three GDSL esterase/lipase protein genes,OsGELP34,OsGELP110,and OsGELP115,for rice exine for-mation.OsGELP34 was identified by cloning of a male sterile mutant gene.OsGELP34 encodes an endoplasmic reticulum protein and was mainly expressed in anthers during pollen exine formation.osgelp34 mutant displayed abnormal exine and altered expression of a number of key genes required for pollen development.OsGELP110 was previously identified as a gene differentially expressed in meiotic anthers.OsGELP110 was most homologous to OsGELP115,and the two genes showed similar gene expression patterns.Both OsGELP110 and OsGELP115 proteins were localized in peroxisomes.Individual knockout of OsGELP110 and OsGELP115 did not affect the plant fertility,but double knockout of both genes altered the exine structure and rendered the plant male sterile.OsGELP34 is distant from OsGELP110 and OsGELP115 in sequence,and osgelp34 and osgelp110/osgelp115 mutants were different in anther morphology despite both were male sterile.These results suggested that OsGELP34 and OsGELP110/OsGELP115 catalyze different compounds for pollen exine development. | Huihui Zhang Menglong Wang Yiqi Li Wei Yan Zhenyi Chang Haoling Ni Zhufeng Chen Jianxin Wu Chunjue Xu Xing Wang Deng Xiaoyan Tang | 2020 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2020,62,10: | 4 |
| 7 | High-performance all-solid-state polymer electrolyte with fast conductivity pathway formed by hierarchical structure polyamide 6 nanofiber for lithium metal battery显示文摘The utilization of all-solid-state electrolytes is considered to be an effective way to enhance the safety performance of lithium metal batteries.However,the low ionic conductivity and poor interface compatibility greatly restrict the development of all-solid-state battery.In this study,a composite electrolyte combining the electrospun polyamide 6(PA6)nanofiber membrane with hierarchical structure and the polyethylene oxide(PEO)polymer is investigated.The introduction of PA6 nanofiber membrane can effectively reduce the crystallinity of the polymer,so that the ionic conductivity of the electrolyte can be enhanced.Moreover,it is found that the presence of finely branched fibers in the hierarchical structure PA6 membrane allows the polar functional groups(C=O and N-H bonds)to be fully exposed,which provides sufficient functional sites for lithium ion transport and helps to regulate the uniform deposition of lithium metal.Moreover,the hierarchical structure can enhance the mechanical strength(9.2 MPa)of the electrolyte,thereby effectively improving the safety and cycle stability of the battery.The prepared Li/Li symmetric battery can be stably cycled for 1500 h under 0.3 mA cm^(-2) and 60℃.This study demonstrates that the prepared electrolyte has excellent application prospects in the next generation all-solid-state lithium metal batteries. | Lu Gao Jianxin Li Jingge Ju Bowen Cheng Weimin Kang Nanping Deng | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,3: | 4 |
| 8 | Method for Functional Design of Axiomatic Design Based on Connections显示文摘Axiomatic design(AD) is a popular design method,and satisfying the independence axiom is the basis of AD.However,AD doesn't provide methods to decompose functions then keep them independent and to handle coupled design.A few of ways of handling coupled design are mainly passive resolutions when coupled design exists,but not efficient to each product design.Hence,this paper presents an innovative approach to design and decompose functions of complex products based on functional connections,aiming at actively avoiding functional coupling.By contrasting with component networks,four kinds of relations among functions are identified,including spatial,energy,material,and information connection.Then the definitions of these relations and the dominant connection are given.Based on the definitions,the principles of functional decomposition and design are developed,in which each non-leaf function is broken into sub functions centered on its dominant connection with avoidance of functional cross and coupling,and sequentially satisfies the independence axiom.Then the operational flow of the proposed approach is constructed.Determining the dominant connection of a function,decomposing the function into sub functions in terms of the dominant connection and reverse examination and optimization are planed as the core steps in each zigzagging.Input process output(IPO) analysis is introduced to obtain the dominant connection of a function,some rules for examining and optimizing the decomposition results reversely according to oriented object theory are presented as well.An illustrative example about the pouring function of squeeze casting equipments presented demonstrates how to use the proposed approach,and indicates its effectiveness.The proposed approach expands the principles of AD,constructs a guidance policy for independent functional design of complex products based on AD,and can help decrease or actively avoid coupled design and improve design efficiency. | DENG Jianxin SHAO Ming | 2011 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2011,24,3: | 3 |

| 10 | Adhesion Wear on Tool Rake and Flank Faces in Dry Cutting of Ti-6Al-4V显示文摘Titanium alloys are very chemically reactive and,therefore,have a tendency to weld to the cutting tool during machining.The deterioration in the tool life caused by adhesion is a serious problem when titanium alloys are cut using carbide tools.The chemical reactivity of titanium alloys with carbide tool materials and their consequent welding by adhesion onto the cutting tool during dry cutting leads to excessive chipping,premature tool failure,and poor surface finish.In the present study,dry turning and milling tests were carried out on Ti-6Al-4V alloys with WC?Co carbide tools.The adhesion on the tool rake and flank face was explored,the adhesive joint interface between the workpiece materials and tools were observed.SEM observation showed that adhesion can be observed both on the rake and the flank face,and was more pronounced in rake face than in flank face.There was evidence of element diffusion from the tool rake face to the adhering layer(vice versa) through the adhesive joint interface,which leads to the tool element loss and microstructure change.While the adhering materials at the flank face can be easily separated from the joint interface owing to the lower temperature and less pressure at the flank face,the adhesive wear attack results in an abrasive wear in the flank face.Moreover,adhesion is more notable in turning than in milling.The proposed research provides references for studying the adhesion between the workpiece materials and the tools,the adhesion mechanisms and their effect on the tool wear. | DENG Jianxin LI Yousheng ZHANG Hui | 2011 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2011,24,6: | 2 |

| 12 | Friction and Wear Behaviors of MoS_2/Zr Coated HSS in Sliding Wear and in Drilling Processes显示文摘MoS2 metal composite coatings have been successful used in dry turning, but its suitability for dry drilling has not been yet established. Therefore, it is necessary to study the friction and wear behaviors of MoS2/Zr coated HSS in sliding wear and in drilling processes. In the present study, MoS2/Zr composite coatings are deposited on the surface of W6Mo5Cr4V2 high speed steel(HSS). Microstructural and fundamental properties of these coatings are examined. Ball-on-disc sliding wear tests on the coated discs are carried out, and the drilling performance of the coated drills is tested. Test results show that the MoS2/Zr composite coatings exhibit decreases friction coefficient to that of the uncoated HSS in sliding wear tests. Energy dispersive X-ray(EDX) analysis on the wear surface indicates that there is a transfer layer formed on the counterpart ball during sliding wear processes, which contributes to the decreasing of the friction coefficient between the sliding couple. Drilling tests indicate that the MoS2/Zr coated drills show better cutting performance compared to the uncoated HSS drills, coating delamination and abrasive are found to be the main flank and rake wear mode of the coated drills. | 15 | Design and development of SiC/(W,Ti)C gradient ceramic nozzle显示文摘The idea of functionally gradient material (FGM) theory was used to design ceramic nozzle based on the erosion wear behaviors of the ceramic nozzles and the out- standing properties of FGM. The purpose is to reduce the tensile stress at the entry region of the nozzle during sand blasting processes. The design theory and methods of gradient ceramic nozzle were proposed. The physical, micromechanical, and composition distribution models of gradient ceramic nozzle were established. The optimum composition distribution of the gradient ceramic nozzle material was determined from the solution of the multi-objective optimization calculation by constructing the models of the composition distribution versus the structural in- tegrity of the compact in fabricating process. Results showed that compressive residual stresses appeared at the entry area of the gradient ceramic nozzle. The optimized component distribution exponent p is 0.5. An SiC/(W,Ti)C gradient ce- ramic nozzle material was synthesized by hot-pressing according to the design result. | 17 | Astragalus polysaccharide regulates brown adipogenic differentiation through miR-1258-5p-modulated cut-like homeobox 1 expression显示文摘Astragalus polysaccharide(APS)is the major natural active component of Astragalus membranaceus,which has been recognized as one of the most popular herbal medicines worldwide.Enhancing the formation and function of brown adipose tissue increases energy expenditure and hence may potentially be used against obesity and type 2 diabetes.The aim of the present study was to explore the effect and mechanism of APS on brown adipocyte formation.Mouse C3H10T 1/2 cells were subject to APS,and both proliferation and brown adipogenic differentiation were determined.The results showed that APS exhibits a decreased proliferation ability,which is accompanied by downregulated proliferating cell nuclear antigen,cyclin D1,and cyclin-dependent kinase 4.APS promotes the differentiation of C3H10T 1/2 cells into brown adipocytes and induces the expressions of key brown adipogenic transcriptional factors,including CCAAT/enhancer-binding proteinβ,uncoupling protein 1,and PR domain-containing 16.Importantly,APS enables insulin sensitization in brown adipocytes,which may proceed through activation of the canonical phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(AKT)signaling pathway and AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK).Furthermore,the level of cut-like homeobox 1(CUX1)is positively related to brown adipogenic differentiation,while APS regulates Cux1 expression through interaction with miR-1258-5p.Notably,the promotional effect of APS on brown adipogenic differentiation was abolished by Cux1 knockout.Collectively,our results suggest that APS enhances the differentiation of C3H10T 1/2 cells into brown adipocytes through regulating Cux1 via miR-1258-5p. | Yuxin Cao Buhao Deng Shihe Zhang Hongmei Gao Pengkang Song Jianxin Zhang Junxing Zhao | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,12: | 1 |
