2Efficacy and safety of ginkgo injections in the treatment of angina pectoris caused by coronary heart disease in China: a network Meta-analysis and systematic review显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To assess the clinical efficacy and safety of ginkgo injections(GIs)combined with conventional treatment(CT)against angina pectoris(AP)due to coronary heart disease(CH D).METHODS:Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)that used GIs to treat AP were searched in SinoMed,PubMed,China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database,Chinese Scientific Journals Database,Wanfang Database,Embase and Cochrane Library until March 2017.The Cochrane 'risk of bias' method was used to evaluate the methodological quality of RCTs.Data were analyzed using Stata v13.1 and WinBUGS v1.4.3.RESULTS:A total of 73 RCTs involving 7621 patients were included.A Bayesian network Meta-analysis of RCTs was undertaken,and the advantages of four types of Gl-supplemented CT in AP treatment were determined.CONCLUSION:Gl-assisted CT was more effective against AP than CT alone.However,based on the limitations of the study,additional high-quality RCTs are required to confirm our findings.Tan Di Wu Jiarui Jing Zhiwei Duan Xiaojiao Cui Yingying Liu Shi 2019Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2019,39,3:8
3Injections of ginkgo in the treatment of cerebral infarction: a systematic review and network Meta-analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To assess the clinical effectiveness and safety of injections of ginkgo(GI) combined with Western Medicine(WM) for cerebral infarction(CI).METHODS: Randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of CI treated by GI were searched in China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database, Wanfang, China Science and Technology Journal Database, Web of Science, Cochrane library, Embase, Pub Med and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, with the publication data no later than April, 2016. The Cochrane risk of bias method was used to evaluate the methodological quality of the RCTs. The data were analyzed by Review Manager 5.3, Stata 13.0,and Win BUGS 14 software.RESULTS: Totally 37 RCTs involving 4330 patientswere included. By direct comparison, the results of GI group were significantly superior to the routine WM group in the total effective rates [OR = 3.61,95% CI(2.93, 4.44), P < 0.0001], the neural function defect score(NFDS) [MD =-4.39, 95% CI(-5.47,-3.32), P < 0.0001]. Network Meta-analysis(NMA)results showed that, between 5 GIs in efficacy, the difference comparing ginaton injections(Gb E) to ginkgo-dipyidamolum injections(GD) [OR = 1.74,95% CI(0.73, 3.65)], shuxuening injections(SXN)[OR = 1.06, 95% CI(0.609, 1.697)] or ginkgolides injections(GK) [OR = 4.711, 95% CI(1.178, 13.21)]reach statistical significance; the difference comparing GD to GK reach statistical significance [OR =2.791, 95% CI(0.866, 6.908)]; the difference comparing SXN to GK reach statistical significance[OR = 4.537, 95% CI(1.203, 12.41)]. Besides, there was no difference between 4 GIs in NFDS. Probability ranking result showed a great possibility for GK [Surface under the Cumulative Ranking curve(SUCRA) = 80.3%] in improving the total effective rates, which were followed by GD(SUCRA =73.34%), SXN(SUCRA = 46.59%), Gb E(SUCRA =45.46%), floium ginkgo extract and tertram ethypyrazine sodium chloride injections(FT)(SUCRA = 35.64%). However, GK(SUCRA = 80.3%) or Gb E(SUCRA = 69.4%) was better than other GIs in reducing NFDS.GK + WM is the best treatment measures to reduce NFDS in cerebral infarction,which were followed by SXN + WM(SUCRA =51.6%), GD + WM(SUCRA = 48.1%).CONCLUSION: GIs was more effectiveness on CI than the routine Western Medicine. 4Engineered targeting tLyp-1 exosomes as gene therapy vectors for efficient delivery of siRNA into lung cancer cells显示文摘Natural exosomes can express specific proteins and carbohydratemolecules on the surface and hence have demonstrated the great potentials for gene therapy of cancer.However,the use of natural exosomes is restricted by their low transfection efficiency.Here,we report a novel targeting tLyp-1 exosome by gene recombinant engineering for delivery of siRNA to cancer and cancer stem cells.To reach such a purpose,the engineered tLyp-1-lamp2b plasmids were constructed and amplified in Escherichia coli.The tLyp-1-lamp2b plasmids were further used to transfect HEK293T tool cells and the targeting tLyp-1 exosomes were isolated from secretion of the transfected HEK293T cells.Afterwards,the artificially synthesized siRNA was encapsulated into targeting tLyp-1 exosomes by electroporation technology.Finally,the targeting siRNA tLyp-1 exosomes were used to transfect cancer or cancer stem cells.Results showed that the engineered targeting tLyp-1 exosomes had a nanosized structure(approximately 100 nm)and high transfection efficiency into lung cancer and cancer stem cells.The function verifications demonstrated that the targeting siRNA tLyp-1 exosomes were able to knock-down the target gene of cancer cells and to reduce the stemness of cancer stem cells.In conclusion,the targeting tLyp-1 exosomes are successfully engineered,and can be used for gene therapy with a high transfection efficiency.Therefore,the engineered targeting tLyp-1 exosomes offer a promising gene delivery platform for future cancer therapy.Jing Bai Jialun Duan Rui Liu Yafei Du Qian Luo Yinuo Cui Zhanbo Su Jiarui Xu Ying Xie Wanliang Lu 2020Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2020,15,4:5
5Transgenic expression of TaTLP1, a thaumatin-like protein gene, reduces susceptibility to common root rot and leaf rust in wheat显示文摘Thaumatin-like protein (TLP) plays an important role in combating plant pathogen infection.Common root rot caused by Bipolaris sorokiniana and leaf rust caused by Puccinia triticina (Pt) are major fungal diseases in wheat.The disease responses of TaTLP1-overexpressing transgenic lines (TaTLP1-OE) were evaluated after inoculation with each pathogen.The TaTLP1-OE lines had no apparent differences in tiller number and 1000-kernel weight from the wild type Jinan Wheat No.1 (JW1),whereas resistance to leaf rust and common root rot was improved,resulting from activated peroxidase and b-1,3-glucanase after B.sorokiniana infection,and reactive oxygen species-related genes were upregulated in Ta TLP1-OE lines after Pt infection.These results indicated that stable expression of TaTLP1 increased resistance against both diseases.Zhongchi Cui Fang Liang Jiarui Zhang Fei Wang Daqun Liu Haiyan Wang 2021The Crop Journal2021,9,5:3
6Mesoporous tubular graphene electrode for high performance supercapacitor显示文摘We report the fabrication of mesoporous tubular graphene(MTG) by a chemical vapor deposition method using Mg O@Zn O core-shell structure as the template. The unique bi-directional ions transfer in unstack graphene layers and high mesopore ratio of MTGs allows capacitance reach 15 μF/cm^2 at 0.5 A/g, and11 μF/cm^2 at 10 A/g, which is closer to theoretical value(21μF/cm^2) than SWCNTs and DWCNTs at either low or high rate. Meanwhile, MTGs exhibited good structural stability, high surface area(701 m^2/g), high conductivity(30 S/cm) and low oxygen ratio(0.7 atom%), allowing excellent SC performance. 8Suboptimal adaptive tracking control for FIR systems with binary-valued observations显示文摘In this paper,we investigate and analyze the suboptimal adaptive control for finite impulse response(FIR)systems with binary-valued observations.As the parameters of FIR systems are unknown and the measurable observations can only provide limited information,we propose and analyze a two-segment design method of an adaptive control law.First,we divide the system running time axis into many sections;each of these sections is divided into two segments.During the short segment,we design the system inputs for estimating parameters.Thus,we employ the empirical-measure-based technique for designing the identification algorithm.Second,we introduce a tracking control law to track a given target based on the system parameter estimates obtained in the short segment.We achieve this using the certainty equivalent principle in the long segment.As the length of short segments tends to infinity,we observe that the parameter estimation algorithm is consistent.However,when the length of segments tends to infinity,we find that the adaptive tracking control law is asymptotically suboptimal.Finally,we demonstrate the efficiency of the two-segment design method using the simulation results.Xiangquan LI Zhengguang XU Jiarui CUI Lixin ZHANG 2021Science China(Information Sciences)2021,64,7:1
9Promoted reactants activation and charge separation leading to efficient photocatalytic activity on phosphate/potassium co-functionalized carbon nitride显示文摘Photocatalytic technology has been widely adopted to address the issue of air pollution. The separation of photogenerated carriers and the activation of reactants on catalyst surface are the main factors that affect the photocatalytic efficiency. Here, the phosphate/potassium(PO_4/K) cofunctionalized carbon nitride(labeled as PO_4-CN-K) was synthesized via a one-step in situ copyrolysis of thiourea and potassium phosphate. The unique electronic structure of PO_4-CN-K could significantly improve the performance of photocatalytic NO purification. The enhanced activity of PO_4-CN-K can be attributed to the promoted activation capacity for O_2, NO and H_2O on the catalyst surface,the decreased of carriers recombination, benefiting from the co-functionalization of phosphate groups on the surface of CN and the construction of K channels between CN layers. The photocatalytic NO conversion pathway is disclosed through time-dependent in situ FT-IR, indicating that PO_4-CN-K can efficiently convert NO molecules into harmless nitrate via the NO→NO+→nitrate/nitrite routes. 10Mechanism study on direct synthesis of glycerol carbonate from CO_(2)and glycerol over shaped CeO_(2)model catalysts显示文摘Direct synthesis of glycerol carbonate(GC)from CO_(2)and glycerol(a byproduct of biodiesel production)is a route to obtain a high-value chemical from waste and low-cost byproducts but has not yet industrialized due to the lack of efficient catalysts.Ceria(CeO_(2))exhibits the highest catalytic activity and GC selectivity among the heterogeneous catalysts studied so far.However,the mechanism of this reaction over CeO_(2)catalysts has not been studied in detail.Herein,we synthesized CeO_(2)nanocrystals with different morphologies as model catalysts that can predominantly expose(111),(110),and(100)facets,and their surface acid-base properties were characterized using high-sensitivity temperature-programmed desorption of NH3 and CO_(2)with quadrupole mass spectrometry as detector(NH3-TPD-QMS and CO_(2)-TPD-QMS).We found that the catalytic performance(GC formation rate)is strictly linearly dependent on the density of basic sites,which is relevant to the adsorption and activation of CO_(2).In addition,to illustrate a more microscopic reaction mechanisms underlying the formation of GC from CO_(2)and glycerol on all three low-index surfaces(111),(110)and(100),we also performed comprehensive first principles calculations.A three-step Langmuir-Hinshelwood(LH)mechanism was identified in which the annulation reaction is the rate-limiting step.The CeO_(2)(11)surface exhibits the lowest overall activation energy,which agrees well with the catalytic performance that the CeO_(2)nano-octahedra,predominantly exposing(111)facets,have the highest GC formation rate.This work is the first to combine experiments on shaped CeO_(2)model catalysts with first-principles calculations to gain insight into the mechanism of direct synthesis of GC from CO_(2)and glycerol,and will aid in the development of catalysts with improved performance.Jiarui Gao Jia-Wei Yang Tenglin Ma Jia Wang Dan Xia Bin Du Yan Cui Chengwu Yang 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,12:0
11Multi-protective effects of wheat embryo globulin on D-gal-induced aging mice显示文摘Wheat embryo globulin(WEG)has been proven to possess multiple biological activities,including antioxidative properties,immunomodulatory,and so on.Aged mouse model were established by subcutaneous injection of D-galactose(D-gal),and the effects of WEG on learning,memory,and antioxidant capacity in aging mice were explored through behavioural tests and antioxidant enzyme activities determination.Compared with the Model group,WEG improved the percentage of the platform quadrant,increased the number of crossing platforms,and enhanced the identification indexs.WEG also increased total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activities in the liver and brains of aging mice,and reduced malondialdehyde(MDA)content.Pathological observations indicated that WEG protected against damage to brain in D-gal-induced aging mice.These results effectively revealed that WEG not only improved the abilities of learning and memory,and the cognitive impairment,but also delayed the aging process of the D-gal-induced mice.Aimei Liao Xing Lyu Jiarui Ma Yinchen Hou Ming Hui Na Liu Yi Zhao Yixiang Cui Jihong Huang 2023Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,4:0
12Action mechanisms of abnormal fluid pressure on physical properties of deep reservoirs: A case study on Jurassic Toutunhe Formation in the southern margin of Junggar Basin, NW China显示文摘Considering the action mechanisms of overpressure on physical changes in skeleton particles of deep reservoir rocks and the differences in physical changes of skeleton particles under overpressure and hydrostatic pressure, the sandstone of the Jurassic Toutunhe Formation in the southern margin of Junggar Basin was taken as an example for physical modeling experiment to analyze the action mechanisms of overpressure on the physical properties of deep reservoirs. (1) In the simulated ultra-deep layer with a burial depth of 6000-8000 m, the mechanical compaction under overpressure reduces the remaining primary pores by about a half that under hydrostatic pressure. Overpressure can effectively suppress the mechanical compaction to allow the preservation of intergranular primary pores. (2) The linear contact length ratio under overpressure is always smaller than the linear contact length ratio under hydrostatic pressure at the same depth. In deep reservoirs, the difference between the mechanical compaction degree under overpressure and hydrostatic pressure shows a decreasing trend, the effect of abnormally high pressure to resist the increase of effective stress is weakened, and the degree of mechanical compaction is gradually close to that under hydrostatic pressure. (3) The microfractures in skeleton particles of deep reservoirs under overpressure are thin and long, while the microfractures in skeleton particles of deep reservoirs under hydrostatic pressure are short and wide. This difference is attributed to the probable presence of tension fractures in the rocks containing abnormally high pressure fluid. (4) The microfractures in skeleton particles under overpressure were mainly formed later than that under hydrostatic pressure, and the development degree and length of microfractures both extend deeper. (5) The development stages of microfractures under overpressure are mainly controlled by the development stages of abnormally high pressure and the magnitude of effective stress acting on the skeleton particles. Moreover, the development stages of microfractures in skeleton particles are more than those under hydrostatic pressure in deep reservoir. 13Lightweight Intrusion Detection Using Reservoir Computing显示文摘The blockchain-empowered Internet of Vehicles(IoV)enables various services and achieves data security and privacy,significantly advancing modern vehicle systems.However,the increased frequency of data transmission and complex network connections among nodes also make them more susceptible to adversarial attacks.As a result,an efficient intrusion detection system(IDS)becomes crucial for securing the IoV environment.Existing IDSs based on convolutional neural networks(CNN)often suffer from high training time and storage requirements.In this paper,we propose a lightweight IDS solution to protect IoV against both intra-vehicle and external threats.Our approach achieves superior performance,as demonstrated by key metrics such as accuracy and precision.Specifically,our method achieves accuracy rates ranging from 99.08% to 100% on the Car-Hacking dataset,with a remarkably short training time.Jiarui Deng Wuqiang Shen Yihua Feng Guosheng Lu Guiquan Shen Lei Cui Shanxiang Lyu 2024Computers, Materials & Continua2024,78,1:0
