| 2 | Biaxial strained dual-phase palladium-copper bimetal boosts formic acid electrooxidation显示文摘Surface strain engineering is considered as an effective strategy to promote the electrocatalytic properties of noble metal nanocrystals.Herein,we construct a dual-phase palladium-copper(DP-PdCu)bimetallic electrocatalyst with remarkable biaxial strain via a one-pot wet-chemical approach for formic acid oxidation.The biaxial strain originates from the lattice mismatch between the disordered face-centered cubic(FCC)phase and ordered body-centered cubic(BCC)phase in each of DP-PdCu:nanoparticles.The proportion of FCC and BCC phases and size of PdCu nanoparticles are dependent on the addition amount of:capping agent,cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB).Density functional theory calculations reveal the downshift of d-band:center of Pd atoms due to the interfacial strain,which weakens the adsorption strength of undesired intermediates.These merit the,DP-PdCu catalyst with superior mass activity of 0.55 A·mg_(pd)^(-1) and specific activity of 1.91 mA·cm_(pd)^(-2) toward formic acid oxidation,outperforming the single FCC/EICC PdCu and commercial Pd/C catalysts.This will provide new insights into the structure design of high-performance electrocatalysts via strain engineering. | Jiarun Geng Zhuo Zhu Youxuan Ni Haixia Li Fangyi Cheng Fujun Li Jun Chen | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,1: | 0 |
| 3 | Uptake of hepatitis C direct-acting antiviral treatment in China:a retrospective study from 2017 to 2021显示文摘Background Direct-acting antivirals(DAAs)for hepatitis C treatment in China became available since 2017.This study expects to generate evidence to inform decision-making in a nationwide scale-up of DAA treatment in China.Methods We described the number of standard DAA treatment at both national and provincial levels in China from 2017 to 2021 based on the China Hospital Pharmacy Audit(CHPA)data.We performed interrupted time series analysis to estimate the level and trend changes of the monthly number of standard DAA treatment at national level.We also adopted the latent class trajectory model(LCTM)to form clusters of the provincial-level administrative divisions(PLADs)with similar levels and trends of number of treatment,and to explore the potential enablers of the scale-up of DAA treatment at provincial level.Results The number of 3-month standard DAA treatment at national level increased from 104 in the last two quarters of 2017 to 49,592 in the year of 2021.The estimated DAA treatment rates in China were 1.9%and 0.7%in 2020 and 2021,which is far below the global target of 80%.The national price negotiation at the end of 2019 resulted in DAA inclusion by the national health insurance in January 2020.In that month,the number of treatment increased 3668 person-times(P<0.05).LCTM fits the best when the number of trajectory class is four.PLADs as Tianjin,Shanghai and Zhejiang that had piloted DAA price negotiations before the national negotiation and that had explored integration of hepatitis service delivery with prevention and control programme of hepatitis C within the existing services demonstrated earlier and faster scale-up of treatment.Conclusions Central negotiations to reduce prices of DAAs resulted in inclusion of DAA treatment under the universal health insurance,which are critical elements that support scaling up access to hepatitis C treatment in China.However,the current treatment rates are still far below the global target.Targeting the PLADs lagged behind through raising public awareness,strengthening capacity of the healthcare providers by roving training,and integrate prevention,screening,diagnosis,treatment and follow-up management of hepatitis C into the existing services are needed. | Xinyu Du Jiarun Mi Hanchao Cheng Yuanyuan Song Yuchang Li Jing Sun Polin Chan Zhongdan Chen Simon Luo | 2023 | Infectious Diseases of Poverty2023,12,2: | 0 |

| 8 | New insights into the microstructural stability based on the element segregation behavior atγ/γ′interface in Ni-based single crystal superalloys with Ru addition显示文摘A new insight into the microstructural stability was proposed in Ni-based single crystal superalloys with Ru addition,and the element segregation behavior atγ/γ′interface was investigated by three-dimensional atom probe technology(3D-APT).After standard heat treatment,it was found that Ru addition barely altered the element partitioning coefficient betweenγmatrix andγ′phase,and no element-segregation layer was observed atγ/γ′interface.During the heat exposure at 1100°C,Ru addition obviously promoted the rafting of theγ′precipitates and inhibited the precipitation of topological close-packed(TCP)phases.It was more important that an element-segregation layer containing Re,Co,and Cr was formed in theγmatrix close to theγ/γ′interface due to an“uphill diffusion”effect,and its concentration was obviously reduced after Ru addition.Finally,the microstructural stability based on the element segregation behavior atγ/γ′interface was discussed.This element-segregation layer increased theγ/γ′interfacial energy by increasing the absolute value of the lattice misfit ofγ/γ′interface to promote the rafting of theγ′precipitates after Ru addition.On the other hand,the decrease of the segregation concentration of Re,Co,and Cr elements as TCP phase-forming elements near theγ/γ′interface due to a“reverse partitioning”effect inhibits the precipitation of TCP phases in Ni-based single crystal superalloys after Ru addition. | Chen Liu Wenchao Yang Kaili Cao Pengfei Qu Jiarun Qin Jun Zhang Lin Liu | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,23: | 0 |
| 9 | Outsourced Privacy-Preserving kNN Classifier Model Based on Multi-Key Homomorphic Encryption显示文摘Outsourcing the k-Nearest Neighbor(kNN)classifier to the cloud is useful,yet it will lead to serious privacy leakage due to sensitive outsourced data and models.In this paper,we design,implement and evaluate a new system employing an outsourced privacy-preserving kNN Classifier Model based on Multi-Key Homomorphic Encryption(kNNCM-MKHE).We firstly propose a security protocol based on Multi-key Brakerski-Gentry-Vaikuntanathan(BGV)for collaborative evaluation of the kNN classifier provided by multiple model owners.Analyze the operations of kNN and extract basic operations,such as addition,multiplication,and comparison.It supports the computation of encrypted data with different public keys.At the same time,we further design a new scheme that outsources evaluation works to a third-party evaluator who should not have access to the models and data.In the evaluation process,each model owner encrypts the model and uploads the encrypted models to the evaluator.After receiving encrypted the kNN classifier and the user’s inputs,the evaluator calculated the aggregated results.The evaluator will perform a secure computing protocol to aggregate the number of each class label.Then,it sends the class labels with their associated counts to the user.Each model owner and user encrypt the result together.No information will be disclosed to the evaluator.The experimental results show that our new system can securely allow multiple model owners to delegate the evaluation of kNN classifier. | Chen Wang Jian Xu Jiarun Li Yan Dong Nitin Naik | 2023 | Intelligent Automation & Soft Computing2023,37,8: | 0 |
