| 1 | Uniform corrosion behavior of FeCrAl alloys in borated and lithiated high temperature water显示文摘The uniform corrosion behavior of model FeCrAl alloys as well as commercial Zircaloy-4 as reference material were investigated in 360℃borated and lithiated water.The results reveal that FeCrAl alloys exhibited better corrosion resistance than Zircaloy-4.It is found that the oxide films formed on the FeCrAl alloys are composed of outer Fe_(3)O_(4)layer,inner layer consisting of compact spinel layer and porous spinel layer,and transition layer containing Al-Cr-rich oxides and matrix enriched with Fe°.The spinel oxides in the inner layer are FeFe_(2-x-y-z)Cr_(x)Al_(y)MozO_(4).The corrosion mechanism of FeCrAl alloys in high temperature water is discussed. | Fangqiang Ning Xiang Wang Ying Yang Jibo Tan Ziyu Zhang Dan Jia Xinqiang Wu En-Hou Han | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,11: | 6 |
| 2 | Effects of thiosulfate and dissolved oxygen on crevice corrosion of Alloy 690 in high-temperature chloride solution显示文摘The crevice corrosion behavior of Alloy 690 was investigated in high-temperature chloride solution containing different concentrations of thiosulfate(S_(2)O_(3)^(2-)) and dissolved oxygen(DO). The S2O32- inhibited corrosion of Alloy 690 through consuming oxygen in aerated chloride solution. In deaerated chloride solution,the S_(2)O_(3)^(2-) was reduced to S° and S^(2-) and subsequently incorporated into the oxide films, which promoted the pitting corrosion at locations of both TiN inclusions and matrix inside the crevice during the crevice corrosion as well as influenced the composition and thickness of the oxide films. | 6 | Surfactant-assisted doctor-blading-printed FAPbBr3 films for efficient semitransparent perovskite solar cells显示文摘Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cells have generated wide interest due to the rapid development of their photovoltaic conversion effciencies.However,the majority of the reported devices have been fabricated via spin coating with a device areaof<1 cm2.In this study,we fabricated a wide-bandgap formamidi-nium lead bromide(FAPbBr3)film using a cost-effective,high-yielding doctor-blade-coating process.The effects of different surfactants,such as I-α-phosphatidylcholine,polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate,sodium lauryl sulfonate,and hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide,were studied during the printing process.Accompanying the optimization of the blading temperature,crystal sizes of over 10μm and large-area perovskite films of5cm×5 cm were obtained using this method.The printed FAPbBr3 solar cells exhibited a short-circuit current density of 8.22 mA/cm2,an open-circuit voltage of 1.175 V,and an efficiency of 7.29%.Subsequently,we replaced the gold with silver nanowires as the top electrode to prepare a semitransparent perovskite solar cell with an average transmittance(400-800 nm)of 25.42%,achieving a high-power efficiency of 5.11%.This study demonstrates efficient doctor-blading printing for preparing large-area FAPbBr3 films that possess high potential for applications in building integrated photovoltaics. | Hangkai YING Yifan LIU Yuxi DOU Jibo ZHANG Zhenli WU Qi ZHANG Yi-Bing CHENG Jie ZHONG | 2020 | Frontiers of Optoelectronics2020,13,3: | 1 |
| 7 | Effects of 405 stainless steel on crevice corrosion behavior of Alloy 690 in high-temperature pure water显示文摘Effects of 405 stainless steel(405 SS) on crevice corrosion behavior of Alloy 690 in high-temperature pure water were investigated.Results revealed that the corrosion rate of Alloy 690 was low within the crevice.It was likely attributed to the fact that a Cr-rich inner oxide film and a Ni-rich layer beneath this oxide film formed upon Alloy 690,inhibiting the diffu sion of oxygen towards the oxide/matrix interface.Moreover,the Fe2+ions dissolved from 405 SS consumed most of oxygen,leading to less oxygen participating in the oxidation of Alloy 690.In addition,it was found that Fe concentration continuously decreased from the surface of the inner oxide film to the oxide/matrix interface of Alloy 690 within the crevice,which was probably due to the diffusion of Fe2+ions dissolved from 405 SS into the inner oxide film. | Fangqiang Ning Jibo Tan Xinqiang Wu | 2020 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,47,12: | 1 |

| 11 | Identification of twist-angle-dependent excitons in WS^(2)/WSe_(2) heterobilayers显示文摘Stacking atomically thin films enables artificial construction of van der Waals heterostructures with exotic functionalities such as superconductivity,the quantum Hall effect,and engineered light-matter interactions.In particular,heterobilayers composed of monolayer transition metal dichalcogenides have attracted significant interest due to their controllable interlayer coupling and trapped valley excitons in moirésuperlattices.However,the identification of twist-angle-modulated optical transitions in heterobilayers is sometimes controversial since both momentum-direct(K–K)and-indirect excitons reside on the low energy side of the bright exciton in the monolayer constituents.Here,we attribute the optical transition at~1.35 eV in the WS_(2)/WSe_(2) heterobilayer to an indirectΓ–K transition based on a systematic analysis and comparison of experimental photoluminescence spectra with theoretical calculations.The exciton wavefunction obtained by the state-of-the-art GW-Bethe-Salpeter equation approach indicates that both the electron and hole of the excitons are contributed by the WS_(2) layer.Polarization-resolved k-space imaging further confirms that the transition dipole moment of this optical transition is dominantly in-plane and is independent of the twist angle.The calculated absorption spectrum predicts that the so-called interlayer exciton peak coming from the K–K transition is located at 1.06 eV,but with a much weaker amplitude.Our work provides new insight into the steady-state and dynamic properties of twist-angle-dependent excitons in van der Waals heterostructures. | Ke Wu Hongxia Zhong Quanbing Guo Jibo Tang Jing Zhang Lihua Qian Zhifeng Shi Chendong Zhang Shengjun Yuan Shunping Zhang Hongxing Xu | 2022 | National Science Review2022,9,6: | 0 |
