| 1 | Effects of sediment dredging on water quality and zooplankton community structure in a shallow of eutrophic lake显示文摘Effects of suction dredging on water quality and zooplankton community structure in a shallow of eutrophic lake,were evaluated.The results showed that a decreasing trend for levels of phosphorus,organic matter,total suspended solids,Chlorophyll a and Secchi transparency in the water column was found,while levels of water depth,electrical conductivity,total dissolved solids and NO 3--N concentration increased markedly post-dredging.The effects of dredging on dissolved oxygen,pH value and temperature were almost negligible.The zooplankton community structure responded rapidly to the environmental changes caused mainly by dredging.As a result,the abundance of rotifers decreased,while the density of zooplanktonic crustaceans increased markedly.The representative taxa were Brachionus angularis,B.budapestinensis,B.diversicornis,Synchaeta spp.and Neodiaptomus schmackeri.A distinct relationship between zooplankton taxa composition and their environment,unraveled by a redundancy analysis,indicating that the measured environment contributed to the variations in the zooplankton community structure to some extent.The first four synthetic environmental variables explained 51.7% of the taxonomic structure.Therefore,with the reduction of internal nutrient load and a shift in dominance by less eutrophic species,it inferred that dredging might be one of effective measures for environmental improvements of such lakes. | Shiyang Zhang Qiaohong Zhou Dong Xu Jidong Lin Shuiping Cheng Zhenbin Wu | 2010 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2010，22，2： | 41 |
| 2 | 3-year Treatment of Tenofovir Alafenamide vs.Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate for Chronic HBV Infection in China显示文摘Background and Aims:Tenofovir alafenamide(TAF)has similar efficacy to tenofovir disoproxil fumarate(TDF)but with improved renal and bone safety in chronic hepatitis B patients studied outside of China.We report 3-year results from two phase 3 studies with TAF in China(Clinicaltrials.gov:NCT02836249 and NCT02836236).Methods:Chinese hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)-positive and-negative chronic hepatitis B patients with viremia and elevated alanine aminotransferase were randomized 2:1 to TAF or TDF treatment groups and treated in a double-blind fashion for 144 weeks(3 years).Efficacy responses were assessed by individual study while safety was assessed by a pooled analysis.Results:Of the 334 patients(180 HBeAg-positive and 154 HBeAg-negative)randomized and treated,baseline characteristics were similar between groups.The overall mean age was 38 years and 73%were male.The mean HBV DNA was 6.4 log10 IU/mL.The median alanine aminotransferase was 88 U/L,and 37%had a history of antiviral use.At week 144,the proportion with HBV DNA<29 IU/mL was similar among the two groups,with TAF at 83%vs.TDF at 79%,and TAF at 93%vs.TDF at 92%for the HBeAg-positive and-negative patients,respectively.In each study,higher proportions of TAF than TDF patients showed normalized alanine aminotransferase(via the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases and the China criteria)and showed loss of HBsAg;meanwhile,the HBeAg seroconversion rates were similar.Treatment was well-tolerated among the TAF patients,who showed a smaller median decline in creatinine clearance(−0.4 vs.−3.2 mL/min;p=0.014)and less percentage change in bone mineral density vs.TDF at hip(−0.95%vs.−1.93%)and spine(+0.35%vs.−1.40%).Conclusions:In chronic hepatitis B patients from China,TAF treatment provided efficacy similar to TDF but with better renal and bone safety at 3 years. | Jinlin Hou Qin Ning Zhongping Duan You Chen Qing Xie Fu-Sheng Wang Lunli Zhang Shanming Wu Hong Tang Jun Li Feng Lin Yongfeng Yang Guozhong Gong John FFlaherty Anuj Gaggar Shuyuan Mo Cong Cheng Gregory Camus Chengwei Chen Yan Huang Jidong Jia Mingxiang Zhang GS-US-320-0110 and GS-US-320-0108 China Investigators | 2021 | Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2021，9，3： | 7 |

| 4 | Compact ultrabroadband light-emitting diodes based on lanthanide-doped lead-free double perovskites显示文摘Impurity doping is an effective approach to tuning the optoelectronic performance of host materials by imparting extrinsic electronic channels.Herein,a family of lanthanide(Ln^(3+))ions was successfully incorporated into a Bi:Cs_(2)AgInCl_(6) lead-free double-perovskite(DP)semiconductor,expanding the spectral range from visible(Vis)to near-infrared(NIR)and improving the photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY).After multidoping with Nd,Yb,Er and Tm,Bi/Ln:Cs_(2)AgInCl_(6) yielded an ultrabroadband continuous emission spectrum with a full width at half-maximum of~365 nm originating from intrinsic self-trapped exciton recombination and abundant 4f-4f transitions of the Ln^(3+)dopants.Steady-state and transient-state spectra were used to ascertain the energy transfer and emissive processes.To avoid adverse energy interactions between the various Ln^(3+)ions in a single DP host,a heterogeneous architecture was designed to spatially confine different Ln^(3+)dopants via a“DP-in-glass composite”(DiG)structure.This bottom-up strategy endowed the prepared Ln^(3+)-doped DIG with a high PLQY of 40%(nearly three times as high as that of the multidoped DP)and superior long-term stability.Finally,a compact Vis-NIR ultrabroadband(400~2000 nm)light source was easily fabricated by coupling the DiG with a commercial UV LED chip,and this light source has promising applications in nondestructive spectroscopic analyses and multifunctional lighting. | Shilin Jin Renfu Li Hai Huang Naizhong Jiang Jidong Lin Shaoxiong Wang Yuanhui Zheng Xueyuan Chen Daqin Chen | 2022 | Light(Science & Applications)2022，11，3： | 3 |

| 9 | Impact of living donor liver with steatosis and idiopathic portal inflammation on clinical outcomes in pediatric liver transplantation:Beijing experience显示文摘Background:To evaluate the impact of steatosis and/or idiopathic portal inflammation(IPI)in living donor livers on recipients’clinical outcomes.Methods:We assessed 305 qualified donor liver samples from June 2013 to December 2018.Donors and recipients’clinical characteristics,including follow-up data were retrieved.The graft and overall survival with/without steatosis or portal inflammation were compared by Kaplan-Meier analysis.Results:For living donors,the medium age of was 31.2(28,35.8)years old;liver histopathology showed macrovesicular steatosis:0-5%264/305(86.6%)and 5-30%41/305(13.4%),IPI:no 220/305(72.1%)and mild 85/305(27.9%).For recipients,the medium age was 1.0(0.6,1.5)years old;the median pediatric-end-stage-liver-disease score was 16(5.0,26.0)and medium follow-up time was 32.8(24.8,52.0)months.Biliary atresia(69.5%)was the main indication for liver transplantation(LT).Conclusions:The presence of steatosis and portal inflammation of the donor liver did not impact the clinical outcomes including transaminase or bilirubin normalization,short-/long-term complications and recipients’survival.However,recipients with high pediatric-end-stage-liver-disease score(>16)receiving donor liver with portal inflammation,but not steatosis,had trend negative effect on recipients’survival.In conclusion,donor livers with mild steatosis and portal inflammation were qualified for pediatric living donor LT.However,donor liver with mild portal inflammation would better not be allocated to recipients with high pediatric-end-stage-liver-disease score.This study provided new evidence in pediatric living donor liver allocation. | Xinyan Zhao Yafei He Jimin Liu Qian Zhang Liwei Liu Wei Qu Ying Liu Zhigui Zeng Haiming Zhang Jidong Jia Liying Sun Lin Wei Zhijun Zhu | 2022 | Hepatobiliary Surgery and Nutrition2022，11，3： | 1 |
