1Meteorological mechanism for a large-scale persistent severe ozone pollution event over eastern China in 2017显示文摘An intensive and persistent regional ozone pollution event occurred over eastern China from 25 June to 5 July 2017.73 out of 96 selected cities,most located in the Beijing-TianjinHebei and the surrounding area(BTHS),suffered severe ozone pollution.A north-south contrast ozone distribution,with higher ozone(199±33μg/m3)in the BTHS and lower ozone(118±25μg/m^3)in the Yangtze River Delta(YRD),was found to be dominated by the position of the West Pacific Subtropical High(WPSH)and mid-high latitude wave activities.In the BTHS,the positive anomalies of geopotential height at 500 hPa and temperature at the surface indicated favorable meteorological conditions for local ozone formation.Prevailing northwesterly winds in the mid-high troposphere and warm advection induced by weak southerly winds in the low troposphere resulted in low-moderate relative humidity(RH),less total cloud cover(TGC),strong solar radiation and high temperatures.Moreover,southerly winds prevailing over the BTHS aggravated the pollution due to regional transportation of O3 and its precursors.On one hand,the deep sinking motion and inversion layer suppressed the dispersion of pollutants.On the other hand,O3-rich air in the upper layer was maintained at night due to temperature inversion,which facilitated O3 vertical transport to the surface in the next-day morning due to elevated convection.Generally,temperature,UV radiation,and RH showed good correlations with O3 in the BTHS,with rates of 8.51(μg/m^3)/℃(within the temperature range of 20-38℃),59.54(μg/m^3)/(MJ/m^2)and-1.93(μg/m^3)/%,respectively.Jia Mao Lili Wang Chuhan Lu Jingda Liu Mingge Li Guiqian Tang Dongsheng Ji Nan Zhang Yuesi Wang 2020Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,6:18
2Adhesive anastomosis for organ transplantation显示文摘The recent development of tough tissue adhesives has stimulated intense interests among material scientists and medical doctors.However,these adhesives have seldom been tested in clinically demanding surgeries.Here we demonstrate adhesive anastomosis in organ transplantation.Anastomosis is commonly conducted by dense sutures and takes a long time,during which all the vessels are occluded.Prolonged occlusion may damage organs and even cause death.We formulate a tough,biocompatible,bioabsorbable adhesive that can sustain tissue tension and pressurized flow.We expose the endothelial surface of vessels onto a gasket,press two endothelial surfaces to the adhesive using a pair of magnetic rings,and reopen the bloodstream immediately.The time for adhesive anastomosis is shortened compared to the time for sutured anastomosis.We have achieved adhesive anastomosis of a great vein in transplanting the liver of a pig.After the surgery,the adhesive is absorbed,the vein heals,and the pig lives for over one month.Kang Liu Hang Yang Gaobo Huang Aihua Shi Qiang Lu Shanpei Wang Wei Qiao Haohua Wang Mengyun Ke Hongfan Ding Tao Li Yanchao Zhang Jiawei Yu Bingyi Ren Rongfeng Wang Kailing Wang Hui Feng Zhigang Suo Jingda Tang Yi Lv 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,7:3

5Weak Fiber Bragg Grating Based Sensing System for Cryogenic Static Test of Launch Vehicle Oxygen Tank显示文摘In this paper,a weak fiber Bragg grating(WFBG)based sensing system applied to the cryogenic static test of launch vehicle oxygen tanks has been developed and the results of an evaluation are reported.A customized sensor encapsulation and installation method allow for precise strain measurement at cryogenic temperatures.The reflection peaks of series-connected WFBGs with low optical loss are obtained,ensuring high system reliability in harsh environments.The experimental results show that the maximum full-scale error is less than 0.81%full-scale error.The temperature is as low as−193℃ during the test.This study also demonstrates a practical method in which WFBG can be used to obtain critical parameters for structural monitoring in a cryogenic environment.Zhang Xuezhi Chen Guanlong Jiang Junfeng Fan Xiaojun Liu Kun Wang Shuang Liu Yantao Ni Jingda Liu Tiegen 2021激光与光电子学进展2021,58,21:0
6Study on Cleaner Production Subsidies, Income Distribution Imbalance and Carbon Emissions Permit Reallocation Mechanism显示文摘The allocation mechanism for carbon emissions permit(CEP)is an institutional guarantee for advancing the development of China’s unified carbon trading market.The initial allocation of carbon quotas fails to solve new inequalities stemming from subsidizing cleaner production.This paper constructs a theoretical framework that describes China’s progressive decline in carbon intensity,calculates the equilibrium solution on the neoclassical saddle point path using the shooting method,and studies the income distribution imbalance caused by cleaner production subsidies and the reallocation mechanism of carbon emissions permit The main conclusion is that the incremental cleaner production subsidy policy meets the goal of maximizing welfare on the saddle point path,but it may lead to over-investment in the clean sector,thus causing the income distribution imbalance among entities.Further research suggests that the amount of carbon emissions permit acquired by the clean sector should be higher than the actual emissions in the trading market and that,as the cleaner support increases,the share of carbon emissions permit acquired by the sector should be constantly increased through reallocation mechanism.This helps achieve the Pareto improvement in all parties’economic benefi ts.Qingquan Fan Jingran Liu Jingda Wang 2022China Finance and Economic Review2022,11,4:0
7Citation versus altmetrics of papers published in PLOS ONE:A comparative analysis of six countries显示文摘With the development of open access,more scientific papers show the multi-dimensional academic impact,which makes researchers focus on the comparison between altmetrics and citations.By the use of statistical analysis,we compare the citation and altmetrics of open access papers published in PLoS in past 10 years by 6 countries which are selected in terms of regional distribation,scientific level,native language,etc.,and find the following conclusions:Firstly,the level of scientific development and publication content in different countries have more effect on the 4 indicators of'citation','save','view'and'share'than the native language.Second,there is a significantly positive correlation between'citation'and'save'in the 6 countries,so as the'citation'and'view',while the altmetrics of'share'is just opposite.Therefore,to some extent,the altmetrics of'view'and'save'could be used to evaluate the scientific influence as a complement measurement of traditional citation metrics.Moreover,correlation coefficients between citations and part of altmetrics of the 6 countries are strong.Finally,the curve peaks of the 6 countries occurred in different years,papers published by developed countries have been active for slightly longer than that by developing countries.In detail,the'citation','save'and'view'peaks occurred later in developing countries such as China and Brazil than in some developed countries.Besides,the'share'peak occurred after 6 or 7 years,which is similar for the 6 countries.Jingda Ding Wei Cai Jie Guo Xinjing Liu Chao Liu 2022Data Science and Informetrics2022,2,1:0
