6Microbiological Characteristics and Antibiotic Susceptibility in Liver Cirrhosis Patients With Nosocomial Spontaneous Bacterial Peritonitis Caused by Escherichia coli:A Multicenter Study显示文摘Escherichia coli is a prevalent causative pathogen of spontaneous bacterial peritonitis(SBP).In this retrospective study,we investigated the microbiological characteristics and antibiotic susceptibility of E.coli clinical isolates obtained from liver cirrhosis patients suffering from nosocomial SBP.Our results showed that extended-spectrum b-lactamase(ESBL)-producing E.coli accounted for 47%of the cases,while 62%of the isolates were multi-drug resistant(MDR)pathogens.ESBL-producing and MDR isolates showed high incidences of resistance to third-generation cephalosporins,but they displayed susceptibility to carbapenems,b-lactamase inhibitors,and aminoglycosides.Importantly,liver cirrhosis patients with MDR E.coli SBP showed a significantly higher death rate than patients with non-MDR infections(P=0.021).The 30-day mortality of nosocomial SBP was independently correlated with female gender[odds ratio(OR)=5.200,95%confidence interval(CI)=1.194–22.642],liver failure(OR=9.609,95%CI=1.914–48.225),hepatocellular carcinoma(OR=8.176,95%CI=2.065–32.364),hepatic encephalopathy(OR=8.176,95%CI=2.065–32.364),model of end-stage liver disease score(OR=1.191,95%CI=1.053–1.346),white blood cell count(OR=0.847,95%CI=0.737–0.973),and ascites polymorphonuclear(OR=95.903,95%CI=3.410–2697.356).In conclusion,third-generation cephalosporins may be inappropriate for empiric treatment of nosocomial SBP caused by E.coli,due to the widespread presence of ESBLs and high incidence of MDR pathogens.Bo Tu Yuening Zhang Jingfeng Bi Zhe Xu Lei Shi Xin Zhang Peng Zhao Dawei Zhang Guang Yang Enqiang Qin 2020Infectious Microbes & Diseases2020,2,4:1

9Solidification microstructure evolution and its correlations with mechanical properties and damping capacities of Mg-Al-based alloy fabricated using wire and arc additive manufacturing显示文摘Magnesium(Mg)alloys,as the lightest metal structural material with good damping capacities,have im-portant application prospects in realizing structural lightweight and vibration reduction.However,their engineering application is greatly limited by poor plastic formability.Wire and arc additive manufactur-ing(WAAM)provides a potential approach for fabricating large-scale Mg alloy components with high manufacturing flexibility.In this study,the evolution of the solidification microstructure of a WAAM-processed Mg-Al-based alloy was quantitatively analyzed based on the analytical models;then,the cor-relations between the solidification microstructure and mechanical properties/damping capacities were investigated.The results revealed that the WAAM-processed Mg-Al-based alloy with an equiaxed-grain-dominated microstructure displayed a simultaneous enhancement in mechanical properties and damping capacities compared to those of the cast Mg-Al-based alloy.The good combination of mechanical prop-erties and damping capacities are mainly attributed to the weakened basal texture with a relatively high Schmid factor for basalslip,the twinning-induced plasticity(TWIP)effect associated with the profuse{10-12}tensile twinning,and the relatively high dislocation density caused by the thermal stress during the WAAM process.Zihong Wang Jingfeng Wang Xin Lin Nan Kang Tianchi Zhang Yanfang Wang Li Wang Cong Dang Weidong Huang 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,13:0
10A User-Transformer Relation Identification Method Based on QPSO and Kernel Fuzzy Clustering显示文摘User-transformer relations are significant to electric power marketing,power supply safety,and line loss calculations.To get accurate user-transformer relations,this paper proposes an identification method for user-transformer relations based on improved quantum particle swarm optimization(QPSO)and Fuzzy C-Means Clustering.The main idea is:as energymeters at different transformer areas exhibit different zero-crossing shift features,we classify the zero-crossing shift data from energy meters through Fuzzy C-Means Clustering and compare it with that at the transformer end to identify user-transformer relations.The proposed method contributes in three main ways.First,based on the fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm(FCM),the quantum particle swarm optimization(PSO)is introduced to optimize the FCM clustering center and kernel parameters.The optimized FCM algorithm can improve clustering accuracy and efficiency.Since easily falls into a local optimum,an improved PSO optimization algorithm(IQPSO)is proposed.Secondly,considering that traditional FCM cannot solve the linear inseparability problem,this article uses a FCM(KFCM)that introduces kernel functions.Combinedwith the IQPSOoptimization algorithm used in the previous step,the IQPSO-KFCM algorithm is proposed.Simulation experiments verify the superiority of the proposed method.Finally,the proposed method is applied to transformer detection.The proposed method determines the class members of transformers and meters in the actual transformer area,and obtains results consistent with actual user-transformer relations.This fully shows that the proposed method has practical application value.Yong Xiao Xin Jin Jingfeng Yang Yanhua Shen Quansheng Guan 2021Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2021,,3:0
