Isolation,Characterization, and Phylogenetic Analysis of Two New Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever Virus Strains from the Northern Region of Xinjiang Province,China显示文摘Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever(CCHF)caused by the CCHF virus(CCHFV)is a tick-borne natural focal disease with a mortality rate of approximately 50%.CCHFV is widely prevalent in Africa, southern Asia, the Middle East, and southeast Europe.CCHF outbreaks have been reported previously in Xinjiang province,China, especially in its southern region.Epidemiological surveys conducted on ticks and animals have revealed the presence of CCHFV strains in ticks, rodents, and infected individuals from cities and counties in southern Xinjiang.Phylogenetic analyses revealed that the Chinese CCHFV strains belong to one genotype, based on complete sequences of the S segments of its negative-stranded RNA genome. The present study reports two new CCHFV strains isolated from Hyalomma asiaticum asiaticum ticks collected from Fukang City and Wujiaqu City in the northern region of Xinjiang.Viral characteristics and their evolutionary relationships were analyzed through metagenomic and reverse-transcription PCR analyses;these analyses indicated that the genotype of both strains was different from that of other Chinese strains.Furthermore, previous reports of CCHFV in Xinjiang were reviewed and phylogenetic analyses were performed.CCHFV was found to prevail in Fukang City in Junggar Basin for more than 20 years, and that Fukang City and Wujiaqu City are considered natural reservoirs of different genotypes of CCHFV strains. Our findings facilitate the understanding of CCHFV distribution in Xinjiang province and provide insights into the evolutionary relationships among Chinese CCHFV strains. | Yanfang Zhang Shu Shen Yaohui Fang Jinliang Liu Zhengyuan Su Jinhao Liang Zhong Zhang Qiaoli Wu Cheng Wang Abulikemu Abudurexiti Zhihong Hu Yujiang Zhang Fei Deng | 2018 | Virologica Sinica2018,33,1: | 8
High Precision Ultrasonic Guided Wave Technique for Inspection of Power Transmission Line显示文摘Due to the merits of high inspection speed and long detecting distance, Ultrasonic Guided Wave(UGW) method has been commonly applied to the on-line maintenance of power transmission line. However, the guided wave propagation in this structure is very complicated, leading to the unfavorable defect localization accuracy. Aiming at this situation, a high precision UGW technique for inspection of local surface defect in power transmission line is proposed. The technique is realized by adopting a novel segmental piezoelectric ring transducer and transducer mounting scheme, combining with the comprehensive characterization of wave propagation and circumferential defect positioning with multiple piezoelectric elements. Firstly, the propagation path of guided waves in the multi-wires of transmission line under the proposed technique condition is investigated experimentally. Next, the wave velocities are calculated by dispersion curves and experiment test respectively, and from comparing of the two results, the guided wave mode propagated in transmission line is confirmed to be F(1,1) mode. Finally, the axial and circumferential positioning of local defective wires in transmission line are both achieved, by using multiple piezoelectric elements to surround the stands and send elastic waves into every single wire. The proposed research can play a role of guiding the development of highly effective UGW method and detecting system for multi-wire transmission line. | CHENG Jun QIU Jinhao JI Hongli WANG Enrong TAKAGI Toshiyuki UCHIMOTO Tetsuya | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2017,30,1: | 3
Syntheses and Insecticidal Activity of Spirocyclic Tetronic Acid Derivatives Containing Oxime Ether Moiety显示文摘In order to develop novel spirocyclic tetronic acid lead compounds,a series of new spirocyclic tetronic acid derivatives containing oxime ether moiety was synthesized and bioassayed. The stmctures of 16 target compounds were characterized by lH NMR spectra,13C NMR spectra and high-resolution mass spectrometer(HRMS).Preliminary bioassays indicated that most of the title compounds displayed excellent insecticidal activity against Aphis fabae and Nilapmyata lugens at 100 mg/L.In particular, compound 6k showed the similar activity(LC50=6.87 mg/L)against A.fabae as the spirotetramat(LC50=4.56 mg/L)and had better efIects(LC50=l.64 mg/L)against N.lugens in comparison with spirotetramat(LC5o=7.90 mg/L).The study showed that compound 6k exhibited more promising and broad-spectrum insecticide activity and may serve as a new insecticidal agent for sucking pests. | ZHAO Yang CHENG Jingli XIE Zhengang FANG Shaowei ZHAO Jinhao | 2020 | Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2020,36,5: | 3
Near-infrared chemiluminescent carbon nanogels for oncology imaging and therapy显示文摘Carbon nanogels(CNGs)with dual ability of reactive oxygen species(ROS)imaging and photodynamic therapy have been designed with selfassembled chemiluminescent carbonized polymer dots(CPDs).With efficient deep-red/near-infrared chemiluminescence(CL)emission and distinctive photodynamic capacity, the H2O2-driven chemiluminescent CNGs are further designed by assembling the polymeric conjugate and CL donors, enabling an in vitro and in vivo ROS bioimaging capability in animal inflammation models and a high-performance therapy for xenograft tumors.Mechanistically,ROS generated in inflammatory sites or tumor microenvironment can trigger the chemically initiated electron exchange luminescence in the chemical reaction of peroxalate and H2O2,enabling in vivo CL imaging.Meanwhile, part of the excited-state electrons will transfer to the ambient H2O or dissolved oxygen and in turn lead to the type I and type II photochemical ROS production of hydroxyl radicals or singlet oxygen, endowing the apoptosis of tumor cells and thus enabling cancer therapy. These results open up a new avenue for the design of multifunctional nanomaterials for bioimaging and antienoplastic agents. | Chenglong Shen Tianci Jiang Qing Lou Wenbo Zhao Chaofan Lv Guangsong Zheng Hangrui Liu Pengfei Li Lingling Dai Kaikai Liu Jinhao Zang Feng Wang Lin Dong Songnan Qu Zhe Cheng Chongxin Shan | 2022 | SmartMat2022,3,2: | 1
Electronic exoneuron based on liquid metal for the quantitative sensing of the augmented somatosensory system显示文摘The increasing demands in augmented somatosensory have promoted quantitative sensing to be an emerging need for athletic training/performance evaluation and physical rehabilitation.Neurons for the somatosensory system in the human body can capture the information of movements in time but only qualitatively. This work presents an electronic Exo-neuron(EEN)that can spread throughout the limbs for realizing augmented somatosensory by recording both muscular activity and joint motion quantitatively without site constraints or drift instability, even in strenuous activities.Simply based on low-cost liquid metal and clinically used adhesive elastomer, the EEN could be easily fabricated in large areas for limbs. It is thin(~120μm),soft,stretchable(>500%),and conformal and further shows wide applications in sports, rehabilitation, health care, and entertainment. | Jin Shang Lixue Tang Kaiqi Guo Shuaijian Yang Jinhao Cheng Jiabin Dou Rong Yang Mingming Zhang Xingyu Jiang | 2023 | Microsystems & Nanoengineering2023,9,5: | 0
Whether the Microemulsion is a Nano-pesticide: Exploration from the Perspective of Particle Size and Morphology显示文摘[Objectives] The paper was to explore whether the microemulsion is a nano-pesticide. [Methods] Several microemulsions commonly available on the market were studied from the perspective of particle size and morphological characteristics. With ZIF nano-pesticide prepared earlier as the control, the changes in particle size of microemulsions diluted at different concentrations and the microscopic morphology of dispersed particles were tested and compared by dynamic light scattering laser particle size analyzer combined with scanning electron microscope. [Results] Conventional microemulsions were in dynamic equilibrium, and the particle size changed irregularly after dilution at different concentrations. Especially under scanning electron microscope, the particle distribution of pesticide-bearing droplets were uneven after drying, with aggregation and precipitation of large particles, while the particle size of nano-pesticide changed little after dilution at different concentrations, ranging from 1 to 300 nm. Moreover, the microscopic morphology of nano-pesticide observed under scanning electron microscope was in monodisperse nano state, without aggregation. [Conclusions] The particle size measured by dynamic light scattering alone can not judge whether the microemulsion is a nanometer pesticide, and it is necessary to observe the microscopic disperse state and particle size distribution with the help of electron microscopy. | Jingli CHENG Wenlong LIANG Jiadong ZHANG Qiuyu XIONG Jinhao ZHAO | 2022 | Plant Diseases and Pests2022,13,6: | 0
