| 1 | Estimated evolutionary tempo of East Asian gobionid fishes (Teleostei:Cyprinidae) from mitochondrial DNA sequence data显示文摘The rapid development of molecular phylogenetic analysis has provided a new path to investigate the tempo of evolution.In this work,a rather complete molecular phylogeny of the East Asian gobionid fishes was constructed based on mtDNA cytochrome b gene sequences.Molecular clock analysis was then applied to investigate the speciation tempo of this group.The phylogenetic analysis revealed four major groups that were in agreement with previous studies.Lineage numbers plotted over time indicate that gobionid lineages increased in an exponential mode with the equation expressed as y=87.562×e 0.1141x,where y is the number of lineages and x represents the geological time,and 0 < x ≤ 30,1≤ y ≤ 65.The speciation rate of gobionid fishes calculated by LASER program was inconstant.Peaks of speciation were identified and found approximately to be coincident with East Asian geological events,such as uplifts of the Tibetan plateau and formation of the monsoon system. | LIU HuanZhang YANG JinQuan TANG QiongYing | 2010 | Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,15: | 6 |
| 2 | Effect of tempering temperature on the mechanical properties and microstructure of an copper-bearing low carbon bainitic steel显示文摘The effect of tempering temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ultra-high strength,copper- bearing,low-carbon bainitic steel has been investigated in the experiment.The results showed that the microstructure was mainly the laths of bainite in the as-quenched steel.The bainitic laths were restored and combined after the steel tempered at various tempera- tures.There were martensite/austenite(M/A)islands and numerous dislocations within and between the bainitic laths,while very fine precipitates ofε-Cu were also observed within the laths.With increasing the tempered temperature from 400 to 600℃,the yield strength(YS)increased from 877 to 957 MPa,whereas the ultimate tensile strength(UTS)decreased from 1020 to 985 MPa.The Charpy V-notch(CVN)varied from 68.5 to 42 J,and the value was minimal for the steel tempered at 500℃. | Aimin Guo Xinli Song Jinquan Tang Zexi Yuan | 2008 | Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing2008,15,1: | 6 |
| 3 | Safety,tolerability,and pharmacokinetics of BAT8001 in patients with HER2-positive breast cancer:An open-label,dose-escalation,phase I study显示文摘Background:The introductions of anti-human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(HER2)agents have significantly improved the treatment outcome of patients with HER2-positive breast cancer.BAT8001 is a novel antibodydrug conjugate targeting human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(HER2)-expressing cells composed of a trastuzumab biosimilar linked to the drug-linker Batansine.This dose-escalation,phase I study was designed to assess the safety,tolerability,pharmacokinetics,and preliminary anti-tumor activity of BAT8001 in patients with HER2-positive locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer.Methods:This trial was conducted in subjects with histologically confirmed HER2-positive breast cancer(having evaluable lesions and an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status of 0 or 1)using a 3+3 design of escalating BAT8001 doses.Patients received BAT8001 intravenously in a 21-day cycle,with dose escalation in 5 cohorts:1.2,2.4,3.6,4.8,and 6.0 mg/kg.The primary objective was to evaluate the safety and tolerability of BAT8001.Preliminary activity of BAT8001 was also assessed as a secondary objective.Results:Between March 2017 to May 2018,29 HER2-positive breast cancer patients were enrolled.The observed dose-limiting toxicities were grade 4 thrombocytopenia and grade 3 elevated transaminase.The maximum tolerated dose was determined to be 3.6 mg/kg.Grade 3 or greater adverse events(AEs)occurred in 14(48.3%)of 29 patients,including thrombocytopenia in 12(41.4%)patients,aspartate aminotransferase increased in 4(13.8%)patients,γ-glutamyl transferase increased in 2(6.9%)patients,alanine aminotransferase increased in 2(6.9%)patients,diarrhea in 2(6.9%)patients.Objective response was observed in 12(41.4%,95%confidence interval[CI]=23.5%-61.1%)and disease control(including patients achieving objective response and stable disease)was observed in 24(82.8%,95%CI=64.2%-94.2%)patients.Conclusions:BAT8001 demonstrated favorable safety profiles,with promising anti-tumor activity in patients with HER2-positive locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer.BAT8001 has the potential to provide a new therapeutic option in patients with metastatic HER2-positive breast cancer. | Ruoxi Hong Wen Xia Liye Wang Kaping Lee Qianyi Lu Kuikui Jiang Shengfeng Li Jinquan Yu Jin Wei Weijia Tang Danyang Zhou Xin An Jiajia Huang Cong Xue Xiwen Bi Yanxia Shi Zhongyu Yuan Fei Xu Shusen Wang | 2021 | Cancer Communications2021,41,2: | 2 |

| 6 | Macro-evolutionary patterns of East Asian opsariichthyin-xenocyprinin-cultrin fishes related to the formation of river and river-lake environments under monsoon climate显示文摘Although the East Asian monsoon is believed to be an important driver for the origin and evolution of the biotas in this region,the association has rarely been rigorously tested.Here,using phylogenetic comparative methods and analyses of key innovations of adaptive traits,we investigated evolutionary patterns of the East Asian cyprinid opsariichthyin-xenocyprinin-cultrin clade;the dominant species in lakes and rivers,which are the typical productions of monsoon climate.Our molecular phylogenetic analyses revealed the relationships as(Opsariichthystribe t(((Oxygaster-tribe t Aphyocypris-tribe)t Metzia-tribe)t(Paralaubuca-tribe t(Squaliobarbus-tribe t(Hypophthalmichthys-tribe t(xenocyprinins t cultrins)))))).Based on Bayesian relaxed-clock methods,we found that origins of the Squaliobarbus-and Hypophthalmichthys-tribes bearing the key adaptation of riverine spawning with drifting eggs occurred 22.5 and 21.1 Mya,respectively.These times are consistent with the Early Miocene origin of major rivers(e.g.,Yangtze River)and the appearance of the East Asian monsoon climate.Diversification of the cultrins,characterized by spawning of adhesive eggs as well as swimming and feeding in lentic waters,were estimated to have evolved 16.6 to 0.2 Mya.This period covers three phases of enhancement of the East Asian monsoon from the Middle Miocene to the Pliocene(around 15–13,10–7,and 3.5 Mya).The habitats of these cultrins and their evolution also suggest the appearance and development of a lake-river environment during those periods.Therefore,our results suggest close relationships between the evolution of these fishes and geological events in East Asia.Further,they provide knowledge that may help facilitate future conservation strategies such as the maintenance of high river flows during dam construction and operation. | Peilin Cheng Dan Yu Qiongying Tang Jinquan Yang Yiyu Chen Huanzhang Liu | 2022 | Water Biology and Security2022,1,2: | 1 |
