2Recent Advances in Closed Loop Spray Cooling and its Application in Airborne Systems显示文摘In recent years,the problem of heat dissipation in airborne directed energy weapons has attracted considerable research interest.Spray cooling can be applied to cool airborne directed energy weapons,owing to its several advantages such as a large heat transfer coefficient,absence of boiling hysteresis and uniform surface temperature.To examine the potential of an airborne spray cooling system,the typical high heat flux dissipation methods were compared,and the state of the art research on spray cooling was reviewed.This review was focused on studies related to the spray cooling hydrodynamic mechanism,experimental studies of closed loop spray cooling,numerical simulation studies about spray cooling and the identification of the factors influencing spray cooling systems,and investigations related to the multiple nozzle spray cooling technology and heat transfer correlation predictions.Overall,there is a need for further research to investigate the failure phenomenon after the critical state,matching operation of the total system and microscopic characteristics of airborne specific parameters.XU Xinjie WANG Yu JIANG Yanlong LIU Jinxiang YUAN Xiaolei 2021Journal of Thermal Science2021,30,1:3

7Effectively improving the extreme-pressure capacity of a class of intercalated zirconium phosphate materials显示文摘We studied different long-chain ammonium ions intercalated zirconium phosphate α-ZrP, methylamine intercalated ZrP(MAZrP), tetramethylammonium hydroxide intercalated ZrP(TMAH-ZrP), dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide intercalated ZrP(DTAB-ZrP), and stearyl trimethyl ammonium bromide intercalated ZrP(STAB-ZrP) as grease co-additives in combination with isobutylene sulfide(SIB). The grease with co-additives displayed excellent extreme-pressure and anti-wear performance.Moreover, the combination of the longest chain ammonium ion intercalated zirconium phosphate, STAB-ZrP/SIB, had the best tribological properties. In comparison to α-ZrP, the advantage of STAB-ZrP was that it did not form a large area of the dense physical film like α-ZrP on the worn surface, but rather gave the SIB a chance to contact with the fresh metal surface to generate a chemical film. Therefore, the sub-micron physical film and nanoscale chemical film always exist side by side on the contact surface during the friction process. 10Ischemia-reperfusion injury:molecular mechanisms and therapeutic targets显示文摘Ischemia-reperfusion(I/R)injury paradoxically occurs during reperfusion following ischemia,exacerbating the initial tissue damage.The limited understanding of the intricate mechanisms underlying I/R injury hinders the development of effective therapeutic interventions.The Wnt signaling pathway exhibits extensive crosstalk with various other pathways,forming a network system of signaling pathways involved in I/R injury.This review article elucidates the underlying mechanisms involved in Wnt signaling,as well as the complex interplay between Wnt and other pathways,including Notch,phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B,transforming growth factor-β,nuclear factor kappa,bone morphogenetic protein,N-methyl-D-aspartic acid receptor-Ca2+-Activin A,Hippo-Yes-associated protein,toll-like receptor 4/toll-interleukine-1 receptor domain-containing adapter-inducing interferon-β,and hepatocyte growth factor/mesenchymal-epithelial transition factor.In particular,we delve into their respective contributions to key pathological processes,including apoptosis,the inflammatory response,oxidative stress,extracellular matrix remodeling,angiogenesis,cell hypertrophy,fibrosis,ferroptosis,neurogenesis,and blood-brain barrier damage during I/R injury.Our comprehensive analysis of the mechanisms involved in Wnt signaling during I/R reveals that activation of the canonical Wnt pathway promotes organ recovery,while activation of the non-canonical Wnt pathways exacerbates injury.Moreover,we explore novel therapeutic approaches based on these mechanistic findings,incorporating evidence from animal experiments,current standards,and clinical trials.The objective of this review is to provide deeper insights into the roles of Wnt and its crosstalk signaling pathways in I/R-mediated processes and organ dysfunction,to facilitate the development of innovative therapeutic agents for I/R injury.Meng Zhang Qian Liu Hui Meng Hongxia Duan Xin Liu Jian Wu Fei Gao Shijun Wang Rubin Tan Jinxiang Yuan 2024Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2024,9,2:0
