| 1 | Synthesis of multifunctional monomers from rosin for the properties enhancement of soybean-oil based thermosets显示文摘Two kinds of rosin derivatives,(2-hydroxy-3-(methacryloyloxy)propyl 7-isopropyl-l,4a-dimethyl-1,2,3,4,4a,4b,5,6,10,10adecahydrophenanthrene-1-carboxylate)(HMPIDDC) and(((7-isopropyl-1,4a-dimethyl-1,2,3,4,4a,9,10,10a-octahydrophenanthren-l-yl)methyl)azanediyl)bis(2-hydroxypropane-3,l-diyl)bis(2-methylacrylate)(IDOMAHM) were synthesized under mild and easy to implement conditions.The two derivatives were employed as the rigid monomers to copolymerize with acrylated epoxidized soybean oil(AESO),as so to improve the performance of the cured resins.The chemical structures of HMPIDDC and IDOMAHM were confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) and Fourier Transform Infrared(FT-IR) before copolymerization.The curing behaviors of pristine AESO,AESO/HMPIDDC blend,and AESO/IDOMAHM blend were monitored by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).Moreover,the thermal and mechanical properties of the cured resins were evaluated by universal mechanical testing,dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).The results demonstrated that after the introduction of HMPIDDC and IDOMAHM,the glass transition temperature and mechanical properties of the copolymerized resin were significantly increased.In one word,HMPIDDC and IDOMAHM showed dramatic potential to be used as bio-based compounds to improve the properties of soybean-oil based thermosets. | LIU Yuan LI Chao DAI JinYue JIANG YanHua LIU XiaoQing ZHU Jin | 2017 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2017,60,9: | 3 |
| 2 | Implantable blood clot loaded with BMP-2 for regulation of osteoimmunology and enhancement of bone repair显示文摘The treatment of large-area bone defects still faces many difficulties and challenges.Here,we developed a blood clot delivery platform loaded with BMP-2 protein(BMP-2@BC)for enhanced bone regeneration.Blood clot gel platform as natural biomaterials can be engineered from autologous blood.Once implanted into the large bone defect site,it can be used for BMP-2 local delivery,as well as modulating osteoimmunology by recruiting a great number of macrophages and regulating their polarization at different stages.Moreover,due to the deep-red color of blood clot gel,mild localized hyperthermia under laser irradiation further accelerated bone repair and regeneration.We find that the immune niche within the bone defect microenvironment can be modulated in a controllable manner by the blood clots implantation and laser treatment.We further demonstrate that the newly formed bone covered almost 95%of the skull defect area by our strategy in both mice and rat disease models.Due to the great biocompatibility,photothermal potential,and osteoimmunomodulation capacity,such technology shows great promise to be used in further clinical translation. | Qin Fan Jinyu Bai Huajian Shan Ziying Fei Hao Chen Jialu Xu Qingle Ma Xiaozhong Zhou Chao Wang | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,11: | 2 |

| 7 | The role of glutathione-mediated triacylglycerol synthesis in the response to ultra-high cadmium stress in Auxenochlorella protothecoides显示文摘Under ultra-high cadmium(Cd)stress,large amounts of glutathione are produced in Auxenochlorella protothecoides UTEX 2341,and the lipid content increases significantly.Glutathione is the best reductant that can effectively remove Cd,but the relationship between lipid accumulation and the cellular response to Cd stress has not been ascertained.Integrating analyses of the transcriptomes and lipidomes,the mechanism of lipid accumulation to Cd tolerance were studied from the perspectives of metabolism,transcriptional regulation and protein glutathionylation.Under Cd stress,basic metabolic pathways,such as purine metabolism,translation and pre-m RNA splicing process,were inhibited,while the lipid accumulation pathway was significantly activated.Further analysis revealed that the transcription factors(TFs)and genes related to lipid accumulation were also activated.Analysis of the TF interaction sites showed that ABI5,MYBrel and NF-YB could further regulate the expression of diacylglycerol acyltransferase through glutathionylation/deglutathionylation,which led to increase of the triacylglycerol(TAG)content.Lipidomes analysis showed that TAG could help maintain lipid homeostasis by adjusting its saturation/unsaturation levels.This study for the first time indicated that glutathione could activate TAG synthesis in microalga A.protothecoides,leading to TAG accumulation and glutathione accumulation under Cd stress.Therefore,the accumulation of TAG and glutathione can confer resistance to high Cd stress.This study provided insights into a new operation mode of TAG accumulation under heavy metal stress. | Chao Xing Jinyu Li Sin Man Lam Hongli Yuan Guanghou Shui Jinshui Yang | 2021 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,10: | 1 |

| 10 | Experimental and Theoretical Study on Thermal Stability of Mixture R1234ze(E)/R32 in Organic Rankine Cycle显示文摘The use of Organic Rankine Cycle(ORC)for renewable energy utilization and industrial waste heat recovery is currently attracting growing attention.The working fluids in ORC may face thermally decompose during the working process.The thermal stability and pyrolysis mechanism of R1234ze(E)/R32 mixtures was studied by ReaxFF-MD simulations and DFT calculation.The experimental results indicated that the pyrolysis temperature range is 230℃-250℃ for R1234ze(E),270℃-290℃ for R32 and 230℃-250℃ for R1234ze(E)/R32 mixtures.The cleavage of C-H,C-C bond is the main decomposition pathway of pure R32,R1234ze(E),respectively.The decomposition rate of R32 is significantly slower than that of R1234ze(E).In the mixture R1234ze(E)/R32,R1234ze(E)can significantly promote the decomposition of R32,while R32 has a slight inhibitory effect on the decomposition of R1234ze(E).The CF3 radicals generated by the decomposition of R1234ze(E)significantly reduced the energy barrier of R32 decomposition and promoted the decomposition rate of R32.The H and F radical in the system is more inclined to react with R32 than R1234ze(E)due to their lower energy barrier.The increase of the pressure and mass ratio of R1234ze(E)in the mixture system has a great promoting effect on the pyrolysis of the mixtures. | LIU Jinyu LIU Yu LIU Chao XIN Liyong YU Wei | 2023 | Journal of Thermal Science2023,32,4: | 0 |

| 14 | Pollution characteristics and risk assessment of organophosphate esters in aquaculture farms and natural water bodies adjacent to the Huanghe River delta显示文摘To date,little attention has been paid to the effects of organophosphate esters(OPEs)pollution on aquacultural environment and aquatic product safety.Huanghe(Yellow)River delta area is one of the largest aquaculture centers in China,where ecological security protection is crucial in the national strategy of China.To explore the pollution characteristics,bioaccumulation,and health risks of OPEs in aquaculture farms in the Huanghe River delta and natural water bodies in the adjacent seas,five species of organisms from different farm types nearby the Huanghe River delta,and the corresponding culture water and sediments were sampled in this study.The total concentrations of Σ_(13)OPEs in water,sediments,and organisms were 51.53-272.18 ng/L,52.63-63.17 ng/g dry weight(dw),and 46.82-108.90 ng/g dw,respectively.Among the five types of culture ponds,the water samples from the swimming crab and hairy crab culture ponds exhibited higher OPEs,the concentration of OPEs in the sediments from the few ponds was relatively balanced,and the OPEs in the organism from the holothurian ponds was higher.Tris(1,3-dichloro-2-isopropyl pho sphate)(TDCP)was the main contaminant in water samples and tripropyl phosphate(TPrP)in sediments and organisms.However,trisphenyl phosphate(TPhP)showed the strongest bioaccumulation ability,followed by 2-ethylhexyl diphenyl phosphate(EHDPP)and TPrP.The bioaccumulation capacities of the five species were as follows:prawn>holothurian>hairy crab>swimming crab>carp.These five types of organisms,as main seafood in human consumption,were at low risk of negative impacts of pollution.However,the risk from the mixture of organophosphate flame retardants(OPFRs)still requires more attention due to the increasing consumption and production in the world. | Jinyu CHAO Song FENG Yingdong HAO Jianing LIN Bin ZHANG | 2023 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2023,41,1: | 0 |
| 15 | High-temperature oxidation mechanism of ZrCoSb-based half-Heusler thermoelectric compounds显示文摘ZrCoSb-based half-Heusler(HH)compounds are among the most promising thermoelectric(TE)materials for high-temperature power generation.Oxidation resistance is one of the key issues for realizing the practical application of TE materials for long-term service in the ambient working environment.In this work,the oxidation behavior of Zr_(0.5)Hf_(0.5)CoSb_(0.8)Sn_(0.2)(ZHCSS)half-Heusler is systematically studied in the service temperature range from 873 to 1073 K.It is revealed that three typical layers of oxidation products tend to form on the surface of HH sample,namely,the dense oxide layer(DOL)composed of(Zr,Hf)O_(2) and CoSb,the alternate oxide layer(AOL)composed of repeated(Zr,Hf)O_(2) and CoSb_(2)O_(6)/Co_(3)O_(4),and the CoSb layer between the DOL and AOL.The mass gain during oxidation is mainly caused by the rapid growth of AOL,which is controlled by the outward diffusion of Zr/Hf and the inward diffusion of oxygen.The formation of a continuous CoSb layer and DOL is found beneficial to block the outward diffusion of Zr/Hf.Based on the analysis of the dominant factors on the outward and inward diffusions as well as the reaction activation energy,a simple approach is proposed to improve the oxidation resistance of Zr_(0.5)Hf_(0.5)CoSb_(0.8)Sn_(0.2)by pre-oxidizing the sample in low oxygen pressure to form the dense(Zr,Hf)O_(2) and CoSb layers as oxidation protecting and/or diffusion blocking layers.The oxidation test shows the effectiveness of such pre-oxidation on the formation and growth of the AOL and therefore on improving the service stability of Zr_(0.5)Hf_(0.5)CoSb_(0.8)Sn_(0.2)at high temperatures in the air. | Jinyu Gu Lei Wang Qingfeng Song Chao Wang Xugui Xia Jincheng Liao Yi-Yang Sun Lidong Chen Shengqiang Bai | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,17: | 0 |
