2TZ-Container:protecting container from untrusted OS with ARM TrustZone显示文摘Containers are widely deployed on cloud platforms because of their low resource footprint, fast start-up time, and high performance, especially compared with their counterpart virtual machines. However,the Achilles’ heel of container technology is its weak isolation. For an attacker, jailbreaking into a host OS from a container is easier than attacking a hypervisor from a virtual machine, because of its notably larger attack surface and larger trusted computing base(TCB). Researchers have proposed various solutions to protect applications from untrusted OS;yet, few of them focus on protecting containers, especially those hosting multiple applications and shared by multiple users. In this paper, we first identify several new attacks that cannot be prevented using the existing solutions. Furthermore, we systematically analyze the security properties that should be maintained to defend against these attacks and protect a full-fledged container from a malicious host OS. We then present the TZ-Container, a TrustZone-based secure container mechanism that can keep all these security properties. The TZ-Container specifically leverages TrustZone to construct multiple isolated execution environments(IEEs). Each IEE has a memory space isolated from the underlying OS and any other processes. By interposing switching between the user and the kernel modes,IEEs enforce security checks on each system call according to its semantics. We have implemented TZContainer on the Hikey development board ensuring that it can support running unmodified Docker images downloaded from existing repositories such as http://gffzzb700e51cfd45483bsnqnx5nfqx060699k.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/. 5Characteristics and Clinical Implication of UGT1A1 Heterozygous Mutation in Tumor显示文摘Background:The literature recommends that reduced dosage of CPT-11 should be applied in patients with UGT1 A1 homozygous mutations,but the impact of UGT1 A1 heterozygous mutations on the adverse reactions of CPT-11 is still not fully clear.Methods:A total of 107 patients with UGT1 A1 heterozygous mutation or wild-type,who were treated with CPT-11 from January 2018 to September 2021 in Peking University Third Hospital,were retrospectively enrolled.The adverse reaction spectra of patients with UGT1 A1*6 and UGT1 A1*28 mutations were analyzed.Adverse reactions were evaluated according to National Cancer Institute Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events(NCI-CTCAE) 5.0.The efficacy was evaluated according to Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors(RECIST) 1.1.The genotypes of UGT1 A1*6 and UGT1 A1*28 were detected by digital fluorescence molecular hybridization.Results:There were 43 patients with UGT1 A1*6 heterozygous mutation,26 patients with UGT1 A1*28 heterozygous mutation,8 patients with UGT1 A1*6 and UGT1 A1*28 double heterozygous mutations,61 patients with heterozygous mutation at any gene locus of UGT1 A1*6 and UGT1 A1*28.Logistic regression analysis showed that the presence or absence of vomiting(P=0.013) and mucositis(P=0.005) was significantly correlated with heterozygous mutation of UGT1 A1*28,and the severity of vomiting(P<0.001) and neutropenia(P=0.021) were significantly correlated with heterozygous mutation of UGT1 A1*6.In colorectal cancer,UGT1 A1*6 was significantly correlated to diarrhea(P=0.005),and the other adverse reactions spectrum was similar to that of the whole patient cohort,and efficacy and prognosis were similar between patients with different genotypes and patients treated with reduced CPT-11 dosage or not.Conclusion:In clinical use,heterozygous mutations of UGT1 A1*6 and UGT1 A1*28 are related to the risk and severity of vomiting,diarrhea,neutropenia and mucositis in patients with Pan-tumor and colorectal cancer post CPT-11 therpy.In colorectal cancer,UGT1 A1*6 is significantly related to diarrhea post CPT-11 use,efficacy and prognosis is not affected by various genotypes or CPT-11 dosage reduction.Qian LI Tao SUN Hua ZHANG Wei LIU Yu XIAO Hongqi SUN Wencheng YIN Yanhong YAO Yangchun GU Yan'e LIU Fumei YI Qiqi WANG Jinyu YU Baoshan CAO Li LIANG 2022中国肺癌杂志2022,25,3:0
6High-temperature oxidation mechanism of ZrCoSb-based half-Heusler thermoelectric compounds显示文摘ZrCoSb-based half-Heusler(HH)compounds are among the most promising thermoelectric(TE)materials for high-temperature power generation.Oxidation resistance is one of the key issues for realizing the practical application of TE materials for long-term service in the ambient working environment.In this work,the oxidation behavior of Zr_(0.5)Hf_(0.5)CoSb_(0.8)Sn_(0.2)(ZHCSS)half-Heusler is systematically studied in the service temperature range from 873 to 1073 K.It is revealed that three typical layers of oxidation products tend to form on the surface of HH sample,namely,the dense oxide layer(DOL)composed of(Zr,Hf)O_(2) and CoSb,the alternate oxide layer(AOL)composed of repeated(Zr,Hf)O_(2) and CoSb_(2)O_(6)/Co_(3)O_(4),and the CoSb layer between the DOL and AOL.The mass gain during oxidation is mainly caused by the rapid growth of AOL,which is controlled by the outward diffusion of Zr/Hf and the inward diffusion of oxygen.The formation of a continuous CoSb layer and DOL is found beneficial to block the outward diffusion of Zr/Hf.Based on the analysis of the dominant factors on the outward and inward diffusions as well as the reaction activation energy,a simple approach is proposed to improve the oxidation resistance of Zr_(0.5)Hf_(0.5)CoSb_(0.8)Sn_(0.2)by pre-oxidizing the sample in low oxygen pressure to form the dense(Zr,Hf)O_(2) and CoSb layers as oxidation protecting and/or diffusion blocking layers.The oxidation test shows the effectiveness of such pre-oxidation on the formation and growth of the AOL and therefore on improving the service stability of Zr_(0.5)Hf_(0.5)CoSb_(0.8)Sn_(0.2)at high temperatures in the air.Jinyu Gu Lei Wang Qingfeng Song Chao Wang Xugui Xia Jincheng Liao Yi-Yang Sun Lidong Chen Shengqiang Bai 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,17:0

8Hybrid peroxi-coagulation/ozonation process for highly efficient removal of organic contaminants显示文摘Aromatic compounds such as phenols presented widely in coal chemical industry wastewater(CCW)render the treatment facing great challenge due to their biorefractory characteristics and potential risks to the environment and human health.Ozone-based advanced oxidation processes show promising for these pollutants removal,but the mineralization via ozonation alone is unsatisfactory and not cost-effective.Herein,a hybrid peroxi-coagulation/ozonation process(denoted as PCO)was developed using sacrificial iron plate as an anode and carbon black modified carbon felt as cathode in the presence of ozonation.An enhanced phenol removal of∼100%within 20 min and phenol mineralization of∼80%within 60 min were achieved with a low energy consumption of 0.35 kWh/g TOC.In this novel process,synergistic effect between ozonation and peroxi-coagulation was observed,and beside O_(3) direct oxidation,peroxone played a dominant role for phenol removal.In the PCO process,the hydrolyzed Fe species enhanced the generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS),while•OH was dominantly responsible for pollutant degradation.This process also illustrated high resistance to high ionic strength and better performance for TOC removal in real wastewater when compared with ozonation and peroxi-coagulation process.Therefore,this process is more cost-effective,being very promising for CCW treatment.Shasha Li Jinxin Xie Jinyu Gu Minghua Zhou 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,10:0
9A Multi-Tenant Usage Access Model for Cloud Computing显示文摘Most cloud services are built with multi-tenancy which enables data and configuration segregation upon shared infrastructures.It offers tremendous advantages for enterprises and service providers.It is anticipated that this situation will evolve to foster cross-tenant collaboration supported by Authorization as a service.To realize access control in a multi-tenant cloud computing environment,this study proposes a multi-tenant cloud computing access control model based on the traditional usage access control model by building trust relations among tenants.The model consists of three sub-models,which achieve trust relationships between tenants with different granularities and satisfy the requirements of different application scenarios.With an established trust relation in MT-UCON(Multi-tenant Usage Access Control),the trustee can precisely authorize cross-tenant accesses to the trustor’s resources consistent with constraints over the trust relation and other components designated by the trustor.In addition,the security of the model is analyzed by an information flow method.The model adapts to the characteristics of a dynamic and open multi-tenant cloud computing environment and achieves fine-grained access control within and between tenants.Zhengtao Liu Yun Yang Wen Gu Jinyue Xia 2020Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,8:0
