1The Flavor and Antioxidant Activity Change Pattern of Shrimp Head Paste During Fermentation显示文摘To study the changes of volatile compounds and antioxidant activity of fast fermented shrimp head paste during the fermentation processing,Penaeus vannamei boone head was used as the raw material,and compound starter was added for fermen-tation.During the 14 days of fermentation,the changes of free amino acids,volatile flavor compounds and main components were determined by SPME-GC-MS and electronic nose.The oxidation-resistance changes of water extract at different fermentation stages were evaluated.The results showed that the total free amino acids increased from original 2320 to 5640 mg(100 mL)^(−1).SPME-GC-MS analysis found that aldehydes,pyrazine compounds increased from 10.80%,1.94%to 24.35%,13.63%respectively during the fermentation process.The HO·scavenging ability of shrimp head paste increased from 52%to 86%.Our results showed that the shrimp paste produced from shrimp head fermentation could obtain good flavor and possess certain antioxidant activity of aquatic fermented condiment.YU Jing LU Kuan SUN Jinyuan XIE Wancui SONG Lin CHE Hongxia 2022Journal of Ocean University of China2022,21,1:2
2Cosmic-ray exposure and gas retention ages of the Guang-mingshan(H5) chondrite显示文摘Isotopic compositions of noble gases from the Guangmingshan chondrite were analyzed. Based on the analyses of cosmogenic nuclei, cosmic-ray exposure age of the meteorite is (65±10.0) Ma (3He), (80±12) Ma (21Ne) and (65±10.0) Ma (38Ar), with an average of 70 Ma. This is the highest exposure age of H-group ordinary chondrites. Gas retention ages of K-Ar and U, Th-4He are (4230±100) Ma and (3300±60) Ma, respectively. The smaller ages of 3He than 21Ne and 4He than Ar suggest that both 3He and 4He lost together. 3TRIM28 protects CARM1 from proteasome-mediated degradation to prevent colorectal cancer metastasis显示文摘TRIM28 (Tripartite motif-containing protein 28), a member of TRIM family, is aberrantly expressed and reportedly has different functions in many types of human cancer. However, the biological roles of TRIM28 and related mechanism in colorectal cancer (CRC) remain unclear. Here, we showed that TRIM28 was downregulated in colorectal cancer compared with normal mucosa, especially at advanced stages, and acted as an independent prognostic factor of favorable outcome. Functional studies demonstrated that TRIM28 restrained CRC migration and invasion in vitro and in vivo. Mechanistically, we reported that CARM1 (co-activator-associated arginine methyltransferase1) was a critical player downstream of TRIM28. TRIM28 interacted with CARM1, and protected CARM1 from proteasome-mediated degradation through physical protein-protein interaction to suppress CRC metastasis. Further, TRIM28 suppressed the migration and invasion of CRC cells through inhibiting WNT/β-catenin signaling in a CARM1-dependent manner, but independent of CARM1′s methyltransferase activity. The protein expression of CARM1 was positively correlated with TRIM28 in CRC tissues. Patients with high levels of TRIM28 and CARM1 had improved prognosis, whereas patients with low TRIM28 and CARM1 expression had the poor outcomes. Thus, our study reveals an inhibitory role of TRIM28 in CRC metastasis, which was achieved through a TRIM28-CARM1-WNT/β-catenin axis. 5Quantitative estimation and spatial reconstruction of urban and rural construction land in Jiangsu Province, 1820-1985显示文摘Land cover is the most evident landscape signal to characterize the influence of human activities on terrestrial ecosystems.Since the industrial revolution,the expansion of construction land has profoundly changed the status of land use coverage and changes.This study is proposed to reconstruct the spatial pattern of construction land(urban construction land and rural settlement land)for five historical periods over the past 200 years in Jiangsu Province with 200 m′200 m grids on the basis of quantitative estimation.Urban construction land is estimated based on data about city walls,four gates along walls,and other socio-economic factors.Rural settlement land is calculated based on the rural population and per capita housing allowance.The spatial pattern of historical construction land is simulated based on the distribution of modern construction land in 1985 with a quantitative-boundarysuitability control method and thorough consideration over connectivity of different land use types.The study concludes that:(1)the amount of construction land in Jiangsu Province is estimated at 963.46 km^2 in 1820,1043.46 km^2 in 1911,1672.40 km^2 in 1936,1980.34 km^2 in1952 and 10,687.20 km^2 in 1985;and(2)the spatial distribution of construction land features the great proclivity to water bodies and main roads and the strong polarization of existent residence.The results are verified directly and indirectly by applying the trend verification of construction land changes and patterns,the correlation analysis between rural settlement land and local arable land,and quantitative accuracy test of the reconstructed construction land to actual historical survey maps covering four sample regions in 1936.XIE Jinyuan JIN Xiaobin LIN Yinan CHENG Yinong YANG Xuhong BAI Qing ZHOU Yinkang 2017Journal of Geographical Sciences2017,27,10:1

7A survey of real-time rendering on Web3D application显示文摘Background In recent years, with the rapid development of mobile Internet and Web3D technologies, a large number of web-based online 3D visualization applications have emerged. Web3D applications, including Web3D online tourism, Web3D online architecture, Web3D online education environment, Web3D online medical care, and Web3D online shopping are examples of these applications that leverage 3D rendering on the web. These applications have pushed the boundaries of traditional web applications that use text, sound, image, video, and 2D animation as their main communication media, and resorted to 3D virtual scenes as the main interaction object, enabling a user experience that delivers a strong sense of immersion. This paper approached the emerging Web3D applications that generate stronger impacts on people's lives through “real-time rendering technology”, which is the core technology of Web3D. This paper discusses all the major 3D graphics APIs of Web3D and the well-known Web3D engines at home and abroad and classify the real-time rendering frameworks of Web3D applications into different categories. Results Finally, this study analyzed the specific demand posed by different fields to Web3D applications by referring to the representative Web3D applications in each particular field. 8胃癌细胞色素氧化酶CYP3A4基因多态性与含紫杉醇方案化疗敏感相关性的研究(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of the study was to investigate the relationship between susceptibility of paclitaxel-based regimen and gene polymorphisms of cytochrome oxidase CYP3A4 for advanced gastric cancer. Methods: Peripheral venous blood sample of 53 advanced gastric cancer patients were enrolled to test the mutation of CYP3A4 gene by denaturing high performance liquid chromatography(DHPLC) and DNA sequencing. The relation between the efficacy of paclitaxel-based regimen and CYP3A4 gene polymorphisms was further analyzed. Results: DHPLC indicated that among the 53 patients, 21 cases showed biomodal type(mutation) and 32 cases were of unimodal type(wild-type). Sequencing results showed that the deletion mutation was found at the 27 th basic group of C in exon 10 of CYP3A4 gene. The response rate(RR) and disease control rate(DCR) of wild-type group were 40.6% and 84.4%, while in mutation group they were 33.3% and 85.7%, respectively, with no significances between the two groups(P > 0.05). Of all 53 cases, the median progression-free survival(PFS) was 6.5 months(95% CI: 3.576–9.424 months), and the median overall survival(OS) was 11.0 months(95% CI: 6.955–15.045 months). The median PFS and OS in wild-type group had no differences compared with those in mutation group(7.0 months vs. 7.0 months, P > 0.05; 10.0 months vs. 14.0 months, P > 0.05). Between wild-type and mutation groups, the median PFS of patients applied with oxaliplatin containing regimen and the median OS in patients applied with/without oxaliplatin had no significant differences(P > 0.05), while the median PFS in patients received non-oxaliplatin regime had statistical differences(P = 0.024). The median PFS and OS in patients receiving 3-drug or 2-drug regimes had no correlation with CYP3A4 gene polymorphisms. The adverse effects in the two groups were mild, mainly in grades 1–2. The common adverse effects were anorexia, nausea/vomiting and leucopenia. Conclusion: Deletion mutation was located in the 27 th basic group of C in exon 10 of CYP3A4 gene. 9Efficacy and safety of direct-acting antiviral agent regimens in a real-world cohort of adult Chinese patients with chronic hepatitis C virus infection显示文摘Background and aims:To investigate the safety and efficacy of direct-acting antiviral(DAA)regimens in a cohort of Chinese patients with chronic hepatitis C virus(HCV)infection.Methods:A total of 222 adult Chinese patients were enrolled and treated via DAA regimens in accor-dance with HCV management guidelines.Treatment responses were evaluated 4 weeks after treatment,at the end of treatment(EOT)and 12 weeks post-treatment.Virological responses,biochemical re-sponses,model for end-stage liver disease(MELD)and Child-Pugh(CP)scores were recorded.Results:A total of 218 patients(98.2%)achieved sustained virological response 12 weeks post-treatment and 4 patients relapsed.The combined number of rapid virological responses for all six regimens was 170/222(76.6%),and 221/222(99.6%)had achieved virological responses by the end of treatment.In decompensated cirrhosis patients the baseline mean CP score was 6.8±1.3 and the mean MELD score was 10.1±3.3.Compared with the mean CP score at baseline,the mean score is significantly lower at the end of treatment(5.7±1.3)and 12 weeks post-treatment(5.6±1.0).Estimated glomerular filtration rates did not differ significantly from baseline during the treatment or 12 weeks post-treatment.The incidence of adverse events in patients with chronic hepatitis C and compensated cirrhosis was 42/172(24.4%),and in patients with decompensated cirrhosis it was 8/22(36.4%).The most frequently reported adverse events were elevated indirect bilirubin,fatigue and rash.There were no cases of serious adverse events,death or treatment discontinuation because of adverse events.Conclusion:DAA regimens were highly effective and well tolerated irrespective of HCV genotype,cirrhosis,liver or kidney transplantation,hepatocellular carcinoma,HCV/hepatitis B virus co-infection,or renal failure.Jinyuan Wei Yongyu Mei Jianping Li Jing Yuan Xiaohua Yang Zhen Xu Guoli Lin Juan Zhang Zhixin Zhao Xiaohong Zhang 2020Liver Research2020,4,2:0
10New analytical model of elastic-plastic contact for three-dimensional rough surfaces considering interaction of asperities显示文摘The contact calculation of three-dimensional real rough surfaces is the frontier field of tribology and surface science.In this study,we consider the interaction and elastic-plastic deformation characteristics of asperities and further,propose an analytical contact calculation method for rough surfaces considering the interaction of asperities.Based on the watershed algorithm,the rough surface is segmented and the asperities are reconstructed into ellipsoids.According to the height relationship between the asperities,the definition of the deformation reference height of the matrix between each couple of asperities is provided.Subsequently,the calculation formula of the substrate deformation is provided according to the local contact pressure considering the elastic-plastic deformation of the asperity,and the contact state under a specific load is determined using the iterative correction method.The results correspond with those of finite element numerical calculation and the study reveals the following:(1)compared with the results obtained without considering the asperity interaction,contact area,distance,and stiffness will be reduced by 6.6%,19.6%,and 49.5%,respectively,when the influence of asperity interaction is considered;(2)the interaction of the asperities has the greatest influence on the surface contact distance and stiffness.Under the same load,the existence of asperity interaction will reduce the contact distance,area,and stiffness;(3)considering the interaction of the asperities,the higher asperity will bear more load,but it will simultaneously reduce the contact of the surrounding area and increase that of the distant area.The calculation method proposed in this study has the advantages of high calculation efficiency and accuracy,thus,providing the calculation basis and method for subsequent studies on service performance of rough surfaces,such as the calculation of contact stiffness and fatigue performance analysis of rough surfaces.Yuqin WEN Jinyuan TANG Wei ZHOU Lin LI Caichao ZHU 2022Friction2022,10,2:0
11Prediction and fusion algorithm for meat moisture content measurement based on loss-on-drying method显示文摘The loss-on-drying method has been widely used as a standard approach for measuring the moisture content of high-moisture materials such as solid and semi-solid foods.Loss-on-drying method provides reliable results,whilst usually labor-intensive and time-consuming.This paper presents a novel algorithm for predicting the moisture content of meats based on the loss-on drying method.The proposed approach developed a drying kinetics model of meats based on Fick’s Second Law and designed a prediction algorithm for meat moisture content using the least-squares method.The predicted results were compared with the official method recommended by the Association of Official Analytical Chemists(AOAC).When the moisture content of meat samples(beef and pork)was varied from 69.46%to 74.21%,the relative error of the meat moisture content(MMC)calculated by the proposed algorithm was 0.0017-0.0117,the absolute errors were less than 1%.The testing time was about 40.18%-56.87%less than the standard detection procedure.Jing Ling Jie Xu Haijun Lin Jinyuan Lin 2020International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,4:0

15Synergetic treatment of oxygen microcapsules and lenvatinib for enhanced therapy of HCC by alleviating hypoxia condition and activating anti-tumor immunity显示文摘Hypoxia is a typical characteristic of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC), which causes tremendous obstacles to tumor treatments. Current first-line treatment may further deteriorate tumor hypoxia. For example,Lenvatinib, a receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor(RTKI), suppresses tumor growth via blocking vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) signaling, and can also inhibit angiogenesis, thus limiting oxygen supply to tumor sites. Therefore, alleviating tumor microenvironment(TME) hypoxia holds great potential for enhancing the therapeutic effect of RTKI. Here, nanoparticle-stabilized oxygen microcapsules, a stable and biocompatible oxygen-loaded delivery system, are successfully prepared through interfacial polymerization of polydopamine nanoparticles. The microcapsules with a large loading capacity of oxygen in the core show excellent bioavailability and dispersity, which could effectively improve the hypoxic TME when they serve as oxygen delivery vehicles. Synergetic treatments of Lenvatinib and oxygen microcapsules could induce the transition of “cold tumor” in an immune-suppressed state to “hot tumor” in an immune-activated state by improving tumor hypoxic TME and reducing angiogenesis in HCC. 16雷替曲塞/贝伐珠单抗联合伊立替康或奥沙利铂方案治疗晚期结直肠癌的临床研究(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of the study was to investigate the efficacy and safety of raltitrexed/bevacizumab in combination with irinotecan or oxaliplation for advanced colorectal cancer as the second-line and second-line above treatments. Methods: Fifteen cases of advanced colorectal cancer were enrolled to receive regimens including raltitrexed/bevacizumab combined with irinotecan or oxaliplation. Two cases were treated with raltitrexed + bavacizumab regimen, 9 cases with raltitrexed + bavacizumab + irinotecan regimen, and 4 cases with raltitrexed + bevacizumab + oxaliplation regimen. The doses of the drugs were as follows: bevacizumab 5 mg/kg ivgtt, d1; raltitrexed 2.0 mg/m2 ivgtt 15 min, d2; irinotecan 180 mg/m2 ivgtt 1 h, d2; and oxaliplatin 85 mg/m2 ivgtt 2 h, d2. Two weeks was a cycle for each regimen. Results: The efficacy of the 15 patients could be evaluated. Two cases were in PR,10 cases in SD, 3 cases in PD, the response rate was 13.3%, and the disease control rate was 80.0%. The median progress-free survival was 5.1 months(95% CI: 3.404–6.813 months), and the median overall survival was 11.5 months(95% CI: 8.985–13.930 months). The adverse effects included anorexia, nausea/vomiting, fatigue, leucopenia, thrombocytopenia, etc, and the main 3–4 grades adverse effects were anorexia, nausea/vomiting, fatigue, and thrombocytopenia. Conclusion: Raltitrexed/bevacizumab combined with irinotecan or oxaliplatin as the secondline and second-line above treatments for advanced colorectal cancer has high disease control rates, and the adverse effect is well tolerated. 17Oxygen microcapsules improve immune checkpoint blockade by ameliorating hypoxia condition in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma显示文摘Rationale:Hypoxia in tumor microenvironment(TME)represents an obstacle to the efficacy of immunotherapy for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC)through several aspects such as increasing the expression of immune checkpoints or promoting fibrosis.Reversing hypoxic TME is a potential strategy to improve the validity of immune checkpoint blockade(ICB).Methods:Here,we synthesized polydopamine-nanoparticle-stabilized oxygen microcapsules with excellent stabilization,bioavailability,and biocompatibility for direct oxygen delivery into tumor sites by interfacial polymerization.Results:We observed oxygen microcapsules enhanced the oxygen concentration in the hypoxia environment and maintained the oxygen concentration for a long period both in vitro and in vivo.We found that oxygen microcapsules could significantly improve the efficiency of ICB against PDAC in vivo.Mechanismly,combined treatments using oxygen microcapsules and ICB could reduce the infiltration of tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs)and polarized pro-tumor M2 macrophages into anti-tumor M1 macrophages.In addition,combined treatments could elevate the proportion of T helper subtype 1 cells(Th1 cells)and cytotoxic T lymphocytes cells(CTLs)to mediate anti-tumor immune response in TME.Conclusion:In summary,this pre-clinical study indicated that reversing hypoxia in TME by using oxygen microcapsules was an effective strategy to improve the performances of ICB on PDAC,which holds great potential for treating PDAC in the future.Jiangchao Wu Xun Wang Li Chen Jianing Wang Junlei Zhang Jianghui Tang Yongtao Ji Jinyuan Song Lin Wang Yaxing Zhao Hui Zhang Taohong Li Jianpeng Sheng Dong Chen Qi Zhang Tingbo Liang 2023Bioactive Materials2023,,2:0
