2陆面模拟中植被辐射传输参数化方案研究显示文摘在冠层二流辐射传输模式基础上新发展了一个描述太阳短波辐射在植被中传输的冠层四流辐射传输模式。冠层四流辐射传输模式是在大气辐射传输理论的基础上得到一组描述短波辐射在植被中传输过程的冠层辐射传输基本方程,引进大气中求解辐射传输方程的四流近似解法,并求得冠层四流辐射传输方程的解析解。方程中各项参量能够反映叶子或冠层特殊的几何和光学特征。冠层向上、向下辐射通量取决于冠层散射相函数、叶子在入射光方向投影面积、单个叶子反射率和透射率、叶面积指数以及直射光入射太阳高度角等。四流模式计算叶子水平倾角时对太阳短波辐射的反照率,与二流模式结果比较可以验证模式的理论推导和建模都是正确的:计算结果的比较,表明四流模式在水平叶角分布时计算的冠层反照率与二流模式结果一致,同时直射光从任何太阳高度角入射的冠层反照率结果也一致,从而证明发展的冠层四流辐射传输模式是成功的。模拟试验中将两种模型同时耦合到同一个陆面过程模式中进行比较试验,结果表明,冠层四流辐射传输模式能够得到更精确的植被反照率,从而使得陆面模式计算的地表吸收的净太阳辐射通量更接近于观测值。周文艳 郭品文 罗勇 Kuo-Nan Liou Gu Yu Xue Yongkang 2008气象学报2008,66,3:5

4Four-stream Radiative Transfer Parameterization Scheme in a Land Surface Process Model显示文摘Accurate estimates of albedos are required in climate modeling.Accurate and simple schemes for radiative transfer within canopy are required for these estimates,but severe limitations exist.This paper developed a four-stream solar radiative transfer model and coupled it with a land surface process model.The radiative model uses a four-stream approximation method as in the atmosphere to obtain analytic solutions of the basic equation of canopy radiative transfer.As an analytical model,the four-stream radiative transfer model can be easily applied efficiently to improve the parameterization of land surface radiation in climate models. Our four-stream solar radiative transfer model is based on a two-stream short wave radiative transfer model.It can simulate short wave solar radiative transfer within canopy according to the relevant theory in the atmosphere.Each parameter of the basic radiative transfer equation of canopy has special geometry and optical characters of leaves or canopy.The upward or downward radiative fluxes are related to the diffuse phase function,the G-function,leaf reflectivity and transmission,leaf area index,and the solar angle of the incident beam. The four-stream simulation is compared with that of the two-stream model.The four-stream model is proved successful through its consistent modeling of canopy albedo at any solar incident angle. In order to compare and find differences between the results predicted by the four-and two-stream models, a number of numerical experiments are performed through examining the effects of different leaf area indices, leaf angle distributions,optical properties of leaves,and ground surface conditions on the canopy albedo. Parallel experiments show that the canopy albedos predicted by the two models differ significantly when the leaf angle distribution is spherical and vertical.The results also show that the difference is particularly great for different incident solar beams. One additional experiment is carried out to evaluate the simulations of the BATS land surface model coupled with the two- and four-stream radiative transfer models.Station observations in 1998 are used for comparison.The results indicate that the simulation of BATS coupled with the four-stream model is the best because the surface absorbed solar radiation from the four-stream model is the closest to the observation.周文艳 郭品文 罗勇 Kuo-Nan LIOU Yu GU Yongkang XUE 2009Acta meteorologica Sinica2009,23,1:3

10DeeReCT-APA:Prediction of Alternative Polyadenylation Site Usage Through Deep Learning显示文摘Alternative polyadenylation(APA)is a crucial step in post-transcriptional regulation.Previous bioinformatic studies have mainly focused on the recognition of polyadenylation sites(PASs)in a given genomic sequence,which is a binary classification problem.Recently,computational methods for predicting the usage level of alternative PASs in the same gene have been proposed.However,all of them cast the problem as a non-quantitative pairwise comparison task and do not take the competition among multiple PASs into account.To address this,here we propose a deep learning architecture,Deep Regulatory Code and Tools for Alternative Polyadenylation(DeeReCT-APA),to quantitatively predict the usage of all alternative PASs of a given gene.To accommodate different genes with potentially different numbers of PASs,DeeReCT-APA treats the problem as a regression task with a variable-length target.Based on a convolutional neural network-long short-term memory(CNN-LSTM)architecture,DeeReCT-APA extracts sequence features with CNN layers,uses bidirectional LSTM to explicitly model the interactions among competing PASs,and outputs percentage scores representing the usage levels of all PASs of a gene.In addition to the fact that only our method can quantitatively predict the usage of all the PASs within a gene,we show that our method consistently outperforms other existing methods on three different tasks for which they are trained:pairwise comparison task,highest usage prediction task,and ranking task.Finally,we demonstrate that our method can be used to predict the effect of genetic variations on APA patterns and sheds light on future mechanistic understanding in APA regulation.Our code and data are available at http://gffzz188fe103f8f1460aspfof6bncwncx6voo.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/lzx325/DeeReCT-APA-repo.Zhongxiao Li Yisheng Li Bin Zhang Yu Li Yongkang Long Juexiao Zhou Xudong Zou Min Zhang Yuhui Hu Wei Chen Xin Gao 2022Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2022,20,3:0
11A special o-dialdehyde fluorescent probe simultaneously sensing Hcy,GSH and its application in living cells and zebrafish imaging显示文摘The development of fluorescent probes enabling to distinguish Cys,Hcy and GSH has always been a considerable challenge,in particular the distinction of Hcy and other two biothiols,because Hcy has a very similar structure with Cys and a relatively lower concentration in living organisms.In this work,a special o-dialdehyde fluorescent probe,quinoline-2,3-dicarboxaldehyde(QDA),has been synthesized and demonstrated superior performance in differentiating detection of Hcy and GSH,which is different from the previous reported o-dialdehyde probes specifically detecting GSH.Furthermore,the probe can selectively distinguish Hcy and GSH from different signal channels in living cells and zebrafish,meaning it has great potential in biological applications.This finding will provide a novel idea for the design of fluorescent probes to distinguish biothiols.Yongbin Zhang Yu Zhang Yongkang Yue Jianbin Chao Fangjun Huo Caixia Yin 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,9:0

13Integrated strategy for real-time wind power fluctuation mitigation and energy storage system control显示文摘To address the impact of wind-power fluctuations on the stability of power systems,we propose a comprehensive approach that integrates multiple strategies and methods to enhance the efficiency and reliability of a system.First,we employ a strategy that restricts long-and short-term power output deviations to smoothen wind power fluctuations in real time.Second,we adopt the sliding window instantaneous complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise(SW-ICEEMDAN)strategy to achieve real-time decomposition of the energy storage power,facilitating internal power distribution within the hybrid energy storage system.Finally,we introduce a rule-based multi-fuzzy control strategy for the secondary adjustment of the initial power allocation commands for different energy storage components.Through simulation validation,we demonstrate that the proposed comprehensive control strategy can smoothen wind power fluctuations in real time and decompose energy storage power.Compared with traditional empirical mode decomposition(EMD),ensemble empirical mode decomposition(EEMD),and complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise(CEEMDAN)decomposition strategies,the configuration of the energy storage system under the SW-ICEEMDAN control strategy is more optimal.Additionally,the state-of-charge of energy storage components fluctuates within a reasonable range,enhancing the stability of the power system and ensuring the secure operation of the energy storage system.Yu Zhang Yongkang Zhang Tiezhou Wu 2024Global Energy Interconnection2024,7,1:0
14An In Situ Film-to-Film Transformation Approach toward Highly Crystalline Covalent Organic Framework Films显示文摘Fabrication of highly crystalline covalent organic framework(COF)films with tunable thickness and good substrate adaptability remains a substantial challenge.Here,we have developed an effective approach for fabricating crystalline COF films based on elaborately designed bifunctional A_(2)B_(2) monomers.Typically,amorphous drop-casted monomer[e.g.,1,4-bis(4-formylphenyl)-2,5-bis((4-aminophenyl)ethynyl))benzene(BFBAEB)]films were directly transformed into corresponding highly crystalline BFBAEB-COF film upon in situ vapor-assisted self-polycondensation in high yields(93-97%).The thickness of the BFBAEB-COF film could be modulated readily by varying the monomer concentration.These crystalline COF films could be grown on various substrates,including silicon,indium-doped tin oxide(ITO),glass,and gold.Moreover,such an in situ film-tofilm transformation approach has been demonstrated as versatile and applicable to different A2B2 monomers.This work provides a novel pathway toward homogeneous and highly crystalline COF films,representing a key step forward to explore the application of COFs.Yongkang Lv Yusen Li Guang Zhang Zhongxiang Peng Long Ye Yu Chen Ting Zhang Guolong Xing Long Chen 2022CCS Chemistry2022,4,5:0
15Rapidly separating dissolving microneedles with sustained-release colchicine and stabilized uricase for simplified long-term gout management显示文摘Despite growing prevalence and incidence,the management of gout remains suboptimal.The intermittent nature of the gout makes the long-term urate-lowering therapy(ULT)particularly important for gout management.However,patients are reluctant to take medication day after day to manage incurable occasional gout flares,and suffer from possible long-term toxicity.Therefore,a safe and easy-tooperate drug delivery system with simple preparation for the long-term management of gout is very necessary.Here,a chitosan-containing sustained-release microneedle system co-loaded with colchicine and uricase liposomes were fabricated to achieve this goal.This microneedle system was confirmed to successfully deliver the drug to the skin and maintain a one-week drug retention.Furthermore,its powerful therapeutic potency to manage gout was investigated in both acute gouty and chronic gouty models.Besides,the drug co-delivery system could help avoid long-term daily oral colchicine,a drug with a narrow therapeutic index.This system also avoids mass injection of uricase by improving its stability,enhancing the clinical application value of uricase.In general,this two-drug system reduces the dosage of uricase and colchicine and improves the patient’s compliance,which has a strong clinical translation.Yao Yang Zimu Li Ping Huang Jiachan Lin Jinyuan Li Kexin Shi Jiahui Lin Jingwen Hu Zhuoxian Zhao Yongkang Yu Hongzhong Chen Xiaowei Zeng Lin Mei 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,8:0
