1大兴安岭地区森林火险变化及FWI适用性评估显示文摘根据研究区内及附件气象站每日气温、相对湿度、24小时降水和风速计算1987—2006年大兴安岭每日的加拿大林火天气指数系统(FWI)各组分值。利用空间插值方法,获得1987—2006年所有森林火灾发生日的FWI系统各组分值。大兴安岭林区森林火灾主要发生在落叶针叶林(61.3%)、草地(23.9%)和落叶阔叶林(8.0%),主要火源是雷击火(占57.1%)。4—6月份森林火灾发生时的FWI、FFMC和ISI平均值高。根据1987—2006年FWI组分指数的分布和火发生情况,对森林火险指数进行了分级,低、中、高、很高和极高火险的FWI取值范围分别为0~2.5,2.6~10.0,10.1~18.0,18.1~31.0,≥31.1。FWI对大兴安岭地区森林火险有显著的指示意义,FFMC和ISI对预测火灾的发生与蔓延有较好的指示作用。1987—2001年每年明显有春季和秋季2个火险期,但2002—2006年火险期显著延长。春季火险严重度指数(SSR)波动幅度比较大,夏季SSR和春季SSR有相反的波动趋势,2000—2006年秋季火险严重度明显升高。田晓瑞 Douglas J.McRae Jin Jizhong 舒立福 赵凤君 王明玉 2010林业科学2010,46,5:24
2Community structure and elevational diversity patterns of soil Acidobacteria显示文摘Acidobacteria is one of the most dominant and abundant phyla in soil,and was believed to have a wide range of metabolic and genetic functions. Relatively little is known about its community structure and elevational diversity patterns. We selected four elevation gradients from 1000 to 2800 m with typical vegetation types of the northern slope of Shennongjia Mountain in central China. The vegetation types were evergreen broadleaved forest,deciduous broadleaved forest,coniferous forest and sub-alpine shrubs. We analyzed the soil acidobacterial community composition,elevational patterns and the relationship between Acidobacteria subdivisions and soil enzyme activities by using the 16 S rRNA meta-sequencing technique and multivariate statistical analysis. The result found that 19 known subdivisions as well as an unclassified phylotype were presented in these forest sites,and Subdivision 6 has the highest number of detectable operational taxonomic units(OTUs). A significant single peak distribution pattern(P < 0.05) between the OTU number and the elevation was observed. The Jaccard and Bray–Curtis index analysis showed that the soil Acidobacteria compositional similarity significantly decreased(P < 0.01) with the increase in elevation distance. Mantel test analysis showed the most of the soil Acidobacteria subdivisions had the significant relationship(P < 0.01) with different soil enzymes. Therefore,soil Acidobacteria may be involved in different ecosystem functions in global elemental cycles. 3Numerical Analysis of Nozzle Clearance's Effect on Turbine Performance显示文摘Variable nozzle turbine (VNT) has become a popular variable geometry turbine (VGT) technology for the diesel engine application. Nozzle clearance, which can't be avoided on the hub and shroud side of the VNT turbine due to the pivoting stators, can lead to turbine performance deterioration. However, its mechanism is still not clear. In this paper, numerical investigation, which is validated by experiment, is carried out to study the mechanism of the nozzle clearance's effect on the turbine performance. Firstly, performance of the mixed flow turbine with fixed nozzle clearances tested on flow bench. Performance of the tested turbine with the same nozzle clearance is numerically simulated. The numerical result agrees well with the test data, which proves correct of the numerical method. Then the turbine performance with different nozzle clearances is numerically analyzed. The research showed that with nozzle clearance, flow loss in the nozzle increases at first and it reaches the maximum value when the clearance ratio is 5%. Flow at the exit of the nozzle becomes less uniform with nozzle clearance. The negative incidence angle of the rotor also increases with nozzle clearance and leads to more incidence angle loss in the rotor. The low energy fluid formed in the nozzle due to the nozzle clearance migrates from hub to shroud side in the rotor, which is another main reason for the rotor's performance degradation. 4Effects of residual organics in municipal wastewater on hydrogenotrophic denitrifying microbial communities显示文摘Hydrogenotrophic denitrification is promising for tertiary nitrogen removal from municipal wastewater. To reveal the influence of residual organics in municipal wastewater on hydrogenotrophic denitrifiers, we adopted high-throughput 16 S r RNA gene amplicon sequencing to examine microbial communities in hydrogenotrophic denitrification enrichments. Using effluent from a municipal wastewater treatment plant as water source, COD,nitrate and p H were controlled the same except for a gradient of biodegradable carbon(i.e., primary effluent(PE), secondary effluent(SE), or combined primary and secondary effluent(CE)). Inorganic synthetic water(IW) was used as a control. Hydrogenophaga, a major facultative autotroph, accounted for 17.1%, 5.3%, 32.7% and 12.9% of the sequences in PE, CE,SE and IW, respectively, implicating that Hydrogenophaga grew well with or without organics.Thauera, which contains likely obligate autotrophic denitrifiers, appeared to be the most dominant genera(23.6%) in IW and accounted for 2.5%, 4.6% and 8.9% in PE, CE and SE,respectively. Thermomonas, which is related to heterotrophic denitrification, accounted for 4.2% and 7.9% in PE and CE fed with a higher content of labile organics, respectively.In contrast, Thermomonas was not detected in IW and accounted for only 0.6% in SE. Our results suggest that Thermomonas are more competitive than Thauera in hydrogenotrophic denitrification with biodegradable organics. 5我国东部土壤氮转化微生物的功能分子生态网络结构及其对作物的响应显示文摘农田土壤-植物系统的氮素循环影响了生产力和环境,但土壤微生物之间的相互作用对氮素循环的影响机制仍不清楚,同时这种相互作用如何响应种植作物等管理方式也不明确.本研究在中国东部3个气候带,选择3种典型的地带性土壤类型(寒温带黑土、暖温带潮土和中亚热带红壤)设置不种植(裸地,non-cropping)和种植玉米(cropping)的田间试验,基于高通量基因芯片测定不同土壤共有的氮转化基因(核心氮转化基因),利用随机矩阵方法建立土壤核心氮转化基因的分子生态网络,揭示种植玉米对土壤核心氮转化基因网络结构的影响.研究表明种植玉米增加了土壤中大部分核心氮转化基因的丰度,显著提高了核心氮转化基因网络的复杂程度.网络拓扑结构的模块数由裸地处理的8个增加到种植玉米的28个.裸地土壤核心氮转化基因网络有2个模块枢纽,其关键基因为固氮基因(nifH);种植玉米后网络有9个模块枢纽,其关键基因包含固氮(nifH)和反硝化基因(narG和nosZ).土壤核心氮转化基因的功能分子生态网络结构与植物、气候、土壤等因素显著相关,说明农田管理和环境条件的变化可以通过改变微生物的分子生态网络结构,影响其驱动农田养分循环的功能.汪峰 ZHOU JiZhong 孙波 2014科学通报2014,59,4:15
6Liquid-liquid phase separation in biology: mechanisms,physiological functions and human diseases显示文摘Cells are compartmentalized by numerous membrane-enclosed organelles and membraneless compartments to ensure that a wide variety of cellular activities occur in a spatially and temporally controlled manner. The molecular mechanisms underlying the dynamics of membrane-bound organelles, such as their fusion and fission, vesicle-mediated trafficking and membrane contactmediated inter-organelle interactions, have been extensively characterized. However, the molecular details of the assembly and functions of membraneless compartments remain elusive. Mounting evidence has emerged recently that a large number of membraneless compartments, collectively called biomacromolecular condensates, are assembled via liquid-liquid phase separation(LLPS). Phase-separated condensates participate in various biological activities, including higher-order chromatin organization,gene expression, triage of misfolded or unwanted proteins for autophagic degradation, assembly of signaling clusters and actin-and microtubule-based cytoskeletal networks, asymmetric segregations of cell fate determinants and formation of pre-and post-synaptic density signaling assemblies. Biomacromolecular condensates can transition into different material states such as gel-like structures and solid aggregates. The material properties of condensates are crucial for fulfilment of their distinct functions, such as biochemical reaction centers, signaling hubs and supporting architectures. Cells have evolved multiple mechanisms to ensure that biomacromolecular condensates are assembled and disassembled in a tightly controlled manner. Aberrant phase separation and transition are causatively associated with a variety of human diseases such as neurodegenerative diseases and cancers. 7A buried Neolithic paddy soil reveals loss of microbial functional diversity after modern rice cultivation显示文摘It has been documented that human activities are causing the rapid loss of taxonomic, phylogenetic, genetic and functional diversity in soils. However, it remains unclear how modern intensive rice cultivation impacts the soil microbiome and its functionality. Here we examined the microbial composition and function differences between a buried Neolithic paddy soil and an adjacent,currently-cultivated paddy soil using high throughput metagenomics technologies. Our results showed that the currently cultivated soil contained about 10-fold more microbial biomass than the buried one. Analyses based on both 16S rRNA genes and functional gene array showed that the currently cultivated soil had significantly higher phylogenetic diversity, but less functional diversity than the buried Neolithic one. The community structures were significantly different between modern and ancient soils,with functional structure shifting towards accelerated organic carbon(C) degradation and nitrogen(N) transformation in the modern soils. 9Recent advances and prospects toward blue perovskite materials and light-emitting diodes显示文摘Perovskite based light-emitting diodes(PeLEDs)have become a powerful candidate for next-generation solid-state lightings and high-definition displays due to their high photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY),tunable emission wavelength over the visible spectrum,and narrow emission linewidths.Over the past few years,the development of red-and green-emissive PeLEDs has rapidly increased,and the corresponding external quantum efficiencies(EQE)have exceeded 20%.However,the research progress of blue-emitting PeLEDs is limited by its poor material quality and inappropriate device structure.Currently,the maximum EQE of blue PeLED is only 6.2%,which is far from the industrialization requirements.In order to promote the development of blue PeLEDs,we summarize the recent research progress of blue perovskite materials and LEDs and discuss several fatal challenges,mainly embodied in low efficiency and poor stability.In order to overcome these challenges,detailed analysis and strategies are put forward in terms of the materials and devices.For the former,we summarize the feasible strategy for the preparation of efficient and stable blue-emissive perovskites using component engineering.For the latter,we analyze the advantages and limitations of the different strategies for blue-emissive perovskite in LEDs.At the end of the review,a comprehensive outlook is detailed,including future development directions and several technical problems to be solved.Thus,we aim to highlight the significance and promote the industrialization of PeLEDs.Tao Fang Fengjuan Zhang Shichen Yuan Haibo Zeng Jizhong Song 2019InfoMat2019,1,2:9
10湿地松和马尾松人工林土壤甲烷代谢微生物群落的结构特征显示文摘土壤甲烷代谢微生物影响甲烷的产生和氧化,然而关于林型对土壤中甲烷代谢微生物群落结构影响的研究较少。采用基因芯片GeoChip 3.0研究了湿地松人工林和马尾松人工林土壤甲烷代谢微生物群落结构特征。结果如下,(1)两种林型的甲烷代谢微生物群落结构存在极显著差异(P=0.008),林型能解释其34.9%的变异;(2)产甲烷菌(包含甲基辅酶M还原α亚基基因mcrA的微生物)的优势菌群发生了变化,湿地松人工林的的优势菌为Methanocorpusculum labreanum Z,马尾松人工林的优势菌群除Methanocorpusculum labreanum Z外,还包括产甲烷古菌和Methanosarcina mazei Gol;(3)甲烷营养菌(包含甲烷单加氧酶基因pmoA基因的微生物)的优势菌为Ⅱ型,有3种不可培养细菌只在湿地松人工林检测到,在马尾松人工林中未检测到;(4)mcrA基因丰度或同源基因数量与土壤容重正相关,与土壤粘粒含量呈显著负相关;pmoA基因信号强度或多样性指数与土壤全碳含量、全磷含量和速效氮含量显著正相关。总之,相比本地种马尾松人工林,引进种湿地松人工林的土壤甲烷代谢微生物群落结构发生了显著变化。王芸 郑华 陈法霖 曾静 陈圣宾 Jizhong Zhou , 欧阳志云 2012生态学报2012,32,8:8

12Salivary mycobiome dysbiosis and its potential impact on bacteriome shifts and host immunity in oral lichen planus显示文摘The biodiversity of the mycobiome,an important component of the oral microbial community,and the roles of fungal–bacterial and fungal–immune system interactions in the pathogenesis of oral lichen planus (OLP) remain largely uncharacterized.In this study,we sequenced the salivary mycobiome and bacteriome associated with OLP.First,we described the dysbiosis of the microbiome in OLP patients,which exhibits lower levels of fungi and higher levels of bacteria.Significantly higher abundances of the fungi Candida and Aspergillus in patients with reticular OLP and of Alternaria and Sclerotiniaceae_unidentified in patients with erosive OLP were observed compared to the healthy controls.Aspergillus was identified as an “OLP-associated” fungus because of its detection at a higher frequency than in the healthy controls.Second,the co-occurrence patterns of the salivary mycobiome–bacteriome demonstrated negative associations between specific fungal and bacterial taxa identified in the healthy controls,which diminished in the reticular OLP group and even became positive in the erosive OLP group.Moreover,the oral cavities of OLP patients were colonized by dysbiotic oral flora with lower ecological network complexity and decreased fungal–Firmicutes and increased fungal–Bacteroidetes sub-networks.Third,several keystone fungal genera (Bovista,Erysiphe,Psathyrella,etc.) demonstrated significant correlations with clinical scores and IL-17 levels.Thus,we established that fungal dysbiosis is associated with the aggravation of OLP.Fungal dysbiosis could alter the salivary bacteriome or may reflect a direct effect of host immunity,which participates in OLP pathogenesis.Yan Li Kun Wang Bo Zhang Qichao Tu Yufei Yao Bomiao Cui Biao Ren Jinzhi He Xin Shen Joy D.Van Nostrand Jizhong Zhou Wenyuan Shi Liying Xiao Changqing Lu Xuedong Zhou 2019International Journal of Oral Science2019,11,3:8

Based on the characteristic of noise interfused during the course of sampling vibration signal, independent component analysis (ICA) method is combined with wavelet to de-noise. Firstly, The sampled signal can be separated with ICA, then the function of frequency band chosen with multi-resolution wavelet transform can be used to judge whether the stochastic disturbance singular signal is interfused. 15Poly(amide-6-b-ethylene oxide)/SAPO-34 mixed matrix membrane for CO_2 separation显示文摘In this paper, poly(amide-6-b-ethylene oxide)(Pebax1657)/SAPO-34 mixed matrix membranes(MMMs) were prepared by solvent-evaporation method with acetic acid as a novel solvent. CO2, N2, CH4and H2permeation properties were investigated, and the physical properties of Pebax/SAPO-34 MMMs were characterized by XRD and SEM. At low SAPO-34 content, it was homogeneously distributed in the Pebax matrix, and then precipitated and agglomerated at high SAPO-34 content. The crystallinity of Pebax phase in Pebax/SAPO-34 MMMs decreased initially and then rebounded as a result of phase separation. With the increase of transmembrane pressure difference, CO2permeability was enhanced due to the effect of pressure-induced plasticization. Owing to the happening of stratification, the CO2permeability of Pebax/SAPO-34MMMs(50 wt% SAPO-34) increased to 338 Barrer from 111 Barrer of pristine Pebax, while the selectivities of CO2/CH4and CO2/N2were almost unchanged. 17Perovskite nanocrystals:synthesis,properties and applications显示文摘Halide perovskites have emerged as superstar materials for optoelectronic devices. Besides the fever of research in solar cells, these materials show great promise on light emitting diodes(LEDs), photodetectors and lasers as well. Rapid advances in bulk perovskite materials aroused universal interest for the development of perovskite nanocrystals, inspired by the great progress of classic colloidal semiconductor quantum dots. Perovskite nanocrystals have been synthesized based on solution process and exhibited high luminescence quantum yield, sharp emission peak, and emission color tunability. Significant progresses have been made about the application of perovskite nanocrystals for LED and lasers in recent years. 19Local melting mechanism and its effects on mechanical properties of friction spot welded joint for Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy显示文摘Local melting and the eutectic film and liquation crack formation mechanisms during friction spot welding(FSp W) of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy were studied by both experiment and finite element simulation. Their effects on mechanical properties of the joint were examined. When the welding heat input was high, the peak temperature in the stir zone was higher than the incipient melting temperature of the Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy. This resulted in local melting along the grain boundaries in this zone. In the retreating stage of the welding process, the formed liquid phase was driven by the flowing plastic material and redistributed as a 'U-shaped' line in the stir zone. In the following cooling stage, this liquid phase transformed into eutectic films and liquation cracks. As a result, a new characteristic of 'U' line that consisted of eutectic films and liquation cracks is formed in the FSp W join. This 'U' line was located in the high stress region when the FSp W joint was loaded, thus it was adverse to the mechanical properties of the FSpW joint. 20DEVELOPMENT OF VIRTUAL INSTRUMENT IN CHARACTERISTIC ANALYSIS OF ROTATING MACHINERY BASED ON INSTANTANEOUS FREQUENCY ESTIMATION显示文摘Based on the recently quick-developing time-frequency analysis (TFA) technique and virtual instrument (VI) technique, a virtual instrument in characteristic analysis of rotating machinery is researched and developed successfully. By utilizing instantaneous frequency estimation (IFE) theoretics of TFA technique, and based on IFE of peak searching on the time-frequency spectrum, order analysis (OA) functions is put forward and implemented, such as order spectrum, order spectrum matrix, order tracking, order tracking filtering, and order component extraction, etc. Unlike the home and abroad existing popular characteristic analyzers, which need key phasing devices such as shaft encoder, phase-locked loop (PLL), phase-locked multiple frequency, tachometer, etc, to implement constant angle sampling directly or indirectly, whereas this instrument only uses the vibration signal of rotating machinery to carry out OA. This instrument makes up the shortage of these traditional instruments in analyzing the non-stationary signal of run-up and run-down process of rotating machinery.
