| 1 | Depositional characteristics and petroleum geological significance of wetland显示文摘Wetland is a new type of sedimentary facies proposed for the first time in this paper.It is a type of sedimentary environment,transitional between land facies and water(sea or lake) facies.In this paper,wetland is redefined as 'a type of sedimentary environments whose ground surface is flat and wet throughout the year,which may be covered with very shallow water(less than 2 m deep),and is covered with lush plant growth'.Wetland is reclassified into two types,swamp wetland(swamp in brief) and wet plain wetland(wet plain in brief).Swamp deposits are coal,while wet plain deposits are dark colored mudstones or silty mudstones rich in plant fossils and carbon debris.The deposits of wet plain are different from those of lake and floodplain in the abundance of plant fossils,color,resistivity well logging curve,and other sedimentary characteristics.In boreholes,resistivity logging can be used to distinguish between wet plain mudstones and lake mudstones.Understanding the sedimentary characteristics of wet plain wetland can help to identify wet plain deposits which were formerly classified as floodplain or lake deposits.This will help to reconstruct the palaeogeography and to understand the history of basin and climate evolution accurately,and is especially important in evaluation of the hydrocarbon generating potential of a basin.With the Jurassic Sangonghe Formation of the Yanqi Basin as an example,the identification characteristics of wetland are described. | Jin Zhenkui Gu Junfeng Su Nina Wang Zhaofeng Huang Xiaoping | 2009 | Petroleum Science2009,6,4: | 5 |
| 2 | A NEW ALGORITHM OF RELAXATION METHOD FOR PARTICLE ANALYSIS FROM FORWARD SCATTERED LIGHT显示文摘A new algorithm of the relaxation method is developed for the inversion of forward scattered light to obtain the size distribution of spherical particles. Numerical tests are performed for a laser particle analyzer using the Mie theory and the diffraction approximation. The algorithm efficiency, in the presence of experimental noises, is studied. | 4 | β-Elemene-loaded polymeric micelles intensify anti-carcinoma efficacy and alleviate side effects显示文摘β-Elemene is a volatile oil used for the treatment of cancer,but poor solubility,low bioavailability,and various adverse reactions limit its application.For amelio rating risks of the venous toxicity ofβ-elemene,intravenously injectable micelle ofβ-elemene was prepared using the thin-film hydration method.The results pointed out the micelles were uniformly spherical with about 20.96±0.1966 nm in average diameter and exhibited high entrapment efficiency(99.02%±0.88%).As revealed by drug release studies in vitro,β-elemene micelles had sustained drug release.Compared with freeβ-elemene,the micelles increased the drug cellular uptake and enhanced the anti-tumor effect in vitro through retarding cell cycle and inducing apoptosis.Meanwhile,the elevated se rum stability o fβ-elemene micelles implied less drug leakage and reduced toxicity.The wound healing and tube formation assay in vitro demonstrated the anti-metastasis and anti-angiogenesis effects ofβ-elemene micelles.Moreover,the pharmacokinetics study showed the AUC and T1/2 ofβ-elemene in micelle group were 1.79 and 1.62 times of that in free fi-elemene group,suggesting the circulation time ofβ-elemene in the blood had been prolonged.In addition,β-elemene micelles showed a favorable antitumor response compared with theβ-elemene solution on C26 colon cance r-bearing mice model.Local irritation study investigated in rabbits indicated that theβ-elemene micelles strikingly mitigated the irritation to the injection sites compared with freeβ-elemene.These results proved that the micelle could be a good candidate as an auspicious drug delivery system ofβ-elemene for the prospective clinical treatment of carcinoma. | Qiaoqiao Hu Lan Bai Zejiang Zhu Zhengying Su Peng Bai Minghai Tang Caixia Dou Junfeng Yan Rongsheng Tong Wuyu Zhang Lijuan Chen Lulu Cai | 2020 | Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,3: | 2 |

| 11 | A Topic-Triggered Translation Model for Statistical Machine Translation显示文摘Translation model containing translation rules with probabilities plays a crucial role in statistical machine translation. Conventional method estimates translation probabilities with only the consideration of cooccurrence frequencies of bilingual translation units, while ignoring document-level context information. In this paper, we extend the conventional translation model to a topic-triggered one. Specifically, we estimate topic-specific translation probabilities of translation rules by leveraging topical context information, and online score selected translation rules according to topic posterior distributions of translated sentences. As compared with the conventional model, our model allows for more fine-grained distinction among different translations. | 16 | Dynamic remote monitoring system for plant root growth and water consumption显示文摘In order to improve the level of multi-functional and automatic observation of crop root system growth,a soil column monitoring system was designed to facilitate in situ dynamic monitoring of root growth and water consumption.The system consists of 20 plastic tubular backfill soil columns,each with an inner diameter of 32 cm and height of 300 cm.The crops were planted at the top of the soil column with the surrounding leveled with the ground surface and the site is in a greenhouse.The underground portion of the soil column contains small round windows on the tube through which root growth can be monitored,roots can be pruned and soil samples can be obtained.A multiport serial weighing system was designed and placed at the base of the soil column.Twenty electronic balances were connected to the personal computer through three CP-168U multiport serial cards and RS-232 serial cables.The host software was developed on the browser/server(Browser/Server),and data collection and remote data transmission and data sharing were implemented using the Java programming language and applying Internet data transmission technology and Web application technology.System tests showed a relatively good stability and real-time capability,and with accuracy up to 50 g and the evapotranspiration of each soil column was 0.25-0.65 kg per day.The root-system observation system developed in this study surpassed the traditional method of root-digging sampling and thus provided an alternative that could be used to automatically monitor the root system growth status. | Han Wenting Ju Yutu Wu Pute Dang Gerong Nie Junfeng Su Ki Ooi | 2013 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2013,6,2: | 1 |
