3Effects of the Composition of Electrodeposited Fe-Ni-P Alloy on the Thermostability and Magnetic Properties显示文摘The magnetic properties, structure defects of electrodeposited Fe-Ni-P alloys with various compositions and the thermostability at amorphous state have been studied by DSC, positron annihilation and electronic integrating instrument methods. The results show that the thermostability of amorphous Fe-Ni-P alloys increases with Fe content. Emergence and recrystallization of stable phases defer as the P content of the coating increases. The minimum Hc, Br and Ph occur at 9.4 P (wt pct) content. 4Satellite SAR observation of shallow bottom topography of the east Australia Sea显示文摘A preliminary account of synthetic aperture radar (SAR) imaging mechanisms of oceanic bottom topographic features and a description of the principles of the information extracted from SAR images and the processing and the analysis technology of SAR images are made. Some results were obtained from researching shallow topography and its bathymetric features of the regions of offshore in the east Australia Sea by ERS-1 SAR images. The preliminary research indicates that these features covered with SAR have never been reported before and some results of them are yielded for the first time in Australia. This information is very valuable in a great number of applications to oceanic engineering, shipping navigation, marine fishery and environment, as well as oceanographic research and development. 7Mg(OH)_(2)nanosheets on Ti with immunomodulatory function for orthopedic applications显示文摘Macrophages play a vital role for guiding the fate of osteogenesisrelated cells.It is well known that nano-topography and bioactive ions can directly enhance osteogenic behavior.However,the effects of nano-structure combined with bioactive ions release on macrophage polarization and the following osteogenesis and angiogenesis are rarely reported.Herein,Mg(OH)_(2)films with nano-sheet structures were constructed on the surface of Ti using hydrothermal treatment.The film presented nanosheet topography and sustained release of Mg ions.The results of in vitro culture of bone marrow-derived macrophages(BMDMs),including PCR,western blot and flow cytometry suggested that the nano-Mg(OH)_(2)films were more favorable for macrophages polarizing to tissue healing M2 phenotype.Moreover,air-pouch model confirmed that the nano-Mg(OH)_(2)film coated Ti would induce milder inflammation and thinner fibrous layer in vivo,compared with untreated Ti.Furthermore,macrophages-conditioned culture mediums were collected from nano-Mg(OH)_(2)coated Ti group was superior for the osteogenic behaviors of mice bone marrow stem cells and the angiogenic behaviors of human umbilical vein endothelial cells.With harmonious early inflammatory response and subsequently improved osteogenesis and angiogenesis,the nano-Mg(OH)_(2)coated Ti is promising for orthopedic applications.Yue He Mengyu Yao Jielong Zhou Juning Xie Changxiang Liang Dong Yin Shuaihao Huang Yu Zhang Feng Peng Shi Cheng 2022Regenerative Biomaterials2022,9,1:1

9A Detection Method of WLAN Security Mechanisms Based on MAC Frame Resolution显示文摘Security mechanism detection is not only an important content of vulnerabilities evaluation but also the foundation of key strength test for wireless local area network(WLAN). This paper analyzes the specifications of WLAN security mechanisms and points out the defects in design of security mechanisms detection algorithm based on the standards. By capturing and analyzing a large number of Beacon frames from different vendor's access points(APs),we summarize the relevant fields and information elements in a Beacon frame,and present their values or status when an AP is set to every specific security mechanism. A detection algorithm of WLAN security mechanisms is proposed based on the experimental study result and the pseudo code of a reference implementation for the algorithm is designed. 12Effect of excess Y_2O_3 addition on the physical properties of melt processed YBCO bulks显示文摘The YBCO superconductors with Y2O3 addition were prepared by a modified melt textured process and the effects of excess Y2O3 addition on the physical properties of melt textured YBCO have been investigated. It is found that the melt temperature of YBCO samples decreases drastically with the increasing Y2O3, and the maximum levitation forces are drastically different for samples with different Y2O3 addition. It is also found that the optimal Y2O3 addition to YBCO is about 10wt%. 13Shifting focus from bacteria to host neutrophil extracellular traps of biodegradable pure Zn to combat implant centered infection显示文摘The widespread use of orthopedic implants to support or replace bones is increasingly threatened by the risk of incurable bacterial infections,impenetrable microbial biofilms,and irreversible antibiotic resistance.In the past,the development of anti-infective biomaterials focused solely on direct antibacterial properties while ignoring the host’s immune response.Inspired by the clearance of infection by the innate neutrophil response and partici-pation in anti-infectious immunity of Zn ions,we report an innovative neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)strategy,induced by biodegradable pure Zn,which achieved therapeutic efficacy toward biomaterial-related infections.Our in vitro and in vivo data showed that pure Zn was favorable for NETs formation by promoting the release of DNA fibers and granule proteins in a reactive oxygen species(ROS)-dependent manner,thereby retraining and degrading bacteria with an efficiency of up to 99.5%.Transcriptome analysis revealed that cytoskeletal rearrangement and toll-like receptor(TLR)signaling pathway were also involved in Zn-induced NETs formation.Furthermore,the in vivo results of a Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus)-infected rat model veri-fied that pure Zn potentiated the bactericidal capability of neutrophils around implants,and promoted osseointegration in S.aureus-infected rat femurs.This antibacterial immunity concept lays a foundation for the development of other antibacterial biomaterials and holds great promise for treating orthopedic infections.Feng Peng Juning Xie Haiming Liu Yufeng Zheng Xin Qian Ruixiang Zhou Hua Zhong Yu Zhang Mei Li 2023Bioactive Materials2023,,3:0

15A phase II study on Mefatinib as first-line treatment of patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer harboring uncommon EGFR mutations显示文摘Dear Editor,Uncommon mutations in exons 18-21 of the epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)gene account for 10%–15%of all EGFR mutations when considered as a whole group[1,2].However,each variant confers heterogeneous clinical outcomes to different generations of EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKIs)with G719X,L861Q,and/or S768I showing adequate sensitivity to EGFR inhibition[1–3].Osimertinib,based on its superior survival outcomes,has become the preferred first-line treatment for patients diagnosed with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)harboring common EGFR mutations[4];however,its efficacy in patients harboring G719X,S768I,and/or L861Q mutations was comparable or even inferior to Afatinib[5].Afatinib,a second-generation EGFR-TKI,has received approval for extended clinical indication in treating previously untreated patients with metastatic NSCLC harboring G719X,L861Q,and/or S768I based on the findings from the pooled analysis of three clinical trials(LUX-Lung 2/3/6)[2].The real-world clinical efficacy of Afatinib for treating this patient subset has been consistently demonstrated by two large retrospective studies[6,7].In China,chemotherapy remains a standard first-line treatment for this patient subset,with Afatinib available only as an off-label treatment option.Pingli Wang Liming Cao Panwen Tian Shengxiang Ren Liyun Miao Chengzhi Zhou Yun Fan Yuping Li Dongqing Lv Xin Zhao Mei Yang Chaonan Zhu Bing Yu June Xu Yong Song Kai Wang 2023Cancer Communications2023,43,9:0
