1The linkage maps of Dendrobium species based on RAPD and SRAP markers显示文摘Dendrobium plants are used commonly as tonic herbs and health food in many Asian countries,especially in China.Here we report the genetic map construction of two Dendrobium species with a double pseudo-testcross strategy using random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) and sequence-related amplified polymorphism(SRAP) markers.A F1 mapping population of 90 individuals was developed from a cross between D.officinale and D.hercoglossum.A total of 307 markers,including 209 RAPD and 98 SRAP,were identified and used for genetic linkage group(LG) analysis.The D.officinale linkage map consisted of 11 major linkage groups and 3 doublets,which covered 629.4 cM by a total of 62 markers with an average locus distance of 11.2 cM between two adjacent markers.The D.hercoglossum linkage map contained 112 markers mapped on 15 major and 4 minor linkage groups,spanning a total length of 1,304.6 cM with an average distance of 11.6 cM between two adjacent markers.The maps constructed in this study covered 92.7% and 82.7% of the D.hercoglossum and D.officinale genomes respectively,providing an important basis for the mapping of horticultural and medicinal traits and for the application of marker-assisted selection in Dendrobium breeding program.Dawei Xue Shangguo Feng Hongyan Zhao Hua Jiang Bo Shen Nongnong Shi Jiangjie Lu Junjun Liu Huizhong Wang 2010Journal of Genetics and Genomics2010,37,3:26
2Work-family conflict and job burn-out among Chinese doctors:the mediating role of coping styles显示文摘Background Burn-out among doctors threatens their own health, and that of their patients. To identify risk factors of the doctor burn-out is vital to improving their health and increasing the quality of healthcare services.This study aims to explore the relationship between workfamily conflict(WFC) and burn-out among Chinese doctors and the mediating role of coping styles in this relationship.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted in China, with a questionnaire packet which consisted of the Chinese Maslach Burnout Inventory(CMBI), WFC Scale and the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ). A total of 2530 doctors participated in the survey. Correlation analysis was performed to explore the relationship between CMBI, WFC and SCSQ scores. A linear regression model was set to determine the mediating role of coping styles on the relationship between WFC and burn-out.Results Doctors who had higher scores on work interfering with family conflict, reported more emotional exhaustion(r=0.514, P<0.001) and had a sense of accomplishment(r=-0.149, P<0.001). Simultaneously,family interfering with work(FIW) was positively associated with all dimensions of burn-out(r=0.213,0.504,0.088,respectively, P<0.001). Coping styles had partial, complete and even mediating effects on the relationship between WFC and burn-out among Chinese doctors.Conclusions WFC was correlated with burn-out, and coping style was a mediator in this relationship among Chinese doctors. 7One-step facile synthesis of Pd nanoclusters supported on carbon and their electrochemical property显示文摘Well-crystallized Pd nanoclusters supported on Ketjen Black(KB) were successfully fabricated when Pd wires were served as an electrode pair by a solution plasma technique at atmospheric pressure. The synthesis of Pd nanoclusters was almost simultaneous with their dispersion on KB.Pd nanoclusters with the average diameter of about 2 nm were equably distributed on KB, and showed good electrochemical property corresponding to their obvious characteristic peaks. Multi-scan cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry clarified that as-prepared Pd nanoclusters have better electrochemical stability in alkaline solution than that of in acidic solution. 8Penicillin fermentation residue biochar as a high-performance electrode for membrane capacitive deionization显示文摘Membrane capacitive deionization(MCDI)is an efficient desalination technology for brine.Penicillin fermentation residue biochar(PFRB)possesses a hierarchical porous and O/N-doped structure which could serve as a high-capacity desalination electrode in the MCDI system.Under optimal conditions(electrode weight,voltage,and concentration)and a carbonization temperature of 700℃,the maximum salt adsorption capacity of the electrode can reach 26.4 mg/g,which is higher than that of most carbon electrodes.Furthermore,the electrochemical properties of the PFRB electrode were characterized through cyclic voltammetry(CV)and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)with a maximum specific capacitance of 212.18 F/g.Finally,biotoxicity tests have showed that PFRB was non-biotoxin against luminescent bacteria and the MCDI system with the PFRB electrode remained stable even after 27 adsorption–desorption cycles.This study provides a novel way to recycle penicillin residue and an electrode that can achieve excellent desalination.Jie Liu Junjun Ma Weizhang Zhong Jianrui Niu Zaixing Li Xiaoju Wang Ge Shen Chun Liu 2023Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2023,17,4:0
9Mechanism of ball milled activated carbon in improving the desalination performance of flow-and fixed-electrode in capacitive deionization desalination显示文摘Capacitive deionization(CDI)is a novel electrochemical water-treatment technology.The electrode material is an important factor in determining the ion separation efficiency.Activated carbon(AC)is extensively used as an electrode material;however,there are still many deficiencies in commercial AC.We adopted a simple processing method,ball milling,to produce ball milled AC(BAC)to improve the physical and electrochemical properties of the original AC and desalination efficiency.The BAC was characterized in detail and used for membrane capacitive deionization(MCDI)and flow-electrode capacitive deionization(FCDI)electrode materials.After ball milling,the BAC obtained excellent pore structures and favorable surfaces for ion adsorption,which reduced electron transfer resistance and ion migration resistance in the electrodes.The optimal ball-milling time was 10 h.However,the improved effects of BAC as fixed electrodes and flow electrodes are different and the related mechanisms are discussed in detail.The average salt adsorption rates(ASAR)of FCDI and MCDI were improved by 134%and 17%,respectively,and the energy-normalized removal salt(ENRS)were enhanced by 21%and 53%,respectively.We believe that simple,low-cost,and environmentally friendly BAC has great potential for practical engineering applications of FCDI and MCDI.Ge Shen Junjun Ma Jianrui Niu Ruina Zhang Jing Zhang Xiaoju Wang Jie Liu Jiarong Gu Ruicheng Chen Xiqing Li Chun Liu 2023Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2023,17,5:0
10Basic characteristics of key interfaces in Upper Ordovician Wufeng Formation – Lower Silurian Longmaxi Formation in Sichuan Basin and its periphery,SW China显示文摘Based on anatomy of key areas and data points and analysis of typical features of shell layer in Guanyinqiao Member, basic characteristics of key interfaces, mainly bentonite layers, in the Upper Ordovician Wufeng Formation-Lower Silurian Longmaxi Formation in the Sichuan Basin and its surrounding areas and the relationship between these key interfaces with the deposition of organic-rich shale have been examined systematically. The Wufeng Formation-Longmaxi Formation has four types of marker beds with interface attributes, namely, the characteristic graptolite belt, Guanyinqiao Member shell layer, section with dense bentonite layers, and concretion section, which can be taken as key interfaces for stratigraphic division and correlation of the graptolite shale. The shell layer in Guanyinqiao Member is the most standard key interface in Wufeng Formation-Longmaxi Formation, and can also be regarded as an important indicator for judging the depositional scale of organic-rich shale in key areas. There are 8 dense bentonite sections of two types mainly occurring in 7 graptolite belts in these formations. They have similar interface characteristics with the shell layer in Guanyinqiao Member in thickness and natural gamma response, and belong to tectonic interfaces(i.e., event deposits). They have three kinds of distribution scales: whole region, large part of the region, and local part, and can be the third, fourth and fifth order sequence interfaces, and have a differential control effect on organic-rich shale deposits. The horizon the characteristic graptolite belt occurs first is the isochronous interface, which is not directly related to the deposition of organic-rich shale. 12Study on the optimization of transformation systems in watermelon显示文摘To date,the genetic transformation system of watermelon has remained inefficient.In this study,the genetic transformation system of watermelon mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens was optimized,including different seedling ages,strains of Agrobacterium tumefaciens,concentrations of acetosyringone infected solution,co-culture time,selection pressure of antibiotics timentin and glufosinate,and concentrations of hormones 6-benzylaminopurine,indoleacetic acid and naphthylacetic acid in the corresponding culture medium.Our results suggested that cotyledons would be used as explants,disinfected with 6%sodium hypochlorite for 12 min,cultured for 3 d,and then infected with Agrobacterium inoculum(Agrobacterium EHA105)containing 200μM acetosyringone and 0.02 of final OD_(600).The explants differentiated into adventitious shoots in the medium with 1.5 mg/L 6-benzylaminopurine and 200μM timentin.Positive adventitious shoots were obtained through further screening by 1.4 mg/L herbicide glufosinate-ammonium,and were induced by 0.1 mg/L naphthalene acetic acid into independent plants.Our system improves the genetic transformation efficiency of watermelon and provides a technical basis for continuous acquisition of watermelon transgenic plants.Lihong Cao Wei Wei Junjun Shen Zhongmin Xu Zheng Li 2022Vegetable Research2022,2,1:0
13A Fine Investigation on Geological Conditions for Oil Accumulation in the Paleogene Intersalt Shale Series in the Qianjiang Depression显示文摘This study dealt with the rhythmic Qian 3410 of the intersalt shale series in the Qianjiang Depression,in which the geological condition for oil accumulation in the rhythmic shale was investigated by using the basic drilling,core and well logging data,as well as data obtained from the thin section identification,SEM,mercury injection,X-ray diffraction and rock freezing heat analyses.The study result indicated that:1)the intersalt shale series are characterized by TOC in a range of 0.35%-6.38%(averaging 3.19%),Types I and II1 organic matter,and from immature to mature oil,indicative of a potential for generating a great volume of immature oil;2)in the target layer,mineral compositions are complicated,which can divide into argillaceous dolomite facies,argillaceous limestone facies,dolomitic mudstone facies,and calcium-mirabilite-filling dolomitic mudstone facies;and 3)of them,the argillaceous dolomite facies is the most contributory,with reservoir spaces consisting of intergranular pores as dominant,as well as rare dissolution pores and seams.It is characterized by high organic abundance(4.23%-6.38%),high content of brittle mineral(50%-71%),low content of clay mineral(18%-33%),high porosity(10.8%-26.3%)and good oil-bearing properties(S1 distributed in 3.48-5.64 mg/g,and S1/TOC value in a range of 348-564 oil mg/g).Therefore,the argillaceous dolomite facies was considered the key target series to be explored for the intersalt shale oil in the study area in the coming days.Xiaolong Ju Junjun Shen Shourui Zhong Weihao Zhang Jiaqi Liu Fansong Wei 2019Open Journal of Yangtze Oil and Gas2019,4,4:0
14Application of novel constrained friction processing method to produce fine grained biomedical Mg-Zn-Ca alloy显示文摘In order to obtain Mg alloys with fine microstructures and high mechanical performances,a novel friction-based processing method,name as“constrained friction processing(CFP)”,was investigated.Via CFP,defect-free Mg-Zn-Ca rods with greatly refined grains and high mechanical properties were produced.Compared to the previous as-cast microstructure,the grain size was reduced from more than 1 mm to around 4μm within 3 s by a single process cycle.The compressive yield strength was increased by 350%while the ultimate compressive strength by 53%.According to the established material flow behaviors by“tracer material”,the plastic material was transported by shear deformation.From the base material to the rod,the material experienced three stages,i.e.deformation by the tool,upward flow with additional tilt,followed by upward transportation.The microstructural evolution was revealed by“stop-action”technique.The microstructural development at regions adjacent to the rod is mainly controlled by twinning,dynamic recrystallization(DRX)as well as particle stimulated nucleation,while that within the rod is related to DRX combined with grain growth.Ting Chen Banglong Fu Junjun Shen Uceu F.H.R.Suhuddin Björn Wiese Yuanding Huang Min Wang Jorge F.dos Santos Jean Pierre Bergmann Benjamin Klusemann 2024Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2024,12,2:0
