1Circumjacent distribution pattern of the Lungmachian graptolitic black shale(early Silurian) on the Yichang Uplift and its peripheral region显示文摘Stratigraphic hiatuses of variable time intervals within the Rhuddanian to early Aeronian(Llandovery, Silurian) are identified in the area bordering East Chongqing, West Hubei and Northwest Hunan in central China. Their distribution suggested the existence of a local uplift, traditionally named the Yichang Uplift. The diachronous nature of the basal black shale of the Lungmachi Formation crossing different belts of this Uplift signifies the various developing stages during the uplifting process.The present paper defines the temporal and spatial distribution pattern of the Yichang Uplift, which might be one of the important controlling factors for the preservation and distribution of the shale gas in this region, as it has been demonstrated that the shale gas exploration is generally less promising in the areas where more of the basal part of the Lungmachi Formation is missing.Therefore, better understanding of the circumjacent distribution pattern developed throughout the uplifting process may provide the important guidance for the shale gas exploration. The present work is a sister study to the published paper, 'Stage-progressive distribution pattern of the Lungmachian black graplolitic shales from Guizhou to Chongqing, Central China'. 2Hybrid Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm Based on Entropy Theory for Solving DAR Scheduling Problem显示文摘An efficient task-scheduling algorithm in the Digital Array Radar(DAR) is essential to ensure that it can handle a large number of requested tasks simultaneously. As a solution to this problem, in this paper, we propose an optimization model for scheduling DAR tasks using a hybrid approach. The optimization model considers the internal task structure and the DAR task-scheduling characteristic. The hybrid approach integrates a particle swarm optimization algorithm with a genetic algorithm and a heuristic task-interleaving algorithm. We introduce the chaos theory to optimize initialized particles and use entropy theory to indicate the diversity of particles and adaptively adjust the inertia weight, the crossover probability, and the mutation probability. Then, we improve both the efficiency and global exploration ability of the hybrid algorithm. In the framework of the swarm exploration algorithm, we include a heuristic task-interleaving scheduling algorithm, which not only utilizes the wait interval to transmit or receive subtasks, but also overlaps the receive intervals of different tasks. 3Presence, dissemination and removal of antibiotic resistant bacteria and antibiotic resistance genes in urban drinking water system: A review显示文摘Antibiotic resistance in aquatic environment has become an important pollution problem worldwide. In recent years, much attention was paid to antibiotic resistance in urban drinking water systems due to its close relationship with the biosafety of drinking water. This review was focused on the mechanisms of antibiotic resistance, as well as the presence, dissemination and removal of antibiotic resistant bacteria (ARB) and antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) in the urban drinking water system. First, the presence of ARB and ARGs in the drinking water source was discussed. The variation of concentration of ARGs and ARB during coagulation, sedimentation and filtration process were provided subsequently, in which filtration was proved to be a promising technology to remove ARGs. However, biological activated carbon (BAC) process and drinking water distribution systems (DWDSs) could be incubators which promote the antibiotic resistance, due to the enrichment of ARGs and ARB in the biofilms attached to the active carbon and pipe wall. Besides, as for disinfection process, mechanisms of the inactivation of ARB and the promotion of conjugative transfer of ARGs under chlorine, ozone and UV disinfection were described in detail. 5Ordovician integrative stratigraphy and timescale of China显示文摘In this chapter, starting with a brief review of the research history and current status in the studies of the Ordovician chronostratigraphy in China, the subdivision of the Ordovician System, definition and recognition of its series and stage boundaries, and possible stratigraphic gaps are discussed in details in order to establish a multidisciplinary stratigraphic correlation through an integrated approach including lithostratigraphy, biostratigraphy, radiometric dating, chemostratigraphy and magnetostratigraphy. Being internationally accepted, the Ordovician System is now subdivided into three series and seven stages, in ascending order, Lower(Tremadocian, Floian), Middle(Dapingian, Darriwilian) and Upper series(Sandbian, Katian,Hirnantian). Three of the seven 'Golden Spikes' defining the bases of the Ordovician stages, which were established in 1997–2007, are located in China. As a regionally applied chronostratigraphy, the Ordovician System was subdivided in China into Lower(Xinchangian, Yiyangian), Middle(Dapingian, Darriwilian) and Upper series(Neichiashanian, Chientangkiangian,Hirnantian). This scheme agrees largely with the standard international classification, which can actually be directly applied to China, except for some special circumstances where the Neichiashanian and Chientangkiangian stages of the Upper Ordovician are used. Based on the new studies in recent years and distinctions and differences recognized in the development of the Ordovician System in the constituent terranes of China, a new framework for correlation among the major Chinese palaeoplates or terranes, e.g. South China, North China(including Tarim and Qaidam) and Xizang(Tibet)-western Yunnan, has been established. However, it has been recognized herein that uncertainties still remain on defining the base of the Tremadocian,Dapingian and Katian, and on the correlation between different mega-facies. More specifically, for the Tremadocian, the precise correlation of its base will depend on the better-defined conodont taxonomy, while for the Dapingian and Katian, on the correlation between different mega-facies. It is worthwhile to note that the chemostratigraphic studies of the Ordovician System in China produced the carbonate δ13 C curves for the Darriwilian(Middle Ordovician) and Katian(Upper Ordovician), which show significant differences from the composite global curve. Record of the Ordovician isotopic dating is relatively rare in China, with only three reliable ages from zircons that are all from the upper Katian to Hirnantian of the Upper Ordovician.Abundant bentonite beds in the Upper Ordovician of South China will also provide unique opportunities to advance the isotopic dating and related researches. Studies on the Ordovician magnetostratigraphy need to be significantly enhanced in China, as currently all the available results are restricted to the Lower Ordovician of North China, although they can be correlated with those known from other parts of the world. 7Modulation of nitrate-induced phosphate response by the MYB transcription factor RLI1/HINGE1 in the nucleus显示文摘The coordinated utilization of nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)is vital for plants to maintain nutrient balance and achieve optimal growth.Previously,we revealed a mechanism by which nitrate induces genes for phosphate utilization;this mechanism depends on NRT1.1B-facilitated degradation of cytoplasmic SPX4,which in turn promotes cytoplasmic-nuclear shuttling of PHR2,the central transcription factor of phosphate signaling,and triggers the nitrate-induced phosphate response(NIPR)and N-P coordinated utilization in rice.In this study,we unveiled a fine-tuning mechanism of NIPR in the nucleus regulated by Highly Induced by Nitrate Gene 1(HINGE1,also known as RLI1),a MYB-transcription factor closely related to PHR2.RLI1/HINGE1,which is transcriptionally activated by PHR2 under nitrate induction,can directly activate the expression of phosphate starvation-induced genes.More importantly,RLI1/HINGE1 competes with PHR2 for binding to its repressor proteins in the nucleus(SPX proteins),and consequently releases PHR2 to further enhance phosphate response.Therefore,RLI1/HINGE1 amplifies the phosphate response in the nucleus downstream of the cytoplasmic SPX4-PHR2 cascade,thereby enabling fine-tuning of N-P balance when nitrate supply is sufficient.Zhihua Zhang Zhao Li Wei Wang Zhimin Jiang Liping Guo Xiaohan Wang Yangwen Qian Xiahe Huang Yongqiang Liu Xiujie Liu Yahong Liu Aifu Li Yu Yan Junpeng Xie Shouyun Cao Stanislav Kopriva Legong Li Fanjiang Kong Baohui Liu Yingchun Wang Bin Hu Chengcai Chu 2021Molecular Plant2021,14,3:4
8Specific Recognition of Breast Cancer Cells In Vitro Using Near Infrared-Emitting Long-Persistence Luminescent Zn_3Ga_2Ge_2O_(10):Cr^(3+)Nanoprobes显示文摘In this paper, near-infrared emitting long-persistence luminescent Zn3Ga2Ge2O10:Cr3?(ZGG) nanoparticles with diameters of 30–100 nm and bright luminescence were prepared by a sol–gel synthesis method. After the surface amination, the nanoparticles were further bioconjugated with breast cancer-specific monoclonal antibody(anti-Ep CAM) to form ZGG-Ep CAM nanoprobes which can specifically target breast cancer cell lines(MCF7) in vitro. The results of in vitro images show that the luminescence signals from the cells treated with ZGG-Ep CAM nanoprobes are stronger than those from cells treated with ZGG-unconjugated antibody, indicating that the prepared ZGG-Ep CAM nanoprobes possessed excellent specific recognition capability. Furthermore, due to their long afterglow properties, the imaging could persist more than 1 h. Therefore, these nanoprobes could not only provide a high specificity detection method for cancer cells but also realize the long-time monitoring. 9Variation and heritability of morphological and physiological traits among Leymus chinensis genotypes under different environmental conditions显示文摘Intraspecific trait variation and heritability in different environmental conditions not only suggest a potential for an evolutionary response but also have important ecological consequences at the population, community, and ecosystem levels. However, the contribution of quantitative trait variation within a grassland species to evolutionary responses or ecological consequences is seldom documented. Leymus chinensis is an important dominant species in semi-arid grasslands of China, which has seriously suffered from drought and high temperature stresses in recent decades. In the present study, we measured variation and heritability of 10 quantitative traits, namely the number of tillers, maximum shoot height, number of rhizomes, maximum rhizome length, rhizome mass, aboveground mass, root mass, maximum net photosynthetic rate(Pmax), specific leaf area(SLA), and leaf length to leaf width ratio(LL/LW), for 10 genotypes of L. chinensis under one non-stress(Ck) condition and three environmental stress conditions(i.e., drought(Dr), high temperature(Ht), and both drought and high temperature(DrHt)). Result indicated that(1) the interaction of genotype and environmental condition(G×E) was significant for 6 traits but not significant for the other 4 traits as shown by two-way analysis of variance(ANOVA), suggesting that different selection forces were placed for different traits on the factors dominating phenotypic responses to different environmental conditions. Moreover, these significant G×E effects on traits indicated significantly different phenotypic adaptive responses among L. chinensis genotypes to different environmental conditions. Additionally, individuals could be grouped according to environmental condition rather than genotype as shown by canonical discriminant analysis, indicating that environmental condition played a more important role in affecting phenotypic variation than genotype;(2) by one-way ANOVA, significant differences among L. chinensis genotypes were found in all 10 traits under Ck and Dr conditions, in 8 traits under Dr Ht condition and only in 4 traits under Ht condition; and(3) all 10 traits showed relatively low or non-measurable broad-sense heritability(H_2) under stress conditions. However, the lowest H_2 value for most traits did not occur under DrHt condition, which supported the hypothesis of 'unfavorable conditions have unpredictable effects' rather than 'unfavorable conditions decrease heritability'. 15A New Type of Rare Metal Deposit:The Yushishan Leptynite-Type Nb-Ta Deposit in Eastern Altun,Gansu Province,NW China显示文摘The Yusishan deposit is a newly found leptynite-type niobium and tantalum(Nb-Ta)deposit,which is located in the Eastern Altun of Gansu Province.The leptynite of the Neoproterozoic Aoyougou Formation occurs more than 10 km long and 3 km wide.In this paper,we carried out a detailed study of the leptynite and related mineralization.The U-Pb dating of zircon reveals ages of 831±5 Ma and 790±5 Ma for the unmineralized leptynite and 491±4 Ma and 455±4 Ma for the mineralized leptynite.The petrographic and geochemical evidence identified the protolith of the leptynite as alkalin e volcanic rocks that erupted during Neoproterozoic at ca.830 Ma.At ca.490 Ma,the tectono-magmatic and metamorphic event triggered remobilization and enrichment of Nb-Ta as well as other critical metals(REE,Zr,Hf etc)with the formation of industry orebodies in the leptynite strata.The Yushishan deposit presents many similarities with the alkaline volcanic rocks related rare metal deposits in the south Qinling of China and the Brochman,Toogni and Southern Peak Range deposits in Australian.We therefore propose that the Yushishan deposit is a new type(sub-type)of Nb-Ta deposit and termed as leptynite type that represents the metamorphic counterpart of the alkaline volcanic rocks related rare metal deposits.JIANG SHAOYONG LIU TAO ZHANG HAOXIANG CAO SHUYUN ZHENG RUOHONG LI TONGGUO YU JUNPENG WU YIBU 2022Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2022,96,5:2
16Cloning and expression analysis of the nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2)gene of grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)and the dietary effect of Eucommia ulmoides on gene expression显示文摘Nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2)is an important transcription factor in the regulation of redox homeostasis,which plays a vital role in metabolism,the cell cycle,and cell protection.In this study,the complete cDNA sequence of Nrf2 gene of grass carp was obtained by rapid amplification of cDNA ends-polymerase chain reaction(RACE-PCR),and the characteristics of Nrf2 proteins predicted from gene sequencing were analyzed by bioinformatics methods.Tissue differential expression patterns were also detected by Real-time Fluorescence quantitative PCR(qRT-PCR).Then,Eucommia ulmoides(EU),a traditional Chinese medicine,was added into diet with an inclusion of 2%to feed grass carp for 3 months to investigate the effects on the expression of Nrf2 gene in tissues.The results showed that the full-length of Nrf2 gene of grass carp is 2760 bp,encoding 593 amino acids,and the predicted Nrf2 protein is a hydrophilic and non-secretory protein.Grass carp Nrf2 gene showed higher expression in kidney,gill,liver,spleen,and blood tissues than in other tissues.In the feeding trial,dietary EU significantly promoted the Nrf2 mRNA expression in kidney,gill,and liver tissues after three months feeding.The results suggest that Nrf2 plays an important role in the anti-oxidative capacity of grass carp and its expression is enhanced by dietary EU.Junpeng Wang Jun Xie Zhihan Tu Jing Wei Wenqian Pan Jing Hu Yi Zhang Xiangjun Leng Xiaoqin Li 2018Aquaculture and Fisheries2018,3,5:2
17Mechanical,corrosion and magnetic behavior of a CoFeMn_(1.2)NiGa_(0.8) high entropy alloy显示文摘In this study,a magnetic high entropy alloy(HEA)of CoFeMn_(1.2)NiGa_(0.8)was designed and prepared by arc melting in order to investigate its mechanical,corrosion and magnetic behavior.The results show that the alloy mainly possesses body-centered cubic(BCC)phase and face-centered cubic(FCC)phase.A high compressive strength of 1450 MPa,a strain of 18.5%and a relatively low yield strength of 303MPa in as-cast condition at room temperature can be achieved in the present alloy.In-situ high-energy X-ray diffraction technique was employed to reveal the deformation mechanism of Co Fe Mn_(1.2)Ni Ga_(0.8)under uniaxial compression and the results show that the competition between BCC phase and FCC phase plays a significant role during the compressive process.The corrosion behavior of Co Fe Mn_(1.2)Ni Ga_(0.8)was investigated in 3.5 wt%Na Cl solution and it turned out that the alloy possessed good corrosion resistance.At last,the magnetic behavior of the Co Fe Mn_(1.2)Ni Ga_(0.8)alloy was studied and it can present a high saturation magnetization of 94.5 emu/g and a coercivity of 26.4 Oe at 4 K.This work indicates that the present Co Fe Mn_(1.2)Ni Ga_(0.8)HEA has promising applications as future magnetic functional materials.Xiaoming Sun Lingzhong Du Hao Lan Jingyi Cui Liang Wang Runguang Li Zhiang Liu Junpeng Liu Weigang Zhang 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,14:2
18Geochemistry and Geochronology of Diorite in Pengshan Area of Jiangxi Province:Implications for Magmatic Source and Tectonic Evolution of Jiangnan Orogenic Belt显示文摘Magmatic activities associated with tectonic events play a significant role in understanding the evolution of an orogenic belt.The Jiangnan orogenic belt has been regarded as the collisional suture zone between the Yangtze Block and the Cathaysia Block.Although the magmatic activities during the period of intra-plate extension after the collision have been well studied in recent years,some remaining issues,including source nature and geodynamic mechanism,need to be further addressed.In this paper,based on a detailed field geological,petrological,geochemical and geochronological study,we focus our work on diorites in the Pengshan area located at the northwestern margin of the Jiangnan orogenic belt.The mineral assemblages are mainly composed of plagioclase(55 vol.%-65 vol.%)and hornblende(35 vol.%-45 vol.%).One diorite sample yields zircon^(206)Pb/^(238)U mean age of 768±8 Ma(MSWD=0.29).The diorites have enriched large ion lithophile elements(Ba,K and Rb)and incompatible elements(Th and U),and are depleted in high field-strength elements including Ta,Ti and Nb.Diorites in this study have relatively high MgO content(6.56 wt.%-7.58 wt.%,7.07 wt.%on average)and Mg number values(65-67,65.8 on average).The diorites are metaluminous,high K calc-alkaline series rocks with high contents of K_2O(1.59 wt.%-1.97 wt.%)and total alkali(Na_2O+K_2O=5.56 wt.%-6.05 wt.%).The Nd/Th ratio(4.34-5.27)is higher than that of crust-derived rocks and lower than mantle-derived rocks.The Rb/Sr ratio(0.19-0.22)is slightly lower than crust,but significantly higher than upper mantle.Based on the above geochemical and geochronological analyses,we suggest that the diorites in the Pengshan area were mainly derived from crustal materials with a small amount of mantleoriginated materials involved,and possibly produced from an extensional tectonic setting after the collision between the Yangtze Block and Cathaysia Block.Hongfeng Shi Junpeng Wang Yuan Yao Jing Zhang Song Jin Yingxin Zhu Kang Jiang Xiaolong Tian Deng Xiao Wenbin Ning 2020Journal of Earth Science2020,31,1:2
19Nb_(2)CT_(x) MXene: High capacity and ultra-long cycle capability for lithium-ion battery by regulation of functional groups显示文摘MXenes are well known for their potential application in supercapacitors due to their high-rate intercalation pseudocapacitance and long cyclability.However,the reported low capacity of pristine MXenes hinders their practical application in lithium-ion batteries.In this work,a robust strategy is developed to control the functional groups of Nb_2 CT_x MXene.The capacity of pristine Nb_2 CT_x MXene can be significantly increased by Li~+ intercalation and surface modification.The specific capacity of the treated Nb_2 CT_x is up to 448 mAh g^(-1) at 0.05 A g^(-1),and at a large current density of 2 A g^(-1) remains a high reversible capacity retention rate of 75% after an ultra-long cycle of 2000 cycles.These values exceed most of the reported pristine MXenes(including the most studied Ti_3 C_2 T_x) and carbon-based materials.It demonstrates that this strategy has great help to improve the electrochemical performance of pristine MXene,and the results enhance the promise of MXenes in the application of lithium-ion batteries.Jiabao Zhao Jing Wen Junpeng Xiao Xinzhi Ma Jiahui Gao Lina Bai Hong Gao Xitian Zhang Zhiguo Zhang 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,2:2
