| 1 | Dynamic stiffness characteristics of aero-engine elastic support structure and its effects on rotor systems:mechanism and numerical and experimental studies显示文摘The support structure of a rotor system is subject to vibration excitation,which results in the stiffness of the support structure varying with the excitation frequency(i.e.,the dynamic stiffness).However,the dynamic stiffness and its effect mechanism have been rarely incorporated in open studies of the rotor system.Therefore,this study theoretically reveals the effect mechanism of dynamic stiffness on the rotor system.Then,the numerical study and experimental verification are conducted on the dynamic stiffness characteristics of a squirrel cage,which is a common support structure for aero-engine.Moreover,the static stiffness experiment is also performed for comparison.Finally,a rotor system model considering the dynamic stiffness of the support structure is presented.The presented rotor model is used to validate the results of the theoretical analysis.The results illustrate that the dynamic stiffness reduces the critical speed of the rotor system and may lead to a new resonance. | Lei LI Zhong LUO Kaining LIU Jilai ZHOU | 2023 | Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2023,44,2: | 2 |

| 3 | LncRNA RP11-307C12.11 promotes the growth of hepatocellular carcinoma by acting as a molecular sponge of miR-138显示文摘Background:Abnormal expression of long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)has been found in almost all tumors in humans,providing numerous potential diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers,and therapeutic targets.Materials and methods:The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)database was used to screen potential LncRNAs,and 30 paired hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)tissues were used to investigate RP11-307C12.11 expression levels by qRT-PCR and another 105 HCC tissues by in situ hybridizsation(ISH).RP11-307C12.11 overexpression and knockdown experiments were performed to investigate the effects of RP11-307C12.11 on HCC growth through in vitro and in vivo assays(MTT assay,colony formation assay,EdU assay,and xenograft model).The molecular mechanism underlying these effects was confirmed by MS2-RIP-assay,RIP assay,luciferase assay,and rescue experiments.Results:RP11-307C12.11 expression level was significantly higher in tumor tissues than in the adjacent normal tissues.Elevated RP11-307C12.11 expression level was associated with poor prognosis of HCC patients,and it may be represented as an independent prognostic biomarker in patients with HCC.Functionally,RP11-307C12.11 overexpression promoted HCC growth both in vitro and in vivo;however,its knockdown reversed these effects.Mechanistically,we found that RP11-307C12.11 expressed predominantly in the cytoplasm and sponged microRNA(miR)-138 to regulate its common target CCND1 and PDK1.Conclusions:Thus,we found that RP11-307C12.11 acts as an oncogene in HCC by binding to miR-138,which might provide a novel target for HCC therapy. | Yinan Deng Yusheng Cheng Kaining Zeng Haibo Li Yiming Huang Yiquan Jiang Tingting Xia Tong Zhang Yang Yang | 2019 | Liver Research2019,3,3: | 1 |

| 6 | NaSICON:A promising solid electrolyte for solid-state sodium batteries显示文摘A surge of interest has been brought to all-solid-state batteries(ASSBs)as they show great prospects for enabling higher energy density and improved safety compared to conventional liquid batteries.Na Super Ionic CONductors(NaSICONs)proposed by Goodenough and Hong in 1976 are the most promising materials class for Nabased ASSBs owing to their excellent ion conductivity(>1mS cm−1),high thermal and chemical/electrochemical stability,as well as good chemical/electrochemical compatibility with electrode materials.The major challenge facing NaSICONtype electrolytes is the generally high interfacial resistance and thus sluggish charge transfer kinetics across the NaSICON/cathode interface.Great endeavors in the past few years have led to progress in the improvement of the ion-conducting property,and a dramatic decrease in the NaSICON/electrode interface resistance.Excellent cycling performance and rate capability have been achieved through interface engineering.In this review article,we summarize the state-of-theart findings for various derivatives of NaSICON structured solid electrolytes,with the aim of providing a deeper understanding of the underlying mechanism for the improvement of ion conductivity,and the intrinsic reasons for the enhanced interface charge transfer kinetics.These strategies can be readily extended to other solid electrolytes.We hope this review will inspire more work on NaSICONtype solid electrolytes and solid-state batteries. | Chi Li Rui Li Kaining Liu Rui Si Zhizhen Zhang Yong-Sheng Hu | 2022 | Interdisciplinary Materials2022,1,3: | 1 |

| 8 | Evolution of Diagenetic Fluid of the Dawsonite-Bearing Sandstone in the Jiyang Depression,Eastern China显示文摘Based on the petrology,isotope geochemistry and fluid inclusions analysis,we established the evolutionary mode of the diagenetic fluid of dawsonite-bearing sandstone in the Jiyang Depression.Dawsonite-bearing sandstone is characterized by double injection of CO_(2)and oil-gas in the Jiyang Depression that have experienced a relatively complex diagenetic fluid evolution process.The diagenetic sequence of secondary minerals involves secondary enlargement of quartz,kaolinite,first-stage calcite,dawsonite,second-stage calcite,ferrocalcite,dolomite and ankerite.Hydrocarbon charging in the dawsonite-bearing sandstone occurred at around 2.6–0 Myr.The CO_(2)charging event occurred during Dongying tectonism,forming the Pingfangwang CO_(2)gas reservoir,which provided an abundant carbon source for dawsonite precipitation.Carbon and oxygen isotopic compositions of dawsonite demonstrate that CO_(2)forming the dawsonite was of an inorganic origin derived from the mantle,and that water mediating the proc-ess during dawsonite precipitation was sequestered brine with a fluid temperature of 82℃.The evolutionary sequence of the diagenetic fluid in the dawsonite-bearing sandstone was:alkaline syngenetic fluids,weak alkaline fluids during organic acid forma-tion,acidic fluids in the early stage of CO_(2)injection,alkaline fluids in the late stage of CO_(2)injection,and weak alkaline fluids during oil and gas charging.The mode indicates an increase in-HCO_(3)because of the CO_(2)injection,and the loss of Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+)due to the precipitation of carbonate minerals.Therefore,the evolutionary mode of diagenetic fluids is in good agreement with high HCO_(3)^(-),low Ca^(2+)and low Mg^(2+)composition of the present formation water in the dawsonite-bearing sandstone. | LI Fulai MA Wenkuan ZHANG Chun WANG Kaining | 2024 | Journal of Ocean University of China2024,23,1: | 0 |

| 10 | A method for detecting two-dimensional plane stress distribution in basin-type insulator based on critically refracted longitudinal wave显示文摘Basin-type insulator often has small cracks due to stress concentration.The current method cannot accurately reflect the stress condition of the insulator to find the stress concentration areas.To solve these problems,a method for detecting two-dimensional plane stress(δ_(1) andδ_(2))within different depth ranges in a basin-type insulator is proposed based on critically refracted longitudinal(LCR)wave.First,the acoustoelastic equation characterising the relationship between the variation of LCR wave propagation time and the plane stress was derived.Next,the propagation characteristics of LCR wave in epoxy resin samples were investigated.Then,the stress distribution within different depth ranges of the insulator subjected to hydraulic load was measured using the proposed method,including direction(θ),δ_(1) andδ_(2).The results show that the magnitude of the stress alone cannot accurately characterise the stress state.Points with equal distances to the centre have similar stress magnitudes,but their directions are not the same.With increasing depth,θremains essentially unchanged at the same location,whileδ1 andδ2 decrease,and the rate of decrease varies at different locations.Comparing the measured and simulated data,the results showed that they were in good agreement,and the maximum errors of stress value andθwere 0.69 MPa and 2.97°,respectively,which confirmed the feasibility and accuracy of the stress detection in the proposed method. | Zhaoyang Kang Fuqiang Ren Hongru Zhang Jingjing Yang Kaining Hou Qingquan Li Dongxin He Hongshun Liu Yongzhi Zhao Huaxin Wen | 2024 | High Voltage2024,9,1: | 0 |

| 12 | Transformation of Coal Gangue to Sodalite and Faujasite Using Alkali-hydrothermal Method显示文摘The coal gangue as the only source of silicon and aluminum was employed to synthesize sodalite and faujasite using hydrothermal method,which directly treated the mixture of pre-treated coal gangue and NaOH solution under hydrothermal environment.X-ray powder diffraction analysis(XRD),thermogravimetry analysis(TG)and differential thermogravimetry analysis(DTG),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM),N_(2)adsorption-desorption technique,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),etc.were used to characterize the samples.Cd^(2+) ion was used to evaluate the heavy metal ions removal performance of the samples.The experimental results show that the coal gangue,which consists of quartz,calcium feldspar,potassium feldspar and kaolinite,can transform to sodalite and faujasite under alkali-hydrothermal condition at 150 and 180℃,respectively.The as-prepared sodalite and faujasite can effectively remove the simulated Cd2+ion wastewater and actual industrial wastewater containing As^(3+),Cd^(2+),and Cr^(3+)ions,and the good heavy metal ion removal performance of the zeolites is mainly attributed to their low Si/Al ratio and high Na+content.This alkali-hydrothermal method appears to be a simple and efficient method for transformation of coal gangue to high purity zeolites. | WANG Cheng FENG Kai WANG Lipeng YU Qianru DU Fuling LI Yan YU Kaining | 2023 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2023,38,6: | 0 |

| 14 | Bna A02.YTG1,encoding a tetratricopeptide repeat protein,is required for early chloroplast biogenesis in Brassica napus显示文摘Chloroplasts are essential for plant growth and development,as they play a key role in photosynthesis.The chloroplast biogenesis process is complex and its regulatory mechanism remains elusive.We characterized a spontaneous Brassica napus(rapeseed)mutant,ytg,that showed a delayed greening phenotype in all green organs and retarded growth.We identified Bna A02.YTG1 encoding a chloroplastlocalized tetratricopeptide repeat protein widely expressed in rapeseed tissues.We speculated that the ytg phenotype was caused by the deletion of Bna A02.YTG1 based on sequence comparison of 4608(with normal green leaves,isolated from the elite Chinese rapeseed cultivar ZS11)and ytg combined with transcriptome data and CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing results.The homologous gene(Bna C02.YTG1)restored the phenotype of the mutant.Bna A02.YTG1 interacted with MORF2,MORF8,and OZ1.RNA editing of the ndh D-2,ndh F-290,pet L-5,and ndh G-50 plastid transcripts was affected in ytg.These findings suggested that Bna A02.YTG1 participates in RNA editing events.We predicted 29 RNA editing sites in the chloroplast of Brassica napus by comparison with the Arabidopsis chloroplast genome.We conclude that Bna A02.YTG1 affects the posttranscriptional regulation of plastid gene expression and suggest that a tetratricopeptide repeat protein is involved in the chloroplast RNA editing in rapeseed. | Haiyan Zhang Xiaoting Li Yebitao Yang Kaining Hu Xianming Zhou Jing Wen Bin Yi Jinxiong Shen Chaozhi Ma Tingdong Fu Jinxing Tu | 2022 | The Crop Journal2022,10,3: | 0 |
